A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Cefepime hydrochloride is descrbed.The method is based on the chemiluminesence emitted during the oxidation of Cefepime hydrochloride by N-bromosuccin...A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Cefepime hydrochloride is descrbed.The method is based on the chemiluminesence emitted during the oxidation of Cefepime hydrochloride by N-bromosuccinimide(NBS)in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescein as energy transfer.The chemiluminescence intensity is proportional to cefepime hydrochloride concentration over the range 0.05mg·L-110mg·L-1.The detection limit is 29μg.L-1and the relative standard deviation is 4.3% for 5mg·L-1cefepime hydrochloride(n=11).This method had been successfully applied to determination of cefepime hydrochloride in injections.展开更多
