2021年7月发射的风云三号E星(FY-3E)是世界首颗民用晨昏轨道气象卫星,其搭载的WindRAD双频测风雷达具有全球海面风场探测能力。本文首先基于FY-3E/WindRAD L1级观测资料,研究了雷达海面后向散射和风场之间的非线性关系,分别建立了适用于... 2021年7月发射的风云三号E星(FY-3E)是世界首颗民用晨昏轨道气象卫星,其搭载的WindRAD双频测风雷达具有全球海面风场探测能力。本文首先基于FY-3E/WindRAD L1级观测资料,研究了雷达海面后向散射和风场之间的非线性关系,分别建立了适用于C和Ku波段VV/HH极化的地球物理模式函数(GMF)。随后,结合最大似然估计法(MLE)对WindRAD散射计探测资料进行风场反演。利用海洋浮标、中法海洋卫星散射计(CSCAT)和美国国家环境预报中心(NCEP)模式风场资料对WindRAD反演风场进行验证。结果显示:WindRAD反演风速与浮标风速偏差约为0.2 m s^(-1),均方根误差(RMSE)在1.13~1.44 m s^(-1)之间,优于2 m s^(-1)的业务化应用的风速精度要求;两者风向偏差在1.4°~3.0°之间,RMSE在25.3°~30.1°之间。WindRAD和CSCAT风场具有较好的一致性,风速RMSE在1.37~1.6 m s^(-1)之间,风向RMSE在22.9°~25.9°之间。WindRAD和NCEP模式风速RMSE在1.87~2.23 m s^(-1)之间,风向RMSE在22.4°~27.1°之间。研究表明WindRAD散射计C和Ku波段VV/HH极化反演风场均具有较高的精度,充分显示了WindRAD载荷在全球海面风场探测方面的应用潜力和价值。 展开更多

Decision Model of Transmission Capacity Based on Expected Quantile for Wind Farm

To absorb renewable energy electricity in power grid... 【Purposes】The new energy generation represented by wind power is the most realistic strategic choice to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. To absorb renewable energy electricity in power grids, a new probabilistic evaluation method for available transmission capacity in transmission systems is proposed based on joint cumulants, and a decision model for risk available transmission capacity based on expected quantiles is proposed accordingly. As a vital component of available transmission capacity(ATC) calculation, the transmission reliability margin(TRM), as a reserved transmission capacity, reflects the impact of uncertainty factors on transmission capacity. However, in traditional calculation methods, TRM is determined through deterministic or probabilistic methods, which is difficult to reflect the risks brought by large-scale wind power consumption to ATC and cannot meet the requirements for transmission capacity risk management. 【Methods】Firstly, to address the issue that the cumulative method requires variables to be independent of each other and cannot consider the correlation of wind power output, a joint cumulative method combined with FGM Copula function is proposed to characterize the correlation of wind power output;Secondly, for the probabilistic assessment of available transmission capacity, a probabilistic assessment model for available transmission capacity is established by combining the partition integration method and the Comish Fisher expansion;Finally, in response to the problem that decision methods based on value at risk only consider the probability achieved at the tail of the probability distribution and cannot describe the risks generated throughout the distribution, a risk available transmission capacity index based on expected quantiles is proposed, and its evaluation process is proposed. 【Results】Verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed indicators and models through case analysis. 展开更多

The global energy landscape is undergoing a profound transformation,with wind energy,especially wind power,gaining increasing prominence due to its clean,renewable nature.However,as the installed capacity of wind power continues to expand,the disposal of waste wind turbine blades(WWTB)has emerged as a significant challenge.These blades are predominantly composed of epoxy resin(EP)polymers,carbon fibers(CFs),and glass fibers(GFs).Improper disposal not only exacerbates environmental concerns but also leads to the loss of valuable resources,particularly carbon-based materials.Pyrolysis technology,a versatile and environmentally sustainable method for resource recovery,has garnered considerable attention in the context of WWTB disposal.This work presents a comprehensive review of the pyrolytic recycling of WWTB,focusing on the principles and classifications of pyrolysis technology,key factors influencing the pyrolysis process,as well as the pyrolysis methods,equipment,products,and their applications.Through an in-depth analysis of the current research on the pyrolytic recycling of WWTB,this review identifies critical unresolved issues in the field and provides a forward-looking perspective on emerging research trends. 展开更多

Unmanned combat aerial vehicles require lightweight,stealth-capable exhaust systems.However,traditional metallic nozzles increase radar detectability and reduce range,while advanced composites offer high performance but are expensive.Therefore,to improve the operational range and survivability of unmanned combat aerial vehicles,a lightweight,high-temperature-resistant,oxidation-resistant,and low-observable composite exhaust nozzle is developed to replace conventional metallic straight-type nozzles.The nozzle features a double serpentine shape to reduce radar and infrared signatures and is manufactured as a monolithic structure using the filament winding process,accommodating the complex geometry and large size(length:1.8 m,width:0.8 m).The exhaust nozzle consists of a ceramic matrix composite made of silicon carbide fibers and a silicon oxycarbide matrix,which absorbs and scatters radio frequency signals while withstanding prolonged exposure to high-temperature(700℃)oxidizing environments typical of engine exhaust gases.The polysiloxane resin used to produce the silicon oxycarbide matrix poses significant challenges owing to its low tackiness and high viscosity variations depending on the presence of nanoparticles,making filament winding difficult.These challenges are addressed by optimizing resin viscosity and winding pattern design.As a result,the tensile strength of the composite specimens fabricated with the optimized viscosity increases by 228.03% before pyrolysis and 97.68%after pyrolysis,compared with that of the non-optimized specimens.In addition,the density and tensile strength of the composite processed via three cycles of polymer infiltration and pyrolysis increased by 13.08% and 80.37%,respectively,compared to those of the non-densified composite.High-temperature oxidation and flame tests demonstrate exceptional thermal and oxidative stability.Furthermore,when compared with carbon fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites,the developed composite exhibits a permittivity at least two levels lower and a reflection loss below7 dB within the frequency range of 9.3-10.9 GHz,underscoring its superior electromagnetic stealth performance. 展开更多

Offshore structures are constantly subjected to the complex forces of the marine environment,including wind,sea waves,currents,and seismic loadings.Among these,wind and sea wave forces persist throughout the structure’s lifetime.This study proposes a dynamic analysis approach that incorporates both time and frequency domain methods to investigate the structural responses of offshore structures under the combined effects of wind and wave forces.A wind wave-pier coupling dynamic model is first developed using a small-scale single pier,with corresponding dynamic equilibrium equations established.Fluctuating wind and sea waves are simulated using the weighted amplitude wave superposition(WAWS)method and linear superposition,respectively.Wind and wave load histories are then derived via Fourier transforms.The structural dynamic responses under different loading scenarios(wind only,wave only,and combined wind and wave)are analyzed using the Newmark β method.Additionally,the effects of varying wind and wave parameters on structural responses are evaluated.The simulation results demonstrate that the structural responses to wind-wave coupling are smaller than the superimposed effects of wind and wave forces acting independently.When wind speeds are relatively low,wave forces dominate structural displacement and serve as the primary source of vibration. 展开更多

Under extreme and severe weather conditions,vehicles frequently experience stability loss incidents such as skidding and rollovers.In intelligent transportation systems,vehicles enhance driving stability and safety through advanced environmental perception and efficient distributed drive systems.In crosswind and rain conditions,the complex coupling effects of nonuniform transient aerodynamic loads on the vehicle body,tire-road low adhesion,and hydroplaning effects remain critical factors affecting the precise automatic/assisted driving of electric vehicles and are essential for improving driving safety.This paper examines the aerodynamic characteristics and torque allocation of electric vehicles under extreme wind and rain conditions,aiming to enhance driving stability in complex meteorological conditions.The study establishes a numerical calculation model of vehicle body extreme aerodynamics under wind and rain flow fields to investigate the quantitative effects of varying side wind angles and rainfall on aerodynamic loads and driving stability of electric vehicles.Additionally,addressing the torque allocation requirements of the four-wheel independent drive system,this research proposes a torque allocation strategy for equivalent wind and rain aerodynamic loads under distributed drive,accurately reflecting their impact on torque distribution.Finally,incorporating distributed wind and rain aerodynamic loads on four wheels,a CarSim-Simulink co-simulation platform is developed to conduct extreme aerodynamic stability simulation experiments,supporting the advancement of extreme aerodynamic characteristics and driving stability design for electric vehicles. 展开更多

Serviceability and running safety of the high-speed train on/through a bridge are of major concern in China.Due to the uncertainty chain of the train dynamic analysis in crosswinds originating mainly from the aerodynamic assessment,this paper primarily reviews five meaningful progresses on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system done by Wind Tunnel Laboratory of Central South University in the past several years.Firstly,the flow around the train and the uncertainty origin of the aerodynamic assessment are described from the fluid mechanism point of view.After a brief introduction of the current aerodynamic assessment methods with their strengths and weaknesses,a new-developed TRAIN-INFRASTRUCTURE rig with the maximum launch speed of 35 m/s is introduced.Then,several benchmark studies are presented,including the statistic results of the characterized geometry parameters of the currently utilized bridge-decks,the aerodynamics of the train,and the aerodynamics of the flat box/truss bridge-decks.Upon compared with the foregoing mentioned benchmarks,this paper highlights the aerodynamic interference of the train-bridge system associated with its physical natures.Finally,a porosity-and orientation-adjustable novel wind barrier with its effects on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system is discussed. 展开更多

A novel shrouded wind-solar hybrid renewable energy and rain water harvester with an omni-directional-guide-vane(ODGV) for urban high-rise application is introduced.The ODGV surrounds the vertical axis wind turbine(VAWT) and enhances the VAWT performance by increasing the on-coming wind speed and guiding it to an optimum flow angle before it interacts with the rotor blades.An ODGV scaled model was built and tested in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the rotational speed of the VAWT increases by about 2 times.Simulations show that the installation of the ODGV increases the torque output of a single-bladed VAWT by 206% for tip speed ratio of 0.4.The result also reveals that higher positive torque can be achieved when the blade tangential force at all radial positions is optimized.In conclusion,the ODGV improves the power output of a VAWT and this integrated design promotes the installation of wind energy systems in urban areas. 展开更多

To investigate the effects of sudden change in wind loads on the running performance of trains on the bridge in crosswinds,a highway-railway one-story bridge was taken as the research object.Aerodynamic coefficients of the train and the bridge were measured in a series of train-bridge system segment models through wind tunnel tests when two trains passed each other on the bridge and when a train entered and left the wind barrier section of the bridge.Based on the improved SIMPACK and ANSYS rigid-flexible coupling simulation method,a wind-double train-track-bridge system coupled vibration model was established.The dynamic responses of the train were analyzed under the effects of sudden change in wind loads caused by two trains passing each other and a train entering and leaving the wind barrier section of the bridge.The results show that the effects of sudden wind load change caused by the trains passing each other had less effects on the running safety of the leeward-side train than the wind shielding effect caused by the windward-side train in the wind speed range of 10−25 m/s.With the decrease in the porosity of wind barriers,the effects of the sudden wind load change played an increasingly important role in the running safety and comfort of the train.With the increase in wind speed,the lateral response of the train increased obviously because of the effects of sudden wind load change,which affects both the lateral running stability and the comfort of the train. 展开更多

World Wind是NASA发布的开放源码的地理软件,是提供丰富数据的数字地球平台之一。但是,如何在其已发布数据基础上,通过网络应用来扩展其数据应用,如何将用户的应用数据或其它数据提供者的数据与现有数据结合使用,是我们需要解决的问题。通过采用WebService技术进行地理信息服务和发布,使用GeoServer作为地图服务器,将OpenGIS Webservice规范和PostGIS空间数据库进行整合,通过网络空间数据扩展使WorldWind客户端与其自身的数据服务集成使用。在其平台基础上基本实现可自由扩展和发布数据供WorldWind客户端使用,实现更广泛和深入的扩展应用。 展开更多

2007年12月11~14日,中国科学院大气物理研究所与法国Leosphere公司在该研究所位于北京市北三环和北四环之间的325m气象塔试验场内联合开展了一次测风激光雷达Windcube的外场演示试验。Wind-cube观测数据随后与325m气象塔上的风杯风速... 2007年12月11~14日,中国科学院大气物理研究所与法国Leosphere公司在该研究所位于北京市北三环和北四环之间的325m气象塔试验场内联合开展了一次测风激光雷达Windcube的外场演示试验。Wind-cube观测数据随后与325m气象塔上的风杯风速仪测得的风速资料进行了对比,结果是:由两种手段获得的所有6层匹配高度(63m、80m、100m、120m、160m和200m)上的10min风速平均值一致性很好,相关系数都达到或超过0.98。使用矢量法对6层高度上的风向资料进行平均,得到风向的10min平均值,两者的相关系数均达到0.99。与国产测量低层大气风廓线的高精度多普勒激光雷达相比,Windcube的风速测量精度稍优,风向表现相当。验证结果表明,该型多普勒测风激光雷达是一款观测结果可靠、机动性能良好的低层大气风廓线测量仪器。 展开更多

复杂地形的风能资源评估研究对于风电事业的发展具有极为重要的意义。作者利用基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法的风能资源评估系统软件WindSim对我国复杂地形新疆托克逊县境内某风电场2007年的风资源情况进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与测风塔观... 复杂地形的风能资源评估研究对于风电事业的发展具有极为重要的意义。作者利用基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法的风能资源评估系统软件WindSim对我国复杂地形新疆托克逊县境内某风电场2007年的风资源情况进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与测风塔观测结果进行对比分析。模拟结果表明,WindSim软件对我国复杂地形地区平均风速的模拟能力比较好,10m、40 m、50 m、70 m高度的月平均风速的平均相对误差分别是12.91%、10.21%、9.68%、12.91%。同时,WindSim软件不仅可以较为准确地模拟出该区域2007年的主导风向,而且对该年的有效风速频率的模拟效果也很好。此风电场风能资源模拟试验说明,该地区具有十分丰富的可供开发利用的风能资源,进一步说明WindSim软件对我国复杂地形地区的风能资源评估工作具有很好的参考和应用价值。 展开更多
