Iljinskaja leaves was performed by FIA-ICP-AES on the basis of C-18 bonded silica gel column separation and microwave digestion/extraction for sample treatment. Higher transfer ratio could be obtained by artificial gastric acid or with microwave extraction method. The contents of inorganic species and organic species of the four elements in the microwave extract at the temperature of 100℃ are as follows. Zn: (4. 46±0.13) μg/g and (8. 16±0. 15) μg/g; Mn: (35. 7±1.1) μg/g and (91. 2± 3.2μg/g); Mg: (156±9)μg/g and (513±11)μg/g; Fe: (3. 28±0.19)μg/g and (8. 43±1.15) μg/g, respectively.展开更多

Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph has a linear range of 0.0-3.0×10 -7 mol/L H 2O 2 with a detection limit of 3.7×10 -9 mol/L. The feasibility of TAAlPc as a new promising red region substrate in practical application has been proven in the determination of H 2O 2 in rainwater. The proposed method can largely minimize the interference that results from background fluorescence or scattering light and has a high analytical sensitivity.展开更多

The stability, ease of preparation and low cost of these materials have led to their assessment as substitutes for antibodies or enzymes in chemical sensors, catalysis and separations. The present techniques used to prepare molecular imprinting materials most often result in materials exhibiting a high affinity and selectivity but low capacity and poor site accessibility of the target molecules. In this study,we report a simple procedure for applying molecular imprinting functional groups to the inner surfaces of the AAO template-synthesized sol-gel nanotubes for biochemical separation of estrone. Using of nanotubes as the imprinted materials has the advantage of high affinity, selectivity, capacity and site accessibility for the target molecules. And it is important to emphasize that template route can be used to prepare imprinted nanotubes of nearly any materials. [WT5HZ]展开更多
