Therefore, an ITCG with field-of-view (FOV) constraints based on biased proportional navigation guidance (PNG) is developed in this paper. The remaining flight time (time-to-go) estimation method is derived considering aerodynamic force and gravity. The number of differential equations is reduced and the integration step is increased by changing the integral variable, which makes it possible to obtain time-to-go through integration. An impact time controller with FOV constraints is proposed by analyzing the influence of the biased term on time-to-go and FOV constraint. 文摘Towards higher impact velocities, ballistic events are increasingly determined by the material temperatures.Related effects might range from moderate thermal softening to full phase transition. In particular,it is of great interest to quantify the conditions for incipient or full melting of metals during impact interactions, which result in a transition from still strength-affected to hydrodynamic material behavior. In this work,we investigate to which extent the respective melting thresholds are also dependent on the initial, and generally elevated, temperatures of projectiles and targets before impact. This is studied through the application of a model developed recently by the authors to characterize the transition regime between high-velocity and hypervelocity impact, for which the melting thresholds of materials were used as the defining quantities. The obtained results are expected to be of general interest for ballistic application cases where projectiles or targets are preheated.Such conditions might result, for example, from aerodynamic forces acting onto a projectile during atmospheric flight, explosive shapedcharge-jet formation or armor exposure to environmental conditions. The performed analyses also broaden the scientific understanding of the relevance of temperature in penetration events, generally known since the 1960s,but often not considered thoroughly in impact studies.

文摘Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is broadly employed in the research of multi-source information fusion.Nevertheless, when fusing highly conflicting evidence it may pro-duce counterintuitive outcomes. To address this issue,a fusion approach based on a newly defined belief exponential diver-gence and Deng entropy is proposed.First,a belief exponential divergence is proposed as the conflict measurement between evidences. Then, the credibility of each evidence is calculated.Afterwards, the Deng entropy is used to calculate information volume to determine the uncertainty of evidence. Then, the weight of evidence is calculated by integrating the credibility and uncertainty of each evidence.Ultimately, initial evidences are amended and fused using Dempster’s rule of combination. The effectiveness of this approach in addressing the fusion of three typical conflict paradoxes is demonstrated by arithmetic exam-ples.Additionally,the proposed approach is applied to aerial tar-get recognition and iris dataset-based classification to validate its efficacy. Results indicate that the proposed approach can enhance the accuracy of target recognition and effectively address the issue of fusing conflicting evidences.

文摘The majority of the projectiles used in the hypersonic penetration study are solid flat-nosed cylindrical projectiles with a diameter of less than 20 mm.This study aims to fill the gap in the experimental and analytical study of the evolution of the nose shape of larger hollow projectiles under hypersonic penetration. In the hypersonic penetration test, eight ogive-nose AerMet100 steel projectiles with a diameter of 40 mm were launched to hit concrete targets with impact velocities that ranged from 1351 to 1877 m/s.Severe erosion of the projectiles was observed during high-speed penetration of heterogeneous targets, and apparent localized mushrooming occurred in the front nose of recovered projectiles.By examining the damage to projectiles,a linear relationship was found between the relative length reduction rate and the initial kinetic energy of projectiles in different penetration tests.Furthermore, microscopic analysis revealed the forming mechanism of the localized mushrooming phenomenon for eroding penetration,i.e.,material spall erosion abrasion mechanism, material flow and redistribution abrasion mechanism and localized radial upsetting deformation mechanism. Finally,a model of highspeed penetration that included erosion was established on the basis of a model of the evolution of the projectile nose that considers radial upsetting;the model was validated by test data from the literature and the present study.Depending upon the impact velocity,v0,the projectile nose may behave as undistorted, radially distorted or hemispherical.Due to the effects of abrasion of the projectile and enhancement of radial upsetting on the duration and amplitude of the secondary rising segment in the pulse shape of projectile deceleration, the predicted DOP had an upper limit.
文摘Aptamers are a type of single-chain oligonucleotide that can combine with a specific target.Due to their simple preparation, easy modification, stable structure and reusability, aptamers have been widely applied as biochemical sensors for medicine, food safety and environmental monitoring. However, there is little research on aptamer-target binding mechanisms, which limits their application and development.Computational simulation has gained much attention for revealing aptamer-target binding mechanisms at the atomic level. This work summarizes the main simulation methods used in the mechanistic analysis of aptamer-target complexes, the characteristics of binding between aptamers and different targets(metal ions, small organic molecules, biomacromolecules, cells, bacteria and viruses),the types of aptamer-target interactions and the factors influencing their strength. It provides a reference for further use of simulations in understanding aptamer-target binding mechanisms.

文摘This paper focuses on the adaptive detection of range and Doppler dual-spread targets in non-homogeneous and nonGaussian sea clutter. The sea clutter from two polarimetric channels is modeled as a compound-Gaussian model with different parameters, and the target is modeled as a subspace rangespread target model. The persymmetric structure is used to model the clutter covariance matrix,in order to reduce the reliance on secondary data of the designed detectors.Three adaptive polarimetric persymmetric detectors are designed based on the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT),Rao test, and Wald test. All the proposed detectors have constant falsealarm rate property with respect to the clutter texture, the speckle covariance matrix.Experimental results on simulated and measured data show that three adaptive detectors outperform the competitors in different clutter environments, and the proposed GLRT detector has the best detection performance under different parameters.

文摘Objective:IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease in China, but its pathogenesis remains unclear. This study aims to explore the regulatory role of the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway in autophagy and mesangial proliferation during renal injury in IgA.Methods:The activity of mTOR and autophagy was evaluated in kidney samples from IgAN patients and in an IgAN mouse model induced by oral bovine serum albumin and carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)injection.mTOR inhibitors(rapamycin)and activators[bpV(phen)]were administered to the IgAN mouse model to observe the effects of mTOR on autophagy and renal lesions. In human mesangial cells treated with polymeric IgA1(p IgA1)and mTOR modulators, the expression and distribution of cell cycle proteins were assessed, along with the effects of mTOR on mesangial cell proliferation and autophagy. Results:Increased mTOR activity and decreased autophagy were observed in kidney tissues from IgAN patients and the mouse model,as evidenced by elevated phosphorylated mTOR(p-mTOR)levels and reduced LC3 expression. In the IgAN mouse model, rapamycin inhibited mTOR,restored autophagy, reduced mesangial IgA deposition, alleviated mesangial cell proliferation, and decreased proteinuria(all P<0.05).In contrast,bpV(phen)activated mTOR,further suppressed autophagy, exacerbated kidney damage, and increased proteinuria(all P<0.05).In vitro,p-IgA1 induced mesangial cell proliferation and inhibited autophagy, effects that were reversed by rapamycin and aggravated by bpV(phen)(all P<0.05).mTOR regulated mesangial cell proliferation by altering cell cycle distribution, with rapamycin inducing G1 phase arrest and bpV(phen)promoting cell cycle progression.Additionally,cyclinD1 expression in renal cortex was up-regulated in the IgAN mouse model, further increased by bpV(phen),and reduced by rapamycin(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhibition of the mTOR signaling pathway enhances renal autophagy, reduces mesangial cell proliferation, and improves renal injury in IgAN.

文摘This study employs a data-driven methodology that embeds the principle of dimensional invariance into an artificial neural network to automatically identify dominant dimensionless quantities in the penetration of rod projectiles into semi-infinite metal targets from experimental measurements. The derived mathematical expressions of dimensionless quantities are simplified by the examination of the exponent matrix and coupling relationships between feature variables. As a physics-based dimension reduction methodology, this way reduces high-dimensional parameter spaces to descriptions involving only a few physically interpretable dimensionless quantities in penetrating cases. Then the relative importance of various dimensionless feature variables on the penetration efficiencies for four impacting conditions is evaluated through feature selection engineering. The results indicate that the selected critical dimensionless feature variables by this synergistic method, without referring to the complex theoretical equations and aiding in the detailed knowledge of penetration mechanics, are in accordance with those reported in the reference.Lastly, the determined dimensionless quantities can be efficiently applied to conduct semi-empirical analysis for the specific penetrating case, and the reliability of regression functions is validated.

文摘Compared with PELE with inert fillings such as polyethylene and nylon, reactive PELE(RPELE)shows excellent damage effects when impacting concrete targets due to the filling deflagration reaction. In present work,an analytical model describing the jacket deformation and concrete target damage impacted by RPELE was presented,in which the radial rarefaction and filling deflagration reaction were considered. The impact tests of RPELE on concrete target in the 592-1012 m/s were carried out to verify the analytical model.Based on the analytical model, the angle-length evolution mechanism of the jacket bending-curling deformation was revealed, and the concrete target damage was further analyzed. One can find out that the average prediction errors of the front crater, opening and back crater are 6.8%,8.5%and 7.1%,respectively.Moreover,the effects of radial rarefaction and deflagration were discussed. It was found that the neglect of radial rarefaction overestimates the jacket deformation and concrete target damage, while the deflagration reaction of filling increases the diameter of the front crater, opening and back crater by 25.4%,24.3%and 31.1%,respectively.The research provides a valuable reference for understanding and predicting the jacket deformation and concrete target damage impacted by RPELE.
