In free viewpoint video(FVV)and 3DTV,the depth image-based rendering method has been put forward for rendering virtual view video based on multi-view video plus depth(MVD) format.However,the projection with slightly different perspective turns the covered background regions into hole regions in the rendered video.This paper presents a depth enhanced image summarization generation model for the hole-filling via exploiting the texture fidelity and the geometry consistency between the hole and the remaining nearby regions.The texture fidelity and the geometry consistency are enhanced by drawing texture details and pixel-wise depth information into the energy cost of similarity measure correspondingly.The proposed approach offers significant improvement in terms of 0.2dB PSNR gain,0.06 SSIM gain and subjective quality enhancement for the hole-filling images in virtual viewpoint video. 展开更多

Biography videos based on life performances of prominent figures in history aim to describe great mens' life.In this paper,a novel interactive video summarization for biography video based on multimodal fusion is proposed,which is a novel approach of visualizing the specific features for biography video and interacting with video content by taking advantage of the ability of multimodality.In general,a story of movie progresses by dialogues of characters and the subtitles are produced with the basis on the dialogues which contains all the information related to the movie.In this paper,JGibbsLDA is applied to extract key words from subtitles because the biography video consists of different aspects to depict the characters' whole life.In terms of fusing keywords and key-frames,affinity propagation is adopted to calculate the similarity between each key-frame cluster and keywords.Through the method mentioned above,a video summarization is presented based on multimodal fusion which describes video content more completely.In order to reduce the time spent on searching the interest video content and get the relationship between main characters,a kind of map is adopted to visualize video content and interact with video summarization.An experiment is conducted to evaluate video summarization and the results demonstrate that this system can formally facilitate the exploration of video content while improving interaction and finding events of interest efficiently. 展开更多

In the era of Big Data,we are faced with an inevitable and challenging problem of“overload information”.To alleviate this problem,it is important to use effective automatic text summarization techniques to obtain the key information quickly and efficiently from the huge amount of text.In this paper,we propose a hybrid method of extractive text summarization based on deep learning and graph ranking algorithms(ETSDG).In this method,a pre-trained deep learning model is designed to yield useful sentence embeddings.Given the association between sentences in raw documents,a traditional LexRank algorithm with fine-tuning is adopted fin ETSDG.In order to improve the performance of the extractive text summarization method,we further integrate the traditional LexRank algorithm with deep learning.Testing results on the data set DUC2004 show that ETSDG has better performance in ROUGE metrics compared with certain benchmark methods. 展开更多

China has pledged to the world to achieve carbon peak in 10 years and carbon neutrality in 30 years.This is an extremely arduous task,as it faces numerous challenges,including high energy consumption,heavy reliance on coal within its energy mix,and a large base of carbon emissions that must be controlled.To this end,it is necessary to advance the new energy security strategy of“Four Revolutions,One Cooperation”to a deeper level.According to interpretations from various parties,the new energy system is preliminarily summarized to have six features:new energy structure,new system form,new industrial system,new governance system,new system and mechanism,and new regulatory method.Considering building a new energy system comprehensively,“Ten Commitments”have been proposed to help achieve the dual-carbon goals.The specific measures include:ensuring the security and stability of energy supply,accelerating the transformation to green and low-carbon energy,giving priority to energy conservation and efficiency improvement,promoting multi-energy complementation and synergistic and integrated development,enhancing the digital intelligence level in the energy industry,developing centralized and distributed energy,advancing the rural energy revolution,developing critical and core technological equipment and the comprehensive energy service industry,and promoting high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative. 展开更多

Global Positioning System technique is widely used to monitor the deformations of all kinds of buildings and constructions. According to the characteristics of the high precise GPS deformation monitoring, the theory and practice of the SSDM (Similar Single-Difference Methodology) for GPS deformation monitoring are introduced synthetically from the background, the essential mathematic model,the error sources and control measures, the monitoring schemes and the software development. Some arguments are also given in the form of reference literatures. Based on the first period observation results of the GPS monitor network, SSDM solves the monitoring points' deformation values at a single epoch from carder phases directly, without needing to solve baseline vectors and network adjustment. The SSDM avoids the troublesome problem of detecting and repairing cycle slips, and can be used in static and dynamic deformation monitoring. In the SSDM, the unknown parameters have no relation to the numbers of satellites. If the number of synchronous satellites between stations is not less than two, the monitoring point's deformation information can be solved easily. 展开更多

As a new electrochemical power system,safety(especially thermal safety)of Na-ion batteries(NIBs)is the key towards large-scale industrialization and market application.Thus,research on the thermal stability of NIBs is helpful to evaluate the safety properties and to provide effective strategies to prevent the occurrence of battery safety failure.Thermal stability of the high-power 26650 cylindrical NIBs using Cu-based layered oxide cathode and hard carbon anode is studied.The high power NIBs can achieve fast charge and discharge at 5–10 C rate and maintain 80%capacity after 4729 cycles at 2 C/2 C rate,where the unit C denotes a measure of the rate at which a battery is charge-discharged relative to its maximum capacity.The results of accelerating rate calorimeter and differential scanning calorimetry(ARC-DSC)test results show that NIBs have a higher initial decomposition temperature(≥110℃)and a lower maximum thermal runaway temperature(≤350℃)than those of Li-ion batteries(LIBs),exhibiting a favorable thermal stability.It should be noted that the heat generation of cathode accounts for a large proportion of the total heat generation while the thermal stability of the anode determines the initial thermal runaway temperature,which is similar to LIBs.Finally,the whole temperature characteristics of the NIBs in the range of−60℃–1000℃are summarized,which provide guidance for the safety design and applications of NIBs. 展开更多

Due to its unique layered structure, bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl) has potential applications as a photocatalytic material in clean energy utilization and environmental purification. In recent years, researchers have carried out a lot of studies and made important progress for the preparation and performance enhancement of BiOCl.In this review, the charge separation property of BiOCl was analyzed based on the crystal structure and electronic structure. Subsequently, the common preparation method of BiOCl was expounded, and the growth mechanism of BiOCl was introduced. Furthermore, the strategies for modulating the photocatalytic performance of BiOCl via doping, vacancy creation, internal electric field tuning, co-catalysts modification, composites construction, and using sensitizers were summarized. Finally, in view of the current research status of the BiOCl photocatalytic material, some problems still need to be addressed including exploring the method of controlled synthesis of BiOCl exposed other high energy surfaces, developing advanced characterization methods to clarify the detailed transfer path of the photogenerated charge, and expanding the photocatalytic application range of BiOCl. 展开更多

Disorder inevitably exists in realistic samples,manifesting itself in various exotic properties for the topological states.In this paper,we summarize and briefly review the work completed over the last few years,including our own,regarding recent developments in several topics about disorder effects in topological states.For weak disorder,the robustness of topological states is demonstrated,especially for both quantum spin Hall states with Z2 = 1 and size induced nontrivial topological insulators with Z2 = 0.For moderate disorder,by increasing the randomness of both the impurity distribution and the impurity induced potential,the topological insulator states can be created from normal metallic or insulating states.These phenomena and their mechanisms are summarized.For strong disorder,the disorder causes a metal-insulator transition.Due to their topological nature,the phase diagrams are much richer in topological state systems.Finally,the trends in these areas of disorder research are discussed. 展开更多

First-principle simulations have been applied to investigate the effect of copper(Cu) or aluminum(Al) content on the ductility of Al3Ti,AlTi,AlCu,and AlTiCu2 alloys.The mechanical stable and elastic properties of Al-based intermetallic compounds are researched by density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation(DFT-GGA).The calculated lattice constants are in conformity with the previous experimental and theoretical data.The deduced elastic constants show that the investigated Al_3Ti,AlTi,AlCu,and AlTiCu2 structures are mechanically stable.Shear modulus,Young's modulus,Poisson's ratio,and the ratio B/G have also been figured out by using reckoned elastic constants.A further analysis of Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio reveals that the third added element copper content has significant effects on the Al-Ti-based ICs ductile character. 展开更多
