In this method, the long-short-term memory(LST...In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.展开更多

Therefore, an ITCG with field-of-view (FOV) constraints based on biased proportional navigation guidance (PNG) is developed in this paper. The remaining flight time (time-to-go) estimation method is derived considering aerodynamic force and gravity. The number of differential equations is reduced and the integration step is increased by changing the integral variable, which makes it possible to obtain time-to-go through integration. An impact time controller with FOV constraints is proposed by analyzing the influence of the biased term on time-to-go and FOV constraint. Each vehicle is modeled as a multi-body system with 26 degrees of freedomand the action of coupler is also considered. The track structure is modeled as an assembly of track elements with 30degrees of freedom, then the spatially coupling vibration matrix equation of the train-track time-variant system is es-tablished on the basis of the principle of total potential energy with stationary value and the "set-in-right-position"rule. The track vertical geometric irregularity is considered as the excitation source of the vertical vibration of thesystem, and the hunting wave of car bogie frame is taken as the excitation source of lateral vibration of the system.The spatially coupling vibration matrix equation of the system is solved by Wilson-θ direct integration method. Theapproximation of the calculated results to the spot test results demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of thepresented analysis method. According to the proposed scheduling method, the performance between adjacent characteristic points is preserved by the invariant eigenvalues and the gradually varying eigenvectors. A sufficient stability criterion is given by constructing a series of Lyapunov functions based on the selected discrete characteristic points. An important contribution is that it provides a simple and feasible approach for the design of gain-scheduled controllers for linear time-varying systems, which can guarantee both the global stability and the desired closed-loop performance of the resulted system. The method is applied to the design of a BTT missile autopilot and the simulation results show that the method is superior to the traditional one in sense of either global stability or system performance.展开更多

In order to improve the model precision, applied force analysis was completed in detail, and single or double tooth meshing states of two gear pairs at any timing were determined according to the meshing characteristic of anti-backlash gear. The influences of friction and variations of damping ratio on dynamic transmission error were analyzed finally by numerical calculation and the results show that anti-backlash gear can increase the composite mesh stiffness comparing with the mesh stiffness of the normal gear pair. At the pitch points where the frictions change their signs, additional impulsive effects are observed. The width of impulsive in the same value of center frequency is wider than that without friction, and the amplitude is lower. When gear pairs mesh in and out, damping can reduce the vibration and impact.展开更多

Firstly, an exponential TVSMC algorithm is designed and the main features are analyzed. Especially, the control parameter is obtained by solving an optimal problem. Subsequently, the global chattering problem in TVSMC is considered. To reduce the static error resulting from the continuous TVSMC algorithm, a disturbance observer based time-varying sliding mode control (DOTVSMC) algorithm is presented. The detailed design principle and the stability of the closed-loop system under the composite controller are provided. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.展开更多

On this basis, a specific form of consensus equilibrium influenced by the initial states of agents, time-delays and state feedback intensity is figured out. In the reliability analysis of slope, the performance functions derived from the most available stability analysis procedures of slopes are usually implicit and cannot be solved by first-order second-moment approach. ...In the reliability analysis of slope, the performance functions derived from the most available stability analysis procedures of slopes are usually implicit and cannot be solved by first-order second-moment approach. A new reliability analysis approach was presented based on three-dimensional Morgenstem-Price method to investigate three-dimensional effect of landslide in stability analyses. To obtain the reliability index, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was applied to approximate the performance function. The time-consuming of this approach is only 0.028% of that using Monte-Carlo method at the same computation accuracy. Also, the influence of time effect of shearing strength parameters of slope soils on the long-term reliability of three-dimensional slopes was investigated by this new approach. It is found that the reliability index of the slope would decrease by 52.54% and the failure probability would increase from 0.000 705% to 1.966%. In the end, the impact of variation coefficients of c andfon reliability index of slopes was taken into discussion and the changing trend was observed.展开更多

How to maintain power system stable under small signal disturbance is a big challenge for power system operators and dispatchers. Time delay existing in signal transmission process makes the problem more complex. Conventional eigenvalue analysis method neglects time delay influence and can not precisely describe power system dynamic behaviors. In this work, a modified small signal stability model considering time varying delay influence was constructed and a new time delay controller was proposed to stabilize power system under disturbance. By Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, the control law in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality (NLMI) was derived. Considering synthesis method limitation for time delay controller at present, both parameter adjustment method by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) solver and iteration searching method by solving nonlinear minimization problem were suggested to design the controller. Simulation tests were carried out on synchronous-machine infinite-bus power system. Satisfactory test results verify the correctness of the proposed model and the feasibility of the stabilization approach.展开更多

As the communication between the UUVs is difficult and it is easy to be interfered under the water, time delay is assumed to be time-varying during the members communicate with each other. Meanwhile, the state feedback linearization method is used to transfer the nonlinear and coupling model of UUV into double-integrator dynamic. With this simplified double-integrator math model, the UUV formation coordinate control is regarded as consensus problem with time-varying communication delays. In addition, the position and velocity topologies are adapted to reduce the data volume in each data packet which is sent between members in formation. With two independent topologies designed, two cases of communication delay which are same and different are considered and the sufficient conditions are proposed and analyzed. The stability of the multi-UUVs formation is proven by using Lyapunov-Razumilkhin theorem. Finally, the simulation results are presented to confirm and illustrate the theoretical results.展开更多

There are still lack of authoritative indicator and method for the cooperating path planning. The calculation of the voyage time is a difficult problem in the time-varying ocean, for the existing methods of the cooperating path planning, the computation time will increase exponentially as the autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) counts increase, rendering them unfeasible. A collaborative path planning method is presehted for multi-AUV under the influence of time-varying ocean currents based on the dynamic programming algorithm. Each AUV cooperates with the one who has the longest estimated time of sailing, enabling the arrays of AUV to get their common goal in the shortest time with minimum timedifference. At the same time, they could avoid the obstacles along the way to the target. Simulation results show that the proposed method has a promising applicability.展开更多

It is shown that the designed controller not only guarantees the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop fuzzy descriptor delay system, but also provides an optimized upper bound of the guaranteed cost. To obtain the reliability index, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was applied to approximate the performance function. The time-consuming of this approach is only 0.028% of that using Monte-Carlo method at the same computation accuracy. Also, the influence of time effect of shearing strength parameters of slope soils on the long-term reliability of three-dimensional slopes was investigated by this new approach. It is found that the reliability index of the slope would decrease by 52.54% and the failure probability would increase from 0.000 705% to 1.966%. In the end, the impact of variation coefficients of c andfon reliability index of slopes was taken into discussion and the changing trend was observed.

文摘Small signal instability may cause severe accidents for power system if it can not be dear correctly and timely. How to maintain power system stable under small signal disturbance is a big challenge for power system operators and dispatchers. Time delay existing in signal transmission process makes the problem more complex. Conventional eigenvalue analysis method neglects time delay influence and can not precisely describe power system dynamic behaviors. In this work, a modified small signal stability model considering time varying delay influence was constructed and a new time delay controller was proposed to stabilize power system under disturbance. By Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, the control law in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality (NLMI) was derived. Considering synthesis method limitation for time delay controller at present, both parameter adjustment method by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) solver and iteration searching method by solving nonlinear minimization problem were suggested to design the controller. Simulation tests were carried out on synchronous-machine infinite-bus power system. Satisfactory test results verify the correctness of the proposed model and the feasibility of the stabilization approach.

文摘The new method which uses the consensus algorithm to solve the coordinate control problems of multiple unmanned underwater vehicles (multi-UUVs) formation in the case of leader-following is adapted. As the communication between the UUVs is difficult and it is easy to be interfered under the water, time delay is assumed to be time-varying during the members communicate with each other. Meanwhile, the state feedback linearization method is used to transfer the nonlinear and coupling model of UUV into double-integrator dynamic. With this simplified double-integrator math model, the UUV formation coordinate control is regarded as consensus problem with time-varying communication delays. In addition, the position and velocity topologies are adapted to reduce the data volume in each data packet which is sent between members in formation. With two independent topologies designed, two cases of communication delay which are same and different are considered and the sufficient conditions are proposed and analyzed. The stability of the multi-UUVs formation is proven by using Lyapunov-Razumilkhin theorem. Finally, the simulation results are presented to confirm and illustrate the theoretical results.

文摘The problem of passivity analysis is investigated for uncertain stochastic neural networks with discrete interval and distributed time-varying delays.The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the delay is assumed to be time-varying and belongs to a given interval,which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available.By constructing proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and employing a combination of the free-weighting matrix method and stochastic analysis technique,new delay-dependent passivity conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).Finally,numerical examples are given to show the less conservatism of the proposed conditions.

文摘For low-speed underwater vehicles, the ocean currents has a great influence on them, and the changes in ocean currents is complex and continuous, thus whose impact must be taken into consideration in the path planning. There are still lack of authoritative indicator and method for the cooperating path planning. The calculation of the voyage time is a difficult problem in the time-varying ocean, for the existing methods of the cooperating path planning, the computation time will increase exponentially as the autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) counts increase, rendering them unfeasible. A collaborative path planning method is presehted for multi-AUV under the influence of time-varying ocean currents based on the dynamic programming algorithm. Each AUV cooperates with the one who has the longest estimated time of sailing, enabling the arrays of AUV to get their common goal in the shortest time with minimum timedifference. At the same time, they could avoid the obstacles along the way to the target. Simulation results show that the proposed method has a promising applicability.

文摘The problems of robust stability and stabilization via memoryless state feedback for a class of discrete-time switched singular systems with time-varying delays and linear fractional uncertainties are investigated.By constructing a novel switched Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,a delay-dependent criterion for the unforced system to be regular,causal and uniformly asymptotically stable is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).An explicit expression for the desired memoryless state feedback stabilization controller is also given.The merits of the proposed criteria lie in their less conservativeness and relative simplicity,which are achieved by considering additionally useful terms(ignored in previous methods) when estimating the upper bound of the forward difference of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by avoiding utilizing any model augmentation transformation.Some numerical examples are provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed methods.

文摘The observer-based robust fault detection filter design and optimization for networked control systems (NOSs) with uncer- tain time-varying delays are addressed. The NCSs with uncertain time-varying delays are modeled as parameter-uncertain systems by the matrix theory. Based on the model, an observer-based residual generator is constructed and the sufficient condition for the existence of the desired fault detection filter is derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Furthermore, a time domain opti- mization approach is proposed to improve the performance of the fault detection system. To prevent the false alarms, a new thresh- old function is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is given by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

文摘The problem of fault detection for linear discrete timevarying systems with multiplicative noise is dealt with.By using an observer-based robust fault detection filter(FDF) as a residual generator,the design of the FDF is formulated in the framework of H ∞ filtering for a class of stochastic time-varying systems.A sufficient condition for the existence of the FDF is derived in terms of a Riccati equation.The determination of the parameter matrices of the filter is converted into a quadratic optimization problem,and an analytical solution of the parameter matrices is obtained by solving the Riccati equation.Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Based on the delay-independent rule, the problem of optimal guaranteed cost control for a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy descriptor systems with time-varying delay is studied. A linear quadratic cost function is considered as the performance index of the closed-loop system. Sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers via state feedback are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the design of an optimal guaranteed cost controller can be reduced to a convex optimization problem. It is shown that the designed controller not only guarantees the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop fuzzy descriptor delay system, but also provides an optimized upper bound of the guaranteed cost. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and the perfect performance of the optimal guaranteed cost controller.

文摘The optimal control problem for linear time-varying systems affected by external persistent disturbances with known dynamic characteristics but unknown initial conditions is consider and a design procedure of a feedforward and feedbaek optimal controller is presented. The condition of existence and uniqueness of the control law is given. The disturbanee observer is proposed to make the feedforward control law realizable physically. Simulation results demonstrate that the feedforward and feedbaek optimal control law is more effective and robust than the elassical state feedbaek control law with respect to external disturbanees.

文摘A consensus-distributed fault-tolerant(CDFT)control law is proposed for a class of leader-following multi-vehicle cooperative attack(MVCA)systems in this paper.In particular,the switching communication topologies,stochastic multi-hop timevarying delays,and actuator faults are considered,which may lead to system performance degradation or on certain occasions even cause system instability.Firstly,the estimator of actuator faults for the following vehicle is designed to identify the actuator faults under a fixed topology.Then the CDFT control protocol and trajectory following error are derived by the relevant content of Lyapunov stability theory,the graph theory,and the matrix theory.The CDFT control protocol is proposed in the same manner,where a more realistic scenario is considered,in which the maximum trajectory following error and information on the switching topologies during the cooperative attack are available.Finally,numerical simulation are carried out to indicate that the proposed distributed fault-tolerant(DFT)control law is effective.
