Breakage is an important step in the resource processing chain.However,the mechanical crushing methods commonly used today suffer from low energy efficiency and high dust levels.Promoting environmental protection and improving energy efficiency are crucial to advancing China’s circular economy.Mining companies are actively exploring novel and innovative technologies to significantly cut down on operating costs and minimize emissions of dust and pollutants generated during processing.Recently,high voltage pulse discharge(HVPD)technology has received widespread attention and has been reported to have good application prospects in resource processing.This paper presents an extensive review of the operational principles of HVPD and the unique characteristics it engenders,such as non-polluting,selective material fragmentation,pre-weakening,pre-concentration,and enhanced permeability of coal seams.Additionally,this review explores the potential and obstacles confronting HVPD in industrial contexts,offering fresh insights for HVPD optimization and providing guidance and prospects for industrial deployment and further development. 展开更多

LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4(LNMO) was prepared by a high-temperature solid phase method,and then Al PO_(4)(AP) was coated on the polyhedral LNMO surface by the wet chemical method.The experimental results showed that the LNMO-1%AP|Li cell prepared with a 1%mass ratio of Al PO_(4and) LNMO had better electrochemical performance;after 450 cycles at 1C,its discharge specific capacity maintained 108.78 m Ah·g^(-1),while that of the LNMO|Li cell was only 86.04 m Ah·g^(-1).Especially at the high rates of 5C and 10C,the electrochemical properties of the former were far superior to the latter.This was attributed to the fact that the AP coating made the surface of LNMO in contact with the electrolyte more stable,effectively promoted the Li~+transport,and reduced the polarization voltage of the electrode. 展开更多

Developing supercapacitors(SCs)with long cycling life and wide operative voltage window is a significant topic in the field of aqueous electrolytes.Although the design of water in salt(WIS)electrolytes has pushed the development of aqueous electrolytes to a new height,the WIS electrolytes with an operative voltage window of up to 2.5 V is still very scarce.Herein,in order to enrich the type of aqueous electrolyte with high operative voltage,tetramethylammonium trifluoromethanesulfonate(TMAOTf)based WIS electrolyte was used as a model to construct WIS based hybrid electrolyte with acetonitrile(ACN)co-solvent and LiTFSI co-solute.In view of the coordination effect of ACN and Lit on free water in TMAOTf based WIS electrolyte,the TMAt-Lit-AWIS electrolyte has the electrochemical stabilization window of up to 3.35 V.Further coupled with the commercial YP-50F electrodes,TMAt-Lit-AWIS based SCs exhibited wide operative voltage window(2.5 V),long cycling life(45,000 cycles)and good low-temperature performance(99.99%capacitance retention after 2000 cycles at20℃).The design of this hybrid electrolyte will enrich the types of aqueous hybrid electrolytes with long cycling life and wide operative voltage window. 展开更多

High-voltage sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are emerging as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage systems due to their abundant sodium source and high energy density.However,the instability of the electrode electrolyte interphase remains a critical barrier to the potential use of high-voltage SIBs.Herein,sodium difluorophosphate(NaDFP)and fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)serve as functional electrolyte additives to stabilize the interface of the high-voltage cathode.The oxidative competition between FEC and NaDFP facilitates the robust formation of the cathode-electrolyte interface(CEI)layer,enriched with inorganic components such as NaF/NaPO_(x)F_(y).The highly conductive NaF/NaPO_(x)F_(y)and inorganics provide fast ion transport pathways and mechanical strength,thereby mitigating the decomposition of carbonates and NaPF_(6).The half-cell equipped with BE 2 F+0.5 DFP demonstrates 93.9%capacity retention at 4.3 V across 600 cycles,showcasing excellent cycling capability.Full HC||NVOPF cells exhibit sustained performance with 91.69%capacity retention and a capacity of 91.57 mA·h/g over 1000 cycles at a 5 C rate.This study is poised to garner increased scholarly interest in the domain of rational electrolyte formulation for practical applications. 展开更多

直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载... 直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载波脉宽调制算法;然后在此基础上给出基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波脉宽调制算法;并给出这2种方法的零序电压分量的设计方案;最后,对这2种方法进行了详细的理论分析、计算机仿真和1kW样机实验对比验证。研究结果表明:所提出的2种算法都能有效实现直流侧中点电位平衡控制,其中基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的中点电位控制具有更快动态响应速度,且其网侧电流的高次谐波主要分布在开关频率附近;而基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法的网侧电流高次谐波主要分布在2倍开关频率附近。但是在一个调制信号周期内,基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的开关切换次数比基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法低25%左右。 展开更多

Microbial fuel cell(MFC)is a kind of promising clean power supply energy equipment,but serious nonlinearities and disturbances exist when the MFC runs,and it is an important topic to guarantee that the output voltage reaches the setting value quickly and smoothly.Regulating the feeding flow is an effective way to achieve this goal,and especially,the satisfactory results can be achieved by regulating anode feeding flow.In this work,a feedforward fuzzy logic PID algorithm is proposed.The fuzzy logic system is introduced to deal with the non-linear dynamics of MFC,and corresponding PID parameters are calculated according to defuzzification.The magnitude value of the current density is used to simulate the value of the external load.The simulation results indicate that the MFC output voltage can track the setting value quickly and smoothly with the proposed feedforward fuzzy logic PID algorithm.The proposed algorithm is more efficient and robust with respect to anti-disturbance performance and tracking accuracy than other three control methods. 展开更多

Based on vibration signal of high voltage circuit breaker,a new method of intelligent fault diagnosis that wavelet packet extracts energy entropy which are used as characteristic vector of the support vector machine(SVM)to construct classifier for fault diagnosis is presented.The acceleration sensors are applied to collecting the vibration data of different states of high voltage circuit breakers based on self-made experimental platform in this method.The wavelet packet are fully applied to analyze the vibration signal and decompose vibration signal into three layers,and wavelet packet energy entropy of each frequency band are as the characteristic vector of circuit breaker failure mode.Then the intelligent diagnosis network is established on the basis of the support vector machine theory.It is verified that the method has a better capability of classification and a higher accuracy compared with the traditional neural network diagnosis method through distinguishing the three fault modes which are tripping device stuck,the vacuum arcing chamber fixed bolt looseness and too much friction force of the transmission mechanism of circuit breaker in this paper. 展开更多

Voltage profiles of feeders with the connection of distributed generations(DGs) were investigated.A unified typical load distribution model was established.Based on this model,exact expressions of feeder voltage profile with single and double DGs were derived and used to analyze the impact of DG's location and capacity on the voltage profile quantitatively.Then,a general formula of the voltage profile was derived.The limitation of single DG and necessity of multiple DGs for voltage regulation were also discussed.Through the simulation,voltage profiles of feeders with single and double DGs were compared.The voltage excursion rate is 7.40% for only one DG,while 2.48% and 2.36% for double DGs.It is shown that the feeder voltage can be retained in a more appropriate range with multiple DGs than with only one DG.Distributing the total capacity of DGs is better than concentrating it at one point. 展开更多

A CMOS active mixer based on voltage control load technique which can operate at 1.0 V supply voltage was proposed, and its operation principle, noise and linearity analysis were also presented. Contrary to the conventional Gilbert-type mixer which is based on RF current-commutating, the load impedance in this proposed mixer is controlled by the LO signal, and it has only two stacked transistors at each branch which is suitable for low voltage applications. The mixer was designed and fabricated in 0.18 tam CMOS process for 2.4 GHz ISM band applications. With an input of 2.44 GHz RF signal and 2.442 GHz LO signal, the measurement specifications of the proposed mixer are: the conversion gain (Gc) is 5.3 dB, the input-referred third-order intercept point (PIIP3) is 4.6 dBm, the input-referred 1 dB compression point (P1dB) is --7.4 dBm, and the single-sideband noise figure (NFSSB) is 21.7 dB. 展开更多

Initially, the work focused on the development of a fast detection of voltage collapse and a three-phase fault at transmission lines by using under impedance fault detector (UIFD) and support vector machine (SVM). Likewise, an intelligent approach was developed to discriminate a fault, stable swing and unstable swing, for correct distance relay operation by using the S-transform and the probabilistic neural network (PNN). An input-output signal selection based on Phillips-Heffron model of a parallel high voltage alternative current/high voltage direct current(HVAC/HVDC) power system is presented to study power system stability. It is well known that appropriate coupling of inputs-outputs signals in the multivariable HVDC-HVAC system can improve the performance of designed supplemetary controller. In this work, different analysis techniques are used to measure controllability and observability of electromechanical oscillation mode. Also inputs–outputs interactions are considered and suggestions are drawn to select the best signal pair through the system inputs-outputs. In addition, a supplementary online adaptive controller for nonlinear HVDC to damp low frequency oscillations in a weakly connected system is proposed. The results obtained using MATLAB software show that the best output-input for damping controller design is rotor speed deviation as out put and phase angle of rectifier as in put. Also response of system equipped with adaptive damping controller based on HVDC system has appropriate performance when it is faced with faults and disturbance. 展开更多

It is done to avoid the wrong and inconclusive detection of conventional disturbance power method proposed in the literature. Unlike in the case of the traditional method, the proposed method first transforms the recorded voltage and current during the sag event to some special features before calculating the new version of disturbance powers. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified through simulation and actual data from an industrial power system. The effect of the parameters on the open-circuit voltage, V_(OC) of a-Si:H/c-Si heterojunction solar cells was explored by an analytical model. The analytical results show that V_(OC) increases linearly with the logarithm of illumination intensity under usual illumination. There are two critical values of the interface state density(D_(it)) for the open-circuit voltage(V_(OC)), D_(it)^(crit,1) and D_(it)crit,2(a few 1010 cm^(-2)·e V^(-1)). V_(OC) decreases remarkably when D_(it) is higher than D_(it)^(crit,1). To achieve high V_(OC), the interface states should reduce down to a few 1010 cm^(-2)·e V^(-1). Due to the difference between the effective density of states in the conduction and valence band edges of c-Si, the open-circuit voltage of a-Si:H/c-Si heterojunction cells fabricated on n-type c-Si wafers is about 22 mV higher than that fabricated on p-type c-Si wafers at the same case. V_(OC) decreases with decreasing the a-Si:H doping concentration at low doping level since the electric field over the c-Si depletion region is reduced at low doping level. Therefore, the a-Si:H layer should be doped higher than a critical value of 5×10^(18) cm^(-3) to achieve high V_(OC). 展开更多

Recent events related to power system failure have shown that voltage collapse can be a cause of widespread outages.The thrust of this paper is to discuss and establish means of mitigating system voltage instability by using a combination of both reactive current droop compensation and line drop compensation.It is shown that the point that the voltage regulator controls can be defined by a new method which is based on a widely accepted voltage stability analysis tool.This tool can be used to determine which generators will have an impact on the maximum permissible loading of a bus.Dynamic analysis was carried out on the CIGRE Nordic test system to study the impact of control point location on time to collapse and it is shown that the new scheme can improve the voltage stability. 展开更多

Cristobalite aluminum phosphate (C-AlPO_4) coatings were prepared by a hydrothermal electrophoretic deposition process on SiC-coated C/C composites. Phase compositions and microstructures of the as-prepared coatings were characterized by XRD and SEM analyses. The influence of deposition voltage on the phase, microstructure and antioxidation property of the cristobalite aluminum phosphate coatings was investigated. Results show that the as-prepared coatings are composed of cristobalite aluminum phosphate crystallites. The thickness and density of cristobalite aluminum phosphate coatings are improved with the increase of deposition voltage. The deposition amount and bonding strength of the cristobalite aluminum phosphate coatings also increase with the increase of deposition voltage. The deposition mass per unit area of the coatings and the square root of the deposition time at different hydrothermal voltages satisfy linear relationship. The antioxidation property of the coated C/C composites is improved with the increase of deposition voltage. Compared with SiC coatings prepared by pack cementation, the multilayer coatings prepared by pack cementation with a later hydrothermal electrophoretic deposition process exhibit better antioxidation property. The as-prepared multi-coatings can effectively protect C/C composites from oxidation in air at 1 773 K for 37 h with a mass loss rate of 0.53%. 展开更多

BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle), which occurs for the power seat mechanism during sliding operation, was also evaluated. In addition, the results were expressed in terms of sound quality metrics, which measure the RPM change and sound level versus voltage to analyze their statistical correlation. Furthermore, vibration measurement and analysis were conducted simultaneously to determine the noisiest conditions and the source of the noise. The changes in RPM and voltage of a motor, in addition to vibration and noise, were measured at the same time to determine how noise, RPM, and voltage are interrelated. 展开更多

为满足对电力系统多时间尺度暂态过程准确、快速仿真的需要,提出了一种基于自适应移频分析法的voltage-behind-reactance(VBR)异步电机多时间尺度模型。首先,基于希尔伯特变换,将传统电气信号转换为相应的解析信号;进一步,引入灵活的移... 为满足对电力系统多时间尺度暂态过程准确、快速仿真的需要,提出了一种基于自适应移频分析法的voltage-behind-reactance(VBR)异步电机多时间尺度模型。首先,基于希尔伯特变换,将传统电气信号转换为相应的解析信号;进一步,引入灵活的移频变换,利用解析信号构建异步电机暂态仿真模型。这样,移动频率成为可调节的模型参数。所提出的电机模型通过设置不同的移动频率,能够同时实现准确的高频暂态过程仿真和高效的低频暂态过程仿真。当移动频率等于零时,该模型与传统电磁暂态电机模型等价,可刻画高频暂态过程。当移动频率等于系统基波频率时,该模型适用于大步长仿真,获得低频暂态包络曲线。仿真结果表明,所提出的模型可实现准确和高效的异步电机多时间尺度暂态仿真。 展开更多
