The SAG template is obtained by nanospherical-lens photolithography. It is found that increasing the flow rate of 1-12 will change the CaN crystal shape from pyramid to vertical rod, while increasing the growth temperature will reduce the diameters of GaN rods to nanometer scale. Finally the CaN nanorods with smooth lateral surface and relatively good quality are obtained under the condition that the H2:N2 ratio is 1:1 and the growth temperature is 1030℃. The good crystal quality and orientation of GaN nanorods are confirmed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The cathodoluminescence spectrum suggests that the crystal and optical quality is also improved with increasing the temperature.展开更多
目的分析1990~2019年中国人群非霍奇金淋巴瘤(Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma,NHL)的发病、病死及疾病负担变化趋势,旨在为中国NHL的防控提供参考。方法从2019年全球疾病负担研究数据库中筛选1990~2019年中国人群的NHL发病数、发病率、死亡数、...目的分析1990~2019年中国人群非霍奇金淋巴瘤(Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma,NHL)的发病、病死及疾病负担变化趋势,旨在为中国NHL的防控提供参考。方法从2019年全球疾病负担研究数据库中筛选1990~2019年中国人群的NHL发病数、发病率、死亡数、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted life years,DALYs)等资料。采用Joinpoint Regression Program 4.9.0.0软件进行Joinpoint回归分析,测算1990~2019年中国NHL的标化发病率(ASIR)、年龄标化死亡率(Age-Standardized Mortality Rate,ASMR)及标化伤残调整生命年(Disability adjusted life years,DALYs),分析1990~2019年中国NHL发病、死亡及疾病负担的变化趋势,构建年龄-时期-队列模型(APC)分析不同年龄及时间中国人群NHL的发病风险、死亡风险及疾病负担。结果1990~2019年中国人群NHL总体粗发病率、总体粗死亡率及总体粗DALYs率均呈增长趋势[平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)=4.7、2.8、1.8,P均<0.05]。1990~2019年中国人群NHL标化ASIR、标化ASMR及标化DALYs均呈增长趋势(AAPC=3.1、0.8、0.5,P均<0.05)。中国人群NHL的疾病负担随年龄的增加而增加;随着年龄和时期的推移,中国男性、女性人群NHL的发病风险及死亡风险均增加,晚出生的中国人群NHL的发病风险及死亡风险低,男性和女性人群NHL疾病负担均呈先上升后下降趋势;随着时间变化,中国男性、女性和总体人群NHL的发病风险均呈上升趋势。结论1990~2019年中国人群NHL的发病率及死亡率呈上升趋势、疾病负担逐渐增加。男性及老年人群更易发生NHL、疾病负担更高。展开更多
