OBJECTIVE The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and races has promoted the development and improvement of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.While there is a few cognition on the minorities in China,espe...OBJECTIVE The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and races has promoted the development and improvement of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.While there is a few cognition on the minorities in China,especially in Lisu nationality from the Yunnan province.Therefore,we performed the research to improve the role of pharmacogenomics in the Lisu population from the Yunnan province of China.METHODS 54 variants of very important pharmacogenes selected from the PharmGKB database were genotyped in 199 unrelated and healthy Lisu adults from the Yunnan province of China,and then,genotyping data wtih χ^(2) test were analyzed.RESULTS We compared our data with those of other 26 populations from the 1000 Genomes Project,and acquired that the Lisu ethnicity is similar with the CDX(Chinese Dai in Xishuangbanna,China)and CHS(Southern Han Chinese,China).Furthermore,rs776746(CYP3A5),rs1805123(KCNH2),rs4291(ACE),rs1051298(SLC19A1)and rs1065852(CYP2D6)were deemed as the most varying loci.The MAF of“G”at rs1805123(KCNH2)in the Lisu population was the largest with the value of 51.0%.CONCLUSION There are significant differences in single nucleotide polymorphism loci,supplementing the pharmacogenomic information of the Lisu population in Yunnan province,China,and can provide a theoretical basis for individualized medication in the future.展开更多

Design for product famil y is a method that first to design a basic form of the product, and then to with draw variant parameters to become a variable product model, makes a family or a series of product design at the same time. Modular design is that based on produ ct function analysis of different function or the same function but different sp ecification within a certain scope, divides and designs out a series of function modular, and through selection and combination of the modular can make up diffe rent products. Parameterization CAD is a CAD method that has function of dimensi on drive. Variant design is a method that under circumstance of keeping principl e constant and construction similar or likeness, properly adjusts part of constr uction and design parameters to adapt design demands. DFM demands the designer t o consider problems that will appear in manufacture in the stage of design, and to avoid them through optimal design. And design by customers is guiding custome rs to design within the scope of production capacity of enterprise and optional items that enterprise has designed to satisfy their requirements of form, functi on and price. Toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 plays an important role in the innate immune system and has been involved in resistance/ susceptibility to a number of diseases as revealed by studies in human and other domestic animals. ...Toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 plays an important role in the innate immune system and has been involved in resistance/ susceptibility to a number of diseases as revealed by studies in human and other domestic animals. Wild boar survives in natural environment without artificial interference and may be different from domestic pig in innate immune system. Here, the complete coding sequence of TLR4 and TLR4A was cloned in wild boar, and two other alternative splicing variants, TLR4B and TLR4C, were obtained. Compared to the counterpart from domestic pig (GcnBank No. AJ628065), there were five SNPs, c.510T〉C, c.960A〉G, c.962A〉G, c.1605T〉G and c.1824A〉G, in the coding sequence of wild boar TLR4A gene. TLR4 gene was expressed in all the tissues from wild boar studied with the most abundance in spleen tissue, and mRNA level was significantly lower in spleen from wild boar than that from Min pig. The allele distribution was significantly different at polymorphic loci c.962G〉A and c.1027C〉A (p〈0.01) between wild boar and Min pig. The results would contribute to understand the innate immune system in wild boar.展开更多
