Random walk dispersion model for missile contrail particles in cross-airspace environments

Missiles provide long-range precision strike capabilities and have become a cornerstone of modern warfare.The contrail clouds formed by missile during their active flight phase present significant chal-lenges to high-altitude environmental observation and target detection and tracking.Existing studies primarily focus on specific airspace regions,leaving critical gaps in understanding the effects of long dispersion times,wide altitude ranges,and variable atmospheric conditions on missile contrail clouds.To address these gaps,this article develops a numerical method based on the Lagrangian random walk model,which incorporates various velocity variation terms,including particle velocity caused by the difference of wind field,by the thermal motion of local gas molecules and by random collisions between contrail cloud particles to capture the influence of environmental wind fields,atmospheric conditions,and particle concentrations on the motion of contrail cloud particles.A general coordinate system aligned with the missile's flight trajectory is employed to represent particle distribution characteristics.The proposed method is in good agreement with the conducted experiments as well as with the available numerical simulations.The results demonstrate that the proposed model effectively simulates the dispersion state of contrail clouds,accurately reflecting the impact of large-scale wind field variations and altitude changes with high computational efficiency.Additionally,simulation results indicate that the increased distance between gas molecules in rarefied environments facilitates enhanced particle dispersion,while larger particles exhibit a faster dispersion rate due to their greater mass. 展开更多

An integrated evaluation system under randomness and fuzziness was developed in this work to systematically assess the risk of groundwater contamination in a little town, Central China. In this system, randomness of the parameters and the fuzziness of the risk were considered simultaneously, and the exceeding standard probability of contamination and human health risk due to the contamination were integrated. The contamination risk was defined as a combination of "vulnerability" and "hazard". To calculate the value of "vulnerability", pollutant concentration was simulated by MODFLOW with random input variables and a new modified health risk assessment(MRA) model was established to analyze the level of "hazard". The limit concentration based on environmental-guideline and health risk due to manganese were systematically examined to obtain the general risk levels through a fuzzy rule base. The "vulnerability" and "hazard" were divided into five categories of "high", "medium-high", "medium", "low-medium" and "low", respectively. Then, "vulnerability" and "hazard" were firstly combined by integrated evaluation. Compared with the other two scenarios under deterministic methods, the risk obtained in the proposed system is higher. This research illustrated that ignoring of uncertainties in evaluation process might underestimate the risk level. 展开更多

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving load.The advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy of classical FSDT, satisfy the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analyze the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity of the moving load.Furthermore, the numerical results in this study are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters. 展开更多

Mendelian randomization(MR)is widely used in causal mediation analysis to control unmeasured confounding effects,which is valid under some strong assumptions.It is thus of great interest to assess the impact of violations of these MR assumptions through sensitivity analysis.Sensitivity analyses have been conducted for simple MR-based causal average effect analyses,but they are not available for MR-based mediation analysis studies,and we aim to fill this gap in this paper.We propose to use two sensitivity parameters to quantify the effect due to the deviation of the IV assumptions.With these two sensitivity parameters,we derive consistent indirect causal effect estimators and establish their asymptotic propersties.Our theoretical results can be used in MR-based mediation analysis to study the impact of violations of MR as-sumptions.The finite sample performance of the proposed method is illustrated through simulation studies,sensitivity ana-lysis,and application to a real genome-wide association study. 展开更多

Objective:The causal relationship between eczema and autoimmune diseases has not been previously reported.This study aims to evaluate the causal relationship between eczema and autoimmune diseases.Methods:The two‐sample Mendelian randomization(MR)method was used to assess the causal effect of eczema on autoimmune diseases.Summary data from the Genome-Wide Association Study Catalog(GWAS)were obtained from the Integrative Epidemiology Unit(IEU)database.For eczema and autoimmune diseases,genetic instrument variants(GIVs)were identified according to the significant difference(P<5×10−8).Causal effect estimates were generated using the inverse‐variance weighted(IVW)method.MR Egger,maximum likelihood,MR-PRESSO,and MR-RAPS methods were used for alternative analyses.Sensitivity tests,including heterogeneity,horizontal pleiotropy,and leave-one-out analyses,were performed.Finally,reverse causality was assessed.Results:Genetic susceptibility to eczema was associated with an increased risk of Crohn’s disease(OR=1.444,95%CI 1.199 to 1.738,P<0.001)and ulcerative colitis(OR=1.002,95%CI 1.001 to 1.003,P=0.002).However,no causal relationship was found for the other 6 autoimmune diseases,including systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)(OR=0.932,P=0.401),bullous pemphigoid(BP)(OR=1.191,P=0.642),vitiligo(OR=1.000,P=0.327),multiple sclerosis(MS)(OR=1.000,P=0.965),ankylosing spondylitis(AS)(OR=1.001,P=0.121),rheumatoid arthritis(RA)(OR=1.000,P=0.460).Additionally,no reverse causal relationship was found between autoimmune diseases and eczema.Conclusion:Eczema is associated with an increased risk of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.No causal relationship is found between eczema and SLE,MS,AS,RA,BP,or vitiligo. 展开更多

Using flexible damping technology to improve tunnel lining structure is an emerging method to resist earthquake disasters,and several methods have been explored to predict mechanical response of tunnel lining with damping layer.However,the traditional numerical methods suffer from the complex modelling and time-consuming problems.Therefore,a prediction model named the random forest regressor(RFR)is proposed based on 240 numerical simulation results of the mechanical response of tunnel lining.In addition,circle mapping(CM)is used to improve Archimedes optimization algorithm(AOA),reptile search algorithm(RSA),and Chernobyl disaster optimizer(CDO)to further improve the predictive performance of the RFR model.The performance evaluation results show that the CMRSA-RFR is the best prediction model.The damping layer thickness is the most important feature for predicting the maximum principal stress of tunnel lining containing damping layer.This study verifies the feasibility of combining numerical simulation with machine learning technology,and provides a new solution for predicting the mechanical response of aseismic tunnel with damping layer. 展开更多

The operation data obtained abroad indicates that shielding failure in UHV transmission lines mostly accounts for the tripping-out accidents introduced by lightning striking the transmission line.Based on the discharge theories of long air gap and randomness theory,a leader progression model of lightning shielding failure is presented in this paper.The random characteristics of the downward and upward leader are simulated in this model.The ground slope angel is also considered in this model by using coordinate transformation.Moreover,the system voltage is also taken into consideration in this model.The simulation results show that the good agreement between this model and the field data.And the results suggest that return striking exist obviously in UHV transmission line. 展开更多

目的 评估不同运动频率对帕金森病(Parkinson's disease, PD)患者症状、生活质量及康复效果的影响。方法纳入2024年5~11月在解放军总医院神经内科确诊的Hoehn-Yahr分期≤3期且接受稳定多巴胺能药物治疗的PD患者90例,所有患者随机分... 目的 评估不同运动频率对帕金森病(Parkinson's disease, PD)患者症状、生活质量及康复效果的影响。方法纳入2024年5~11月在解放军总医院神经内科确诊的Hoehn-Yahr分期≤3期且接受稳定多巴胺能药物治疗的PD患者90例,所有患者随机分为G1组、G2组、G3组,每组30例,训练频率分别为1次/周、2次/周及3次/周,训练方式采取PD特异性康复训练操,每次训练时间为1 h,总训练周期为6个月。通过统一帕金森病评定量表(unified Parkinson's disease rating scale, UPDRS)评分、左旋多巴等效剂量、10 m步行测试(10-meter walk Test, 10-MWT)、Fullerton高级平衡(Fullerton advanced balance, FAB)量表、连线测试A(trail making test-A,TMT-A)、九孔柱测试(nine-hole peg test, 9-HPT)及39项帕金森病生活质量问卷(Parkinson's disease questionare-39,PDQ-39)评估康复效果。结果 与训练前比较,训练后3组PDQ-39评分均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);G2组训练后10-MWT显著低于训练前,训练后FAB显著高于训练前(P<0.05);G3组训练后UPDRS、UPDRS-Ⅲ、10-MWT、TMT-A、9-HPT及PDQ-39评分显著低于训练前[(30.72±11.31)分vs(31.41±10.42)分,P=0.001;(19.21±9.72)分vs(20.17±8.80)分,P=0.001;7.38(6.26,8.49)s vs 7.48(6.53,8.56)s,P=0.004;(53.97±8.74)s vs(54.07±8.62)s,P=0.026;38.71(33.71,49.71)s vs 38.90(33.78,49.82)s,P=0.001;28.00(14.50,36.00)分vs 30.00(15.50,38.50)分,P=0.001],训练后FAB显著高于训练前[23.00(16.00,33.00)分vs 21.00(16.00,32.00)分,P=0.005]。G3组患者在运动即刻康复效果最佳,至运动后第4周各项指标测评结果仍优于基线水平。结论 3次/周康复运动可显著提高PD患者的运动功能,改善非运动症状及整体生活质量,且效果至少可持续4周。 展开更多

为完善房屋建筑抗震能力评价体系,改进房屋建筑抗震能力判定方法,本文分析了房屋建筑抗震设防能力影响因素,基于故障树分析法(FTA)确定评估目标的基本原因事件,并对FTA模型中的基本原因事件进行分类归纳,构建房屋建筑抗震设防能力判定体... 为完善房屋建筑抗震能力评价体系,改进房屋建筑抗震能力判定方法,本文分析了房屋建筑抗震设防能力影响因素,基于故障树分析法(FTA)确定评估目标的基本原因事件,并对FTA模型中的基本原因事件进行分类归纳,构建房屋建筑抗震设防能力判定体系;采用基尼指数计算体系中各指标因子的权重并对指标的重要性进行分析,在对指标进行斯皮尔曼相关系数计算的基础上,结合指标重要性基于随机森林(RF)方法构建了房屋建筑抗震设防能力判定模型,以霍山县部分房屋建筑基础数据构建样本集,为提升RF模型泛化能力,避免模型过度拟合,通过改进K-SMOTE算法混合采样提高样本均衡度,使用随机K折交叉验证方法进行样本划分与模型优化,实现房屋建筑抗震设防能力等级判定。研究结果表明:(1)模型评估准确率为93.81%,模型精确率和查全率分别为0.883和0.938,模型泛化能力强;(2)选择实际房屋建筑样例,模型判定结果与实际结果一致,验证了所提方法构建模型的正确性,能有效用于房屋建筑抗震能力判定;(3)将所提方法应用霍山县乡镇区域房屋建筑抗震设防能力判定,得出霍山县城区房屋建筑抗震能力一般,乡村房屋建筑抗震能力较差。本研究可有效用于房屋建筑抗震能力判定,为改进区域抗震设防措施、降低区域震害风险提供参考。 展开更多

两样本孟德尔随机化研究炎症因子与骨质疏松症的因果关联 被引量:1

目的评估炎症因子与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)之间的因果关系。方法从GWAScatalog数据库中获取41个炎症因子和骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的GWAS数据,芬兰数据库中获取OP的GWAS数据。采用逆方差加权法(IVW)、MR-Egger回归法(M... 目的评估炎症因子与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)之间的因果关系。方法从GWAScatalog数据库中获取41个炎症因子和骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的GWAS数据,芬兰数据库中获取OP的GWAS数据。采用逆方差加权法(IVW)、MR-Egger回归法(MER)、加权中位数法(WME)、简单中位数法和加权中值方法进行两样本孟德尔随机化分析,并以IVW法为主要分析方法。再进行敏感性分析以检验结果的可靠性,留一法评估单核苷酸多态性对结果的影响。最后进行药物预测和分子对接进一步验证炎症因子的药理价值。结果研究表明炎症因子与OP和BMD之间存在因果关系。其中肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)和单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1/MCAF)与OP发生风险呈正相关;肿瘤坏死因子β(TNF-β)与0~15岁人群的BMD呈负相关;白细胞介素7(IL-7)与15~30岁人群的BMD呈负相关;肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与30~45岁人群的BMD呈负相关;巨噬细胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α)和巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)与60岁以上人群的BMD呈负相关;MIP-1α与全年龄段人群的BMD呈负相关。此外,分子对接证明了药物与蛋白质的良好结合,进一步证实了这些靶点的药理价值。结论通过孟德尔随机化方法全面评估了41种炎症因子对OP和BMD的因果效应,表明炎症因子与OP和BMD之间存在因果关联,提示OP患者可以在疾病早期通过干预炎症因子进而干预OP的发生发展过程。 展开更多

农作物识别是精准农业的重要研究领域。在时空大数据和智能计算时代,如何充分挖掘和综合应用各种数据、方法和模型的优势是提高遥感农作物识别精度的有效途径。该研究以安徽省颍上县为例,采用Sentinel-2和GF-3卫星影像数据,提取了包括... 农作物识别是精准农业的重要研究领域。在时空大数据和智能计算时代,如何充分挖掘和综合应用各种数据、方法和模型的优势是提高遥感农作物识别精度的有效途径。该研究以安徽省颍上县为例,采用Sentinel-2和GF-3卫星影像数据,提取了包括光谱、指数、纹理和极化等在内的58个特征指标;随后分别选取3种特征优选算法和3种机器学习方法进行组合,设计了3种试验方案,探索特征选择和机器学习方法对农作物分类的影响;通过对比特征维度和分类精度,对各种分类方案进行评价。研究结果显示:红边特征在农作物识别中具有重要作用,同时纹理特征的加入也适当提高了分类精度;3种特征优选算法分别和随机森林方法组合时,分类精度均为最优;其中Relief F与随机森林组合在遥感农作物识别分类中效果最好,总体精度达到了93.39%,Kappa系数为0.893 3,F1得分为93.31%;比Relief F结合极限梯度提升和支持向量机分类方法的总体精度、Kappa系数、F1得分分别提高1.36个百分点、0.021和1.31个百分点,8.81个百分点、0.131 2和8.78个百分点;在随机森林分类方法下,Relief F特征选择维度为28维,比随机森林的递归特征消除和卡方检验特征优选算法分别低4和22维,证明了Relief F结合随机森林分类方法的有效性和先进性。该研究为精准农作物识别提供了新的技术思路。 展开更多

平原水网地区水体溶解氧(DO)偏低已成为一个普遍的现象.为揭示平原水网地区溶解氧异常成因,以全国最重要的淡水养殖区汉江流域四湖总干渠为例,分析了2010~2023年四湖总干渠水质时空变化规律,调查监测了四湖总干渠DO、水体和沉积物中营... 平原水网地区水体溶解氧(DO)偏低已成为一个普遍的现象.为揭示平原水网地区溶解氧异常成因,以全国最重要的淡水养殖区汉江流域四湖总干渠为例,分析了2010~2023年四湖总干渠水质时空变化规律,调查监测了四湖总干渠DO、水体和沉积物中营养盐空间分布特征,采用随机森林模型等方法分析了水温、氨氮及流量等参数对水体溶解氧的影响.结果表明:四湖总干渠水体溶解氧(DO)存在明显的季节性波动,年内呈“V”型分布,汛期DO浓度相对较低,非汛期基本满足地表水Ⅲ类水要求.2021年四湖总干渠水体缺氧(DO<2mg/L)状况突出,运粮湖、新河村和新滩断面年缺氧天数分别为79,116和96d.汛期四湖总干渠在中上游河段存在明显的低氧区,DO浓度仅为2.61~3.22mg/L.自2010年以来四湖总干渠水质长期处于Ⅳ~劣Ⅴ类,主要超标因子为DO、高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、总磷.四湖总干渠沉积物总氮含量为857.70~2846.87mg/kg,TP含量为545.99~2475.59mg/kg,沉积物处于轻-中度污染状态,支渠污染重于干渠.随机森林模型能够较好的预测水体DO,拟合系数R2达0.995,均方根误差RMSE仅为0.2085.随机森林模型分析表明水温对DO影响相对重要性均超过35%,其他影响因素依次为pH值、氨氮、电导率、浊度、流量等.为改善四湖总干渠DO汛期异常状况,需加强流域系统治理,改善虾稻和水产养殖排水水质,优化泵站调度运行方式. 展开更多

天然裂缝发育特征及智能化识别方法——以四川盆地川西坳陷上三叠统须家河组为例 被引量:1

四川盆地川西坳陷上三叠统须家河组是四川盆地致密砂岩气(以下简称致密气)增储上产的重要领域。在实际生产中,高产稳产井与裂缝密集发育高度相关,裂缝为气体的运移和保存提供了路径和场所,裂缝发育与否成为制约优质储层形成的关键因素... 四川盆地川西坳陷上三叠统须家河组是四川盆地致密砂岩气(以下简称致密气)增储上产的重要领域。在实际生产中,高产稳产井与裂缝密集发育高度相关,裂缝为气体的运移和保存提供了路径和场所,裂缝发育与否成为制约优质储层形成的关键因素。为了评价须家河组气藏富集“甜点”区,依据岩心观察、测井资料及智能化算法,明确裂缝发育特征并建立有效的裂缝识别方法。研究认为:研究区的构造裂缝、成岩裂缝与异常高压裂缝均有发育。其中,构造裂缝主要分为3期,第1期NW—SE(北西—南东)向主要发育低角度裂缝,偶尔可见高角度裂缝;第2期NNE—SSW(北北东—南南西)向主要发育高角度裂缝;第3期E—W(东—西)向主要发育高角度裂缝。致密气储层裂缝层段具有低密度、高补偿中子、高声波时差、冲洗带电阻率和地层电阻率呈现正幅度差。对带有裂缝和非裂缝标签的常规测井数据进行归一化处理,应用机器学习算法进行裂缝智能化预测,K近邻算法、支持向量机、极端梯度提升树算法和随机森林算法的F_(1)分数分别为0.65、0.83、0.88、0.91,发现随机森林算法具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,预测精确度和效率均高于其他3种算法。同时,为了兼顾运算效率与准确性,选择基因遗传算法作为优化算法进行超参数调优,优于网格搜索、贝叶斯优化及粒子群优化算法。使用沙普利可加性特征解释方法(SHapley Additive Explanations,简称SHAP)计算不同影响因素对预测的贡献值,发现声波时差、补偿中子和补偿密度为主要影响预测效果的测井曲线。裂缝密度呈现出明显的空间分布规律,即从四川盆地西南部至四川盆地西北部,裂缝密度依次降低。研究结果可为四川盆地西部地区致密气储层裂缝“甜点”区预测提供一套切实可行的智能化预测模型,为致密气增储上产奠定基础。 展开更多
