Multi-mode process monitoring based on a novel weighted local standardization strategy and support vector data description 被引量:9

There are multiple operating modes in the real industrial process, and the collected data follow the complex multimodal distribution, so most traditional process monitoring methods are no longer applicable because their presumptions are that sampled-data should obey the single Gaussian distribution or non-Gaussian distribution. In order to solve these problems, a novel weighted local standardization(WLS) strategy is proposed to standardize the multimodal data, which can eliminate the multi-mode characteristics of the collected data, and normalize them into unimodal data distribution. After detailed analysis of the raised data preprocessing strategy, a new algorithm using WLS strategy with support vector data description(SVDD) is put forward to apply for multi-mode monitoring process. Unlike the strategy of building multiple local models, the developed method only contains a model without the prior knowledge of multi-mode process. To demonstrate the proposed method's validity, it is applied to a numerical example and a Tennessee Eastman(TE) process. Finally, the simulation results show that the WLS strategy is very effective to standardize multimodal data, and the WLS-SVDD monitoring method has great advantages over the traditional SVDD and PCA combined with a local standardization strategy(LNS-PCA) in multi-mode process monitoring. 展开更多

In the rapid development course of laser technology and modern optics, optical metrology continuously gains importance for the quality management in the industrial production environment and also for research in optical coatings. Besides absorption and scatter losses, the spectral characteristics and laser induced damage thresholds are considered as common quality factors for coated optical components and often define the optimization targets for new products and applications. Also, these quality parameters are the basis for the comparison of commercial optics and can be found in the product catalogues of most manufacturers of optical components. As a consequence, standardization of characterisation procedures for these fundamental properties evolved to a crucial point for the optics industry. During the last decade, adapted standard measurement techniques have been elaborated and discussed by representatives from many industrial companies and research institutes within working groups of the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO). In this contribution, the current state of standardized characterisation techniques for optical coatings is summarised. Selected standards for the measurement of absorption (ISO 11551), scattering (ISO 13696) and laser induced damage thresholds (ISO 11254, Parts 1 and 2) will be described and discussed in view of their applicability and reproducibility. The report will be concluded by an outlook on the current projects and future tasks of standardization in optics characterisation. 展开更多

Application of Standardization for Initial Design of Plastic Injection Moulds

Today, the time-to-market for plastic products ar e getting shorter, thus the lead-time for making the injection mould is decreasin g. There is potential in timesavings in the mould design stage because the design process that is repeatable for every mould design can be standardized. T he preliminary work of any final plastic injection mould design is to always pro vide an initial design of the mould assembly for product designers (customers) p rior to receiving the final product CAD data. Traditionally and even up till no w, this initial design is always created using 2D CAD packages. The information used for the initial design is based on the technical discussion checklist, in which most mould makers have their own standards. This checklist is also being used as a quotation since the most basic information of the mould in the particu lar project is being recorded in it. The basic information in this checklist in cludes the number of cavities, the type of mould base to be used, the moulding m achine to be used for the moulding, the type of gating system, the type of resin material used and its shrinkage value etc. Information on special requirements such as the number of sliders or lifters to be used is also listed in the check list. At this stage, there is still no information on the cooling and ejection design since they are greatly dependent on the final product CAD data. This res earch focuses on the methodology of providing the initial design in 3D solid bas ed on the technical discussion checklist, which takes the role of the overall st andard template since every sub-design has its own standard template. An examp le of a sub-design that has its own standard template is the cavity layout desi gn. The cavity layout for plastic injection moulds can be designed by controlli ng the geometrical parameters using a standardization template. The standardiza tion template for the cavity layout design consists of configurations for the po ssible layouts. Each configuration of the layout design has its own layout desi gn table of all the geometrical parameters. This standardization template is pr e-defined in the layout design level of the mould assembly design. This ensure s that the required configuration can be loaded into the mould assembly design v ery quickly without having the need to redesign the layout. This makes it usefu l for technical discussions between the product designers and mould designers pr ior to the manufacture of the mould. Changes can be made to the 3D cavity layou t design immediately during the discussions thus the savings in time and avo idance of miscommunications. 展开更多

Constructing the recombinant plasmid is the urgent demand. In order to overcome this problem, this study respectively cloned CrylA(B), BAR, CP4-EPSPS, PAT and RBCL genes into PMD 18-T vector. This constructed plasmid could be used as the standard reference molecule in the qualitative detecting of the exogenous CP4-EPSPS gene, CrylA(B) gene, BAR gene and PAT gene. Identification by double restriction endonuclease digestion and identification by PCR proved that the test result was positive. All of these indicated that the established reference molecules in this study were suitable for the qualitative analysis standard of this GMC detection. 展开更多

目的根据国际癌症研究机构发布的2022年全球癌症统计报告,依据性别(女性)、年龄与人类发展指数(HDI)等特征,分析全球及中国乳腺癌的流行病学特征。方法通过GLOBOCAN 2022数据库获取全球185个国家和地区的乳腺癌流行数据,通过联合国开发... 目的根据国际癌症研究机构发布的2022年全球癌症统计报告,依据性别(女性)、年龄与人类发展指数(HDI)等特征,分析全球及中国乳腺癌的流行病学特征。方法通过GLOBOCAN 2022数据库获取全球185个国家和地区的乳腺癌流行数据,通过联合国开发计划署公布的《2022年人类发展报告》获取HDI数据。基于总体的乳腺癌数据及按性别(女性)、年龄和HDI水平分别描述全球及中国的乳腺癌流行状况,采用Pearson相关分析评估标化发病率(SIR)、标化死亡率(SMR)及死亡发病比(M/I)与HDI之间的相关性。结果最终共纳入175个国家和地区的数据进行分析。2022年全球乳腺癌总发病人数为229.7万,在各癌种中仅次于肺癌居第2位,SIR(46.8/10万)居第1位;全球乳腺癌总死亡人数为66.6万,在各癌种中居第4位,SMR(12.7/10万)居第2位。中国乳腺癌总发病人数为35.7万,在各癌种中居第6位,占全球乳腺癌总发病人数的15.5%,SIR(33.0/10万)居于中国各癌种第2位;中国乳腺癌总死亡人数为7.5万,在各癌种中居第7位,占全球乳腺癌总死亡人数的11.3%,SMR(6.1/10万)居中国各癌种第6位。在全球女性人群中,乳腺癌发病人数、SIR、死亡人数、SMR均居首位;在中国女性人群中,乳腺癌发病人数和SIR均居第2位,死亡人数和SMR分别居第5位和第4位。SIR与HDI呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.01),M/I与HDI呈负相关(r=-0.89,P<0.01),而SMR与HDI无明显相关性(r=-0.09,P=0.23)。全球及中国的乳腺癌发病人数从25~29岁开始随年龄增长呈明显上升趋势。全球乳腺癌死亡人数从30岁以后随着年龄增长而大幅增加,并在50~59岁达到高峰,70岁之后呈下降趋势。中国乳腺癌的死亡人数在50~54岁和65~69岁呈现2个小高峰,在70岁以后逐渐下降。不同HDI水平国家和地区及全球和中国的SIR随年龄变化趋势有所不同,而SMR均随年龄增长持续上升。结论全球及中国乳腺癌疾病负担严重,尤其在女性人群中,SIR和SMR在全球居首位,在中国虽然分别居第2位和第4位但发病和死亡人数都不容忽视。HDI与乳腺癌SIR呈正相关,与M/I呈负相关,但与SMR无明显相关性。随着年龄增长,不同HDI水平国家和地区SIR变化趋势各异,但SMR均呈上升趋势。 展开更多

The relevant r esearch on integrated standardization and system engineering illustrate that int egrated standardization is a advanced method which presented with the developmen t of modern science and technology . Integrated standardization treat the re levant factors of standardization as a system, and wholly standarlize the factor s in order to reach the best level of technology and quality. Integrated standardization is a large system engineering. In modern industr y the contact among different departments is being constantly enlarged and t he complexity of product is being constantly increased. This situation demands s trict correspond and united request in all the following aspects: raw mate rial, organs, fittings, technical measures of production, preparation for produc tion, ways of organizing the production. The traditional measure which establish the respective standard separately must be replaced by multi-spetialty standa rdization in large spectrum. The current situation and the development of syste m science has provided theoretic foundation and precondition for this kind of st andardization. Product or project can be managed with system engineering of proj ect, while the correspond standardization can be managed with system engineering of standardization. Integrated standardization virtually is system engineering of standardization, w hich use the theory to deal with the problem about standardization . Quality standardization of complementary medicine is fundamental for industry and practice as it underpins the quality,safety and efficacy of Chinese herbal medicines.Current herbal standardizations are often based on the quantitative analysis of a single compound,which may not reflect the total characteristic,bioactive and toxic nature of the herbs or products.Therefore,there is a need to establish an internationally recognized methodology for quality standardization of Chinese herbal medicines.The analytical methods reviewed in this article are pharmacognosy,TLC,HPLC,LCMS,CE and chemo-metrics.This article also covers the developments and applications of these methods in quality standardization.Recent advances show that a combination of these methods creates an overall chemical profile of each herb.This is supported by results reviewed in this article and obtained in our laboratory tests on medicinal herbs including Hypericum perforatum,Morinda officinalis and Centella asiatica.Significant variations in active components have been observed between herbal samples and products.It is proposed that the identification of active components,pharmacological activities and eventual clinical applications are required for a comprehensive quality standardization system.Our findings indicate that the combination of various chromatographic and chemometric methods will advance the methodology of quality standardization and enhance the overall confidence in herbal medicine for the health practitioner and the public. 展开更多
