利用Suzuki偶联反应合成了3种侧链含有不同电子受体的可溶性D-A型聚咔唑衍生物:聚[(9-(2-己基葵基)-9 H-咔唑)-(9-(4-硝基苯基)-9 H-咔唑)](PCz-NO_(2))、聚[(9-(2-己基葵基)-9 H-咔唑)-(4-(9 H-咔唑-9-基)苯甲醛)](PCz-CHO)和聚[(9-(2... 利用Suzuki偶联反应合成了3种侧链含有不同电子受体的可溶性D-A型聚咔唑衍生物:聚[(9-(2-己基葵基)-9 H-咔唑)-(9-(4-硝基苯基)-9 H-咔唑)](PCz-NO_(2))、聚[(9-(2-己基葵基)-9 H-咔唑)-(4-(9 H-咔唑-9-基)苯甲醛)](PCz-CHO)和聚[(9-(2-己基葵基)-9 H-咔唑)-(4-(9 H-咔唑-9-基)苯甲腈)](PCz-CN)。基于这3种聚合物的存储器件(器件结构:Al(200nm)/高分子(90nm)/氧化铟锡(ITO)均表现出典型的电双稳电子开关效应和非易失性一次写入多次读出(WORM)型存储性能。随着共轭聚合物光学带隙的增加[2.26eV(PCz-NO_(2))→2.79eV(PCzCHO)→3.20eV(PCz-CN)],相应器件的启动阈值电压逐渐增大(-1.70V→-1.81V→-1.89V);而电流开关比(ON/OFF)则依次减小(6.63×10^(4)→4.08×10^(4)→5.68×10^(3))。含氰基的聚咔唑衍生物需要的开启电压最大,展现出来的电流开关比在3种聚合物中则最小。 展开更多

Worm grinding has been applied to manufacture gears to pursue high accuracy and fine surface finish.When the worm used to grind face gears is manufactured with multi-axis computer numerical control(CNC)machining,the machining accuracy is usually improved by increasing the number of tool paths with more time cost.Differently,this work proposes a generated method to improve the efficiency by dressing the worm surface with only one path,and a closed-loop manufacturing process is applied to ensure the machining accuracy.According to an advanced geometric analysis,the worm surface is practically approximated as a swept surface generated by a planar curve.Meanwhile,this curve is applied as the profile of a dressing wheel,which is used to dress the worm surface.The practical machining is carried out in a CNC machine tool,which was originally used to grind helical gears.Finally,a closed-loop manufacturing process including machining,measurement,and modification is proposed to compensate the machining errors.The proposed method is validated with simulations and practical experiments. 展开更多

The gradual hybrid anti-worm (GHAW) was presented. percentage of vulnerable hosts present in the network. For GHAW It changed its confrontation scheme in real time according to the its process of countering malicious internet worms was modeled. The performance of GHAW on two factors was also estimated: confronting validity against worms and consumption of network resources. Factors governing its performance, specifically the transformation threshold and the transformation rate, were analyzed. The simulation experiments show that GHAW has dynamical adaptability to changes of network conditions and offers the same level of effectiveness on confronting internet worms as the divide-and-rule hybrid anti-worm, with significantly less cost to network resources. The experiments also indicate that the transformation threshold is the key factor affecting the performance of GHAW. 展开更多

According to omnirange driving in expressway interchange terminal and vehicular mobile communication environment, an IOV worm propagation model is constructed; and then according to the dynamic propagation law and destructiveness of IOV worm in this environment, a novel hybrid anti-worm strategy for confrontation is designed. This worm propagation model can factually simulates the IOV worm propagation in this interchange terminal environment; and this hybrid anti-worm strategy can effectively control IOV worm propagation in the environment, moreover, it can reduce the influence on network resource overhead. 展开更多

A new multi-modal optimization algorithm called the self-organizing worm algorithm (SOWA) is presented for optimization of multi-modal functions. The main idea of this algorithm can be described as follows: disperse some worms equably in the domain; the worms exchange the information each other and creep toward the nearest high point; at last they will stop on the nearest high point. All peaks of multi-modal function can be found rapidly through studying and chasing among the worms. In contrast with the classical multi-modal optimization algorithms, SOWA is provided with a simple calculation, strong convergence, high precision, and does not need any prior knowledge. Several simulation experiments for SOWA are performed, and the complexity of SOWA is analyzed amply. The results show that SOWA is very effective in optimization of multi-modal functions. 展开更多

The machining principle and realization method for the continuous generative grinding face gear by a worm wheel are introduced. Based on a five-axis linked CNC grinding machine, a new method is presented to deprive the equation of face gear error tooth surface by assuming the tool surface as the error surface, where actual tool installation position error is introduced into the equation of virtual shaper cutter. Surface equations and 3-D models for the face gear and the worm wheel involving four kinds of tool installation errors are established. When compared, the face gear tooth surface machined in VERICUT software for simulation based on this new method and the one obtained based on real process(grinding face gear by using a theoretical worm wheel with actual position errors) are found to be coincident, which proves the validity and feasibility of this new method. By using mesh planning for the rotating projection plane of the face gear work tooth surface, the deviation values of the tooth surface and the difference surface are acquired, and the influence of four kinds of errors on the face gear tooth surface is analyzed. Accordingly, this work provides a theoretical reference for assembly craft of worm wheel, improvement of face gear machining accuracy and modification of error tooth surface. 展开更多

The worm wheel whose undercutting characteristic is researched is a member of offsetting normal arc-toothed cylindrical worm drive.The tooth profile of the worm in its offsetting normal section is a circular arc.The normal vector used to calculate the first-type limit function is determined in the natural frame without the aid of the curvature parameter of worm helicoid.The first-type limit line is ascertained via solving the nonlinear equations iteratively.It is discovered that one first-type limit line exists on the tooth surface of worm wheel by numerical simulation,and such a line is normally located out of the meshing zone.Only one intersection point exists between the first and second-types of limit lines,and this point is a lubrication weak point.The undercutting mechanism is essentially that a part of the meshing zone near the conjugated line of worm tooth crest will come into the undercutting area and will be cut off during machining the worm wheel.The machining simulation verifies the correctness of undercutting mechanism.Moreover,a convenient and practical characteristic quantity is proposed to judge whether the undercutting exists in the whole meshing zone via computing the first-type limit function values on the worm tooth crest. 展开更多

为明确湖北省仙桃市黄鳝(Monopterus albus)苗种培育过程中的发病原因,本研究对当地湖北黄鳝产业技术研究院有限公司养殖场中患病黄鳝鱼苗进行抽样,通过病原菌分离、测序分析结合动物回归实验,对病原菌种类进行鉴定。结果显示:在患病死... 为明确湖北省仙桃市黄鳝(Monopterus albus)苗种培育过程中的发病原因,本研究对当地湖北黄鳝产业技术研究院有限公司养殖场中患病黄鳝鱼苗进行抽样,通过病原菌分离、测序分析结合动物回归实验,对病原菌种类进行鉴定。结果显示:在患病死亡鱼苗和存活患病鱼苗测序样本中均检测到了维氏气单胞菌,分别占致病样本的52.17%和35.71%。进一步对黄鳝鱼苗的主要饵料水蚯蚓进行病原菌分离鉴定,同样检测出维氏气单胞菌,提示饵料可能为病原传播的潜在来源。动物回归实验表明,接种维氏气单胞菌的鱼苗出现与自然发病鱼苗一致的症状,符合科赫法则。综上所述:本研究确定维氏气单胞菌是导致这批湖北省仙桃地区黄鳝鱼苗发病的主要病原,研究结果可为该地区黄鳝苗种病害的精准诊断与综合防控提供理论依据。 展开更多

在CO_(2)驱油过程中,气窜现象易导致波及体积减小,从而降低采收率。泡沫驱是抑制CO_(2)气窜的有效方法之一。文章利用阴离子表面活性剂α-烯烃磺酸钠AOS、两性表面活性剂芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱EAB及稳泡剂烷基胺TA构建了蠕虫状胶束泡沫体系... 在CO_(2)驱油过程中,气窜现象易导致波及体积减小,从而降低采收率。泡沫驱是抑制CO_(2)气窜的有效方法之一。文章利用阴离子表面活性剂α-烯烃磺酸钠AOS、两性表面活性剂芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱EAB及稳泡剂烷基胺TA构建了蠕虫状胶束泡沫体系,并系统研究其黏弹性行为。实验结果表明,配方为0.25%AOS+0.25%EAB+0.1%TA的泡沫体系的综合指数可达107208 mL·min。该体系泡沫性能随温度升高而降低,但在70℃以下仍表现出良好的稳定性。黏弹性分析表明,当表面活性剂总质量分数达到0.5%时,AOS与EAB分子相互缠绕形成大量蠕虫状胶束,显著提高体系的体相黏度和黏弹性。蠕虫状胶束结构的高黏弹性可有效延缓液膜排液速率,增强泡沫液膜强度,进而提高泡沫稳定性。 展开更多

为探究饲料中添加水蚯蚓粉对黄鳝生长、消化及能量代谢的影响,分别用添加0、33%、66%水蚯蚓粉的等氮等脂饲料及鲜活水蚯蚓饲喂黄鳝(记作对照、33%、66%组和水蚯蚓组),每组3个重复,每个重复50尾黄鳝,黄鳝初始体重为(21.60±0.13) g,... 为探究饲料中添加水蚯蚓粉对黄鳝生长、消化及能量代谢的影响,分别用添加0、33%、66%水蚯蚓粉的等氮等脂饲料及鲜活水蚯蚓饲喂黄鳝(记作对照、33%、66%组和水蚯蚓组),每组3个重复,每个重复50尾黄鳝,黄鳝初始体重为(21.60±0.13) g,试验期60 d。结果表明,在生长性能方面,33%组和66%组黄鳝的终末体重、特定生长率和相对增重率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组黄鳝的成活率和肥满度差异不显著(P>0.05)。在消化酶活性方面,黄鳝肠道胰蛋白酶活性与水蚯蚓粉的添加量呈正相关关系,淀粉酶活性则呈负相关关系,脂肪酶活性则随水蚯蚓粉添加量的增加呈先上升后下降趋势。在能量代谢方面,相比于对照组,投喂水蚯蚓饲料的各组黄鳝血清葡萄糖含量上升,三酰甘油和总胆固醇含量下降,肝脏丙酮酸激酶、己糖激酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性上升,乳酸脱氢酶、肉碱脂酰转移酶-I、脂肪酸合成酶活性下降。综上所述,在饲料中添加水蚯蚓粉能够增强黄鳝的生长性能,提高其蛋白质和脂肪消化酶活性及糖代谢水平。 展开更多
