Real-time resource allocation is crucial for phased array radar to undertake multi-task with limited resources,such as the situation of multi-target tracking,in which targets need to be prioritized so that resources can be allocated accordingly and effectively.A three-way decision-based model is proposed for adaptive scheduling of phased radar dwell time.Using the model,the threat posed by a target is measured by an evaluation function,and therefore,a target is assigned to one of the three possible decision regions,i.e.,positive region,negative region,and boundary region.A different region has a various priority in terms of resource demand,and as such,a different radar resource allocation decision is applied to each region to satisfy different tracking accuracies of multi-target.In addition,the dwell time scheduling model can be further optimized by implementing a strategy for determining a proper threshold of three-way decision making to optimize the thresholds adaptively in real-time.The advantages and the performance of the proposed model have been verified by experimental simulations with comparison to the traditional twoway decision model and the three-way decision model without threshold optimization.The experiential results demonstrate that the performance of the proposed model has a certain advantage in detecting high threat targets. 展开更多

This study draws on the prospect theor... How can we account for decision maker's aspiration level in multiple attribute decision-making problems? This is a question that has recently gained much scholarly attention. This study draws on the prospect theory and the Dempster-Shafer theory to propose a method that can resolve this issue. First, the precise and interval numbers and linguistic labels are compared, and then, the decision matrix is transformed into a prospect decision matrix on the basis of decision maker's aspiration level. Second, the Dempster-Shafer theory is applied to aggregate the prospect values of all alternatives on each attribute using their prospect belief intervals. Third, the orders of alternatives are obtained for all decision methods by comparing prospect belief intervals. Final, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are demonstrated by using an illustrative example. © 1990-2011 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. 展开更多

The rapid development of multimodal transportation system prompts travellers to choose multiple transportation modes, such as private vehicles or taxi, transit(subways or buses), or park-and-ride combinations for urban trips. Traffic corridor is a major scenario that supports travellers to commute from suburban residential areas to central working areas. Studying their modal choice behaviour is receiving more and more interests. On one hand, it will guide the travellers to rationally choose their most economic and beneficial mode for urban trips. On the other hand, it will help traffic operators to make more appropriate policies to enhance the share of public transit in order to alleviate the traffic congestion and produce more economic and social benefits. To analyze the travel modal choice, a generalized cost model for three typical modes is first established to evaluate each different travel alternative. Then, random utility theory(RUT) and decision field theory(DFT) are introduced to describe the decision-making process how travellers make their mode choices. Further, some important factors that may influence the modal choice behaviour are discussed as well. To test the feasibility of the proposed model, a field test in Beijing was conducted to collect the real-time data and estimate the model parameters. The improvements in the test results and analysis show new advances in the development of travel mode choice on multimodal transportation networks. 展开更多

To overcome the limitations of the traditional surrogate worth trade-off (SWT) method and solve the multiple criteria decision making problem more efficiently and interactively, a new method labeled dual worth tradeoff (DWT) method is proposed. The DWT method dynamically uses the duality theory related to the multiple criteria decision making problem and analytic hierarchy process technique to obtain the decision maker's solution preference information and finally find the satisfactory compromise solution of the decision maker. Through the interactive process between the analyst and the decision maker, trade-off information is solicited and treated properly, the representative subset of efficient solutions and the satisfactory solution to the problem are found. The implementation procedure for the DWT method is presented. The effectiveness and applicability of the DWT method are shown by a practical case study in the field of production scheduling. 展开更多

To solve the contravention between the theory of collaboration decision design and development requirement in distributed C2 system,three-stage design approach is proposed to research coherence and optimization by which decision-maker carries out decision regulations. First,getting information and decision process are described; decision indexes and regulation models of collaboration are established. And then,a test circumstance is designed and established for measuring various decision-maker’s capabilities of carrying out decision regulation by simulation and getting their load capability parameters. Finally,the obtained parameters from the experiment are disposed and substituted into the original models for proving the coherence of decision regulations. As a result,it is feasible for three-stage approach to design collaboration decision,and decision regulations can satisfy various decision-maker requirements. 展开更多

An isomorphism between problems and types, and solutions and programs has been established to support this view which is much similar to the Curry-Howard isomorphism between propositions and types, and proofs and programs. To support our method, a proof development system called PowerEpsilon has been developed, and the synthesis of a decision procedure for validity of first-order propositional logic is discussed to show the power of the system. 展开更多

The simulating result indicate that when applying the model to air formation to ground attack-defends decision-making system, it can solve the problems of two hierarchies, dynamic oppositional decision-making favorably, and reach preferable effect in battle. 山区公路线路优选存在评价指标复杂、定性指标难量化、主观设定的指标常权权重与工程实际不完全相符等问题。针对此,基于技术性、经济性和安全性的原则,参考霍尔三维结构对山区线路的影响因素进行分析,并构建了评价指标体系,引入云模型... 山区公路线路优选存在评价指标复杂、定性指标难量化、主观设定的指标常权权重与工程实际不完全相符等问题。针对此,基于技术性、经济性和安全性的原则,参考霍尔三维结构对山区线路的影响因素进行分析,并构建了评价指标体系,引入云模型理论量化定性评价指标,考虑评价指标实际状态对评价结果的影响,采用变权理论修正评价指标常权权重,实现了对数据的优化,并基于多属性决策模型(TOPSIS)提出了一种山区公路线路优选方法。将理论研究成果应用于玻利维亚艾尔西亚公路项目四号风险点的线路方案比选中,结果表明:云模型能有效解决定性指标的不确定性导致其难以量化的问题;3个路线方案的贴近度分别为0.833,0.606,0.684,变权理论与传统常权权重相比在评估过程中更突出了极值指标对评价结果的影响,结果更贴合实际。 展开更多

为探究基层应急能力“最后一公里”问题,提出一种引入灰色理论的多准则决策方法(MCDM),基于韧性理论,科学分析常规和非常规状态下的乡村应急能力。首先,在韧性视角下,优选文献归纳与实地调研后得到的影响因素,构建乡村应急能力影响因素... 为探究基层应急能力“最后一公里”问题,提出一种引入灰色理论的多准则决策方法(MCDM),基于韧性理论,科学分析常规和非常规状态下的乡村应急能力。首先,在韧性视角下,优选文献归纳与实地调研后得到的影响因素,构建乡村应急能力影响因素模型;其次,以MCDM模型为框架,剖析影响因素的因果关系、逻辑层次和特征状态;最后,通过多准则决策分析,识别乡村应急能力和乡村韧性提升的关键因素。结果表明:领导队伍结构的中心度为2.95、驱动力为6,是第1层因素;乡村网格化管理的中心度为3.08、驱动力为6,是第2层因素;规范性文件制定的中心度为2.7、驱动力为5,是第3层因素,乡村网络建设的中心度为3.54、驱动力为9,是第3层因素。领导队伍结构、乡村网格化管理、规范性文件制定、乡村网络建设构成决策交集,是乡村应急能力和韧性提升的关键抓手。 展开更多

以2007—2019年主动管理型公募基金持仓的沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,使用复杂网络Louvain算法识别基金网络中的抱团行为。研究结果发现,基金抱团能够减缓上市公司杠杆调整的速度,该结论在考虑了内生性问题、稳健性检验后仍然成立。机... 以2007—2019年主动管理型公募基金持仓的沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,使用复杂网络Louvain算法识别基金网络中的抱团行为。研究结果发现,基金抱团能够减缓上市公司杠杆调整的速度,该结论在考虑了内生性问题、稳健性检验后仍然成立。机制分析表明,基金抱团的动机在于追求短期绩效,会增加被抱团公司的股价风险和信息不对称,进而对企业杠杆调整产生压力效应。异质性分析发现,基金抱团造成的股价波动不利于上市公司通过增发融资的方式进行杠杆调整;当企业具有良好的现金流水平时,能够缓解基金抱团对杠杆调整的负面影响。经济后果检验发现,基金抱团导致的杠杆调整速度减缓不利于上市公司价值提升。因此,政策制定者应更好地理解机构投资者复杂关联及抱团行为对实体企业融资决策产生的经济后果,通过规范机构投资者交易行为以提升实体经济资源配置效率。 展开更多
