The second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900-1880 nm)overcomes critical limitations of visible(360-760 nm)and NIR-I(760-900 nm)imaging—including restricted penetration depth,low signal-to-back⁃ground ratio,and tissue a...The second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900-1880 nm)overcomes critical limitations of visible(360-760 nm)and NIR-I(760-900 nm)imaging—including restricted penetration depth,low signal-to-back⁃ground ratio,and tissue autofluorescence—establishing its pivotal role for in vivo deep-tissue bioimaging.With exponential growth in NIR-II photodiagnosis and phototherapy research over the past decade,bibliometric analy⁃sis is essential to map the evolving landscape and guide strategic priorities.We systematically analyzed 2,491 NIR-II-related publications(2009-2023)from the Web of Science Core Collection,employing scientometric tools for distinct analytical purposes:(a)VOSviewer,SCImago Graphica,and Gephi for co-authorship and co-occur⁃rence network mapping;(b)the R bibliometrix package for tracking field evolution and identifying high-impact publications/journals.The search retrieved 2491 studies from 359 journals originating from 54 countries.The country with the most published articles is China.Chinese institutions drive>60%of publications,with Stanford University(USA)and Nanyang Technological University(Singapore)ranked as the top two institutions by re⁃search quality.International cooperation is becoming increasingly frequent.Fan Quli,Tang Benzhong and Dai Hongjie are the top 3 productive authors in this field.Keyword evolution identifies"photodynamic therapy"and"immunotherapy"as pivotal future directions.We summarize the most cited literatures and NIR-II imaging clini⁃cal trials.This study delineates the NIR-II research trajectory,highlighting China's leadership,intensifying glob⁃al collaboration,and interdisciplinary convergence.Future efforts should prioritize the novel NIR-II probe devel⁃opment for NIR-II imaging and clinical translation of photodynamic/immunotherapy combinational platforms.展开更多
Irregularities in the track and uneven forces acting on the train can cause shifts in the position of the superconducting magnetic levitation train relative to the track during operation.These shifts lead to asymmetri...Irregularities in the track and uneven forces acting on the train can cause shifts in the position of the superconducting magnetic levitation train relative to the track during operation.These shifts lead to asymmetries in the flow field structure on both sides of the narrow suspension gap,resulting in instability and deterioration of the train’s aerodynamic characteristics,significantly impacting its operational safety.In this study,we firstly validate the aerodynamic characteristics of the superconducting magnetic levitation system by developing a numerical simulation method based on wind tunnel test results.We then investigate the influence of lateral translation parameters on the train’s aerodynamic performance under conditions both with and without crosswinds.We aim to clarify the evolution mechanism of the flow field characteristics under the coupling effect between the train and the U-shaped track and to identify the most unfavorable operational parameters contributing to the deterioration of the train’s aerodynamic properties.The findings show that,without crosswinds,a lateral translation of 30 mm causes a synchronous resonance phenomenon at the side and bottom gaps of the train-track coupling,leading to the worst aerodynamic performance.Under crosswind conditions,a lateral translation of 40 mm maximizes peak pressure fluctuations and average turbulent kinetic energy around the train,resulting in the poorest aerodynamic performance.This research provides theoretical support for enhancing the operational stability of superconducting magnetic levitation trains.展开更多

The calculations were based on limit analysis method of upper bound theory, with the employment of non-associated Mohr-Coulomb flow rule. Nonlinear failure criterion was adopted. Optimized analysis was conducted for the effects of the tunnel depth, pore water pressure coefficient, the initial cohesive force and nonlinear coefficient on supporting force. The upper bound solutions are obtained by optimum method. Results are listed and compared with the previously published solutions for the verification of correctness and effectiveness. The failure shapes are presented, and results are discussed for different pore water pressure coefficients and nonlinear coefficients of tunnel face.展开更多

Based on statistical analysis,a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods are utilized from the perspective of cognitive linguistics to study the emotional metaphors appearing in the first 50 chapters of the novel and their corresponding English translations by Hawkes and the Yang couple.To generalize rules in the translation of emotional metaphors,the emotional metaphor of “Qi” is taken as an example by calculating the ratios of each kind of emotional metaphors and the frequencies of translation methods adopted.The findings suggest that when translating emotional metaphors,translators have selected their strategies from cognitive perspectives to achieve equivalence between the source language and the target language despite some challenges and restrictions.It is thus concluded that the emotional metaphor in the novel cannot be translated directly but can be approached through selection of appropriate translation methods including meaning transfer,meaning deviation and metaphor omission.展开更多

OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of e IF3a in the regulation of DNA repair pathways in cancer chemotherapeutic response.METHODS Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of e IF3a in lung and breast c...OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of e IF3a in the regulation of DNA repair pathways in cancer chemotherapeutic response.METHODS Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of e IF3a in lung and breast cancer tissues followed by association analysis of e IF3a expression with patient′s response to chemotherapy.Ectopic overexpression and RNA interference knockdown of e IF3a were carried out in NIH3T3and H1299 cell lines,respectively,to determine the effect of altered e IF3a expression on cellular response to chemotherapeutic drugs by using MTT assay.The DNA repair capacity of these cells was evaluated by using host-cell reactivation,NHEJ and HR assay.Real-time reverse transcriptase PCR and Western Blot analyses were carried out to determine the effect of e IF3a on the DNA repair genes by using cells with altered e IF3a expression.RESULTS e IF3a expression associates with response of lung and breast cancer patients to platinum and anthracycline.e IF3a knockdown or overexpression,respectively,increased and decreased the cellular resistance to cisplatin and anthracycline anticancer drugs,DNA repair activity,and expression of NER and NHEJ DNA repair proteins.CONCLUSION e IF3a plays an important role in regulating the expression of NER and NHEJ DNA repair proteins which,in turn,contributes to cellular response to DNA-damaging anticancer drugs and patients′response to platinum and anthracycline chemotherapy.展开更多

In the perspective of kernel matrix, a technique namely Eigen- matrix translation has been introduced for protein data classification. The Eigen-matrix translation strategy has a lot of nice properties which deserve more exploration. This paper investigates the major role of Eigen-matrix translation in classification. The authors propose that its importance lies in the dimension reduction of predictor attributes within the data set. This is very important when the dimension of features is huge. The authors show by numerical experiments on real biological data sets that the proposed framework is crucial and effective in improving classification accuracy. The successful experience of itstranslating-cum-disseminating model can be concluded as follows: all the translatorsare from China and overseas with cross-cultural background; the selection oftranslation is stylistically far-ranging among the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong,and feminine literature in modern China is highly valued; translating method aims atconvoying the original literary aesthetics, and disseminating channels are manifold;the foreign recipients are common and professional readers; the eminent effects canbe proved by its considerable sales, library collections and acceptance in the targetcountries and regions. From the successful model of translation of Renditions Series,five implications can be made out for the modern Chinese literature’s “Going-global”:domestic and overseas translators cooperate well with all-round cultural identities; theselection holds onto diversification and literary character; various spreading channelsshould be broadened; target readers should be accurately located and continuouslywidened; translating and disseminating effects can be focused on and analyzed, so asto adjust and improve the corresponding sections in the model.展开更多

文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of e IF3a in the regulation of DNA repair pathways in cancer chemotherapeutic response.METHODS Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of e IF3a in lung and breast cancer tissues followed by association analysis of e IF3a expression with patient′s response to chemotherapy.Ectopic overexpression and RNA interference knockdown of e IF3a were carried out in NIH3T3and H1299 cell lines,respectively,to determine the effect of altered e IF3a expression on cellular response to chemotherapeutic drugs by using MTT assay.The DNA repair capacity of these cells was evaluated by using host-cell reactivation,NHEJ and HR assay.Real-time reverse transcriptase PCR and Western Blot analyses were carried out to determine the effect of e IF3a on the DNA repair genes by using cells with altered e IF3a expression.RESULTS e IF3a expression associates with response of lung and breast cancer patients to platinum and anthracycline.e IF3a knockdown or overexpression,respectively,increased and decreased the cellular resistance to cisplatin and anthracycline anticancer drugs,DNA repair activity,and expression of NER and NHEJ DNA repair proteins.CONCLUSION e IF3a plays an important role in regulating the expression of NER and NHEJ DNA repair proteins which,in turn,contributes to cellular response to DNA-damaging anticancer drugs and patients′response to platinum and anthracycline chemotherapy.

文摘Driven by the challenge of integrating large amount of experimental data, classification technique emerges as one of the major and popular tools in computational biology and bioinformatics research. Machine learning methods, especially kernel methods with Support Vector Machines （SVMs） are very popular and effective tools. In the perspective of kernel matrix, a technique namely Eigen- matrix translation has been introduced for protein data classification. The Eigen-matrix translation strategy has a lot of nice properties which deserve more exploration. This paper investigates the major role of Eigen-matrix translation in classification. The authors propose that its importance lies in the dimension reduction of predictor attributes within the data set. This is very important when the dimension of features is huge. The authors show by numerical experiments on real biological data sets that the proposed framework is crucial and effective in improving classification accuracy. This can therefore serve as a novel perspective for future research in dimension reduction problems.
文摘In the process of Chinese Literature’s “Going-out” project, it istypical of the dilemma faced by the external translation and dissemination of modernChinese literature. The Renditions Series serves as a classical case of providing aneffective model of “literature’s overseas distribution”. The successful experience of itstranslating-cum-disseminating model can be concluded as follows: all the translatorsare from China and overseas with cross-cultural background; the selection oftranslation is stylistically far-ranging among the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong,and feminine literature in modern China is highly valued; translating method aims atconvoying the original literary aesthetics, and disseminating channels are manifold;the foreign recipients are common and professional readers; the eminent effects canbe proved by its considerable sales, library collections and acceptance in the targetcountries and regions. From the successful model of translation of Renditions Series,five implications can be made out for the modern Chinese literature’s “Going-global”:domestic and overseas translators cooperate well with all-round cultural identities; theselection holds onto diversification and literary character; various spreading channelsshould be broadened; target readers should be accurately located and continuouslywidened; translating and disseminating effects can be focused on and analyzed, so asto adjust and improve the corresponding sections in the model.
文摘The Jerome model and the Horace model are very popular translation models and have exerted different influences on translation theories and practice.This paper analyzes their main differences and similarities in terms of their different criteria of'faithfulness'and'equivalence'.Through a case study,it concludes that a proper application of the two models to College - English Translation Teaching will help improve the teaching quality and the students’ translation ability.
