The traversal search of multi-dimensional parameter during the process of hypersonic target echo signal coherent integration,leads to the problem of large amounts of calculation and poor real-time performance.In view ...The traversal search of multi-dimensional parameter during the process of hypersonic target echo signal coherent integration,leads to the problem of large amounts of calculation and poor real-time performance.In view of these problems,a modified polynomial Radon-polynomial Fourier transform(MPRPFT)hypersonic target coherent integration detection algorithm based on Doppler feedback is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the Doppler estimation value of the target is obtained by using the target point information obtained by subsequent non-coherent integration detection.Then,the feedback adjustment of the coherent integration process is performed by using the acquired target Doppler estimation value.Finally,the coherent integration is completed after adjusting the search interval of compensation.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the computational complexity and improve the real-time performance on the basis of the effective coherent integration of hypersonic target echo signals.展开更多

The coherent processing interval (CPI) must be long enough to achieve a certain signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) that ensures the efficiency of detection. The condition of detection in the case of low SNR is analyzed, and three different cases that would occur during integration are discussed and a method to determine the CPI is presented. The simulation results show that targets detection with SNR as low as -26 dB in the experimental system can possibly determine the CPI.展开更多
Leveler is widely used to improve the quality of defective mild steel plates.Its typical ranges of the leveling capacity are constrained by three criteria,namely the maximum stroke of rollers,allowable total leveling ...Leveler is widely used to improve the quality of defective mild steel plates.Its typical ranges of the leveling capacity are constrained by three criteria,namely the maximum stroke of rollers,allowable total leveling force and motor power.In this work,an optimization model with equality and inequality constraints was built for the maximum yield stress search of each thickness of plates.The corresponding search procedure with three loops was given.The approximate range by the simplification model could be used as the initial value for the actual range search of the leveling capacity.Therefore,the search speed could be accelerated compared with a global search.The consistency of the analytical results and field data demonstrates the reliability of the proposed model and procedure.The typical ranges of the leveling capacity are expressed by several boundary curves which are helpful to judge whether the incoming plate can be leveled quickly or not.Also,these curves can be used to find the maximum yield stress for a specific thickness or the maximum thickness for a yield stress for plates.展开更多

For multiple types of modern, high-end and key electromechanical equipment, this paper will describe the early faults prediction method for multi-type electromechanical systems, which is favorable for predicting early faults of complex electromechanical systems in non-stationary, nonlinear, variable working conditions and long-time running state; the paper shall introduce the reconfigurable integration technology of series safety monitoring systems based on which the integrated development platform of series safety monitoring systems is built. This platform can adapt to integrated R&D of series safety monitoring systems characterized by high technology, multiple species and low volume. With the help of this platform, series safety monitoring systems were developed, and the Remote Network Security Monitoring Center for Facility Groups was built. Experimental research and engineering applications show that: this new fault prediction method has realized the development trend features extraction of typical electromechanical systems, multi-information fusion, intelligent information decision-making and so on, improving the processing accuracy, relevance and applicability of information; new reconfigurable integration technologies have improved the integration level and R&D efficiency of series safety monitoring systems as well as expanded the scope of application; the series safety monitoring systems developed based on reconfigurable integration platform has already played an important role in many aspects including ensuring safety operation of equipment, stabilizing product quality, optimizing running state, saving energy consumption, reducing environmental pollution, improving working conditions, carrying out scientific maintenance, advancing equipment utilization, saving maintenance charge and enhancing the level of information management.展开更多

Besides, the concrete steps in employing the method are presented. Moreover, by taking the objects to be evaluated as evaluation experts, the problem of how to generate evaluation matrices is solved. Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vis...The 3D clearance of a high-speed train(HST) is critical to ensure the safety of railway transportation. Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vision system, but few researchers have focused on the computation of the 3D clearance in the design phase of an HST. This paper summarizes the virtual 3D clearance computation of an HST based on model integration and the convex hull method. First, both the aerodynamic and kinetic analysis models of the HST are constructed. The two models are then integrated according to the corresponding relationship map, and an array of transformation matrixes of the HST is created to drive the designed model simulating the physical railway motion. Furthermore, the convex hull method is adopted to compute the 3D envelope of the moving train. Finally, the Hausdorff metric is involved in the measurement of the minimum clearance model and the 3D envelope model. In addition, the color map of the Hausdorff distance is established to verify that the designed shape of the HST meets the national standards. This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built.展开更多

Strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) requires an initialization process that establishes the relationship between the body frame and the local geographic reference.This process,called alignment,is generally us...Strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) requires an initialization process that establishes the relationship between the body frame and the local geographic reference.This process,called alignment,is generally used to estimate the initial attitude angles.This is possible because an accurate determination of the inertial measurement unit(IMU) motion is available based on the measurement obtained from global position system(GPS).But the update frequency of GPS is much lower than SINS.Due to the non-synchronous data streams from GPS and SINS,the initial attitude angles may not be computed accurately enough.In addition,the estimated initial attitude angles may have relatively large uncertainties that can affect the accuracy of other navigation parameters.This paper presents an effective approach of matching the velocities which are provided by GPS and SINS.In this approach,a digital high-pass filter,which implements a pre-filtering scheme of the measured signal,is used to filter the Schuler cycle of discrete velocity difference between the SINS and GPS.Simulation results show that this approach improves the accuracy greatly and makes the convergence time satisfy the required accuracy.展开更多

Optimizing the product development process, b uilding product’s consistent defining model for life cycle, and realizing the in tegration of CAD/CAM/CAE and Concurrent Engineering (CE) become the means to acc ept the challenge. A new product modeling technology, Multi Model Technology (MM T), is provided in this paper to meet the needs of the challenge for automotive powertrain product development. First, the paper introduces the concept of Multi Model Technology. MMT introduce s Object-oriented Technology (OT) into product modeling process and combine OT with feature-based modeling technology. With the help of OT, MMT builds product object model to support system level management in product development. The obj ect model of the product is a Multi Model Structure. The MMS consists of finish part model level (assembly model level), rough part model level (part model leve l), function model level and basic model level. Every models in the MMS is creat ed by feature-based technology in design process. In this case, models in the M MS of product can be shared by casting mould, sand core and sand core mould. The refore, CAD engineers, CAE engineers and CAM engineers can work concurrently and the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE can be realized. Second, MMT is applied in cylinder head development. The multi model structures of cylinder head, its casting mould, sand core and sand core mould are built, an d the process-oriented feature models of every objects in the multi model struc tures are modeled, the application of different model objects in development pro cess is analyzed. The integrated modeling technology of cylinder head, its casti ng mould, sand core and sand core mould under MMT is studied. And the concurrent engineering oriented integration method of CAD/CAE and the method to realize th e integration of CAD/CAE under MMT are also discussed. Based on above, the integ ration of CAD/CAM/CAE of cylinder head is realized in automotive powertrain prod uct. The practice results shows that the modeling technology in this paper can optimi ze the development process, realize the data sharing and concurrent engineering in the product development process.展开更多

And the differences caused by the system's structure. The innovation of the exploration models should incorporate the new metallogenic concepts that are based on the geodynamic anatomization. The advanced techniques applied in the mature exploration environment should aim at the speciality and complexity of the geological setting and working environments. The information synthesis is to integrate multiple sets of data for giving a more credible and visual prospectivity map by using the geographic imformation system(GIS) and several mathematical methods, such as weight of evidence and fuzzy logic, which can extract useful information from every set of data as much as possible. Various application domains require the integration of distributed real-time or near-real-time systems with non-real-time systems.Smart cities,smart homes,ambient intelligent systems,or network-centric defense systems...Various application domains require the integration of distributed real-time or near-real-time systems with non-real-time systems.Smart cities,smart homes,ambient intelligent systems,or network-centric defense systems are among these application domains.Data Distribution Service(DDS)is a communication mechanism based on Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe(DCPS)model.It is used for distributed systems with real-time operational constraints.Java Message Service(JMS)is a messaging standard for enterprise systems using Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)for non-real-time operations.JMS allows Java programs to exchange messages in a loosely coupled fashion.JMS also supports sending and receiving messages using a messaging queue and a publish-subscribe interface.In this article,we propose an architecture enabling the automated integration of distributed real-time and non-real-time systems.We test our proposed architecture using a distributed Command,Control,Communications,Computers,and Intelligence(C4I)system.The system has DDS-based real-time Combat Management System components deployed to naval warships,and SOA-based non-real-time Command and Control components used at headquarters.The proposed solution enables the exchange of data between these two systems efficiently.We compare the proposed solution with a similar study.Our solution is superior in terms of automation support,ease of implementation,scalability,and performance.展开更多

The base of CAXs’ integration in product d esign and manufacture is information integration. There are several information integration approaches, for example, by data format transition through special d ata interface, or by standard format file for data exchange (e.g. based on S TEP),etc, but the integrating approach based on PDM is a more advanced and effic ient one. The approach is based on a common database. The feature model data of a product created by the CAD sub-system is stored in the common database, and the CAPP or CAM sub-system can get access to the data for its own work, by whic h repeated input of the data is avoided and data redundancy is eliminated. T he integration approach of CAPP with CAD discussed in this paper is based on the approach. Solid Edge, one of the CAD software products of UGS company is a 3-D modeling software based on parametric feature modeling technique, which is easy to learn and use, so suitable for small and medium manufacturers’ application. The feature data of the part model created by Solid Edge Part includes geometri c and topologic information of the part which provides basic data needed by CAPP , but like other 3-D feature-based modeling software, no precision and materia l information which is also essential for CAPP. In this paper, an approach is pr esented by which the precision features and material features of the part are ad ded into the 3-D CAD part model of geometric feature. So-called precision features include dimension tolerance, shape tolerance and position tolerance and so-called material features include material type and hardness. All these data are expressed by a set of characters which, combined with the surface t ype name of the related geometric feature, is substituted for the original syste m name of the geometric feature by using the rename function of the feature tree in the EdgeBar of "Solid Edge Part" GUI. If a feature joint of the feature tree is pointed by the mouse cursor, the related profile of the model in the working area of Solid Edge Part GUI is highlighted. In this visual way, precision featu res and material features of the part are added into the part model and for each geometric feature of a part model, the surface type and dimensions created by t he 3-D feature-based modeling software are combined with the precision and mat erial properties added. Then by a VB program, all these feature data are extract ed from the model and stored in a feature table of the common database ready for CAPP visit. The database is built by using Microsoft Access. The precision feat ures and material features data are obtained by applying "split" function of VB to the character set extracted as the name property of each geometric feature ob ject of the part model. The VB program can be made a custom-defined menu comman d running in the GUI of Solid Edge Part. All of the other related key techniques are detailed in the paper and an example is given.展开更多

And then, it discusses the pla ns of information integration between CAPP and CAD, as well as between CAPP and ERP. To design the processes of a product requires the manufacture information, such as blank material and machine tool, which is saved in a database in ERP. General ly, a traditional CAPP system considers the information of the manufacturing res ources, such as machine tool, as changeless. However, it is real changing, becau se the resources may be occupied or the machine tool may be under repair. Theref ore, in order to design the processes more reasonably, we must consider the real change of resources in a workshop. Creating a public resource database to suppo rt the real change of resources is put forward in this paper. With the public re source database, the resource integration between CAPP system and ERP is realize d; and by information collections in CAPP system, such as BOM, the material cons umption and man-hour consumption and their output to ERP, the information integ ration between CAPP system and ERP is realized.展开更多

This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built.

文摘A new long term integration algorithm is proposed forhigh-dynamic targets, which can resolve the problems of spectrumspread, frequency walk and pseudorandom noise (PRN)code phase curvature caused by the motion of targets. This algorithmfirst applies a keystone transform based improved discretepolynomial-phase transform (KT-IDPT) to estimate the Dopplerchirp rate. Then, based on the estimated Doppler chirp rate,dechirping and envelope translation are performed on the partialcorrelation results to correct the spectrum spread and the codephase curvature. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposedmethod has low integration loss and computational burden.
文摘During the time of building enterprise information System (EIS), agility of enterprise can' t be improved entirely just through implementing the system such as: ERP, PDM, CAPP and so on. There is an information gap between bottom rnannfacturing equipment and the top EIS, that makes against elevating the agility of enterprise. Building Web- CNC and realizing its integration with EIS is an effect way to solve this problem. The architecture of Web- CNC, the integration of Web- CNC and EIS are detailed. Lastly, an instance is analyzed and discussed.

文摘Strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) requires an initialization process that establishes the relationship between the body frame and the local geographic reference.This process,called alignment,is generally used to estimate the initial attitude angles.This is possible because an accurate determination of the inertial measurement unit(IMU) motion is available based on the measurement obtained from global position system(GPS).But the update frequency of GPS is much lower than SINS.Due to the non-synchronous data streams from GPS and SINS,the initial attitude angles may not be computed accurately enough.In addition,the estimated initial attitude angles may have relatively large uncertainties that can affect the accuracy of other navigation parameters.This paper presents an effective approach of matching the velocities which are provided by GPS and SINS.In this approach,a digital high-pass filter,which implements a pre-filtering scheme of the measured signal,is used to filter the Schuler cycle of discrete velocity difference between the SINS and GPS.Simulation results show that this approach improves the accuracy greatly and makes the convergence time satisfy the required accuracy.
文摘The globalization and the intensive competition of th e automotive market require shortening the product development cycle, improving the quality and reducing the cost. Optimizing the product development process, b uilding product’s consistent defining model for life cycle, and realizing the in tegration of CAD/CAM/CAE and Concurrent Engineering (CE) become the means to acc ept the challenge. A new product modeling technology, Multi Model Technology (MM T), is provided in this paper to meet the needs of the challenge for automotive powertrain product development. First, the paper introduces the concept of Multi Model Technology. MMT introduce s Object-oriented Technology (OT) into product modeling process and combine OT with feature-based modeling technology. With the help of OT, MMT builds product object model to support system level management in product development. The obj ect model of the product is a Multi Model Structure. The MMS consists of finish part model level (assembly model level), rough part model level (part model leve l), function model level and basic model level. Every models in the MMS is creat ed by feature-based technology in design process. In this case, models in the M MS of product can be shared by casting mould, sand core and sand core mould. The refore, CAD engineers, CAE engineers and CAM engineers can work concurrently and the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE can be realized. Second, MMT is applied in cylinder head development. The multi model structures of cylinder head, its casting mould, sand core and sand core mould are built, an d the process-oriented feature models of every objects in the multi model struc tures are modeled, the application of different model objects in development pro cess is analyzed. The integrated modeling technology of cylinder head, its casti ng mould, sand core and sand core mould under MMT is studied. And the concurrent engineering oriented integration method of CAD/CAE and the method to realize th e integration of CAD/CAE under MMT are also discussed. Based on above, the integ ration of CAD/CAM/CAE of cylinder head is realized in automotive powertrain prod uct. The practice results shows that the modeling technology in this paper can optimi ze the development process, realize the data sharing and concurrent engineering in the product development process.

文摘An integration-centric approach is proposed to handle inadequate information in the system readiness level (SRL) assessment using the evidential reasoning (ER) algorithm. Current SRL assessment approaches cannot be applied to handle inadequate information as the input. The ER-based approach is proposed to synthesize inadequate input information and an integration-centric perspective is applied to reduce the computational complexity. Two case studies are performed to validate the efficiency of the proposed approach. And these studies are also performed to study how the inadequate information will affect the assessment result. And the differences caused by the system's structure. The importance of the system's structure in the SRL assessment is demonstrated and the contributions made in this study are summarized as conclusions.

文摘Prediction has become more and more difficult in mineral exploration, especially in the mature exploration environment such as Tongling copper district. For enhancing predictive discovery of hidden ore deposits in such mature environment, the key strategies which should be adopted include the innovation of the exploration models, application of the advanced exploration techniques and integration of multiple sets of information. The innovation of the exploration models should incorporate the new metallogenic concepts that are based on the geodynamic anatomization. The advanced techniques applied in the mature exploration environment should aim at the speciality and complexity of the geological setting and working environments. The information synthesis is to integrate multiple sets of data for giving a more credible and visual prospectivity map by using the geographic imformation system(GIS) and several mathematical methods, such as weight of evidence and fuzzy logic, which can extract useful information from every set of data as much as possible. Guided by these strategies, a predictive exploration in Fenghuangshan ore field of Tongling copper district was implemented, and a hidden ore deposit was discovered.
文摘Various application domains require the integration of distributed real-time or near-real-time systems with non-real-time systems.Smart cities,smart homes,ambient intelligent systems,or network-centric defense systems are among these application domains.Data Distribution Service(DDS)is a communication mechanism based on Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe(DCPS)model.It is used for distributed systems with real-time operational constraints.Java Message Service(JMS)is a messaging standard for enterprise systems using Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)for non-real-time operations.JMS allows Java programs to exchange messages in a loosely coupled fashion.JMS also supports sending and receiving messages using a messaging queue and a publish-subscribe interface.In this article,we propose an architecture enabling the automated integration of distributed real-time and non-real-time systems.We test our proposed architecture using a distributed Command,Control,Communications,Computers,and Intelligence(C4I)system.The system has DDS-based real-time Combat Management System components deployed to naval warships,and SOA-based non-real-time Command and Control components used at headquarters.The proposed solution enables the exchange of data between these two systems efficiently.We compare the proposed solution with a similar study.Our solution is superior in terms of automation support,ease of implementation,scalability,and performance.

文摘Critical care medicine focuses on understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment approaches for life-threatening conditions,including sepsis,severe trauma/burns,hemorrhagic shock,heatstroke,and acute pancreatitis,all of which have high incidence rates.These conditions are primarily characterized by acute multi-organ dysfunction,with sudden onset,severe illness,and high mortality rates.Additionally,critical care treatment demands substantial medical resources,imposing significant economic burdens on patients’families and society.In recent years,critical care medicine has achieved notable progress,especially in multidisciplinary integration with immunology-based fields.Collaboration across disciplines has not only accelerated advancements in critical care but also propelled the rapid development of modern immunology.This paper provides an overview and assessment of the cross-disciplinary fusion between critical care medicine and immunology,exploring how these fields related extensions mutually enhance each other.It further analyzes China’s potential to become a global leader in this area within the next 5 to 10 years.
文摘CAD technique and its software products have been d ev eloped independently of CAPP, but the market’s requirements on reducing lead-t ime of a new product and promoting automation of design and manufacture processe s need integration of CAPP with CAD. The base of CAXs’ integration in product d esign and manufacture is information integration. There are several information integration approaches, for example, by data format transition through special d ata interface, or by standard format file for data exchange (e.g. based on S TEP),etc, but the integrating approach based on PDM is a more advanced and effic ient one. The approach is based on a common database. The feature model data of a product created by the CAD sub-system is stored in the common database, and the CAPP or CAM sub-system can get access to the data for its own work, by whic h repeated input of the data is avoided and data redundancy is eliminated. T he integration approach of CAPP with CAD discussed in this paper is based on the approach. Solid Edge, one of the CAD software products of UGS company is a 3-D modeling software based on parametric feature modeling technique, which is easy to learn and use, so suitable for small and medium manufacturers’ application. The feature data of the part model created by Solid Edge Part includes geometri c and topologic information of the part which provides basic data needed by CAPP , but like other 3-D feature-based modeling software, no precision and materia l information which is also essential for CAPP. In this paper, an approach is pr esented by which the precision features and material features of the part are ad ded into the 3-D CAD part model of geometric feature. So-called precision features include dimension tolerance, shape tolerance and position tolerance and so-called material features include material type and hardness. All these data are expressed by a set of characters which, combined with the surface t ype name of the related geometric feature, is substituted for the original syste m name of the geometric feature by using the rename function of the feature tree in the EdgeBar of "Solid Edge Part" GUI. If a feature joint of the feature tree is pointed by the mouse cursor, the related profile of the model in the working area of Solid Edge Part GUI is highlighted. In this visual way, precision featu res and material features of the part are added into the part model and for each geometric feature of a part model, the surface type and dimensions created by t he 3-D feature-based modeling software are combined with the precision and mat erial properties added. Then by a VB program, all these feature data are extract ed from the model and stored in a feature table of the common database ready for CAPP visit. The database is built by using Microsoft Access. The precision feat ures and material features data are obtained by applying "split" function of VB to the character set extracted as the name property of each geometric feature ob ject of the part model. The VB program can be made a custom-defined menu comman d running in the GUI of Solid Edge Part. All of the other related key techniques are detailed in the paper and an example is given.
文摘This paper analyzes the flow of the process design an d the fountain of the technique data in a manufacturing enterprise, and discusse s the information flows between CAPP and other systems in CIMS, such as CAD syst em and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. And then, it discusses the pla ns of information integration between CAPP and CAD, as well as between CAPP and ERP. To design the processes of a product requires the manufacture information, such as blank material and machine tool, which is saved in a database in ERP. General ly, a traditional CAPP system considers the information of the manufacturing res ources, such as machine tool, as changeless. However, it is real changing, becau se the resources may be occupied or the machine tool may be under repair. Theref ore, in order to design the processes more reasonably, we must consider the real change of resources in a workshop. Creating a public resource database to suppo rt the real change of resources is put forward in this paper. With the public re source database, the resource integration between CAPP system and ERP is realize d; and by information collections in CAPP system, such as BOM, the material cons umption and man-hour consumption and their output to ERP, the information integ ration between CAPP system and ERP is realized.
