目的研究单味中药及复方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的作用机制。方法对Pubmed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方等数据库进行检索,寻找建库至2023年3月以来关于中药治疗SPID及作用机制的相关文献,并对文献进行归纳整理。结果共纳入文献428...目的研究单味中药及复方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的作用机制。方法对Pubmed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方等数据库进行检索,寻找建库至2023年3月以来关于中药治疗SPID及作用机制的相关文献,并对文献进行归纳整理。结果共纳入文献428篇,从纳入文献中筛选出从调节细胞因子和炎症介质分泌水平、促进炎症细胞凋亡、抑制脂质过氧化、抑制组织纤维化、改善血液循环、调节代谢途径和细胞信号转导、调节免疫能力等方面报道单味中药及复方治疗盆腔炎性疾病的作用机制。结论为中药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症作用机制进行深入研究,并对其新药研发提供参考。展开更多
