In view of the failure of GNSS signals,this paper proposes an INS/GNSS integrated navigation method based on the recurrent neural network(RNN).This proposed method utilizes the calculation principle of INS and the mem...In view of the failure of GNSS signals,this paper proposes an INS/GNSS integrated navigation method based on the recurrent neural network(RNN).This proposed method utilizes the calculation principle of INS and the memory function of the RNN to estimate the errors of the INS,thereby obtaining a continuous,reliable and high-precision navigation solution.The performance of the proposed method is firstly demonstrated using an INS/GNSS simulation environment.Subsequently,an experimental test on boat is also conducted to validate the performance of the method.The results show a promising application prospect for RNN in the field of positioning for INS/GNSS integrated navigation in the absence of GNSS signal,as it outperforms extreme learning machine(ELM)and EKF by approximately 30%and 60%,respectively.展开更多
In order to evaluate and integrate travel time reliability and capacity reliability of a road network subjected to ice and snowfall conditions,the conceptions of travel time reliability and capacity reliability were d...In order to evaluate and integrate travel time reliability and capacity reliability of a road network subjected to ice and snowfall conditions,the conceptions of travel time reliability and capacity reliability were defined under special conditions.The link travel time model(ice and snowfall based-bureau public road,ISB-BPR) and the path choice decision model(elastic demand user equilibrium,EDUE) were proposed.The integrated reliability was defined and the model was set up.Monte Carlo simulation was used to calculate the model and a numerical example was provided to demonstrate the application of the model and efficiency of the solution algorithm.The results show that the intensity of ice and snowfall,the traffic demand and supply,and the requirements for level of service(LOS) have great influence on the reliability of a road network.For example,the reliability drops from 65% to 5% when the traffic demand increases by 30%.The comprehensive performance index may be used for network planning,design and maintenance.展开更多

A framework for sulfur content prediction was established, which integrated multi modeling ways together, including mathematical model combined with neural network(NN), rule model based on empirical knowledge and model-choosing coordinator. Via metallurgic mechanism analysis and material balance computation, a mathematical model calculated the sulfur content in agglomerate by the material balance equation with some parameters predicted by NN method. In the other model, the relationship between sulfur content and key factors was described in the form of expert rules. The model-choosing coordinator based on fuzzy logic was introduced to decide the weight of result of each model according to process conditions. The model was tested by industrial application data and produced a relatively satisfactory prediction error. The control algorithm has two outstanding features,namely,the neural network regulates the weights,width and center of Gaussian function simultaneously,which ensures the control system has perfect ability of restraining different unknown uncertainties and the integral term of tracking error introduced in the control law can eliminate the static error of the closed loop system effectively. As a result,high control precision can be achieved.All signals in the closed loop system can be guaranteed bounded by Lyapunov approach.Finally,simulation results demonstrate the validity of the control approach.展开更多

Taking traditional Kalman filter(KF) as the framework, the system equation of KF was established by the INS and the observation equation of position errors was built by the WSN. Meanwhile, the observation equation of velocity errors was established by the velocity difference between the INS and WSN, then the covariance matrix of Kalman filter measurement noise was adjusted with fuzzy inference system(FIS), and the fuzzy adaptive Kalman filter(FAKF) based on the INS/WSN was proposed. The simulation results show that the FAKF method has better accuracy and robustness than KF and EKF methods and shows good adaptive capacity with time-varying system noise. Finally, experimental results further prove that FAKF has the fast convergence error, in comparison with KF and EKF methods.展开更多
This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost phase.Indeed,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance system...This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost phase.Indeed,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance systems of missiles is challenging.As our contribution,the velocity control channel is designed to deal with the intractable velocity problem and improve tracking accuracy.The global prescribed performance function,which guarantees the tracking error within the set range and the global convergence of the tracking guidance system,is first proposed based on the traditional PPF.Then,a tracking guidance strategy is derived using the integral sliding mode control techniques to make the sliding manifold and tracking errors converge to zero and avoid singularities.Meanwhile,an improved switching control law is introduced into the designed tracking guidance algorithm to deal with the chattering problem.A back propagation neural network(BPNN)extended state observer(BPNNESO)is employed in the inner loop to identify disturbances.The obtained results indicate that the proposed tracking guidance approach achieves the trajectory tracking guidance objective without and with disturbances and outperforms the existing tracking guidance schemes with the lowest tracking errors,convergence times,and overshoots.展开更多

Therefore, it is necessary to verify data integrity to properly respond to an adversary's ill-intentioned data modification. In sensor network environment, the data integrity verification method verifies the final data only, requesting multiple communications. An energy-efficient private information retrieval(PIR)-based data integrity verification method is proposed. Because the proposed method verifies the integrity of data between parent and child nodes, it is more efficient than the existing method which verifies data integrity after receiving data from the entire network or in a cluster. Since the number of messages for verification is reduced, in addition, energy could be used more efficiently. A method of fault-tolerant control of networked control system is presented, which takes into account system response as well as network traffic. The integrity design for a kind of NCS with sensor failures and actuator failures is analyzed based on robust fault-tolerant control theory and information scheduling. Compared with the well known, extended Kalman filter (EKF), a recurrent neural network is proposed for the solution, which not only improves the location precision and the adaptive ability of resisting disturbances, but also avoids calculating the analytic derivation and Jacobian matrices of the nonlinear system model. To test the performances of the recurrent neural network, these two methods are used to estimate the state of the vehicle's DR navigation system. Simulation results show that the recurrent neural network is superior to the EKF and is a more ideal filtering method for vehicle DR navigation.展开更多
Network security problems bring many imperceptible threats to the integrity of data and the reliability of device services,so proposing a network intrusion detection model with high reliability is of great research si...Network security problems bring many imperceptible threats to the integrity of data and the reliability of device services,so proposing a network intrusion detection model with high reliability is of great research significance for network security.Due to the strong generalization of invalid features during training process,it is more difficult for single autoencoder intrusion detection model to obtain effective results.A network intrusion detection model based on the Ensemble of Denoising Adversarial Autoencoder(EDAAE)was proposed,which had higher accuracy and reliability compared to the traditional anomaly detection model.Using the adversarial learning idea of Adversarial Autoencoder(AAE),the discriminator module was added to the original model,and the encoder part was used as the generator.The distribution of the hidden space of the data generated by the encoder matched with the distribution of the original data.The generalization of the model to the invalid features was also reduced to improve the detection accuracy.At the same time,the denoising autoencoder and integrated operation was introduced to prevent overfitting in the adversarial learning process.Experiments on the CICIDS2018 traffic dataset showed that the proposed intrusion detection model achieves an Accuracy of 95.23%,which out performs traditional self-encoders and other existing intrusion detection models methods in terms of overall performance.展开更多

OMM uses a CNC machining center as a me as...This paper presents an integration methodology for ma chining and measuring processes using OMM (On-Machine Measurement) technology b ased on CAD/CAM/CAI integration concept. OMM uses a CNC machining center as a me asuring station by changing the tools into measuring probes such as touch-type, laser and vision. Although the measurement accuracy is not good compared to tha t of the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), there are distinctive advantages us ing OMM in real situation. In this paper, two topics are handled to show the eff ectiveness of the machining and measuring process integration: (1) inspection pl anning strategy for sculptured surface machining and (2) tool path compensation for profile milling process. For the first topic, as a first step, effective mea suring point locations are determined to obtain optimum results for given sampli ng numbers. Two measuring point selection methods are suggested based on the CAD /CAM/CAI integration concept: (1) by the prediction of cutting errors and (2) by considering cutter contact points to avoid the measurement errors caused by cus ps. As a next step, the TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) algorithm is applied to minimize the probe moving distance. Appropriate simulations and experiments are performed to verify the proposed inspection planning strategy, and the results are analyzed. For the second topic, a methodology for profile milling error comp ensation is presented by using an ANN (Artificial Neural Network) model trained by the inspection database of OMM system. First, geometric and thermal errors of the machining center are compensated using a closed-loop configuration for the improvement of machining and inspection accuracy. The probing errors are also t aken into account. Then, a specimen workpiece is machined and then the machi ning surface error distribution is measured on the machine using touch-type pro be. In order to efficiently analyze the machining errors, two characteristic err or parameters (W err and D err) are defined. Subsequently, these param eters are modeled by applying the RFB (Radial Basis Function) network approach a s an ANN model. Based on the RBF network model, the tool paths are compensated i n order to effectively reduce the errors by employing an iterative algorithm. In order to validate the approaches proposed in this paper, a concrete case of the machining process is taken into account and about 90% of machining error reduction is successfully accomplished through the proposed approaches.展开更多

The core components, such as control network nodes, router and gateway, are detailed in the paper. The strategy is aimed at moving target detection and monito...A 3D laser scanning strategy based on cascaded deep neural network is proposed for the scanning system converted from 2D Lidar with a pitching motion device. The strategy is aimed at moving target detection and monitoring. Combining the device characteristics, the strategy first proposes a cascaded deep neural network, which inputs 2D point cloud, color image and pitching angle. The outputs are target distance and speed classification. And the cross-entropy loss function of network is modified by using focal loss and uniform distribution to improve the recognition accuracy. Then a pitching range and speed model are proposed to determine pitching motion parameters. Finally, the adaptive scanning is realized by integral separate speed PID. The experimental results show that the accuracies of the improved network target detection box, distance and speed classification are 90.17%, 96.87% and 96.97%, respectively. The average speed error of the improved PID is 0.4239°/s, and the average strategy execution time is 0.1521 s.The range and speed model can effectively reduce the collection of useless information and the deformation of the target point cloud. Conclusively, the experimental of overall scanning strategy show that it can improve target point cloud integrity and density while ensuring the capture of target.展开更多

文摘Since a sensor node handles wireless communication in data transmission and reception and is installed in poor environment, it is easily exposed to certain attacks such as data transformation and sniffing. Therefore, it is necessary to verify data integrity to properly respond to an adversary's ill-intentioned data modification. In sensor network environment, the data integrity verification method verifies the final data only, requesting multiple communications. An energy-efficient private information retrieval(PIR)-based data integrity verification method is proposed. Because the proposed method verifies the integrity of data between parent and child nodes, it is more efficient than the existing method which verifies data integrity after receiving data from the entire network or in a cluster. Since the number of messages for verification is reduced, in addition, energy could be used more efficiently. Lastly, the excellence of the proposed method is verified through performance evaluation.

文摘A kind of networked control system with network-induced delay and packet dropout, modeled on asynchronous dynamical systems was tested, and the integrity design of the networked control system with sensors failures and actuators failures was analyzed using hybrid systems technique based on the robust fault-tolerant control theory. The parametric expression of controller is given based on the feasible solution of linear matrix inequality. The simulation results are provided on the basis of detailed theoretical analysis, which further demonstrate the validity of the proposed schema.

文摘Implementing a control system over a communication network induces inevitable time delays that may degrade performance and even cause instability. One of the most effective ways to reduce the negative effect of delays on the performance of networked control system (NCS) is to reduce network traffic. In this paper, adjustable deadbands are explored as a solution to reduce network traffic in NCS. A method of fault-tolerant control of networked control system is presented, which takes into account system response as well as network traffic. The integrity design for a kind of NCS with sensor failures and actuator failures is analyzed based on robust fault-tolerant control theory and information scheduling. After detailed theoretical analysis, the paper also provides the simulation results, which further validate the proposed scheme.
文摘For vehicle integrated navigation systems, real-time estimating states of the dead reckoning (DR) unit is much more difficult than that of the other measuring sensors under indefinite noises and nonlinear characteristics. Compared with the well known, extended Kalman filter (EKF), a recurrent neural network is proposed for the solution, which not only improves the location precision and the adaptive ability of resisting disturbances, but also avoids calculating the analytic derivation and Jacobian matrices of the nonlinear system model. To test the performances of the recurrent neural network, these two methods are used to estimate the state of the vehicle's DR navigation system. Simulation results show that the recurrent neural network is superior to the EKF and is a more ideal filtering method for vehicle DR navigation.
文摘Network security problems bring many imperceptible threats to the integrity of data and the reliability of device services,so proposing a network intrusion detection model with high reliability is of great research significance for network security.Due to the strong generalization of invalid features during training process,it is more difficult for single autoencoder intrusion detection model to obtain effective results.A network intrusion detection model based on the Ensemble of Denoising Adversarial Autoencoder(EDAAE)was proposed,which had higher accuracy and reliability compared to the traditional anomaly detection model.Using the adversarial learning idea of Adversarial Autoencoder(AAE),the discriminator module was added to the original model,and the encoder part was used as the generator.The distribution of the hidden space of the data generated by the encoder matched with the distribution of the original data.The generalization of the model to the invalid features was also reduced to improve the detection accuracy.At the same time,the denoising autoencoder and integrated operation was introduced to prevent overfitting in the adversarial learning process.Experiments on the CICIDS2018 traffic dataset showed that the proposed intrusion detection model achieves an Accuracy of 95.23%,which out performs traditional self-encoders and other existing intrusion detection models methods in terms of overall performance.

文摘The global asymptotic stability of cellular neural networks with delays is investigated. Three kinds of time delays have been considered. New delay-dependent stability criteria are proposed and are formulated as the feasibility of some linear matrix inequalities, which can be checked easily by resorting to the recently developed interior-point algorithms. Based on the Finsler Lemma, it is theoretically proved that the proposed stability criteria are less conservative than some existing results.
文摘This paper presents an integration methodology for ma chining and measuring processes using OMM (On-Machine Measurement) technology b ased on CAD/CAM/CAI integration concept. OMM uses a CNC machining center as a me asuring station by changing the tools into measuring probes such as touch-type, laser and vision. Although the measurement accuracy is not good compared to tha t of the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), there are distinctive advantages us ing OMM in real situation. In this paper, two topics are handled to show the eff ectiveness of the machining and measuring process integration: (1) inspection pl anning strategy for sculptured surface machining and (2) tool path compensation for profile milling process. For the first topic, as a first step, effective mea suring point locations are determined to obtain optimum results for given sampli ng numbers. Two measuring point selection methods are suggested based on the CAD /CAM/CAI integration concept: (1) by the prediction of cutting errors and (2) by considering cutter contact points to avoid the measurement errors caused by cus ps. As a next step, the TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) algorithm is applied to minimize the probe moving distance. Appropriate simulations and experiments are performed to verify the proposed inspection planning strategy, and the results are analyzed. For the second topic, a methodology for profile milling error comp ensation is presented by using an ANN (Artificial Neural Network) model trained by the inspection database of OMM system. First, geometric and thermal errors of the machining center are compensated using a closed-loop configuration for the improvement of machining and inspection accuracy. The probing errors are also t aken into account. Then, a specimen workpiece is machined and then the machi ning surface error distribution is measured on the machine using touch-type pro be. In order to efficiently analyze the machining errors, two characteristic err or parameters (W err and D err) are defined. Subsequently, these param eters are modeled by applying the RFB (Radial Basis Function) network approach a s an ANN model. Based on the RBF network model, the tool paths are compensated i n order to effectively reduce the errors by employing an iterative algorithm. In order to validate the approaches proposed in this paper, a concrete case of the machining process is taken into account and about 90% of machining error reduction is successfully accomplished through the proposed approaches.
文摘Aiming at the weaknesses of LON bus, combining the coexistence of fieldbus and DCS (Distribu ted Control Systems) in control networks, the authors introduce a hierarchical hybrid control network design based on LON and master slave RS 422/485 protocol. This design adopts LON as the trunk, master slave RS 422/485 control networks are connected to LON as special subnets by dedicated gateways. It is an implementation method for isomerous control network integration. Data management is ranked according to real time requirements for different network data. The core components, such as control network nodes, router and gateway, are detailed in the paper. The design utilizes both communication advantage of LonWorks technology and the more powerful control ability of universal MCUs or PLCs, thus it greatly increases system response speed and performance cost ratio.

文摘A 3D laser scanning strategy based on cascaded deep neural network is proposed for the scanning system converted from 2D Lidar with a pitching motion device. The strategy is aimed at moving target detection and monitoring. Combining the device characteristics, the strategy first proposes a cascaded deep neural network, which inputs 2D point cloud, color image and pitching angle. The outputs are target distance and speed classification. And the cross-entropy loss function of network is modified by using focal loss and uniform distribution to improve the recognition accuracy. Then a pitching range and speed model are proposed to determine pitching motion parameters. Finally, the adaptive scanning is realized by integral separate speed PID. The experimental results show that the accuracies of the improved network target detection box, distance and speed classification are 90.17%, 96.87% and 96.97%, respectively. The average speed error of the improved PID is 0.4239°/s, and the average strategy execution time is 0.1521 s.The range and speed model can effectively reduce the collection of useless information and the deformation of the target point cloud. Conclusively, the experimental of overall scanning strategy show that it can improve target point cloud integrity and density while ensuring the capture of target.
