An enzymatic kinetic spectrophotometric method was applied to determine zinc based on the inhibition of zinc for the catalytic reaction of pyruvate and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form(NADH) by lactate d...An enzymatic kinetic spectrophotometric method was applied to determine zinc based on the inhibition of zinc for the catalytic reaction of pyruvate and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form(NADH) by lactate dehydrogenase.The rate of the absorbance change of NADH was determined for calculating the velocity of the enzymatic reaction and calibration curve of zinc was prepared.The effects of the pH value and the coexisted ions in the solution were discussed.This method has advatages of rapidity,sensitivity and less interference.展开更多
