Wastewater electrolysis cells(WECs)for decentralized wastewater treatment/reuse coupled with H_(2) production can reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation of water,waste,and energy carrier.This study reports Ir-doped NiFe_(2)O_(4)(NFI,~5 at%Ir)spinel layer with TiO_(2) overlayer(NFI/TiO_(2)),as a scalable heterojunction anode for direct electrolysis of wastewater with circumneutral pH in a single-compartment cell.In dilute(0.1 M)NaCl solutions,the NFI/TiO_(2) marks superior activity and selectivity for chlorine evolution reaction,outperforming the benchmark IrO_(2).Robust operation in near-neutral pH was confirmed.Electroanalyses including operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy unveiled crucial roles of TiO_(2) which serves both as the primary site for Cl−chemisorption and a protective layer for NFI as an ohmic contact.Galvanostatic electrolysis of NH4+-laden synthetic wastewater demonstrated that NFI/TiO_(2)not only achieves quasi-stoichiometric NH_(4)^(+)-to-N_(2)conversion,but also enhances H_(2)generation efficiency with minimal competing reactions such as reduction of dissolved oxygen and reactive chlorine.The scaled-up WEC with NFI/TiO_(2)was demonstrated for electrolysis of toilet wastewater. 展开更多

Due to the continuously increasing building and construction industry,sand has become one of the most questioned raw materials worldwide.However,the available amount of sand suitable for concrete production is orders of magnitude lower that the demand and consumption.Even though desert sand is sufficiently available,it is not usable for realizing stable concrete due to its surface shape.Against this background,the suitability of energy-efficient‘cold'dielectric barrier discharge plasma operated at atmospheric pressure for improving the properties of concrete produced from desert sand was investigated in this contribution.It is shown that such plasma treatment allows for a certain roughening and re-shaping of sand grains.As a result,the mass flow of treated sand is decreased due to an improved wedging of sand grains.This leads to a certain increase in compressive strength of concrete samples.Even though this increase is marginal,the suitability of the applied type of plasma for modification of the geometry and surface chemistry of sand grains was proven,showing its basic potential for the treatment and preconditioning of sand used for concrete,mortar or plastering. 展开更多

The Annual Report on Cardiovascular Health and Diseases in China(2022)intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in China.In connection with the previous section,this ninth section of the report offers a comprehensive analysis of valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy.Although rheumatic valve disease is still the main cause of valvular heart disease in China,with the aging of the population and the improvement of living standards,the prevalence of degenerative valvular heart disease is on the rise.Because many patients with valvular heart disease have only mild to moderate valve stenosis or insufficiency,and no symptoms,the detection rate in the population is low and late,resulting in many patients been in the severe late stage of disease at visit,increasing the difficulty of treatment and affecting effectiveness and prognosis.Therefore,we should strengthen the examination and screening of valvular heart disease in order to find and prevent it as early as possible.In addition,compared with other diseases,the treatment of valvular heart disease needs more and higher technical support(surgery,intervention,etc).However,not all hospitals can provide relevant technologies.At present,the treatment of valvular heart disease is still mainly concentrated in the provincial hospitals.It is necessary to carry out more professional training so that more doctors and hospitals can participate in the treatment of valvular heart disease.Cardiomyopathy is a group of myocardial diseases with abnormal myocardial structure and/or function,but couldn't be explained by hypertension,coronary atherosclerosis,valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease.It includes hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM),dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy(also known as arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy),restrictive cardiomyopathy(RCM)and undifferentiated cardiomyopathy. 展开更多

To meet the growing emission of water contaminants,the development of new materials that enhance the efficiency of the water treatment system is urgent.Ordered mesoporous materials provide opportunities in environmental processing applications due to their exceptionally high surface areas,large pore sizes,and enough pore volumes.These properties might enhance the performance of materials concerning adsorption/catalysis capability,durability,and stability.In this review,we enumerate the ordered mesoporous materials as adsorbents/catalysts and their modifications in water pollution treatment from the past decade,including heavy metals(Hg^(2+),Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+),Cr^(6+),etc.),toxic anions(nitrate,phosphate,fluoride,etc.),and organic contaminants(organic dyes,antibiotics,etc.).These contributions demonstrate a deep understanding of the synergistic effect between the incorporated framework and homogeneous active centers.Besides,the challenges and perspectives of the future developments of ordered mesoporous materials in wastewater treatment are proposed.This work provides a theoretical basis and complete summary for the application of ordered mesoporous materials in the removal of contaminants from aqueous solutions. 展开更多

Background:Choosing the appropriate antipsychotic drug(APD)treatment for patients with schizophrenia(SCZ)can be challenging,as the treatment response to APD is highly variable and difficult to predict due to the lack of effective biomarkers.Previous studies have indicated the association between treatment response and genetic and epigenetic factors,but no effective biomarkers have been identified.Hence,further research is imperative to enhance precision medicine in SCZ treatment.Methods:Participants with SCZ were recruited from two randomized trials.The discovery cohort was recruited from the CAPOC trial(n=2307)involved 6 weeks of treatment and equally randomized the participants to the Olanzapine,Risperidone,Quetiapine,Aripiprazole,Ziprasidone,and Haloperidol/Perphenazine(subsequently equally assigned to one or the other)groups.The external validation cohort was recruited from the CAPEC trial(n=1379),which involved 8 weeks of treatment and equally randomized the participants to the Olanzapine,Risperidone,and Aripiprazole groups.Additionally,healthy controls(n=275)from the local community were utilized as a genetic/epigenetic reference.The genetic and epigenetic(DNA methylation)risks of SCZ were assessed using the polygenic risk score(PRS)and polymethylation score,respectively.The study also examined the genetic-epigenetic interactions with treatment response through differential methylation analysis,methylation quantitative trait loci,colocalization,and promoteranchored chromatin interaction.Machine learning was used to develop a prediction model for treatment response,which was evaluated for accuracy and clinical benefit using the area under curve(AUC)for classification,R^(2) for regression,and decision curve analysis.Results:Six risk genes for SCZ(LINC01795,DDHD2,SBNO1,KCNG2,SEMA7A,and RUFY1)involved in cortical morphology were identified as having a genetic-epigenetic interaction associated with treatment response.The developed and externally validated prediction model,which incorporated clinical information,PRS,genetic risk score(GRS),and proxy methylation level(proxyDNAm),demonstrated positive benefits for a wide range of patients receiving different APDs,regardless of sex[discovery cohort:AUC=0.874(95%CI 0.867-0.881),R^(2)=0.478;external validation cohort:AUC=0.851(95%CI 0.841-0.861),R^(2)=0.507].Conclusions:This study presents a promising precision medicine approach to evaluate treatment response,which has the potential to aid clinicians in making informed decisions about APD treatment for patients with SCZ.Trial registration Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(https://www.chictr.org.cn/),18 Aug 2009 retrospectively registered:CAPOC-ChiCTR-RNC-09000521(https://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=9014),CAPEC-ChiCTRRNC-09000522(https://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=9013). 展开更多

Pearl millet(Pennisetum glaucum)is one of the major millets with high nutritional properties.This crop exhibits exceptional resilience to drought and high temperatures.However,the processing of pearl millet poses a significant challenge due to its high lipid content,enzyme activity,and presence of antinutrients.Consequently,it becomes imperative to enhance the quality and prolong the shelf life of pearl millet flour by employing suitable technologies.Hydrothermal treatment in the food industry has long been seen as promising due to its potential to reduce microbial load,inactivate enzymes,and improve nutrient retention.This study aims to investigate the effects of hydrothermal treatment on the quality characteristics of pearl millet.The independent variables of the study were soaking temperature(35,45,55℃),soaking time(2,3,4 h),and steaming time(5,10,15 min).Treatment conditions had a statistically significant effect on nutrient retention.Major antinutrients like tannins and phytates were reduced by 0.99% to 5.94% and 0.36% to 6.00%,respectively,after the treatment.Lipase activity decreased significantly up to 10% with the treatment conditions.The findings of this study could potentially encourage the use of pearl millet flour in the production of various food items and promote the application of hydrothermal treatment in the field of food processing. 展开更多

The Annual Report on Cardiovascular Health and Diseases in China(2022)intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in China.This is the third section of the report with a specific focus on community-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This section of the report underscores the importance of initiatives outlined in the"Healthy China 2030 Plan,"emphasizing the comprehensive prevention and control strategy for chronic diseases.A key aspect of this plan involves the establishment of national demonstration areas aimed at comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.By 2020,488 such areas had been set up across China,surpassing the initial target and covering a significant proportion of counties and districts.The report highlights the successful implementation of these strategies in Lishan district,Anshan city,where demonstration areas for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases were launched in 2013.Over the course of seven years,the number of healthy units increased substantially,leading to improvements in managing risk factors for CVD among residents.Significant reductions in prevalence rates of overweight,obesity,smoking,passive smoking,and drinking were observed,along with the development of healthier behaviors among residents.Similarly,Qiaokou district in Wuhan City,designated as a national demonstration area in 2014,implemented comprehensive public health promotion initiatives.Notably,special clinics for hypertension intervention were established,contributing to an increase in self-reported rates of hypertension,a slight decrease in prevalence,and a remarkable improvement in the control rate among treated patients.Overall,these efforts underscore the effectiveness of community-based approaches in driving positive health outcomes and advancing the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,particularly cardiovascular diseases,in China. 展开更多

Background Structural imaging holds great potential for precise targeting and stimulation for deep brain stimulation(DBS).The anatomical information it provides may serve as potential biomarkers for predicting the efficacy of DBS in treatment-resistant depression(TRD).Aims The primary aim is to identify preoperative imaging biomarkers that correlate with the efficacy of DBS in patients with TRD.Methods Preoperative imaging parameters were estimated and correlated with the 6-month clinical outcome of patients with TRD receiving combined bed nucleus of the stria terminalis(BNST)-nucleus accumbens(NAc)DBS.White matter(WM)properties were extracted and compared between the response/non-response and remission/non-remission groups.Structural connectome was constructed and analysed using graph theory.Distances of the volume of activated tissue(VAT)to the main modulating tracts were also estimated to evaluate the correlations.Results Differences in fibre bundle properties of tracts,including superior thalamic radiation and reticulospinal tract,were observed between the remission and nonremission groups.Distance of the centre of the VAT to tracts connecting the ventral tegmental area and the anterior limb of internal capsule on the left side varied between the remission and non-remission groups(p=0.010,t=3.07).The normalised clustering coefficient(γ)and the small-world property(σ)in graph analysis correlated with the symptom improvement after the correction of age.Conclusions Presurgical structural alterations in WM tracts connecting the frontal area with subcortical regions,as well as the distance of the VAT to the modulating tracts,may influence the clinical outcome of BNST-NAc DBS.These findings provide potential imaging biomarkers for the DBS treatment for patients with TRD. 展开更多

Background The presence of mental health conditions is pervasive in patients who experienced acute myocardial infarction(AMI),significantly disrupting their recovery.Providing timely and easily accessible psychological interventions using virtual reality-based cognitive-behavioural therapy(VR-CBT)could potentially improve both acute and long-term symptoms affecting their mental health.Aims We aim to examine the effectiveness of VR-CBT on anxiety symptoms in patients with AMI who were admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU)during the acute stage of their illness.Methods In this single-blind randomised clinical trial,participants with anxiety symptoms who were admitted to the ICU due to AMI were continuously recruited from December 2022 to February 2023.Patients who were Han Chinese aged 18-75 years were randomly assigned(1:1)via block randomisation to either the VR-CBT group to receive VR-CBT in addition to standard mental health support,or the control group to receive standard mental health support only.VR-CBT consisted of four modules and was delivered at the bedside over a 1-week period.Assessments were done at baseline,immediately after treatment and at 3-month follow-up.The intention-to-treat analysis began in June 2023.The primary outcome measure was the changes in anxiety symptoms as assessed by the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAM-A).Results Among 148 randomised participants,70 were assigned to the VR-CBT group and 78 to the control group.The 1-week VR-CBT intervention plus standard mental health support significantly reduced the anxiety symptoms compared with standard mental health support alone in terms of HAM-A scores at both post intervention(Cohen’s d=−1.27(95%confidence interval(CI):−1.64 to−0.90,p<0.001)and 3-month follow-up(Cohen’s d=−0.37(95%CI:−0.72 to−0.01,p=0.024).Of the 70 participants who received VR-CBT,62(88.6%)completed the entire intervention.Cybersickness was the main reported adverse event(n=5).Conclusions Our results indicate that VR-CBT can significantly reduce post-AMI anxiety at the acute stage of the illness;the improvement was maintained at the 3-month follow-up.Trial registration number The trial was registered at www.chictr.org.cn with the identifier:ChiCTR2200066435. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:Chlorfenapyr is used to kill insects that are resistant to organophosphorus insecticides.Chlorfenapyr poisoning has a high mortality rate and is difficult to treat.This article aims to review the mechanisms,clinical presentations,and treatment strategies for chlorfenapyr poisoning.DATA RESOURCES:We conducted a review of the literature using PubMed,Web of Science,and SpringerLink from their beginnings to the end of October 2023.The inclusion criteria were systematic reviews,clinical guidelines,retrospective studies,and case reports on chlorfenapyr poisoning that focused on its mechanisms,clinical presentations,and treatment strategies.The references in the included studies were also examined to identify additional sources.RESULTS:We included 57 studies in this review.Chlorfenapyr can be degraded into tralopyril,which is more toxic and reduces energy production by inhibiting the conversion of adenosine diphosphate to adenosine triphosphate.High fever and altered mental status are characteristic clinical presentations of chlorfenapyr poisoning.Once it occurs,respiratory failure occurs immediately,ultimately leading to cardiac arrest and death.Chlorfenapyr poisoning is diflcult to treat,and there is no specific antidote.CONCLUSION:Chlorfenapyr is a new pyrrole pesticide.Although it has been identified as a moderately toxic pesticide by the World Health Organization(WHO),the mortality rate of poisoned patients is extremely high.There is no specific antidote for chlorfenapyr poisoning.Therefore,based on the literature review,future efforts to explore rapid and effective detoxification methods,reconstitute intracellular oxidative phosphorylation couplings,identify early biomarkers of chlorfenapyr poisoning,and block the conversion of chlorfenapyr to tralopyril may be helpful for emergency physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of processing parameters and subsequent heat treatments on the microstructures and bonding strengths of Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 laminations formed via a non-equal channel lateral co-extrusion process.The microstructural evolution and growth mechanism in the diffusion layer were discussed further to optimize the bonding quality by appropriately adjusting process parameters.Scanning electron microscopes(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize interfacial diffusion layers.The shear test was used to determine the mechanical properties of the interfacial diffusion layer.The experimental results indicate that it is possible to co-extrusion Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 compound profiles using non-equal channel lateral co-extrusion.Different heat treatment processes affect the thickness of the diffusion layer.When the temperature and time of heat treatment increase,the thickness of the reaction layers increases dramatically.Additionally,the shear strength of the Ti-6Al-4V/AA1050 composite interface is proportional to the diffusion layer thickness.It is observed that a medium interface thickness results in superior mechanical performance when compared to neither a greater nor a lesser interface thickness.Microstructural characterization of all heat treatments reveals that the only intermetallic compound observed in the diffusion layers is TiAl_(3).Due to the inter-diffusion of Ti and Al atoms,the TiAl_(3) layer grows primarily at AA1050/TiAl_(3) interfaces. 展开更多

During injection treatments, bottomhole pressure measurements may significantly mismatch modeling results. We devise a computationally effective technique for interpretation of fluid injection in a wellbore interval with multiple geological layers based on the bottomhole pressure measurements. The permeability, porosity and compressibility in each layer are initially setup, while the skin factor and partitioning of injected fluids among the zones during the injection are found as a solution of the problem. The problem takes into account Darcy flow and chemical interactions between the injected acids, diverter fluids and reservoir rock typical in modern matrix acidizing treatments. Using the synchronously recorded injection rate and bottomhole pressure, we evaluate skin factor changes in each layer and actual fluid placement into the reservoir during different pumping jobs: matrix acidizing, water control, sand control, scale squeezes and water flooding. The model is validated by comparison with a simulator used in industry. It gives opportunity to estimate efficiency of a matrix treatment job, role of every injection stage, and control fluid delivery to each layer in real time. The presented interpretation technique significantly improves accuracy of matrix treatments analysis by coupling the hydrodynamic model with records of pressure and injection rate during the treatment. 展开更多

The environmental contamination caused by antibiotics is increasingly conspicuous due to their widespread manufacture and misuse. Plasma has been employed in recent years for the remediation of antibiotic pollution in the environment. In this work, a falling-film dielectric barrier discharge was used to degrade the antibiotic tetracycline(TC) in water. The reactor combined the gas-liquid discharge and active gas bubbling to improve the TC degradation performance. The discharge characteristics, chemical species’ concentration, and degradation rates at different parameters were systematically studied. Under the optimized conditions(working gas was pure oxygen, liquid flow rate was 100 mL/min, gas flow rate was 1 L/min,voltage was 20 kV, single treatment), TC was removed beyond 70% in a single flow treatment with an energy efficiency of 145 mg/(kW·h). The reactor design facilitated gas and liquid flow in the plasma area to produce more ozone in bubbles after a single flow under pure oxygen conditions, affording fast TC degradation. Furthermore, long-term stationary experiment indicated that long-lived active species can sustain the degradation of TC. Compared with other plasma treatment systems, this work offers a fast and efficient degradation method, showing significant potential in practical industrial applications. 展开更多

Surface modifications can introduce natural gradients or structural hierarchy into human-made microlattices,making them simultaneously strong and tough.Herein,we describe our investigations of the mechanical properties and the underlying mechanisms of additively manufactured nickel–chromium superalloy(IN625)microlattices after surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT).Our results demonstrated that SMAT increased the yielding strength of these microlattices by more than 64.71%and also triggered a transition in their mechanical behaviour.Two primary failure modes were distinguished:weak global deformation,and layer-by-layer collapse,with the latter enhanced by SMAT.The significantly improved mechanical performance was attributable to the ultrafine and hard graded-nanograin layer induced by SMAT,which effectively leveraged the material and structural effects.These results were further validated by finite element analysis.This work provides insight into collapse behaviour and should facilitate the design of ultralight yet buckling-resistant cellular materials. 展开更多

However,the development of FWN is limited by its short shelf life and high browning rate. It has been found that the quantity of original microorganisms in wheat flour produced by traditional method is relatively high, which is detrimental to the processing quality and storage stability of FWN. Consequently, it becomes imperative to decrease microorganisms in wheat flour. Microwave treatment has been regarded as a promising method in the food industry due to its potential in inhibiting microbial growth and inactivating enzymes without causing adverse effect on the food quality. This study aims to investigate the effects of microwave treatment of wheat kernels under different powers(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 kW) on the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the quality of FWN. The results revealed that microwave treatment had a significant effect on microbial inhibition and enzyme inactivation, wherein the total plate count(TPC) and yeast and mold counts(YMC) decreased by 0.87 lg(CFU/g) and 1.13 lg(CFU/g) respectively, and PPO activity decreased from 11.40 U to 6.31 U. The dough quality properties, such as stability, extensibility, and starch viscosity, improved significantly under different microwave conditions. Confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) images indicated that starch and proteins aggregated gradually in treated flour, altering rheological properties of dough. From the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), microwave treatment led to the appearance of disrupted structure in the gluten proteins, but the secondary structure of proteins altered slightly. Rheological properties of dough confirmed that the microwave treatment greatly affected processing characteristics of wheat flour products, with significant advantageous consequences on product quality, especially for textural properties of FWN. Furthermore, FWN darkening could be inhibited noticeably after microwave treatment, thereby prolonging its shelf life. Therefore, microwave treatment could thus be an effective, practical technology to produce low-bacterial flour and thereby enhance its product quality. 展开更多

目的观察和比较不同硫代硫酸钠剂量在维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法纳入2020年1月—2022年12月上海市13家综合性医院的维持性血液透析伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者,按随机数字表法分为3组:组1给予1.92g的硫代硫酸钠,... 目的观察和比较不同硫代硫酸钠剂量在维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法纳入2020年1月—2022年12月上海市13家综合性医院的维持性血液透析伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者,按随机数字表法分为3组:组1给予1.92g的硫代硫酸钠,组2给予3.20g的硫代硫酸钠,组3给予4.48g的硫代硫酸钠治疗。3组治疗时间均为8周,观察和比较不同硫代硫酸钠剂量在维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒治疗中的临床疗效和安全性,包括瘙痒评分、生化指标、治疗效果和不良反应等。结果共纳入226例患者。治疗8周后,组1(n=72)、2(n=79)、3(n=75)的患者5D瘙痒评分分别从(18.6±1.91)、(19.0±2.80)、(19.6±3.64)分降至(12.8±3.03)、(11.3±3.40)、(10.9±3.75)分。治疗8周后与治疗前5D瘙痒评分的差值,3组间差异有统计学意义(F=2.735,P=0.046),两两比较显示组3的5D瘙痒评分下降幅度大于组1(差值为-1.352,95%CI:-2.645~-0.060,P=0.041)。观察期内,所有患者未出现过敏、皮疹及血压下降等不良反应。多因素分析结果显示:与组1相比,组3的5D瘙痒评分斜率β=-1.650(95%CI:-3.046~-0.253,P=0.021)。结论硫代硫酸钠治疗可明显缓解血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症状。随剂量增加,效果加强,无明显不良反应,安全有效。 展开更多

目的:探讨经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎单侧置钉结合骨水泥强化与联合伤椎双侧置钉治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年5月收治的78例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者临床资料,根据手术方法分为经皮椎弓根螺钉联合... 目的:探讨经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎单侧置钉结合骨水泥强化与联合伤椎双侧置钉治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年5月收治的78例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者临床资料,根据手术方法分为经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎单侧置钉结合单侧骨水泥强化组(骨水泥组)和经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎双侧置钉(螺钉组)。骨水泥组40例,男16例,女24例,年龄(62.1±8.1)岁。螺钉组38例,男18例,女20例,年龄(65.1±9.3)年。观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症。比较两组术前,术后3 d、6个月、1年及末次随访时节段后凸畸形Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度比值、中央高度比值及疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果:患者均获随访,时间25~36个月。骨水泥组手术时间(70.1±17.3)min,明显短于螺钉组(78.6±18.2)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中失血量、住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨水泥组VAS术后1年(1.5±0.5)分、末次随访(0.5±0.3)分低于螺钉组术后1年(1.8±0.3)分、末次随访(0.8±0.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨水泥组节段后凸畸形Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度比值、中央高度比值术后1年(6.2±1.2)°、(86.6±3.5)%、(91.1±2.5)%,末次随访(6.4±0.7)°、(85.5±3.3)%、(90.5±6.3)%,均优于螺钉组术后1年(6.8±1.4)°、(83.1±2.4)%、(89.9±3.4)%和末次随访(7.1±1.1)°、(82.6±4.1)%、(87.6±5.9)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨水泥组出现3例骨水泥渗漏,均无临床症状;螺钉组出现2例椎弓根螺钉拔出,末次随访时予拆除螺钉。结论:经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎单侧置钉结合骨水泥强化与联合伤椎双侧置钉治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折均可达到满意疗效,可有效缓解患者疼痛,但前者内固定系统更稳定,长期随访时能有效维持伤椎前中柱高度和伤椎后凸畸形矫正的效果,慢性腰背痛发生率更低。 展开更多
