How to alleviate the pressure of resources and the environ-ment and to achieve the sustainable development of the economy has become a global agenda.China' s economy growth has been rapid for decades since the reform and opening up policy,but this has also been a great drain on China' s resources and the environment, which is an ur-gent problem to tackle. In recently years, the Chinese government has launched many environ-mental policies in the hope of encouraging technological innovation to guarantee the sustain-able development of the economy. However, research suggested that technological innovationis negatively correlated with environmental policies in most scenarios. In some cases, the num-ber of technological innovation decreases after policies take effect and increases after a whilelike a U - curve. In order to solve this problem, I decided to analyze the panel data from 80provinces in China between 2008 and 2014 and conclude that local governance can implementenvironmental regulations while having a positive impact on the technological innovation inenterprises. In the conclusion, suggestions are given to local governments on how to better en-force environmental policies.展开更多

In order to increase productivity and reduce energy consumption of steelmaking-continuous casting(SCC) production process, especially with complicated technological routes, the cross entropy(CE) method was adopted to ...In order to increase productivity and reduce energy consumption of steelmaking-continuous casting(SCC) production process, especially with complicated technological routes, the cross entropy(CE) method was adopted to optimize the SCC production scheduling(SCCPS) problem. Based on the CE method, a matrix encoding scheme was proposed and a backward decoding method was used to generate a reasonable schedule. To describe the distribution of the solution space, a probability distribution model was built and used to generate individuals. In addition, the probability updating mechanism of the probability distribution model was proposed which helps to find the optimal individual gradually. Because of the poor stability and premature convergence of the standard cross entropy(SCE) algorithm, the improved cross entropy(ICE) algorithm was proposed with the following improvements: individual generation mechanism combined with heuristic rules, retention mechanism of the optimal individual, local search mechanism and dynamic parameters of the algorithm. Simulation experiments validate that the CE method is effective in solving the SCCPS problem with complicated technological routes and the ICE algorithm proposed has superior performance to the SCE algorithm and the genetic algorithm(GA).展开更多

AHP empirical results showed that the satisfaction of information communication and the satisfaction of the management process were the weakest. And the order from high to low on the level of indicators of the impact for the alliance was the result of alliance operations and the process of alliance operations, the behavioral attitude of alliance members. However, translating these requirements directly into hierarchical s...The shifting requirements as imposed on operations ma nagement require adjusting and tailoring the organisational structure to meet ma rket demands. However, translating these requirements directly into hierarchical structure will not ensure the integration of processes across organisational un its and guarantee desirable performance. Therefore, management and management li terature wonders: · How should we connect processes to the external environment within a strategi c framework · Which organisational structures do meet performance requirements · Which choices and freedom do we have within organisational structures · How and when do we implement organisational structures That the hierarchical structure does not meet as such the performance requiremen ts nor did it relate to these became already clear during case studies performed in the ’70s. The conclusion was drawn that organisational changes should affect working processes before they proof to be viable. This required the development of new approach through empirical studies and base d on literature. This led to the development of the organelle structure. The org anelle structure should connect to the strategy and the product flow. Thereto, a decision model has been developed for revealing these relations and the practic al implication. During a number of case studies this methodology has been refined and includes t he strategic choice between variants for the organelle structure with their own performance capabilities; we distinguish about 20 variants ranging between the f unctional organisation and the product flow organisation. These ranges of choice s however can be connected to different order entry points, stemming from logist ic concepts. This extends the performance to improved lead-times and improved c ontrol. Strategic choices relate the organelle structure to external performance criteria dictated by product/market-combinations: · lead-time · quality · costs and internal choices for performance criteria: · flexibility · productivity · resource utilisation · innovative performance. Case studies reveal the drastic improvements of the performance of operations an d manufacturing. The paper will discuss a few of these implementations to demons trate the impact. They also show how one derives the hierarchical structure from the choice for the organelle structure. Organelle structures do bridge the link of an industrial company to its environm ent and the internal possibilities, dictated by characteristics of product flow and process execution. The link to the environment results in a strategic framew ork for assessment of alternatives and possibilities. Choices for organelle stru ctures depend strongly on choices on the order entry points of the hardware flow and the specification flow. Fused fiber coupler's optical performances such as insertion loss, excess loss, directivity and uniformity were tested with the optical test system that was constituted of tunable laser and optical spectrum analyzer. Especially the relationship between optical performance and drawing speed was investigated. The experimental results show that the optical performance is closely related to process conditions. At fused temperature of 1 200 ℃, there exists a drawing speed of 150 μms, which makes the device's performance optimum. Out of this speed region, the optical performance drops quickly. At drawing speed of 200 μms, the excess loss is relatively small when the fused temperature is above 1 200 ℃. So the technological parameters have close relationship with optical performance of the coupler, and the good performance coupler can't get until the drawing speed and fused temperature match accurately.展开更多

Surface engineering plays a crucial role in improving the performance of high energy materials,and polydopamine(PDA)is widely used in the field of energetic materials for surface modification and functionalization.In ...Surface engineering plays a crucial role in improving the performance of high energy materials,and polydopamine(PDA)is widely used in the field of energetic materials for surface modification and functionalization.In order to obtain high-quality HMX@PDA-based PBX explosives with high sphericity and a narrow particle size distribution,composite microspheres were prepared using co-axial droplet microfluidic technology.The formation mechanism,thermal behavior,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic spark sensitivity,compressive strength,and combustion performance of the microspheres were investigated.The results show that PDA can effectively enhance the interfacial interaction between the explosive particles and the binder under the synergistic effect of chemical bonds and the physical"mechanical interlocking"structure.Interface reinforcement causes the thermal decomposition temperature of the sample microspheres to move to a higher temperature,with the sensitivity to impact,friction,and electrostatic sparks(for S-1)increasing by 12.5%,31.3%,and 81.5%respectively,and the compressive strength also increased by 30.7%,effectively enhancing the safety performance of the microspheres.Therefore,this study provides an effective and universal strategy for preparing high-quality functional explosives,and also provides some reference for the safe use of energetic materials in practical applications.展开更多

In this work,the generation of high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)single-frequency microwave signal without noise sidebands is demonstrated based on the interaction of integrated all-fiber lasers.The microwave signals are...In this work,the generation of high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)single-frequency microwave signal without noise sidebands is demonstrated based on the interaction of integrated all-fiber lasers.The microwave signals are generated by the interference between a narrow linewidth Brillouin pump light from a single-frequency laser and the Stokes light generated by it.Firstly,the linewidths of the Stokes lights are compressed to~43 Hz based on the stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)effect,which ensures that the frequency noise is as low as possible.And then,the relative intensity noise(RIN)of the first order Stokes light is reduced by 21 dB/Hz based on the noise dynamics principle in cascaded SBS effect.By simultaneously reducing the frequency noise and the intensity noise of the coherent signals,the noise sidebands of microwave signals are completely suppressed.As result,the SNR of the microwave signal is improved from 48 dB to 84 dB at the first-order Brillouin frequency shift of 9.415 GHz.Meanwhile,a microwave signal with a SNR of 70 dB is generated at the second-order Brillouin frequency shift of 18.827 GHz.This kind of microwave signals with narrow linewidth and high SNR can provide higher detection resolution and higher transmission efficiency for applications on radar,satellite communication and so on.展开更多
This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical a...This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical analysis and comparative research on the relevant patent information from the perspectives of annual patent applications,patent structure,technological key,main applicants,patent layout,technology lifecycle and so on.The research results show that China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation is developing rapidly,and the patent categories are mainly utility model and invention patents,and the proportion of invention patents is lower than utility model patents.Universities are the most important innovation subjects in this field,and technology research and development focuses on IPC(international patent classification)subcategories such as A01C(seeding,fertilization),B60K(power,transmission),and A01D(harvesting.mowing).Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province rank the top 2 in the number of domestic patent applications,and the United States and Japan are the two countries with the most layout in China.At present,the growth of electric agricultural machinery technology is weak,but the new technology has strong features,there is no sign of maturity,and it does not have signs of technological aging and still has greater development potential.The results of the study can provide information reference for clarifying the status quo,characteristics and development trend of China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation.展开更多
Taoren and Xingren are commonly used herbs in East Asian medicine with different medication functions but huge economic differences,and there are cases of adulterated sales in market transactions.An effective adultera...Taoren and Xingren are commonly used herbs in East Asian medicine with different medication functions but huge economic differences,and there are cases of adulterated sales in market transactions.An effective adulteration recognition based on hyperspectral technology and machine learning was designed as a non-destructive testing method in this paper.A hyperspectral dataset comprising 500 Taoren and 500 Xingren samples was established;six feature selection methods were considered in the modeling of radial basis function-support vector machine(RBF-SVM),whose interaction between the two optimization methods was further researched.Two mixed metaheuristics modeling methods,Mixed-PSO and Mixed-SA,were designed,which fused both band selection and hyperparameter optimization from two-stage into one with detailed process analysis.The metrics of this mixed model were improved by comparing with traditional two-stage method.The accuracy of Mixed-PSO was 89.2%in five-floods crossvalidation that increased 4.818%than vanilla RBF-SVM;the accuracy of Mixed-SA was 88.7%which could reach the same as the traditional two-stage method,but it only relied on 48 crux bands in full 100 bands in RBF-SVM model fitting.展开更多
The self-healing function is considered one of the effective ways to address structural damage and improve interfacial bonding in Energetic composite materials(ECMs).However,the currently prepared ECMs with self-heali...The self-healing function is considered one of the effective ways to address structural damage and improve interfacial bonding in Energetic composite materials(ECMs).However,the currently prepared ECMs with self-healing function have problems such as irregular particle shape and uneven distribution of components,which affect the efficient play of self-healing function.In this paper,HMX-based energetic microspheres with self-healing function were successfully prepared by microchannel technology,which showed excellent self-healing effect in both Polymer-bonded explosives(PBXs)and Composite solid propellants(CSPs).The experimental results show that the HMX-based energetic microspheres with different binder contents prepared by microchannel technology show regular shape,HMX crystal particles are uniformly wrapped by self-healing binder(GAPU).When the content of GAPU in HMX-based energetic microspheres is 10%,PBXs show excellent self-healing effect and mechanical safety is improved by 400%(raw HMX vs S4,5 J vs 25 J).As a high-energy component,the burning rate of CSPs is increased by 359.4%,the time(burning temperature>1700℃)is prolonged by 333.3%,and the maximum impulse force is increased by 107.3%(CSP-H vs CSP-S4,0.84 mm/s vs 3.87 mm/s,0.06 s vs 0.26 s,0.82 m N vs 1.70 m N).It also has excellent storage performance.The preparation of HMX-based energetic microspheres with self-healing function by microchannel technology provides a new strategy to improve the storage performance of ECMs and the combustion performance of CSPs.展开更多

It lies in the Liao River Valley, the Songhua River Valley and Nen River V...Natural grassland in the West of Northeastern China is located in 40°0′- 43°5′N latitude and 117°0′ -127°5′Elongitude. It lies in the Liao River Valley, the Songhua River Valley and Nen River Valley. About 130 years ago, this region had rich natural grassland resources, was numerically 26.67 millions in hectare of grasslands. Since the last stage of Qing Dynasty, the grassland has been destroyed seriously in 3 times. Up to now, this region only preserved about 2 millions in hectare of the grasslands. In addition, 3.33 millions in hectare of the grasslands have changed from primary grassland to desertification, salinizatio-nalkalinization and degeneration grasslands in the form of patches of bare soil(their simple form of a name is'3 kinds of degeneration grasslands'). This paper indicaed that in any period both grasslands destruction and its restoration were relevant to economic changes and economic systems, particularly to market econmy in that time. The following agricultural economic-technological strategies have been applied to transform of retrogressive grasslands: ① to return reclaimed grassland as farmland to primary grassland in order to greatly increase-economic ecological benefits; ② to close desertification, salinizationalkalinization and degradation grasslands in the form of patches of bare soil; ③to develop grassland-agriculture for establishment of stable production bases of concentrated feed crops and coarse herbage crops.展开更多

文摘In this work,the generation of high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)single-frequency microwave signal without noise sidebands is demonstrated based on the interaction of integrated all-fiber lasers.The microwave signals are generated by the interference between a narrow linewidth Brillouin pump light from a single-frequency laser and the Stokes light generated by it.Firstly,the linewidths of the Stokes lights are compressed to~43 Hz based on the stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)effect,which ensures that the frequency noise is as low as possible.And then,the relative intensity noise(RIN)of the first order Stokes light is reduced by 21 dB/Hz based on the noise dynamics principle in cascaded SBS effect.By simultaneously reducing the frequency noise and the intensity noise of the coherent signals,the noise sidebands of microwave signals are completely suppressed.As result,the SNR of the microwave signal is improved from 48 dB to 84 dB at the first-order Brillouin frequency shift of 9.415 GHz.Meanwhile,a microwave signal with a SNR of 70 dB is generated at the second-order Brillouin frequency shift of 18.827 GHz.This kind of microwave signals with narrow linewidth and high SNR can provide higher detection resolution and higher transmission efficiency for applications on radar,satellite communication and so on.

文摘This study takes the patent information of China's electric agricultural machinery technology as the research object,and uses patent measurement analysis method and visual analysis tools to carry out statistical analysis and comparative research on the relevant patent information from the perspectives of annual patent applications,patent structure,technological key,main applicants,patent layout,technology lifecycle and so on.The research results show that China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation is developing rapidly,and the patent categories are mainly utility model and invention patents,and the proportion of invention patents is lower than utility model patents.Universities are the most important innovation subjects in this field,and technology research and development focuses on IPC(international patent classification)subcategories such as A01C(seeding,fertilization),B60K(power,transmission),and A01D(harvesting.mowing).Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province rank the top 2 in the number of domestic patent applications,and the United States and Japan are the two countries with the most layout in China.At present,the growth of electric agricultural machinery technology is weak,but the new technology has strong features,there is no sign of maturity,and it does not have signs of technological aging and still has greater development potential.The results of the study can provide information reference for clarifying the status quo,characteristics and development trend of China's electric agricultural machinery technology innovation.

文摘Taoren and Xingren are commonly used herbs in East Asian medicine with different medication functions but huge economic differences,and there are cases of adulterated sales in market transactions.An effective adulteration recognition based on hyperspectral technology and machine learning was designed as a non-destructive testing method in this paper.A hyperspectral dataset comprising 500 Taoren and 500 Xingren samples was established;six feature selection methods were considered in the modeling of radial basis function-support vector machine(RBF-SVM),whose interaction between the two optimization methods was further researched.Two mixed metaheuristics modeling methods,Mixed-PSO and Mixed-SA,were designed,which fused both band selection and hyperparameter optimization from two-stage into one with detailed process analysis.The metrics of this mixed model were improved by comparing with traditional two-stage method.The accuracy of Mixed-PSO was 89.2%in five-floods crossvalidation that increased 4.818%than vanilla RBF-SVM;the accuracy of Mixed-SA was 88.7%which could reach the same as the traditional two-stage method,but it only relied on 48 crux bands in full 100 bands in RBF-SVM model fitting.

文摘The self-healing function is considered one of the effective ways to address structural damage and improve interfacial bonding in Energetic composite materials(ECMs).However,the currently prepared ECMs with self-healing function have problems such as irregular particle shape and uneven distribution of components,which affect the efficient play of self-healing function.In this paper,HMX-based energetic microspheres with self-healing function were successfully prepared by microchannel technology,which showed excellent self-healing effect in both Polymer-bonded explosives(PBXs)and Composite solid propellants(CSPs).The experimental results show that the HMX-based energetic microspheres with different binder contents prepared by microchannel technology show regular shape,HMX crystal particles are uniformly wrapped by self-healing binder(GAPU).When the content of GAPU in HMX-based energetic microspheres is 10%,PBXs show excellent self-healing effect and mechanical safety is improved by 400%(raw HMX vs S4,5 J vs 25 J).As a high-energy component,the burning rate of CSPs is increased by 359.4%,the time(burning temperature>1700℃)is prolonged by 333.3%,and the maximum impulse force is increased by 107.3%(CSP-H vs CSP-S4,0.84 mm/s vs 3.87 mm/s,0.06 s vs 0.26 s,0.82 m N vs 1.70 m N).It also has excellent storage performance.The preparation of HMX-based energetic microspheres with self-healing function by microchannel technology provides a new strategy to improve the storage performance of ECMs and the combustion performance of CSPs.
文摘Natural grassland in the West of Northeastern China is located in 40°0′- 43°5′N latitude and 117°0′ -127°5′Elongitude. It lies in the Liao River Valley, the Songhua River Valley and Nen River Valley. About 130 years ago, this region had rich natural grassland resources, was numerically 26.67 millions in hectare of grasslands. Since the last stage of Qing Dynasty, the grassland has been destroyed seriously in 3 times. Up to now, this region only preserved about 2 millions in hectare of the grasslands. In addition, 3.33 millions in hectare of the grasslands have changed from primary grassland to desertification, salinizatio-nalkalinization and degeneration grasslands in the form of patches of bare soil(their simple form of a name is'3 kinds of degeneration grasslands'). This paper indicaed that in any period both grasslands destruction and its restoration were relevant to economic changes and economic systems, particularly to market econmy in that time. The following agricultural economic-technological strategies have been applied to transform of retrogressive grasslands: ① to return reclaimed grassland as farmland to primary grassland in order to greatly increase-economic ecological benefits; ② to close desertification, salinizationalkalinization and degradation grasslands in the form of patches of bare soil; ③to develop grassland-agriculture for establishment of stable production bases of concentrated feed crops and coarse herbage crops.
