Multi-objective optimization of microwave power transmission system architecture with engineering consideration

In the last decade,space solar power satellites(SSPSs)have been conceived to support net-zero carbon emissions and have attracted considerable attention.Electric energy is transmitted to the ground via a microwave power beam,a technology known as microwave power transmission(MPT).Due to the vast transmission distance of tens of thousands of kilometers,the power transmitting antenna array must span up to 1 kilometer in diameter.At the same time,the size of the rectifying array on the ground should extend over a few kilometers.This makes the MPT system of SSPSs significantly larger than the existing aerospace engineering system.To design and operate a rational MPT system,comprehensive optimization is required.Taking the space MPT system engineering into consideration,a novel multi-objective optimization function is proposed and further analyzed.The multi-objective optimization problem is modeled mathematically.Beam collection efficiency(BCE)is the primary factor,followed by the thermal management capability.Some tapers,designed to solve the conflict between BCE and the thermal problem,are reviewed.In addition to these two factors,rectenna design complexity is included as a functional factor in the optimization objective.Weight coefficients are assigned to these factors to prioritize them.Radiating planar arrays with different aperture illumination fields are studied,and their performances are compared using the multi-objective optimization function.Transmitting array size,rectifying array size,transmission distance,and transmitted power remaine constant in various cases,ensuring fair comparisons.The analysis results show that the proposed optimization function is effective in optimizing and selecting the MPT system architecture.It is also noted that the multi-objective optimization function can be expanded to include other factors in the future. 展开更多

In terms of tandem cold mill productivity and product quality, a multi-objective optimization model of rolling schedule based on cost fimction was proposed to determine the stand reductions, inter-stand tensions and rolling speeds for a specified product. The proposed schedule optimization model consists of several single cost fi.mctions, which take rolling force, motor power, inter-stand tension and stand reduction into consideration. The cost function, which can evaluate how far the rolling parameters are from the ideal values, was minimized using the Nelder-Mead simplex method. The proposed rolling schedule optimization method has been applied successfully to the 5-stand tandem cold mill in Tangsteel, and the results from a case study show that the proposed method is superior to those based on empirical formulae. 展开更多

This model has extensive representation. It is a new kind of aggregative method of group forecasting. By taking the suitable combining form of the forecasting models and seeking the optimal parameter, the optimal combining form can be obtained and the forecasting accuracy can be improved. To better meet the needs of crop growth and achieve energy savings and efficiency enhancements,constructing a reliable environmental model to optimize greenhouse decision parameters is an important problem to be solved.In this work,a radial-basis function(RBF)neural network was used to mine the potential changes of a greenhouse environment,a temperature error model was established,a multi-objective optimization function of energy consumption was constructed and the corresponding decision parameters were optimized by using a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with an elite strategy(NSGA-Ⅱ).The simulation results showed that RBF could clarify the nonlinear relationship among the greenhouse environment variables and decision parameters and the greenhouse temperature.The NSGA-Ⅱ could well search for the Pareto solution for the objective functions.The experimental results showed that after 40 min of combined control of sunshades and sprays,the temperature was reduced from 31℃to 25℃,and the power consumption was 0.5 MJ.Compared with tire three days of July 24,July 25 and July 26,2017,the energy consumption of the controlled production greenhouse was reduced by 37.5%,9.1%and 28.5%,respectively. 展开更多

The clustering evaluation can be used to scientifically classify the objects to be evaluated according to the information aggregation of various evaluation rules. In grey weighted clustering evaluation, the index clustering rule relies on the construction of the whitenization weight function, while the existing construction method of the linear function lacks the construction mechanism analysis and validity explanation. A normative construction principle is put forward by analyzing the construction mechanism of the function. Through proving the normative principle of the function,the basic modal function(BMF) is proposed and characterized by different function forms. Then, a new type of the whitenization weight function and its grey clustering evaluation model algorithm are given by studying the mechanism and nature of the construction of different forms of the function. Finally, the comparative study for self-innovation capability of defense science and technology industry(DSTI) is taken as an example. The results show that the different construction ways of the function have an effect on the clustering result. The proposed construction mechanism can better explain the index clustering rules and evaluation effectiveness,which will perfect the theoretical system of grey clustering evaluation and be applied to practice effectively. 展开更多

It follows from the analysis of artillery fire errors that approximately two-thirds of the inaccuracy of indirect artillery fire is caused by inaccuracies in the determination of the meteo parameters included in fire error budget model.Trajectories calculated under non-standard conditions are considered to be perturbed.The tools utilized for the analysis of perturbed trajectories are weighting factor functions(WFFs)which are a special kind of sensitivity functions.WFFs are used for calculation of meteo ballistic elements B(ballistic wind w B,densityρB,virtual temperatureτB,pressure p B)as well.We have found that the existing theory of WFF calculation has several significant shortcomings.The aim of the article is to present a new,improved theory of generalized WFFs that eliminates the deficiencies found.Using this theory will improve methods for designing firing tables,fire control systems algorithms,and meteo message generation algorithms. 展开更多

A multi-objective optimization based robust beamforming(BF)scheme is proposed to realize secure transmission in a cognitive satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)network.Since the satellite network coexists with the UAV network,we first consider both achievable secrecy rate maximization and total transmit power minimization,and formulate a multi-objective optimization problem(MOOP)using the weighted Tchebycheff approach.Then,by supposing that only imperfect channel state information based on the angular information is available,we propose a method combining angular discretization with Taylor approximation to transform the non-convex objective function and constraints to the convex ones.Next,we adopt semi-definite programming together with randomization technology to solve the original MOOP and obtain the BF weight vector.Finally,simulation results illustrate that the Pareto optimal trade-off can be achieved,and the superiority of our proposed scheme is confirmed by comparing with the existing BF schemes. 展开更多

Büeckner Rice weight function method was used to analyse mixed mode fracture of center cracked circular disk subjected to uniaxial compression. Based on Wu Carlsson procedure semi analytical modes Ⅰ and Ⅱ weight functions were derived from corresponding reference displacement fields and stress intensity factors calculated by finite element method. Normalized mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅱ stress intensity factors, f Ⅰ, f Ⅱ , were derived from the obtained semi analytical weight functions. The results were then fitted into polynomials, the precision is within 0.5%. It is interesting to note that when the inclined angle θ of a crack is less than 15°, the f Ⅰvalues are positive. when θ =15°, the f Ⅰ values are positive for the crack length a varying from 0.1 to 0.7, but when a =0.8, the f Ⅰ takes the negative value -0.51. When θ >15°, all the f Ⅰ values become negative, which denotes that the compression shear mode is achieved at crack tips. These results are very useful in the investigation of mixed mode fracture of brittle materials. 展开更多

针对自然复杂场景中行人拥挤和相互遮挡,导致检测精度不佳的问题,提出了一种基于优化权重的YOLOv7密集行人检测算法。首先,针对遮挡行人特征提取问题,利用跨空间高效多尺度注意力机制(Efficient Multi-Scale Attention Module with Cros... 针对自然复杂场景中行人拥挤和相互遮挡,导致检测精度不佳的问题,提出了一种基于优化权重的YOLOv7密集行人检测算法。首先,针对遮挡行人特征提取问题,利用跨空间高效多尺度注意力机制(Efficient Multi-Scale Attention Module with Cross-Spatial Learning,EMA)重新分配主干网络的权重,并跨维度学习不同通道特征之间的相关性,以增强模型对行人目标可见区域的关注。其次,针对检测模型复杂性较高的问题,设计了高效轻量化连接模块(Efficient Lightweight Connection Module,ELCM),旨在提升模型表达能力的同时加快训练速度。最后,构建了聚焦边界框损失函数Focal-SIoU loss,该损失函数注重抑制低质量样本,同时添加角度损失提高模型的检测精度。实验结果表明,所提算法在行人检测数据集Wider-Person与Crowd Human数据集上的均值平均精度分别达到83.7%和82.6%,相比其他先进的算法,在密集拥挤人群检测任务中有显著检测优势。 展开更多

最小二乘孪生支持向量机基于欧氏距离判断样本相似性并搭建模型的方法未考虑样本不同维度的方差差异对决策超平面位置的影响,导致模型处理此类样本精度不高且对噪声样本敏感.鉴于此,该文提出一种基于马氏距离的密度加权最小二乘孪生支... 最小二乘孪生支持向量机基于欧氏距离判断样本相似性并搭建模型的方法未考虑样本不同维度的方差差异对决策超平面位置的影响,导致模型处理此类样本精度不高且对噪声样本敏感.鉴于此,该文提出一种基于马氏距离的密度加权最小二乘孪生支持向量机.该算法利用马氏距离替换欧氏距离构造密度加权策略,充分考虑点与分布的关系,给予噪声数据较低的权重,降低算法对噪声的敏感性;同时结合马氏距离核函数计算样本内协方差矩阵,消除样本特征值之间方差的差异,更准确地体现样本间的相关性,从而优化决策超平面.实验采用人工数据集和UCI数据集,实验结果表明:该算法比同类型分类算法具有更高的分类精确度和泛化能力,能够有效区分在样本中的噪声数据并赋予合适的权重值,提升分类器的鲁棒性. 展开更多

船舶在结构设计以及安全航行中,需要充分考虑风、波浪、海流、海冰等海洋环境对船体结构的影响。为了更快捷、更精确计算分布在船体结构的环境载荷,本文提出一种基于径向基函数载荷传递的计算方法。数学模型分别采用紧支和非紧支径向基... 船舶在结构设计以及安全航行中,需要充分考虑风、波浪、海流、海冰等海洋环境对船体结构的影响。为了更快捷、更精确计算分布在船体结构的环境载荷,本文提出一种基于径向基函数载荷传递的计算方法。数学模型分别采用紧支和非紧支径向基函数点插值方法,能够将作用在船体结构的环境载荷进行空间映射及插值。通过这种方式,环境载荷可以有效地传递到船体结构有限元网格上。为了验证载荷传递效果,结合算例进行了相关验证。将径向基函数插值方法与临近点加权平均法插值方式在不同网格上的插值精度、插值效率等进行对比。结果显示,径向基函数载荷传递方法在精度和效率上表现出色,证实了其精确性和合理性。本文研究内容为船舶和海工平台在海洋环境下的载荷精确传递与结构评估提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

类别不均衡的少样本工业产品表观缺陷检测

通用的目标检测网络在缺陷样本数量较少、缺陷类别分布不均衡时,总体检测精度偏低,在缺陷样本稀少的尾部类别上检测精度更低。为此,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv8s的工业产品表观缺陷检测方法。通过在Neck网络使用幻影卷积(GSConv),降低网... 通用的目标检测网络在缺陷样本数量较少、缺陷类别分布不均衡时,总体检测精度偏低,在缺陷样本稀少的尾部类别上检测精度更低。为此,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv8s的工业产品表观缺陷检测方法。通过在Neck网络使用幻影卷积(GSConv),降低网络复杂度的同时增强网络非线性能力,以避免过拟合风险。利用聚合模块VoV-GSCSP进一步提取与融合不同层次特征,提升网络特征提取与融合能力。通过采用重加权损失函数以平衡不同类别样本的训练损失贡献,加大尾部类别样本的损失贡献占比,从而提高尾部类别缺陷的检测精度。相比基线模型,改进方法对针灸针表观缺陷检测精度mAP为93.3%,提高5.0%,样本最少的断针缺陷提升9.1%;药板表观缺陷检测精度mAP为91.4%,提高2.6%,样本最少的脏污缺陷提升3.2%。在样本较多且分布不均衡的钢材数据集上,整体缺陷检测精度mAP提高2.6%。实验表明,该改进方法在缺陷样本少且类别分布不均衡时,可有效提升工业产品表观缺陷总体检测精度,对样本稀少的尾部类别检测精度改善明显,泛化性良好。 展开更多

目的分析基于磁共振(Magnetic Resonance,MR)体素内不相干运动弥散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)评价中医药治疗腰椎退行性病变的效果。方法纳入2021年6月—2023年6月四川省中西医结合医院收治的腰椎退行性病变患者84例为研究对象,随机数字表法分... 目的分析基于磁共振(Magnetic Resonance,MR)体素内不相干运动弥散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)评价中医药治疗腰椎退行性病变的效果。方法纳入2021年6月—2023年6月四川省中西医结合医院收治的腰椎退行性病变患者84例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,42例对照组采用常规方式治疗,42例观察组采用独活寄生汤联合中医手法治疗,对比两组治疗效果、腰椎功能变化情况、疼痛评分、直腿抬高角度、IVIM-DWID定量参数等。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),比对照组(73.81%,31/42)高,且治疗后观察组JOA评分、直腿抬高角度高于对照组,功能障碍指数评分(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组表观弥散系数(ADC)、慢速弥散系数(D)值高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中医药治疗腰椎退行性病变效果明确,能有效减轻患者下腰痛或下肢放射痛等症状,改善腰椎活动度,促进腰椎功能的恢复,通过IVIM-DWI能有效评估患者腰椎退行性病变程度,为治疗提供参考依据。 展开更多

城市功能区作为承载城市功能的基本单元,其准确识别是城市研究和规划的基础。论文融合夜间灯光数据和POI(兴趣点)等城市大数据,引入人类活动强度和POI认知度,进行城市建成区内功能区识别与分析,克服基于单一数据源进行城市功能区划分的... 城市功能区作为承载城市功能的基本单元,其准确识别是城市研究和规划的基础。论文融合夜间灯光数据和POI(兴趣点)等城市大数据,引入人类活动强度和POI认知度,进行城市建成区内功能区识别与分析,克服基于单一数据源进行城市功能区划分的局限。利用地理探测器等方法分析了多种指标对灯光值的影响程度,构建基于POI、路网数据、增强植被指数(EVI)的灯光修正指数(PRE_ANUI),利用动态阈值法准确提取城市建成区。增加人类活动影响,利用灯光亮度值反映POI点的活跃度,量化灯光值和POI的耦合作用,引入公众认知度指标,构建二元权重模型,在建成区内部进行城市功能区的识别、空间分布特征、专业化特征和混合度特征分析。研究结果表明,顾及人类活动强度和POI的公众认知度,城市建成区内功能区的识别更加准确和科学,为城市功能区提取和特征分析提供可行的技术方法,为城市规划提供决策支持。 展开更多

在文档级关系抽取(DocRE)任务中,现有模型主要侧重于学习文档中实体间的交互,忽略了对实体内部结构的学习,并很少关注到文档中的代词指代识别问题以及对逻辑规则的应用,这导致模型对文档中实体间关系的建模不够准确。因此,基于Transfor... 在文档级关系抽取(DocRE)任务中,现有模型主要侧重于学习文档中实体间的交互,忽略了对实体内部结构的学习,并很少关注到文档中的代词指代识别问题以及对逻辑规则的应用,这导致模型对文档中实体间关系的建模不够准确。因此,基于Transformer的架构融合关系回指图,建模实体间交互和实体内部结构,从而利用回指将更多上下文信息聚合到相应实体上以提高关系抽取的准确性。此外,采用数据驱动方式从关系注释中挖掘逻辑规则,增强对文本隐含逻辑关系的理解和推理能力。针对样本不平衡问题,引入加权长尾损失函数提高对稀有关系的识别准确性。在2个公开数据集DocRED(Document-level Relation Extraction Dataset)和Re-DocRED(Revisiting Documentlevel Relation Extraction Dataset)上的实验结果表明,所提模型性能表现最优,在DocRED测试集上,基于BERT编码器的模型的IgnF1和F1值比基线模型ATLOP(Adaptive Thresholding and Localized cOniext Pooling)分别提高了1.79和2.09个百分点,可见所提模型的综合性能较高。 展开更多

针对传统遗传算法在处理路径规划问题时存在适应性差、收敛速度慢和易早熟等问题,提出一种基于分段评价路径的改进遗传算法。设计一种动态权重适应度函数,在线调节参数并考虑坡度因素,来增强算法对复杂环境的适应能力;提出一种新的交叉... 针对传统遗传算法在处理路径规划问题时存在适应性差、收敛速度慢和易早熟等问题,提出一种基于分段评价路径的改进遗传算法。设计一种动态权重适应度函数,在线调节参数并考虑坡度因素,来增强算法对复杂环境的适应能力;提出一种新的交叉变异方式,分段评价个体后进行有选择性的交叉和变异,提升算法的寻优能力,加快收敛速度;采用模糊控制在线调节交叉变异概率,避免算法早熟;引入删除算子剔除冗余节点,提高最优解的平滑性;在20×20和30×30地图环境上进行仿真实验,结果表明所提算法具有更强的适应能力,改进型交叉变异能更快地搜索到更优路径,在线调节交叉变异概率很好地避免了算法早熟,最终解在路径长度、收敛速度及平滑度上均有提升。 展开更多
