Ammonia borane(AB)has received much attention as an environmentally friendly,non-toxic,room temperature stable hydrogen storage material with high hydrogen content of 19.6%.However,its hydrolysis for hydrogen production at room-temperature is kinetically slow and requires precious metal catalysts.In this work,it is found that the prepared Raney Ni W-r treated with high concentration of NaOH(6.25 mol/L)at 110℃exhibited excellent catalytic performance for AB hydrolysis at room temperature.The Raney Ni W-r can promote the AB complete hydrolysis within 60 s under basic condition at small sized trials,even higher than that of the 20%Pt/C catalyst.Its apparent activation energy at room temperature is only 26.6 kJ/mol and the turnover frequency(TOF)value is as high as 51.42 min-1.Owing to its high density and magnetic properties,the catalyst is very easy for magnetic separation.Furthermore,possible mechanism of the hydrolytic reaction of AB based on experimental results is proposed.As a well-established industrial catalyst,Raney Ni has been prepared on a large scale at low cost.This study provides a promising pathway for the large-scale preparation of low-cost and recyclable catalysts for AB hydrolysis. 展开更多

Blind recognition of polar code parameters based on log-likelihood ratio

The syndrome a posteriori probability of the log-likelihood ratio of intercepted codewords is used to develop an algorithm that recognizes the polar code length and generator matrix of the underlying polar code.Based on the encoding structure,three theorems are proved,two related to the relationship between the length and rate of the polar code,and one related to the relationship between frozen-bit positions,information-bit positions,and codewords.With these three theorems,polar codes can be quickly reconstruced.In addition,to detect the dual vectors of codewords,the statistical characteristics of the log-likelihood ratio are analyzed,and then the information-and frozen-bit positions are distinguished based on the minimumerror decision criterion.The bit rate is obtained.The correctness of the theorems and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are validated through simulations.The proposed algorithm exhibits robustness to noise and a reasonable computational complexity. 展开更多

This paper discusses the influence of Sb/In ratio on the transport properties and crystal quality of the 200 nm InAs_(x)Sb_(1-x)thin film.The Sb content of InAs_(x)Sb_(1-x)thin film in all samples was verified by HRXRD of the symmetrical 004 reflections and asymmetrical 115 reflections.The calculation results show that the Sb component was 0.6 in the InAs_(x)Sb_(1-x)thin film grown under the conditions of Sb/In ratio of 6 and As/In ratio of 3,which has the highest electron mobility(28560 cm^(2)/V·s)at 300 K.At the same time,the influence ofⅤ/Ⅲratio on the transport properties and crystal quality of Al_(0.2)In_(0.8)Sb/InAs_(x)Sb_(1-x)quantum well heterostructures also has been investigated.As a result,the Al_(0.2)In_(0.8)Sb/InAs_(0.4)Sb_(0.6)quantum well heterostructure with a channel thickness of 30 nm grown under the conditions of Sb/In ratio of 6 and As/In ratio of 3 has a maximum electron mobility of 28300 cm^(2)/V·s and a minimum RMS roughness of 0.68 nm.Through optimizing the growth conditions,our samples have higher electron mobility and smoother surface morphology. 展开更多

Impact attenuation mechanism of single/double-layer potting structures of MEMS devices under continuous double-pulse impact

High-overload shocks are very likely to cause damage to the microstructure of MEMS devices, especially the continuous multiple high-overload shocks generated by the penetration of the multilayer target environment pose more stringent challenges to its protective structure. In this study, the kinetic response model of the protective structure under single-pulse and continuous double-pulse impact is established,and a continuous double-pulse high overload impact test impact platform based on the sleeve-type bullet is constructed, and the protective performance of the multi-layer structure under multi-pulse is analyzed based on the acceleration decay ratio, and the results show that the protective performance of the structure has a positive correlation with its thickness, and it is not sensitive to the change of the load of the first impact;the first impact under double-pulse impact will cause damage to the microstructure through the superposition of the second impact. The first impact under double-pulse impact will cause an increase in the overload amplitude of the second impact through superposition;compared with the single-layer structure, the acceleration attenuation ratio of the double-layer structure can be increased by up to 26.13%, among which the epoxy-polyurethane combination has the best protection performance, with an acceleration attenuation ratio of up to 44.68%. This work provides a robust theoretical foundation and experimental basis for the reliable operation of MEMS devices, as well as for the design of protective structures in extreme environments. 展开更多

Numerical simulation on the combustion characteristics of scramjet at high Mach number

To investigate the problem of ethylene jet mixing and combustion in the scramjet at high Mach number(Ma = 8), numerical simulations were carried out for different equivalent ratios at cold and combustion conditions, in which three-dimensional steady compressible RANS and k-ω SST turbulence model were adopted. It demonstrates that as the equivalence ratio increases from 0.42 to 1.08, the combustion becomes more intensified, and the higher backpressure pushes flame to propagate upstream. The supersonic combustion region in the combustor decreases from 92% to 85% with the increase of equivalence ratio from 0.42 to 1.08, resulting in the transition of the combustor from scram-mode to dual-mode. Both mixing and combustion efficiencies decrease by 35% and 16% respectively when the equivalence ratio increases from 0.42 to 1.08, indicating that the high equivalence ratio is unfavorable to the mixing and combustion processes. Combustion mode analysis reveals that the flame in the cavity under the high Mach number is dominated by non-premixed flames, i.e., more than 95% behaves as non-premixed mode, and the heat release is also mainly contributed by non-premixed flame. Increasing the equivalence ratio is beneficial to the thrust performance. Although the viscous force hardly changes with equivalence ratio, the percentage of pressure force used to balance the viscous force increases gradually,which limits the engine performance. 展开更多

The development of guidance technology has made it possible for the earth penetration weapons(EPWs)to impact the target repeatedly at a close range. To investigative the damage of single and sequential strike induced by the EPWs, experimental and numerical investigations are carried out in this paper.Firstly, a series of sequential explosion tests are conducted to provide the basic data of the crater size.Then, a numerical model is established to simulate the damage effects of sequential explosions using the meshfree method of Smoothed particle Galerkin. The effectiveness of numerical model is verified by comparison with the experimental results. Finally, based on dimensional analysis, several empirical formulas for describing the crater size are presented, including the conical crater diameter and the conical crater depth of the single explosion, the conical crater area and the joint depth of the secondary explosion. The formula for the single explosion expresses the relationship between the aspect ratio of the charge ranging from 3 to 7, the dimensionless buried depth ranging from 2 to 14 and the crater size. The formula for the secondary explosion expresses the relationship between the relative position of the two explosions and the crater size. All of data can provide reference for the design of protective structures. 展开更多

This study presents a significant advancement in the vibration analysis of functionally graded sandwich plates with auxetic cores by introducing a general viscoelastic foundation model that more accurately reflects the complex interactions between the plate and the foundation.The novelty of this study is that the proposed viscoelastic foundation model incorporates elastic and damping effects in both the Winkler and Pasternak layers.To develop the theoretical framework for this analysis,the higher-order shear deformation theory is employed,while Hamilton's principle is used to derive the governing equations of motion.The closed-form solution is used to determine the damped vibration behaviors of the sandwich plates.The precision and robustness of the proposed mathematical model are validated through several comparison studies with existing numerical results.A detailed parametric study is conducted to investigate the influence of various parameters,including the elastic and damping coefficients of the foundation,the material gradation,and the properties of the auxetic core on the vibration behavior of the plates.The numerical results provide new insights into the vibration characteristics of sandwich plates with auxetic cores resting on viscoelastic foundation,highlighting the significant role of the two damping coefficients and auxetic cores in the visco-vibration behavior of the plates. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of the neutrophil⁃to⁃lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and the systemic immune⁃inflammation index(SII)in predicting patients with anti⁃melanoma differentiation⁃associated gene 5⁃positive(anti⁃MDA5+)dermatomyositis(DM)develop into the rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease(RPILD).Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and laboratory data of 124 anti⁃MDA5+DM patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between March 2019 and September 2023.We identified independent risk factors associated with the development and mortality of RPILD with the Cox regression analysis,and determined the optimal cut⁃off values for predicting adverse outcomes with the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Results:Among the 124 patients,36 patients(29.03%)developed RPILD,and 39 patients(31.45%)died during the follow⁃up period.The results of multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the elevated NLR was an independent risk factor for RPILD development,while the elevated SII expression was independently associated with the increased mortality of RPILD.Based on the ROC curve analysis,NLR>6.12 was a predictor for RPILD,and SII>875.79 was associated with increased mortality risk of RPILD.Conclusion:Both NLR and SII are accessible,cost⁃effective,and reliable prognostic indicators for the prognosis of patients with anti⁃MDA5^(+)DM,providing a valuable guidance for clinical management and risk stratification of the disease. 展开更多

Although body mass index(BMI)is widely used as a simple tool to assess obesity,it has certain limitations and inaccuracies.It is known that visceral adipose tissue is closely related to cardiometabolic risks and all-cause mortality;however,precise measurement methods for visceral fat(magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography)cannot be widely used.Thus,simple but accurate alternatives are valuable.Studies have shown that waist circumference-to-height ratio(WHtR)might be a superior and more accurate variable in assessing central or visceral adiposity as well as predicting risks of diabetes and other cardiometabolic diseases.Furthermore,WHtR cutoff values can be consistent across different races,age,and genders,making it a universal metric worth promoting and applying. 展开更多

通过改变Ni与Co元素含量,在高纯度氩气氛下真空电弧熔炼制备得到Ni_(50-x)Cr_(20)Fe_(20)Al_(10)Co_(x)(x=0,5,10,at%,对应的合金分别简记为Co0、Co5和Co10)合金锭。利用热力学计算和分子动力学模拟分析Co对合金层错能的影响,利用XRD、... 通过改变Ni与Co元素含量,在高纯度氩气氛下真空电弧熔炼制备得到Ni_(50-x)Cr_(20)Fe_(20)Al_(10)Co_(x)(x=0,5,10,at%,对应的合金分别简记为Co0、Co5和Co10)合金锭。利用热力学计算和分子动力学模拟分析Co对合金层错能的影响,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等分析合金的析出相形貌,并测试了合金的拉伸性能。结果表明,Co含量的增加和Ni/Co比的降低,明显降低合金的层错能,进而为合金的塑性变形行为提供更多的强化因子。时效热处理促使合金内部析出少量的BCC相沉淀物和高体积分数含量的L12相纳米颗粒,这些促使合金表现出优异的强塑性结合。该体系合金在室温条件下表现出优异的综合力学性能。Co5合金时效态的力学性能最佳,屈服强度约为685 MPa、抗拉强度约为1326 MPa、断后伸长率约为24%。Co5合金展现出优异的加工硬化能力,在真应变为1%~9%范围内保持了3400 MPa的稳态应变硬化率。 展开更多

以芦荟皮为原料、(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)为氮源和硫源,采用水热法制备了炭前驱体,再经高温热解制备了氮硫共掺杂生物炭(NSBC)。采用SEM、BET、XPS、Zeta电位对其进行了表征,考察了不同温度热解制备的NSBC对水溶液中Ni^(2+)、Co^(2+)的吸附... 以芦荟皮为原料、(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)为氮源和硫源,采用水热法制备了炭前驱体,再经高温热解制备了氮硫共掺杂生物炭(NSBC)。采用SEM、BET、XPS、Zeta电位对其进行了表征,考察了不同温度热解制备的NSBC对水溶液中Ni^(2+)、Co^(2+)的吸附性能,探究了NSBC吸附Ni^(2+)、Co^(2+)的热力学和动力学过程,分析了温度和pH对其吸附性能的影响,并推测其吸附机理。结果表明,NSBC表面为层片状堆积的多孔结构,热解温度800℃制备的NSBC_(800)具有分级多孔结构,微孔总体积0.07 cm^(3)/g,比表面积149 m^(2)/g,非微孔体积占比46%,其表面具有摩尔分数29.94%的O元素、4.79%的N元素和6.21%的S元素。NSBC_(800)对Ni^(2+)和Co^(2+)的最大平衡吸附量分别为245.70和223.71 mg/g。NSBC表面由O、N和S元素组成的化学官能团吸附Ni^(2+)和Co^(2+)反应生成盐或络合物,沉积在生物炭表面;Langmuir模型和拟二级动力学模型描述的NSBC对Ni^(2+)和Co^(2+)的吸附表明,该过程由化学吸附控制,通过络合作用、共沉淀、离子交换和静电吸引等机制实现对Ni^(2+)和Co^(2+)的吸附。 展开更多

CO_(2)甲烷化反应被认为是解决CO_(2)利用难题的重要手段之一,其中NiO/MgO催化剂具有广阔的应用前景,如何提高NiO/MgO催化剂的比表面积成为其实际应用的关键.本文通过沉积-沉淀法在高比表面积的SiO_(2)载体上负载NiO/MgO催化剂,制备出了NiO/MgO/SiO_(2)催化剂.研究了MgO含量、催化剂煅烧温度和还原温度对催化剂结构和甲烷化性能的影响.采用X射线衍射、程序升温还原、N2吸附-脱附等温线、程序升温脱附、X射线光电子能谱和场发射透射电子显微镜等技术手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,合适的MgO含量既能够对SiO_(2)形成较好的阻隔以避免NiO与SiO_(2)的反应,又可与NiO形成对甲烷化有利的Ni_(1-x)Mg_(x)O固溶体.适当的煅烧温度能够在形成Ni_(1-x)Mg_(x)O固溶体的同时避免对反应不利的NiMgSiO4的形成.此外,通过调控还原温度还能够调变Ni^(0)和Ni_(1-x)Mg_(x)O的比例,从而使二者在催化体系中起到协同作用,促进CO_(2)甲烷化反应.30%MgO含量、550℃煅烧、550℃还原后的Ni30MgSi-550-550R催化剂在CO_(2)甲烷化反应催化剂性能测试中表现出最佳的催化活性,且在350℃、30000mL/(g·h)空速的测试条件下展现出200 h的稳定性,这是由于在催化剂表面具有适当的Ni^(0)/Ni_(1-x)Mg_(x)O比例和对应的充足的H2和CO_(2)活化位点.在高比表面积的SiO_(2)上负载NiO/MgO催化剂、在SiO_(2)表面进行固相反应和通过还原温度调控Ni^(0)-Ni_(1-x)Mg_(x)O活性对的策略为用于CO_(2)甲烷化反应的催化剂设计提供了一种新思路. 展开更多

Residual coal pillars play an important role in mining the adjacent coal seam safely,managing the gobs and maintaining the stability of abandoned coal mines.The height to diameter ratio(H/D)affects the stability of residual coal pillars.In this study,uniaxial compressive tests of coal specimens with five H/D(2.0,1.5,1.0,0.8 and 0.6)were performed,and the stress,strain and acoustic emission(AE)were monitored.Results show that the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)and peak strain increase with H/D decreasing.An empirical equation is proposed to calculate the UCS based on the H/D.The AE activities during coal failure process can be separated into four periods.The span of quiet period and rapid decline period shorten with H/D decreasing.The smaller the H/D is,the more complicated the failure characteristics of coal will be.The failure form of coal with H/D of 2.0,1.5,and 1.0 is primarily shear failure,while splitting failure along the axial direction is the mainly mode when H/D is 0.8 or 0.6.The initiation,expansion,aggregation and connection of micro-cracks can be reflected by the real-time spatial evolution of AE event points. 展开更多

In order to determine entropy generation of fully developed flow, two approaches are employed and it is shown that only one of these methods can provide appropriate results for flow inside annuli. The effects of concentration of nanoparticles, Reynolds number and thermal boundaries on heat transfer enhancement and entropy generation of developing laminar flow inside annuli with different radius ratios and same cross sectional areas are studied. The results show that radius ratio is a very important decision parameter of an annular heat exchanger such that in each Re, there is an optimum radius ratio to maximize Nu and minimize entropy generation. Moreover, the effect of nanoparticles concentration on heat transfer enhancement and minimizing entropy generation is stronger at higher Reynolds. 展开更多

新疆地区6级以上地震前Benioff应变比特征研究

强震发生前,震中附近地区普遍存在应变能加速释放现象,预示孕震区接近或进入临界状态。以Benioff应变作为响应量,计算不同时段的Benioff应变比,可作为表征应变能释放快慢的参数,其异常演化反映了地震成核过程中介质的高应力状态。利用... 强震发生前,震中附近地区普遍存在应变能加速释放现象,预示孕震区接近或进入临界状态。以Benioff应变作为响应量,计算不同时段的Benioff应变比,可作为表征应变能释放快慢的参数,其异常演化反映了地震成核过程中介质的高应力状态。利用中国地震台网地震目录,首先对新疆地区最小完备性震级进行分析。在此基础上,计算2000—2023年新疆地区6级以上地震前1年内每月前后90天的Benioff应变比,并以2016年阿克陶6.7级地震和呼图壁6.2级地震为例,对两次地震前的Benioff应变比时空演化特征进行分析。结果显示:18组6级地震中有14组地震在震前1年内在震中附近出现高值异常,通过预测效果检验,表明Benioff应变比高值异常对新疆地区6级地震具有一定中短期预测意义。在2016年阿克陶6.7级地震和呼图壁6.2级地震前1年内孕震区应变比均表现为“逐渐升高—快速降低—稳定波动”的特征,可能与断层失稳成核过程有关。 展开更多

The role of Fe/S ratios(ω, g/g) in the uranium bioleaching from a complex uranium ore by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans consortium was investigated. The results showed good uranium extraction with over 90% at the Fe/S ratio of 5:0.5, 5:1 and 5:5, while poor extraction(<46%) at the Fe/S ratio of 5:0 and 5:10.Furthermore, the bacterial community analysis based on species-specific gyrB numbers indicated that, absent sulfur or excessive sulfur would be not conducive to the synergistic growth for A. ferrooxidans and A. thiooxidans, and then not conducive to the uranium dissolution. Meanwhile, the sulfur-oxidizers could play an important role in the process of uranium synergistic bioleaching by mixed bacterial consortia. Additionally, the characteristics of mineral residue was detected by SEM-EDS. The results showed appropriate sulfur dosage would change the structure and improve the porosity of passivation substance. Lastly, the uranium dissolution kinetics and biochemical reaction mechanism was analyzed. It indicated that the biochemical reaction coupling iron and sulfur had a pleiotropic effect on the uranium dissolution from the ore particles, appropriate Fe/S ratio is the key factor for uranium bioleaching by chemoautotrophic acidophiles. 展开更多
