Meanwhile, since it is a productive system with bo... Electric power system is one of the most important and complex engineering in modern society, supplying main and general power for social production and social life. Meanwhile, since it is a productive system with both high input and output, it has an obvious economic significance to improve its operating efficiency. For an example, an unit is 10 GW scale, if its standard coal consumption can be decreased with 1 g/kW·h, it can save about 5 000 tons standard coal per year. It will be discussed mainly that how to establish optimization model and its numerical algorithm for operating management of the electric power system. The idea on establishing optimization model is how to dispatch work state of units or power plants, so that total cost of fuel consumption for generation is reduced to the minimum. Here the dispatch is to decide which unit or plant to operate, which unit or plant to stop running, how much power should be generated for those operating units or plants at each given time interval. 展开更多

The conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) measures the relative efficiencies of a set of decision making units with exact values of inputs and outputs. In real-world prob- lems, however, inputs and outputs typically have some levels of fuzziness. To analyze a decision making unit (DMU) with fuzzy input/output data, previous studies provided the fuzzy DEA model and proposed an associated evaluating approach. Nonetheless, numerous deficiencies must still be improved, including the α- cut approaches, types of fuzzy numbers, and ranking techniques. Moreover, a fuzzy sample DMU still cannot be evaluated for the Fuzzy DEA model. Therefore, this paper proposes a fuzzy DEA model based on sample decision making unit (FSDEA). Five eval- uation approaches and the related algorithm and ranking methods are provided to test the fuzzy sample DMU of the FSDEA model. A numerical experiment is used to demonstrate and compare the results with those obtained using alternative approaches. 展开更多

According to the requirements of the live-virtual-constructive(LVC)tactical confrontation(TC)on the virtual entity(VE)decision model of graded combat capability,diversified actions,real-time decision-making,and generalization for the enemy,the confrontation process is modeled as a zero-sum stochastic game(ZSG).By introducing the theory of dynamic relative power potential field,the problem of reward sparsity in the model can be solved.By reward shaping,the problem of credit assignment between agents can be solved.Based on the idea of meta-learning,an extensible multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(EMADRL)framework and solving method is proposed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of model solving.Experiments show that the model meets the requirements well and the algorithm learning efficiency is high. 展开更多

A 32 kbit OTP(one-time programmable)memory for MCUs(micro-controller units)used in remote controllers was designed.This OTP memory is used for program and data storage.It is required to apply 5.5V to BL(bit-line)and 11V to WL(word-line)for a OTP cell of 0.35μm ETOX(EEPROM tunnel oxide)type by MagnaChip.We use 5V transistors on column data paths to reduce the area of column data paths since they require small areas.In addition,we secure device reliability by using HV(high-voltage)transistors in the WL driver.Furthermore,we change from a static logic to a dynamic logic used for the WL driver in the core circuit.Also,we optimize the WD(write data)switch circuit.Thus,we can implement them with a small-area design.In addition,we implement the address predecoder with a small-area logic circuit.The area of the designed 32 kbit OTP with 5V and HV devices is 674.725μm×258.75μm(=0.1745mm2)and is 56.3% smaller than that using 3.3V devices. 展开更多

The distribution of Al (j) and the structural units distribution of Qi T in calcium aluminosilicate melts were studied by means of molecular dynamics simulation. The results show that provided there exists lower-field strength cation relative to Al3+, such as alkaline and alkaline earth metals, Al will be four-coordinated but not six-coordinated. Meanwhile, if there exist a large number of higher-field strength cations such as Si4+ and little lower-field strength cation, six-coordinated aluminum will be formed. The relation of structural units distribution of Qi T with chemical composition shift was also extracted, showing that as Ca2+ exists, the distributions of Qi Si, Qi Al or Qi T have the similar changing trend with the variation of component. Because of high-temperature effect, the Al-tetrahedral units in melts are greatly active and unstable and there exist dynamic transforming equilibria of Al(3)Al(4) and (Al(5))Al(4). The three-coordinated oxygen and charge-compensated bridging oxygen are proposed to explain phenomena of the negative charge redundancy of AlO4 and location of network modifier with charge-compensated function in aluminosilicate melts. 展开更多

【目的】针对已有模型在检测小尺寸、与背景对比度低的破损时易出现漏检、误检等问题,提出一种改进YOLOv4的检测模型。【方法】针对小尺寸问题,首先设计了DDS unit替换主干网络中的Res unit,利用不同层次特征跨层连接的方式获得完整丰... 【目的】针对已有模型在检测小尺寸、与背景对比度低的破损时易出现漏检、误检等问题,提出一种改进YOLOv4的检测模型。【方法】针对小尺寸问题,首先设计了DDS unit替换主干网络中的Res unit,利用不同层次特征跨层连接的方式获得完整丰富的多尺度特征完成小尺寸破损的检测。其次,在分类损失函数中引入梯度协调机制动态调整小尺寸破损的权重使其得到充分训练。针对破损与背景对比度低的问题,首先在主干网络深层网络层中嵌入坐标注意力机制,增强模型对破损特征的关注度,降低背景噪声的干扰。其次,设计精确解耦头通过解决分类、定位任务对特征需求的矛盾提升检测精度。【结果】实验表明,模型的平均精度较YOLOv4提升了3.92%,小尺寸的划伤类破损、与背景低对比度的磨损类破损的检测精度分别提升4.32%和4.24%,可有效解决漏检、误检问题。 展开更多

针对三维高效视频编码(three-dimensional high efficiency video coding,3D-HEVC)深度图编码单元(coding unit,CU)划分复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于卷积神经网络(convolutional neural networks,CNN)的算法来实现快速深度图帧内编码。... 针对三维高效视频编码(three-dimensional high efficiency video coding,3D-HEVC)深度图编码单元(coding unit,CU)划分复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于卷积神经网络(convolutional neural networks,CNN)的算法来实现快速深度图帧内编码。首先,提出一种具有3个分支的注意力-残差双特征流卷积神经网络(attention-residual bi-feature stream convolutional neural networks,ARBS-CNN)模型,其中基于残差模块(residual module,RM)和特征蒸馏(feature distill,FD)模块的2个分支用于提取全局图像特征,基于动态模块(dynamic module,DM)和卷积-卷积块注意力模块(convolutional-convolutional block attention module,Conv-CBAM)的分支用于提取局部图像特征;然后,将提取到的特征进行整合并输出,得到对深度图CU划分结构的预测;最后,将ARBS-CNN嵌入到3D-HEVC测试平台中,利用预测结果加速深度图帧内编码。与原始算法相比,提出的算法能在维持率失真性能几乎不受影响的条件下,平均减少74.2%的编码时间。实验结果表明,该算法能够在保持率失真性能的条件下,有效降低3D-HEVC的编码复杂度。 展开更多

A unitized regenerative fuel cell(URFC)is a device that may function reversibly as either a fuel cell(FC)or water elec-trolysis(WE).An important component of this device is the Membrane electrode assembly(MEA).Therefore,this study aimed to compare the performance outcomes of MEA using electrodes with single and three catalyst layers.This study measured Electrochemical Surface Area(ECSA),Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS),X-ray Diffraction analysis(XRD),and X-ray Fluorescence(XRF).Furthermore,the round-trip efficiency(RTE)of the MEA,as w ell as the performance in FC and WE mode,was measured.In comparison,The ECSA values of Pt-Ru/C and Pt/C with three catalyst layers were higher than the single catalyst layer.This result was supported by electrode characterization data for XRD and XRF.The respective electrical conductivity values of Pt-Ru/C and Pt/C with three catalyst layers are also higher than the single cata-lyst layer,and the performance of URFC using MEA with three catalyst layers has the highest value of RTE among the MEA performances of URFC,which is 100%at a current density of 4 mA·cm-2. 展开更多

Synergistic enhancement of load-bearing and energy-absorbing performance in additively manufactured lattice structures through modifications to conventional unit cells

The unit cell configuration of lattice structures critically influences their load-bearing and energy absorption performance.In this study,three novel lattice structures were developed by modifying the conventional FBCCZ unit cell through reversing,combining,and turning strategies.The designed lattices were fabricated via laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)using Ti-6Al-4V powder,and the mechanical properties,energy absorption capacity,and deformation behaviors were systematically investigated through quasi-static compression tests and finite element simulations.The results demonstrate that the three modified lattices exhibit superior performance over the conventional FBCCZ structure in terms of fracture strain,specific yield strength,specific ultimate strength,specific energy absorption,and energy absorption efficiency,thereby validating the efficacy of unit cell modifications in enhancing lattice performance.Notably,the CFBCCZ and TFBCCZ lattices significantly outperform both the FBCCZ and RFBCCZ lattice structures in load-bearing and energy absorption.While TFBCCZ shows marginally higher specific elastic modulus and energy absorption efficiency than CFBCCZ,the latter achieves superior energy absorption due to its highest ultimate strength and densification strain.Finite element simulations further reveal that the modified lattices,through optimized redistribution and adjustment of internal nodes and struts,effectively alleviate stress concentration during loading.This structural modification enhances the structural integrity and deformation stability under external loads,enabling a synergistic enhancement of load-bearing capacity and energy absorption performance. 展开更多

Target intention prediction of air combat based on Mog-GRU-D network under incomplete information

High complexity and uncertainty of air combat pose significant challenges to target intention prediction.Current interpolation methods for data pre-processing and wrangling have limitations in capturing interrelationships among intricate variable patterns.Accordingly,this study proposes a Mogrifier gate recurrent unit-D(Mog-GRU-D)model to address the com-bat target intention prediction issue under the incomplete infor-mation condition.The proposed model directly processes miss-ing data while reducing the independence between inputs and output states.A total of 1200 samples from twelve continuous moments are captured through the combat simulation system,each of which consists of seven dimensional features.To bench-mark the experiment,a missing valued dataset has been gener-ated by randomly removing 20%of the original data.Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed model obtains the state-of-the-art performance with an accuracy of 73.25%when dealing with incomplete information.This study provides possi-ble interpretations for the principle of target interactive mecha-nism,highlighting the model’s effectiveness in potential air war-fare implementation. 展开更多

人体活动识别(human activity recognizition, HAR)在医疗、军工、智能家居等领域有很大的应用空间。传统机器学习方法特征提取难度较大且精度不高。针对上述问题并结合传感器时序特性,提出了一种融合CBAM(convolutional block attentio... 人体活动识别(human activity recognizition, HAR)在医疗、军工、智能家居等领域有很大的应用空间。传统机器学习方法特征提取难度较大且精度不高。针对上述问题并结合传感器时序特性,提出了一种融合CBAM(convolutional block attention module)注意力机制的GRU-DRSN双通道并行模型,有效避免了传统串行模型因网络深度加深引起梯度爆炸和消失问题。同时并行结构使得两条支路具有相同的优先级,使用深度残差收缩网络(deep residual shrinkage network, DRSN)提取数据的深层空间特征,同时使用门控循环结构(gated recurrent unit, GRU)学习活动样本在时间序列上的特征,同时进行提取样本不同维度的特征,并通过CBAM模块进行特征的权重分配,最后通过Softmax层进行识别,实现了端对端的人体活动识别。使用公开数据集(wireless sensor data mining, WISDM)进行验证,模型平均精度达到了97.6%,与传统机器学习模型和前人所提神经网络模型相比,有更好的识别效果。 展开更多

Aerial threat assessment is a crucial link in modern air combat, whose result counts a great deal for commanders to make decisions. With the consideration that the existing threat assessment methods have difficulties in dealing with high dimensional time series target data, a threat assessment method based on self-attention mechanism and gated recurrent unit(SAGRU) is proposed. Firstly, a threat feature system including air combat situations and capability features is established. Moreover, a data augmentation process based on fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) is applied to extract more valuable information from time series situation features. Furthermore, aiming to capture key characteristics of battlefield evolution, a bidirectional GRU and SA mechanisms are designed for enhanced features.Subsequently, after the concatenation of the processed air combat situation and capability features, the target threat level will be predicted by fully connected neural layers and the softmax classifier. Finally, in order to validate this model, an air combat dataset generated by a combat simulation system is introduced for model training and testing. The comparison experiments show the proposed model has structural rationality and can perform threat assessment faster and more accurately than the other existing models based on deep learning. 展开更多

Evolutionary algorithms(EAs)have been used in high utility itemset mining(HUIM)to address the problem of discover-ing high utility itemsets(HUIs)in the exponential search space.EAs have good running and mining performance,but they still require huge computational resource and may miss many HUIs.Due to the good combination of EA and graphics processing unit(GPU),we propose a parallel genetic algorithm(GA)based on the platform of GPU for mining HUIM(PHUI-GA).The evolution steps with improvements are performed in central processing unit(CPU)and the CPU intensive steps are sent to GPU to eva-luate with multi-threaded processors.Experiments show that the mining performance of PHUI-GA outperforms the existing EAs.When mining 90%HUIs,the PHUI-GA is up to 188 times better than the existing EAs and up to 36 times better than the CPU parallel approach. 展开更多

SnO_(2)is used as electrode material with excellent properties,but it has some disadvantages such as slow reaction kinetics,low inherent conductivity and complex preparation process.Here,SnO_(2)@carbon nanotubes(SnO_(2)@CNTs)is synthesized through an efficient method of one-pot alternating current electrochemical dispersion.By using heat treatment at 400℃,the SnO_(2)@CNTs-400 composite material with abundant mesoporous structure is obtained,while the crystal particles are grown,and a strong bonding effect is formed with CNTs via powerful Sn-O-C bond.Benefiting from the introduction of high electrical conductivity CNTs and outstanding structural characteristics,as prepared composite material(SnO_(2)@CNTs-400)exhibit enhanced diffusion dynamics,lithium-ion transmission rate and structural steadiness.The specific capacity of SnO_(2)@CNTs and SnO_(2)@CNTs-400 as anodes for lithium-ion batteries can reach 690.2 mA·h/g and 836.5 mA·h/g,respectively,after 100 cycles at 0.5 A/g.The abundant chemical bonds and porous structure can be formed in composite via alternating current synthesis method,which takes significant in improving electrochemical properties. 展开更多
