Then, five novel phosphorylcholines containing hydroxyl group were prepared by the corresponding phospholane and anhydrous trimethylamine in the presence of acetonitrile. Their structures were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.展开更多

In this paper, a series of polymers of 3-N,N-dimethyl-3-N-methacryloyloxyethyl ammonium propanesulfonate(DMAPS) and its copolymers with polyethyleneglycol monomethylether methacrylate were prepared by using different concentrations of monomers and crosslinking agent. Their blood compatibilities were evaluated by platelet adhesion method. The results show that PDMAPS is of excellent platelet adhesion resistance.展开更多
