目的:通过对宝口中学生开展营养知识、态度、行为调查分析,了解惠州市贫困山区中学生的营养教育状况,为惠州市全面开展贫困山区中学生的营养教育工作提供依据,对促进惠州市贫困山区人群健康素质提高,以及建设和谐惠州具有重要意义。方法...目的:通过对宝口中学生开展营养知识、态度、行为调查分析,了解惠州市贫困山区中学生的营养教育状况,为惠州市全面开展贫困山区中学生的营养教育工作提供依据,对促进惠州市贫困山区人群健康素质提高,以及建设和谐惠州具有重要意义。方法:对宝口中学初一、初二、初三年级学生进行营养知识、态度、行为等三个方面的问卷调查。并将收回的有效答卷用SPSS10.0 FOR WINDOWS统计软件进行数据统计分析处理。结果:宝口中学生营养知识知晓率不高,其中对营养中铁的相关知识知晓率最高(63.7%),而对营养中蛋白质的相关知识知晓率最低(30.2%);宝口中学生营养态度良好;宝口中学生存在较多不良饮食行为,如部分学生存在偏食、挑食、早餐结构不合理等现象。结论:为了加强营养知识的宣传教育,改变学生的不良饮食行为,学校有必要增设与营养相关的课程,增加学生获取营养知识的途径。展开更多
