文摘海洋病原细菌PSEUDOM ONAS SP.ER22(CMR,M IC=64ΜG/ML)接种在含有25ΜG/ML标准品氯霉素中间体(D-(-)-苏-2-氨基-1-对硝基苯基-1,3-丙二醇)LB培养基中培养24 H后,可检测到由(1R,2R)形式转化生成(1S,2S)对映体。LC-MS/MS分析显示互为对映体的特征指纹峰相同(M/Z213),保留时间分别为3.74 M IN和4.98 M IN。
