Mooring cable tension is a crucial parameter for evaluating the safety and reliability of a floating platform mooring system.The real-time mooring tension in an actual marine environment has always been essential data that mooring system designers aim to acquire.To address the need for long-term continuous monitoring of mooring tension in deep-sea marine environments,this paper presents a mooring cable tension monitoring method based on the principle of direct mechanical measurement.The developed tension monitoring sensors were installed and applied in the mooring system of the"Yongle"scientific experimental platform.Over the course of one year,a substantial amount of in-situ tension monitoring data was obtained.Under wave heights of up to 1.24 m,the mooring tension on the floating platform reached 16.5 tons.Through frequency domain and time domain analysis,the spectral characteristics of mooring tension,including waveinduced force,slow drift force,and mooring cable elastic restoring force,were determined.The mooring cable elastic restoring force frequency was approximately half of that of the wave signal.Due to the characteristics of the hinge connection structure of the dual module floating platform,under some specific working conditions the wave-induced force was the maximum of the three different frequency forces,and restoring force was the smallest. 展开更多

In order to enhance the dynamic control precision of inertial stabilization platform(ISP),a disturbance sliding mode observer(DSMO)is proposed in this paper suppressing disturbance torques inherent within the system.The control accuracy of ISP is fundamentally circumscribed by various disturbance torques in rotating shaft.Therefore,a dynamic model of ISP incorporating composite perturbations is established with regard to the stabilization of axis in the inertial reference frame.Subsequently,an online estimator for control loop uncertainties based on the sliding mode control algorithm is designed to estimate the aggregate disturbances of various parameters uncertainties and other unmodeled disturbances that cannot be accurately calibrated.Finally,the proposed DSMO is integrated into a classical proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control scheme,utilizing feedforward approach to compensate the composite disturbance in the control loop online.The effectiveness of the proposed disturbance observer is validated through simulation and hardware experimentation,demonstrating a significant improvement in the dynamic control performance and robustness of the classical PID controller extensively utilized in the field of engineering. 展开更多

以MapD为代表的图分析数据库系统通过GPU、Phi等新型众核处理器来支持高性能分析处理,在面向复杂数据模式时,连接操作仍然是重要的性能瓶颈.近年来,异构处理器逐渐成为高性能计算的主流平台,内存连接性能的研究从多核CPU平台扩展到新兴... 以MapD为代表的图分析数据库系统通过GPU、Phi等新型众核处理器来支持高性能分析处理,在面向复杂数据模式时,连接操作仍然是重要的性能瓶颈.近年来,异构处理器逐渐成为高性能计算的主流平台,内存连接性能的研究从多核CPU平台扩展到新兴的众核处理器,但众多的研究成果并未系统地揭示连接算法性能、连接数据集大小、硬件架构之间的内在联系,难以为未来异构处理器平台的数据库提供连接平台优化选择策略.以面向多核CPU、Xeon Phi、GPU处理器平台的内存连接优化技术为目标,通过优化内存哈希表设计,实现以向量映射替代哈希映射操作,消除哈希代价对内存连接算法的影响,从而更加准确地测量内存连接算法在多核CPU的cache大小、Xeon Phi的cache大小、Xeon Phi的并发多线程、GPU的SIMT(单指令多线程)机制等硬件相关因素影响下的性能特征.实验结果表明,缓存与并发多线程机制是提高内存连接算法性能的重要影响因素.缓存机制对于满足cache大小的连接操作具有性能优势,而GPU的并发多线程机制则在较大表的连接操作中具有较高的性能,Xeon Phi则在满足其L2 cache大小的连接操作中具有最高性能.实验结果揭示了内存连接操作性能与异构处理器硬件特性的联系,为未来异构处理器平台内存数据库查询优化器提供了优化策略. 展开更多

The micromation and precision of the Micro-Electromechanical System demand that its manufacturing, measuring and assembling must work in a micro-manufacturing platform with good ability to isolate vibrations. This paper develops a vibration isolation system of micro-manufacturing platform. The brains of many kinds of birds can isolate vibrations well, such as woodpecker’s brain. When a woodpecker pecks the wood at the speed as 1.6 times as the velocity of sound, its brain will tolerate the wallop 1 500 times of the weight of itself without any damage. The isolation mechanics and organic texture of woodpecker’s brain that has good isolation characteristics were studied. A structure model of vibration isolation system for the micro-manufacturing platform is established based on the bionics of the bird’s brain vibration isolation mechanism. In order to isolate effectively the high frequency vibrations from the ground, a rubber layer is used to isolate vibrations passively between the micro-manufacturing platform’s pedestal and the ground. This layer corresponds to the cartilage and muscles in the outer meninges of the bird’s brain. The active vibration isolation technique is adopted to isolate vibrations between the micro-manufacturing platform and the pedestal. Air springs are used as elastic components, which correspond to the interspaces between the outer meninges and the encephala of the bird’s brain. Actuators are made of giant magnetostrictive material, and it corresponds to the nerves and neural muscles linking the meninges and the encephala. The actuators and air springs are arranged vertically in parallel to make use of the giant magnetostrictive actuators effectively. The air springs support almost all weight of the micro-manufacturing platform and the giant magnetostrictive actuators support almost no weight. In order to realize high performance to isolate complex micro-vibration, the control method using a three-layer neural network is presented. This vibration control system takes into account the floor disturbance and the direct disturbance acting on the micro-manufacturing platform. The absolute acceleration of the micro-manufacturing platform is used as the performance index of vibration control. The performance of the control system is tested by numerical simulation. Simulation results show that the active vibration isolation system has good isolation performance against the floor disturbance and the direct disturbance acting on the micro-manufacturing platform in all the frequency range. 展开更多

In this case, the conventional regression model and the least squares (LS) method will result in bias. Based on the models of inertial navigation platform error and observation error, the errors-in-variables (EV) model and the total least squares (TLS) method axe proposed to identify the error model of the inertial navigation platform. Based on the improvement of task execution quality,a single task resource scheduling model is established and the solving method based on the m-best algorithm is proposed. For the problem of tactical decision-holon cannot handle tasks with low priority effectively, a distributed resource scheduling collaboration mechanism based on platform pricing and a platform exchange mechanism based on resource capacities are designed. Finally,a series of experiments are designed to prove the effectiveness of these methods. An infrared (IR) imaging simulation framework based on the strap-down platform is proposed for midcourse ballistic targets. It overcomes the shortcoming of the existing algorithms, which cannot simulate IR imaging from the entire midcourse process. The proposed framework includes three steps, target characteristic modeling, motion modeling, and imaging modeling. In imaging modeling, the staring focal plane is taken into account due to its wide employment. In order to obtain IR images of high fidelity, especially that the fluctuation of the target signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is reasonably similar to the actual one, this paper proposes an improved IR imaging simulation method. The proposed method considers two critical factors of the pixel plane, occupy-empty ratio and defect elements, which affect the imaging of targets markedly but are neglected in previous work. Finally, the IR image sequence of high fidelity is obtained. And the correlative parameters of simulation can be set according to the given scene. Thus the generated images can satisfy the needs of algorithms validation for tracking and recognition. 展开更多

Hereto, we analyze the platform planning problem and present nonlinear optimal model aiming at maximizing the task completion qualities. Firstly, we take into account the relation among tasks and build the single task nonlinear optimal model with a set of platform constraints. The Lagrange relaxation method and the pruning strategy are used to solve the model. Secondly, this paper presents optimization-based planning algorithms for efficiently allocating platforms to multiple tasks. To achieve the balance of the resource assignments among tasks, the m-best assignment algorithm and the pair-wise exchange(PWE)method are used to maximize multiple tasks completion qualities.Finally, a series of experiments are designed to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithms. 展开更多

The Al-3.40Mg-1.08Sc alloy plates were manufactured by selective laser melting(SLM) at platform temperatures of 35 ℃ and 200 ℃, respectively, and the corrosion performance of them was studied along height direction. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the alloy plate built at platform temperature of 35 ℃ along height direction is basically the same due to a uniform microstructure;While the corrosion resistance of the alloy plate built at platform temperature of 200 ℃ along height direction is different. The evolution of microstructure and the distribution of secondary phases are investigated, and the results show that the Cu-rich phases in alloy play a key role on corrosion performance. At higher platform temperature, the cooling rate is relative slow and a certain degree of in situ ageing leads to the significantly different distribution of Cu-rich phases along grain boundary. Specimens built at the platform temperature of 200 ℃ are inclined to locate at the crossed grain boundary, rather than continuous segregation of Cu-rich phases along grain boundary that is built at platform temperature of 35 ℃. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of Al-3.40Mg-1.08Sc alloy plate manufactured at platform temperature of 200 ℃ is higher, and presents a gradually decreasing trend along height direction. 展开更多

The new stabilized platform is more superiority and practicability. Its design method and analysis results have already been used in development mission. This paper proposed a solution to voice service system of ES, which was suitable for the information transmission, and it especially could help the peasants in remote regions obtain knowledge from ES through the voice service system. As for the disadvantages of massive knowledge data and slow deduction, in this system the classification method could be adopted based on the decision tree. Designing pruning algorithm to "trim off" the unrelated knowledge to the users in query course would simplify the structure of the decision tree and accelerate the speed of deduction before the inference engine deduced the knowledge required by users. 展开更多

Accurate parameter identification is essential when designing controllers for inertially stabilized platforms (lSPs). But traditional identification methods suffer from observation measurement noise and operating restrictions of ISPs. To address this issue, a novel identification method based on current command design and multilevel coordinate search (MCS) algorithm without any higher order measurement differentiations was proposed. The designed current commands were adopted to obtain parameter decoupled models with the platform operating under allowable conditions. MCS algorithm was employed to estimate the parameters based on parameter decoupled models. A comparison experiment between the proposed method and non-linear least square method was carried out and most of the relative errors of identified parameters obtained by the proposed method were below 10%. Simulation and experiment based on identified parameters were conducted. A velocity control structure was also developed with disturbance observer (DOB) for application in disturbance compensation control system of an ISR Experimental results show that the control scheme based on the identified parameters with DOB has the best disturbance rejection performance. It reduces the peak to peak value (PPV) of velocity error integral to 0.8 mrad which is much smaller than the value (10 mrad) obtained by the single velocity controller without DOB. Compared with the control scheme based on sweep model with DOB compensation, the proposed control scheme improves the PPV of velocity error integral by 1.625 times. 展开更多

The ongoing need for better fuel economy and lower exhaust pollution of vehicles has increased the employment of electric power steering(EPS)in automotives.Optimal design of EPS for a product family reduces the development and fabrication costs significantly.In this paper,the TOPSIS method along with the NSGA-Ⅱis employed to find an optimum family of EPS for an automotive platform.A multi-objective optimization problem is defined considering road feel,steering portability,RMS of Ackerman error,and product family penalty function(PFPF)as the conflicting objective functions.The results for the single objective optimization problems and the ones for the multi-objective optimization problem,as well as two suggested trade-off design points are presented,compared and discussed.For the two suggested points,performance at one objective function is deteriorated by about 1%,while the commonality is increased by 20%–40%,which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method in first finding the non-dominated design points and then selecting the trade-off among the obtained points.The results indicate that the obtained trade-off points have superior performance within the product family with maximum number of common parts. 展开更多
