The stresses, relative fretting slip, frettin g friction work parameter W and crack initiation location parameter Gon the fretting contact surface of the cylinder block are obtained and analyzed. It shows that the fretting fatigue problem of the cylinder block can be quantitat ively explained by WorG. The effects of pretightening force, friction factor and material combination of the cylinder block and the main bearing cap are studied. The computational results indicate that the fretting fatigue of the cylinder block can be allayed by increasing the elastic modulus of the cylinder block, but not by changing the other two factors. 展开更多

In this paper,the spline finite element method is developed to investigate free vibration problems of beams.The cubic B-spline functions are used to construct the displacement field.The assembly of elements and the introduction of boundary conditions follow the standard finite element procedure.The results under various boundary conditions are compared with those obtained by the exact method and the finite difference method.It shows that the results are in excellent agreement with the analytical results and much more accurate than the results obtained by the finite difference method,especially for higher order modes. 展开更多

Due to the current trend towards lightweight design in automotive industry,hollow stepped gear shafts for automobile and its radial forging process are widely investigated.Utilizing coupled finite element thermo-mechanical model,radial forging process of a hollow stepped gear shaft for automobile was simulated.The optimal combination of three process parameters including initial temperature,rotation rate and radial reduction was also selected using orthogonal design method.To examine the strain inhomogeneity of the forging workpiece,the strain inhomogeneity factor was introduced.The results reveal that the maximum effective strain and the minimum effective strain appeared in the outermost and innermost zones of different cross sections for the hollow stepped gear shaft,respectively.Optimal forging parameters are determined as a combination of initial temperature of 780°C,rotation rate of 21°/stroke and radial reduction of 3 mm. 展开更多

Cavity resonance noise of passenger car tires is generated by interacting excitation between a tire structure and the fill gas (air), and generally lies in a frequency range of 200?250 Hz. As such, this noise is strongly perceived and may be a serious source of driver annoyance. Thus, many studies regarding the cavity noise mechanism and its reduction have already been conducted. In this work, a vibro-acoustic coupled analysis was conducted between a tire structure and air cavity. Using this analysis, we can more accurately simulate the tire noise performance in the region of the cavity resonance frequency. An analysis of the effects of variation of tire contour design factors was conducted, using design-of-experiments methods. Finally, a multi-objective optimization was performed using in-house codes to reduce the cavity noise level while minimizing the loss of other performances, such as diminished ride comfort and handling caused by the variations of contour. As a result of this optimization, an optimized contour shape was derived, which satisfied the multi-objective performances. 展开更多

The results indicated that this local shallow layer groundwater resources were rich and have the big development potential. When the tunnel underpasses through the building,it will cause deformation and even damage to the buildings above,and the deformation of building foundation is the key to building safety.Based on the engineering case,the theoretical analysis was employed to evaluate the influence of shield tunnel underpass construction on the stability of the building,and the optimal tunneling parameters in the field construction have been obtained through the verified theoretical model and parameter analysis.First,the strip foundation of the building was simplified to the Timoshenko beam,which was taken into account the shear effect,and then the deformation displacement of the soil at the same place of strip foundation was applied to the simplified Timoshenko beam.Finally,the numerical solution of the displacement of the strip foundation was obtained by using the finite element method and verified its reliability using Euler-Bernoulli beam theoretical model,field monitoring data,and numerical simulation.Parameters analysis for the deformation and internal force of strip foundation under different types of shield machine tunneling parameters showed that the influence of the pressure of shield excavation chamber,thrust of shield,and driving speed played an important role in the deformation of the building’s strip foundation and internal force. 展开更多

The coupling effect of steel lift pipe and f... 3D dynamic analysis models of 1000 m deep-ocean mining pipeline, including steel lift pipe, pump, buffer and flexible hose, were established by finite element method (FEM). The coupling effect of steel lift pipe and flexible hose, and main external loads of pipeline were considered in the models, such as gravity, buoyancy, hydrodynamic forces, internal and external fluid pressures, concentrated suspension buoyancy on the flexible hose, torsional moment and axial force induced by pump working. Some relevant FEM models and solution techniques were developed, according to various 3D transient behaviors of integrated deep-ocean mining pipeline, including towing motions of track-keeping operation and launch process of pipeline. Meanwhile, an experimental verification system in towing water tank that had similar characteristics of designed mining pipeline was developed to verify the accuracy of the FEM models and dynamic simulation. The experiment results show that the experimental records and simulation results of stress of pipe are coincided. Based on the further simulations of 1 000 m deep-ocean mining pipeline, the simulation results show that, to form configuration of a saddle shape, the total concentrated suspension buoyancy of flexible hose should be 95%?105% of the gravity of flexible hose in water, the first suspension point occupies 1/3 of the total buoyancy, and the second suspension point occupies 2/3 of the total buoyancy. When towing velocity of mining system is less than 0.5 m/s, the towing track of buffer is coincided with the setting route of ship on the whole and the configuration of flexible hose is also kept well. 展开更多

In order to describe and control the stress distribution and total deformation of bladed disk assemblies used in the aeroengine, a highly efficient and precise method of probabilistic analysis which is called extremum response surface method(ERSM) is produced based on the previous deterministic analysis results with the finite element model(FEM). In this work, many key nonlinear factors, such as the dynamic feature of the temperature load, the centrifugal force and the boundary conditions, are taken into consideration for the model. The changing patterns with time of bladed disk assemblies about stress distribution and total deformation are obtained during the deterministic analysis, and at the same time, the largest deformation and stress nodes of bladed disk assemblies are found and taken as input target of probabilistic analysis in a scientific and reasonable way. Not only their reliability, historical sample, extreme response surface(ERS) and the cumulative probability distribution function but also their sensitivity and effect probability are obtained. Main factors affecting stress distribution and total deformation of bladed disk assemblies are investigated through the sensitivity analysis of the model. Finally, compared with the response surface method(RSM) and the Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), the results show that this new approach is effective. 展开更多

This expression was compared with a test result made by the former researchers. The constitutive relationship of a transversely isotropic medium and Mohr-Coulomb criterion in which C and Ф vary with directions were employed, and a relative 3D elasto-plastic FEM code was developed, in which the important thing was to adopt a search-trial method to find the orientation angle (p) of shear failure plane (or weakest shear plane) with respect to the major principal stress as well as the corresponding C and Ф Taking an underground opening as the calculation object, the numerical analyses were carried out by using the FEM code for two cases of transversely isotropic rock and isotropic rock, respectively, and the computation results were compared. The results show that when the rock is a transversely isotropic one, the distributions of displacements, plastic zones and stress contours in the surrounding rock will be non-axisymmetric along the tunnel's vertical axis, which is very different from that of isotropic rock. The stability of the tunnel in transversely isotropic rock is relatively low. 展开更多

In order to reduce casualties and property losses in a collision accident, thin-walled structure has been extensively used as energy absorber in crashworthiness design of train. With the help of energy absorber, collision kinetic energy can be controllably dissipated by the plastic deformation of structures. A new kind of multi-cell thin-walled structure called as bitubular polygonal tubes with internal walls(BPTIW) was constructed. The crashworthiness characteristics of BPTIWs were investigated by LS-DYNA. It can be found that the BPTIW with 12 sides has the most excellent crashworthiness characteristics. Therefore, based on response surface method(RSM) and multiobjective particle optimization(MOPSO) algorithm, the BPTIW with 12 sides was selected to optimize the dimensions of cross-sectional configuration under different constraints of energy absorption(EA) and crushing peak force(CPF). The results show that the optimal designs of BPTIW12 under different constraints present excellent crashworthiness characteristics and can be used in the practical engineering. 展开更多

钢结构具有低碳环保、轻质高强和抗震性能卓越等多重优势,目前已经广泛应用在高层建筑、大跨度建筑和一些民用建筑;但是其固有的易发生屈曲、腐蚀以及成本较高等问题阻碍了钢结构的进一步应用。目前关于钢结构防屈曲和防腐蚀的措施会大... 钢结构具有低碳环保、轻质高强和抗震性能卓越等多重优势,目前已经广泛应用在高层建筑、大跨度建筑和一些民用建筑;但是其固有的易发生屈曲、腐蚀以及成本较高等问题阻碍了钢结构的进一步应用。目前关于钢结构防屈曲和防腐蚀的措施会大大提高结构的成本并对结构承载能力带来一定的负面影响。超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种基于最大堆积密度理论的新型纤维增强水泥基复合材料,具有较高的强度和较强的变形能力,并且在抗水渗透性、抗氯离子渗透性以及抗冻融性等耐久性方面有着优异的性能。如今UHPC已经广泛应用于各种结构的力学加固以及耐久加固之中。近期的研究工作表明,将钢结构与UHPC结合使用,可以有效地实现两者的优势互补,在发挥钢结构轻质高强优异特征的同时,极大地减缓了疲劳、腐蚀和失稳对钢结构的危害。该文研究了一种已经广泛投入使用的工字钢外包薄层UHPC新型组合梁,并通过Abaqus有限元软件进行仿真分析建立样本数据库。同时利用雷达图法提出组合梁抗剪性能和抗剪性价比综合评价指标,采用响应面-蒙特卡罗法,共设计4种响应面对组合梁腹板尺寸参数进行分析。分析结果表明,组合梁的抗剪性能与其性价比之间存在显著的正相关性。此外,随着工字钢腹板厚度的增加,抗剪性能和性价比先增加后降低,并在某一特定厚度处达到峰值。该研究对于优化工字钢外包UHPC组合梁的设计具有重要的工程意义。 展开更多

针对油罐车自主加注臂在作业过程中末端存在振动,导致与加注口对接精度降低,影响工作效率的问题,提出一种安装平衡缸来抑制末端振动的方法。基于MDH法建立油罐车自主加注臂的正运动学模型,采用解析法对机械臂进行逆向运动学求解,得到加... 针对油罐车自主加注臂在作业过程中末端存在振动,导致与加注口对接精度降低,影响工作效率的问题,提出一种安装平衡缸来抑制末端振动的方法。基于MDH法建立油罐车自主加注臂的正运动学模型,采用解析法对机械臂进行逆向运动学求解,得到加注臂关节角度和末端对接装置位姿的映射关系。建立加注臂有限元分析模型并设置仿真边界条件,通过对不同平衡缸安装位置参数组合的加注臂依次进行仿真,确定平衡缸的最佳安装位置。最后,在相同边界条件下,对未安装平衡缸、安装平衡缸以及刚体状态下的加注臂进行仿真对比分析。结果表明:相较于未安装平衡缸的加注臂,安装平衡缸的加注臂在运动停止后的残余振动中,振动幅值最大减少了25.1 mm,在加注臂Z向上,振动幅值衰减最大达到了77.4%。以上数据表明,安装平衡缸能够有效降低加注臂的末端振动,提高对接过程的效率以及稳定性。 展开更多

为研究钢管混凝土KK(CFST-KK)型节点应力集中系数(SCF)计算方法,开展CFST-KK型节点模型试验和实体有限元分析,通过试验与有限元结果对比分析验证了有限元模型正确性;通过有限元参数分析揭示CFST-KK型节点SCF的敏感性以及管内混凝土的影... 为研究钢管混凝土KK(CFST-KK)型节点应力集中系数(SCF)计算方法,开展CFST-KK型节点模型试验和实体有限元分析,通过试验与有限元结果对比分析验证了有限元模型正确性;通过有限元参数分析揭示CFST-KK型节点SCF的敏感性以及管内混凝土的影响机理;探讨现有相贯管节点SCF计算方法的适用性,基于节点刚度推导得到钢管KK(CHS-KK)型节点SCF计算方法,基于变形相似原则并考虑管内混凝土与主管管壁的剥离变形作用,提出了CFST-KK型节点SCF计算方法。结果表明:有限元模型最大误差为8.0%,具有良好的精度;计算CFST-KK型节点SCF时,可只考虑轴力和面内弯矩的作用而忽略面外弯矩的作用;主管径厚比对CFST-KK型节点SCF的影响最为显著,主管内填混凝土可提升主管管壁整体径向刚度,使CFST-KK型节点SCF减小28.5%~48.9%;采用现有相贯管节点SCF计算方法计算CFST-KK型节点SCF时均存在较大误差;扩展有限元参数分析验证了文章提出的CHS-KK和CFST-KK型节点SCF计算方法具有良好的精度且计算结果偏于安全。 展开更多

在复合材料叶片的损伤检测中,准确、快速地获得叶片损伤前后动力特性变化规律至关重要。为此,结合复合材料均匀化思想、扩展Bredt-Batho剪切流理论与损伤刚度退化理论,在有限元框架体系下提出了高效的复合材料叶片损伤模拟数值计算方法... 在复合材料叶片的损伤检测中,准确、快速地获得叶片损伤前后动力特性变化规律至关重要。为此,结合复合材料均匀化思想、扩展Bredt-Batho剪切流理论与损伤刚度退化理论,在有限元框架体系下提出了高效的复合材料叶片损伤模拟数值计算方法,并基于Python语言完成相应有限元程序开发。在此基础上,以复合夹芯悬臂梁作为研究对象,与ANSYS计算结果进行对比分析,验证了复合材料均匀化方法的合理性。同时,应用于模拟计算不同程度和位置损伤工况下NREL 5MW风机叶片的模态。结果表明,提出的数值计算方法很好地模拟了叶片前缘开裂损伤;叶片频率随着损伤程度加深逐渐减小;前缘裂纹对叶片挥舞方向的影响更大;在相同损伤程度下叶片前缘裂纹越靠近根部频率下降越多;叶根处的前缘裂纹对叶片摆振方向影响较大,叶尖处的前缘裂纹对叶片挥舞方向影响较大;叶片前缘裂纹对固有频率影响极小,以挥舞方向位移模态计算平均曲率模态损伤因子作为损伤识别指标能有效识别叶片前缘开裂损伤。 展开更多

大跨度悬索桥造价高,通行量大,扮演着交通网络的关键角色。作为控制性工程,目前主要采用有限元方法等确定性的分析方法对其安全可靠性进行计算和分析。但是实际工程中的结构参数具有不确定性,同时在空间上还存在变异性和相关性,故引入... 大跨度悬索桥造价高,通行量大,扮演着交通网络的关键角色。作为控制性工程,目前主要采用有限元方法等确定性的分析方法对其安全可靠性进行计算和分析。但是实际工程中的结构参数具有不确定性,同时在空间上还存在变异性和相关性,故引入随机场因素的影响。采用数值分析方法,结合随机场理论与可靠度理论,提出了基于随机场的大跨度悬索桥可靠度评估方法。方法主要包括3方面内容:采用中心点法和相关函数处理随机场;采用有限元方法进行结构数值分析;采用一次二阶矩法中的验算点法进行结构可靠度指标计算。介绍了方法的具体实现流程,编写了与之对应的分析程序,通过若干数值算例验证了方法和程序的准确性和适用性。最后以三塔四跨悬索桥——温州瓯江北口大桥为工程实例,考虑桥梁结构参数的不确定性及其在空间上的变异性和相关性,在正常使用极限状态下对其挠度可靠度进行评价,分析了考虑随机场对温州瓯江北口大桥挠度可靠度指标的影响。结果表明:该文提出的方法适用于大跨度悬索桥的可靠度评估。考虑随机场相比不考虑随机场计算得到的正常使用极限状态下的挠度可靠度指标偏小。这说明,忽略大跨度悬索桥结构参数在空间上的变异性和相关性,会导致过高估计结构在正常使用极限状态下的挠度可靠度。 展开更多
