The total length of O. sacchari ITS1, ITS2 and 5.8S rDNA is 987 bp. The average of G+C contents is 47.2%. Length of ITS1 and ITS2 fragment is 443 bp and 358 bp. The ITS1 and ITS2 from different hosts are identical or unsignificantly difference.展开更多
