A new endophytic antagonistic fungus, Chaetomium spirale ND35 from Populus tomentosa, was reported. The bio-control trials of C. spirale ND35 against the Valsa Canker of apple were preliminarily investigated. The results of dual culture on PDA plate showed that C. spirale ND35 was capable of strong antagonism against Valsa ceratosperma, and for inhibiting the mycelial growth of V. ceratosperma,.the crude extract of liquid culture of corn steep powder broth was more effective than that one of malt extract broth (MEB). The results of bio-control in greenhouse and field indicated that the disease incidence of apple tree treated with C. spirale ND35 was lower significantly than that treated by other methods. The re-isolation experiment suggested that C. spirale ND35 could colonize in stems and branches of apple trees successfully, and the ND35 colonization rate of the treatment with solid wheat bran culture was higher than that of corn steep powder broth, but the field experiment result the control effect of liquid culture of C. spirale ND35 was better than that of solid culture. 展开更多

Photoinduced[2+2]cycloaddition of biomass-derived cycloolefin is a promising approach to synthesize high-energy bio-fuels,however,the conversion efficiency and selectivity are still low.Herein,we provide an acid-promoted photocycloaddition approach to synthesize a new kind of spiral fuel from biomass-derived cyclohexanone (CHOE) and camphene (CPE).Bronsted acids show higher catalytic activity than Lewis acids,and acetic acid (HOAc) possesses the best catalytic performance,with CHOE conversion up to 99.1%.Meanwhile,the HOAc-catalytic effect has been confirmed for[2+2]photocycloaddition of other biomass-derived ketenes and olefins.The catalytic mechanism and dynamics have been investigated,and show that HOAc can bond with C=O groups of CHOE to form H–CHOE complex,which leads to higher light adsorption and longer triplet lifetime.Meanwhile,H–CHOE complex reduces the energy gap between CHOE LUMO and CPE HOMO,shortens the distance of ring-forming atoms,and then decreases the energy barrier (from 103.3 kcal mol^(-1)to 95.8 kcal mol^(-1)) of rate-limiting step.After hydrodeoxygenation,the targeted bio-spiral fuel shows high density of 0.992 g cm^(-3),high neat heat of combustion of 41.89 MJ L^(-1),low kinetic viscosity of 5.69 mm^(2)s^(-1)at 20℃,which is very promising to serve as high-performance aerospace fuel. 展开更多

Liquid hydrogen storage and transportation is an effective method for large-scale transportation and utilization of hydrogen energy. Revealing the flow mechanism of cryogenic working fluid is the key to optimize heat exchanger structure and hydrogen liquefaction process(LH2). The methods of cryogenic visualization experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted to study the falling film flow characteristics with the effect of co-current gas flow in LH2spiral wound heat exchanger.The results show that the flow rate of mixed refrigerant has a great influence on liquid film spreading process, falling film flow pattern and heat transfer performance. The liquid film of LH2mixed refrigerant with column flow pattern can not uniformly and completely cover the tube wall surface. As liquid flow rate increases, the falling film flow pattern evolves into sheet-column flow and sheet flow, and liquid film completely covers the surface of tube wall. With the increase of shear effect of gas-phase mixed refrigerant in the same direction, the liquid film gradually becomes unstable, and the flow pattern eventually evolves into a mist flow. 展开更多

Multistage fracturing of horizontal wells is a critical technology for unconventional oil and gas reservoir stimulation. Ball-throwing temporary plugging fracturing is a new method for realizing uniform fracturing along horizontal wells and plays an important role in increasing oil and gas production. However,the transportation and sealing law of temporary plugging balls(TPBs) in the perforation section of horizontal wells is still unclear. Using COMSOL computational fluid dynamics and a particle tracking module, we simulate the transportation process of TPBs in a horizontal wellbore and analyse the effects of the ball density, ball diameter, ball number, fracturing fluid injection rate, and viscosity on the plugging efficiency of TPB transportation. This study reveals that when the density of TPBs is close to that of the fracturing fluid and a moderate diameter of the TPB is used, the plugging efficiency can be substantially enhanced. The plugging efficiency is greater when the TPB number is close to twice the number of perforations and is lower when the number of TPBs is three times the number of perforations.Adjusting the fracturing fluid injection rate from low to high can control the position of the TPBs,improving plugging efficiency. As the viscosity of the fracturing fluid increases, the plugging efficiency of the perforations decreases near the borehole heel and increases near the borehole toe. In contrast, the plugging efficiency of the central perforation is almost unaffected by the fracturing fluid viscosity. This study can serve as a valuable reference for establishing the parameters for temporary plugging and fracturing. 展开更多

Optical vortices generated by the conventional vortex lens are usually disturbed by the undesired higher-order foci,which may lead to additional artifacts and thus degrade the contrast sensitivity. In this work, we propose an efficient methodology to combine the merit of elliptical reflective zone plates(ERZPs) and the advantage of spiral zone plates(SZPs) in establishing a specific single optical element, termed elliptical reflective annulus quadrangle-element coded spiral zone plates(ERAQSZPs) to generate single-focus phase singularity. Differing from the abrupt reflectance of the ERZPs, a series of randomly distributed nanometer apertures are adopted to realize the sinusoidal reflectance. Typically, according to our physical design, the ERAQSZPs are fabricated on a bulk substrate;therefore, the new idea can significantly reduce the difficulty in the fabrication process. Based on the Kirchhoff diffraction theory and convolution theorem, the focusing performance of ERAQSZPs is calculated. The results reveal that apart from the capability of generating optical vortices,ERAQSZPs can also integrate the function of focusing, energy selection, higher-order foci elimination, as well as high spectral resolution together. In addition, the focusing properties can be further improved by appropriately adjusting the parameters, such as zone number and the size of the consisted primitives. These findings are expected to direct a new direction toward improving the performance of optical capture, x-ray fluorescence spectra, and forbidden transition. 展开更多

Moiré superlattices(MSLs) are modulated structures produced from homogeneous or heterogeneous two-dimensional layers stacked with a twist angle and/or lattice mismatch. Enriching the methods for fabricating MSL and realizing the unique emergent properties are key challenges in its investigation. Here we recommend that the spiral dislocation driven growth is another optional method for the preparation of high quality MSL samples. The spiral structure stabilizes the constant out-of-plane lattice distance, causing the variations in electronic and optical properties. Taking SnS_(2) MSL as an example, we find prominent properties including large band gap reduction(~ 0.4 e V) and enhanced optical activity. Firstprinciples calculations reveal that these unusual properties can be ascribed to the locally enhanced interlayer interaction associated with the Moiré potential modulation. We believe that the spiral dislocation driven growth would be a powerful method to expand the MSL family and broaden their scope of application. 展开更多

We propose a new method to generate terahertz perfect vortex beam with integer-order and fractional-order. A new optical diffractive element composed of the phase combination of a spherical harmonic axicon and a spiral phase plate is designed and called spiral spherical harmonic axicon. A terahertz Gaussian beam passes through the spiral spherical harmonic axicon to generate a terahertz vortex beam. When only the topological charge number carried by spiral spherical harmonic axicon increases, the ring radius of terahertz vortex beam increases slightly, so the beam is shaped into a terahertz quasi-perfect vortex beam. Importantly, the terahertz quasi-perfect vortex beam can carry not only integer-order topological charge number but also fractional-order topological charge number. This is the first time that vortex beam and quasi-perfect vortex beam with fractional-order have been successfully realized in terahertz domain and experiment. 展开更多

This paper investigates a new vortex wave imaging approach to improve the imaging quality of small metal targets of size less than 1.5 mm.Antennas with different spiral phase plates are designed to efficiently transmit vortex beams with orbital angular momentums(OAMs).By analyzing the OAM spectrum of the target,it was discovered that the predominant reflection contains a particular OAM mode that carries abundant azimuthal information.This can be explained by the OAM selectivity of the target and the guidance of the vortex transmitting beam.A simple reflection vortex imaging system was designed to capture the phase information.Measurement results show that the high image contrast reaches 14.9%,which is twice as high as that of the imaging without OAM.Both of simulations and experiments demonstrate that the vortex phase imaging approach proposed in this paper can effectively improve the imaging quality at 80 GHz.This approach is suitable for other millimeter wave imaging systems and is helpful to improve the resolution in anti-terrorism security checks. 展开更多

目的探讨甲状腺结节良、恶性诊断中64排CT增强扫描的应用及特异性和灵敏度。方法选取2016年4月~2020年8月金湖县人民医院收治的128例甲状腺结节患者,对患者进行64排CT增强扫描,与病理诊断结果进行比较。结果128例甲状腺结节患者,恶性患... 目的探讨甲状腺结节良、恶性诊断中64排CT增强扫描的应用及特异性和灵敏度。方法选取2016年4月~2020年8月金湖县人民医院收治的128例甲状腺结节患者,对患者进行64排CT增强扫描,与病理诊断结果进行比较。结果128例甲状腺结节患者,恶性患者56例(43.8%);良性患者72例(56.2%),其中结节性甲状腺肿患者42例,甲状腺腺瘤患者30例。CT增强扫描准确度为85.9%,灵敏度为88.9%、特异度为82.1%。恶性与良性甲状腺结节在形态、钙化、边界方面存在明显差异(P均<0.05),两组直径、囊变没有明显区别(P均>0.05)。在甲状腺形态不规则诊断方面,特异性较高;在甲状腺边界模糊方面,阴性预测值较高;在细颗粒状钙化诊断方面,阳性预测值及特异性性均较高。结论对甲状腺结节患者进行64排CT增强扫描具有较高特异性与灵敏度,可有效区分甲状腺结节良、恶性,可为患者临床治疗提供更有效理论依据,提高治疗有效率。 展开更多

A geometric modeling method for generating-manufactured spiral bevel gears(SBGs) is proposed. It consists of two steps: (1) creating a reference model by simulating the process of cutting spiral bevel gear,(2) reconstructing the final solid model by collecting data points from the reference model and fitting these points into NURBS surfaces. In this method,cutting simulation avoids abstruse mathematical theories and complex methods,thus making it convenient to obtain data points on the complex tooth surface before the gear is manufactured and efficient to increase the accuracy of the solid model. Also,the representations of tooth surfaces of the final model is unified as a NURBS surface function. The NURBS surface is continuous and smooth,thus it is available for wide applications in CAD/CAE. The experiment proves that the method can be used to establish an accurate pair of SBG models,thus providing a feasible and effective way for CAD/CAE modeling. 展开更多

目的:探讨64层螺旋CT同步减影技术(SSCTA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析31例经手术和(或)DSA确诊为动脉瘤患者CTA资料,所有患者均行同步减影CTA检查,用容积再现(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP)重组方式显示;以手术和(或)DSA... 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT同步减影技术(SSCTA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析31例经手术和(或)DSA确诊为动脉瘤患者CTA资料,所有患者均行同步减影CTA检查,用容积再现(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP)重组方式显示;以手术和(或)DSA为标准对图像进行分析。结果:SSCTA可以完全去除颅底复杂的骨结构干扰,得到较高质量的CTA图像;可以大幅度降低CTA的三维重组时间;可以充分显示颅内动脉瘤部位、大小、形态,局部特写有利于显示动脉瘤体,瘤颈与载瘤动脉的关系。SSCTA共检出动脉瘤34个,3例多发;其中颈内动脉颅底段21个,大脑中动脉3个,前交通动脉瘤7个,椎动脉瘤3个;最大者15.7mm×15.3mm,最小2.3mm×2.2mm;经与手术及DSA结果比较,SSCTA检出动脉瘤的敏感性100%,特异性100%。结论:SSCTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断具备安全、无创、快捷,且血管图像分辨率高,对靠近颈内动脉颅底部的动脉瘤显示具有较高的特异性及敏感性,可作为临床首选的颅内动脉瘤筛选方法。 展开更多

棉花GhSP1L基因克隆与表达分析

【目的】棉花Spiral1-LIKE(SP1L)基因(Gh SP1L)的克隆、功能序列分析及原核表达。【方法】通过RT-PCR从棉纤维中克隆Gh SP1L基因,进行Gh SP1L蛋白的功能结构域分析,构建原核表达载体p ET28a-GhSP1L,进行蛋白体外诱导表达,SDS-PAGE分析... 【目的】棉花Spiral1-LIKE(SP1L)基因(Gh SP1L)的克隆、功能序列分析及原核表达。【方法】通过RT-PCR从棉纤维中克隆Gh SP1L基因,进行Gh SP1L蛋白的功能结构域分析,构建原核表达载体p ET28a-GhSP1L,进行蛋白体外诱导表达,SDS-PAGE分析蛋白的表达情况;RT-PCR检测Gh SP1L基因的表达特征。【结果】从陆地棉纤维组织中克隆得到Gh SP1L基因的全长c DNA,其开放读码框为318 bp,编码106个氨基酸的蛋白质,理论分子质量为11.76 k Da。对氨基酸序列进行生物信息学分析,其N端和C端较为保守,含有SCOP结构域,属于SP1L家族蛋白,能够在其他微管蛋白协助下与微管结合,SPR1的定位可能与其结合的微管结合蛋白相关。构建了p ET28a-Gh SP1L原核表达载体,并通过体外诱导表达后获得分子质量约为12 k Da左右的重组蛋白Gh SP1L;半定量RT-PCR结果表明,Gh SP1L基因开花后3 d的纤维组织中表达量较高。【结论】Gh SP1L基因的克隆、序列分析和表达,重组蛋白的诱导表达,为深入研究该基因在棉纤维发育中的作用奠定了基础。 展开更多
