In this paper, we present a magnetocardiogram (MCG) simulation study using the boundary element method (BEM) and based on the virtual heart model and the realistic human volume conductor model. The different contributions of cardiac equivalent source models and volume conductor models to the MCG are deeply and comprehensively investigated. The single dipole source model, the multiple dipoles source model and the equivalent double layer (EDL) source model are analysed and compared with the cardiac equivalent source models. Meanwhile, the effect of the volume conductor model on the MCG combined with these cardiac equivalent sources is investigated. The simulation results demonstrate that the cardiac electrophysiological information will be partly missed when only the single dipole source is taken, while the EDL source is a good option for MCG simulation and the effect of the volume conductor is smallest for the EDL source. Therefore, the EDL source is suitable for the study of MCG forward and inverse problems, and more attention should be paid to it in future MCG studies. 展开更多

The industrial application of the Kaufman ion thruster in its arc stage is limited owing to the instability of the discharge pulse.Presently,a complete prediction model that can predict the discharge pulse in the high-current stage does not exist.In this study,a complete prediction model for the pulse in the ion thruster is established using the zero-dimensional plasma discharge model and equivalent circuit model.The zero-dimensional plasma discharge model is used to obtain the corresponding plasma parameters by calculating the beam current,discharge current,voltage,and gas flow under actual working conditions.The input parameters of the equivalent circuit model are calculated using empirical formulae to acquire the estimated discharge waveforms.The pulse waveforms obtained using the model are found to be consistent with the experimental results.The model is used to evaluate the process of rapid changes in plasma density.Additionally,this model is employed to predict changes in the pulse waveforms when the volume of the discharge chamber and grid plate transmittance are changed. 展开更多

PbZr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8)O_(3)(PZT)gate insulator with the thickness of 30 nm is grown by pulsed laser deposition(PLD)in AlGaN/GaN metal-insulator-semiconductor high electron mobility transistors(MIS-HEMTs).The ferroelectric effect of PZT AlGaN/GaN MIS-HEMT is demonstrated.The polarization charge in PZT varies with different gate voltages.The equivalent polarization charge model(EPCM)is proposed for calculating the polarization charge and the concentration of two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG).The threshold voltage(V_(th))and output current density(I_(DS))can also be obtained by the EPCM.The theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental results and the model can provide a guide for the design of the PZT MIS-HEMT.The polarization charges of PZT can be modulated by different gate-voltage stresses and the V_(th)has a regulation range of 4.0 V.The polarization charge changes after the stress of gate voltage for several seconds.When the gate voltage is stable or changes at high frequency,the output characteristics and the current collapse of the device remain stable. 展开更多

In order to illustrate the capability of the model, the steady and dynamic performances of the fabricated THz QCLs are simulated by the model.Compared to the sophisticated numerical methods, the presented model has advantages of fast calculation and good compatibility with circuit simulation for system-level designs and optimizations. Both of them are assumed to be located on or near the cortical surface and have been proposed as high-resolution imaging modalities or as intermediate steps to estimate the epicortical potential. Here, EDL and ECL based on a realistic head model are presented, both simulations and real data experiment are done to compare these two models. A simple analytical method is presented to analyze the transmission of electromagnetic plane waves through multilayer stacked composite two-dimensional( 2D) structures at microwave frequencies. Unlike the traditional structure,high impedance surface with graphene sheet is proposed. The structure includes graphene and thin metal patches and meshes. Simple analytical formulas are introduced for the surface impedance of graphene and for the grid impedance of electrically dense arrays of metal square patches or strips. The result of transmission properties is based on the dynamic tunable model of the high impedance surface,which considers the surface conductivity of graphene layer. The transmission coefficient obtained by using the equivalent circuit method is validated against full-wave numerical simulations. The considered equivalent circuit method can be useful in the design of graphene tunable planar devices. 展开更多

With the widespread utilization of indium-phosphide-based high-electron-mobility transistors(InP HEMTs)in the millimeter-wave(mmW)band,the distributed and high-frequency parasitic coupling behavior of the device is particularly prominent.We present an InP HEMT extrinsic parasitic equivalent circuit,in which the conductance between the device electrodes and a new gate-drain mutual inductance term L_(mgd)are taken into account for the high-frequency magnetic field coupling between device electrodes.Based on the suggested parasitic equivalent circuit,through HFSS and advanced design system(ADS)co-simulation,the equivalent circuit parameters are directly extracted in the multi-step system.The HFSS simulation prediction,measurement data,and modeled frequency response are compared with each other to verify the feasibility of the extraction method and the accuracy of the equivalent circuit.The proposed model demonstrates the distributed and radio-frequency behavior of the device and solves the problem that the equivalent circuit parameters of the conventional InP HEMTs device are limited by the device model and inaccurate at high frequencies when being extracted. 展开更多

A method of equivalent simplification,using equivalent-plate models(EPMs),is developed.It is to achieve goals of rapid modeling and effective analysis in structural dynamics and flutter analysis of complex wing structures.It is on the assumption that the wing structures discussed are composed of skin,beams and ribs,and the different plate units(such as skin,beam web,rib web)are not distinguished in modeling,which is to avoid the complex pre-processing and make it more generalized.Taking the effect of transverse shear deformation into consideration,the equivalence is based on the first-order shear deformation theory,and it can import the model files of MSC/NASTRAN and process the information to accomplish the equivalent modeling.The Ritz method is applied with the Legendre polynomials,which is used to define the geometry,structure and displacements of the wing.Particularly,the selection of Legendre polynomials as trial functions brings good accuracy to the modeling and can avoid the ill-conditions.This is in contrast to the EPM method based on the classical plate theory.Through vibration and flutter analysis,the results obtained by using EPM agree well with those obtained by the finite element method,which indicates the accuracy and effectiveness in vibration and flutter analysis of the EPM method. 展开更多

However, it is not economical to apply mist drilling when only a small amount of water flows into wellbore from formation during air drilling. Formation water could be circulated out of the wellbore through increasing the gas injection rate. In this paper, the Angel model was modified by introducing Nikurade friction factor for the flow in coarse open holes and translating formation water rate into equivalent penetration rate. Thus the distribution of annular pressure and the relationship between minimum air injection rate and formation water rate were obtained. Real data verification indicated that the modified model is more accurate than the Angel model and can provide useful information for air drilling. 展开更多

At present,equivalent water depth truncated mooring system optimization design is regarded as the priority of hybrid model testing for deep sea platforms,and will replace the full depth system test in the future.Compared with the full depth system,the working depth and span are smaller in the truncated one,and the other characteristics maintain more consistency as well.In this paper,an inner turret moored floating production storage & offloading system(FPSO) which works at a water depth of 320m,was selected to be a research example while the truncated water depth was 80m.Furthermore,an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(INSGA-II) was selected to optimally calculate the equivalent water depth truncated system,considering the stress condition of the total mooring system in both the horizontal and vertical directions,as well as the static characteristic similarity of the representative single mooring line.The results of numerical calculations indicate that the mathematical model is feasible,and the optimization method is fast and effective. 展开更多

Biochemical components of Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)are critical to physiological and ecological processes and play an important role in the material and energy cycles of the ecosystem.The coupled PROSPECT with SAIL(PROSAIL)radiative transfer model is widely used for vegetation biochemical component content inversion.However,the presence of leaf-eating pests,such as Pantana phyllostachysae Chao(PPC),weakens the performance of the model for estimating biochemical components of Moso bamboo and thus must be considered.Therefore,this study considered pest-induced stress signals associated with Sentinel-2A/B images and field data and established multiple sets of biochemical canopy reflectance look-up tables(LUTs)based on the PROSAIL framework by setting different parameter ranges according to infestation levels.Quantitative inversions of leaf area index(LAI),leaf chlorophyll content(LCC),and leaf equivalent water thickness(LEWT)were derived.The scale conversions from LCC to canopy chlorophyll content(CCC)and LEWT to canopy equivalent water thickness(CEWT)were calculated.The results showed that LAI,CCC,and CEWT were inversely related with PPC-induced stress.When applying multiple LUTs,the p-values were<0.01;the R2 values for LAI,CCC,and CEWT were 0.71,0.68,and 0.65 with root mean square error(RMSE)(normalized RMSE,NRMSE)values of 0.38(0.16),17.56μg cm-2(0.20),and 0.02 cm(0.51),respectively.Compared to the values obtained for the traditional PROSAIL model,for October,R2 values increased by 0.05 and 0.10 and NRMSE decreased by 0.09 and 0.02 for CCC and CEWT,respectively and RMSE decreased by 0.35μg cm-2 for CCC.The feasibility of the inverse strategy for integrating pest-induced stress factors into the PROSAIL model,while establishing multiple LUTs under different pest-induced damage levels,was successfully demonstrated and can potentially enhance future vegetation parameter inversion and monitoring of bamboo forest health and ecosystems. 展开更多

Based on the abundant core data of oil sands in the Mackay river in Canada,the termination frequency of muddy interlayers was counted to predict the extension range of interlayers using a queuing theory model,and then the quantitative relationship between the thickness and extension length of muddy interlayer was established.An equivalent upscaling method of geologic model based on tortuous paths under the effects of muddy interlayer has been proposed.Single muddy interlayers in each coarse grid are tracked and identified,and the average length,width and proportion of muddy interlayer in each coarse grid are determined by using the geological connectivity tracing algorithm.The average fluid flow length of tortuous path under the influence of muddy interlayer is calculated.Based on the Darcy formula,the formula calculating average permeability in the coarsened grid is deduced to work out the permeability of equivalent coarsened grid.The comparison of coarsening results of the oil sand reservoir of Mackay River with actual development indexes shows that the equivalent upscaling method of muddy interlayer by tortuous path calculation can reflect the blocking effect of muddy interlayer very well,and better reflect the effects of geological condition on production. 展开更多

爆炸冲击荷载下装配式钢筋混凝土工字梁桥损伤机理研究

为提升装配式工字梁桥的抗爆防护性能,制作3片跨径150 cm的钢筋混凝土工字试验梁,进行接触爆炸试验,得到试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量下的损伤表征,并与数值模型分析结果对比验证。以中山西环高速公路桥为背景,建立装配式工字梁桥数... 为提升装配式工字梁桥的抗爆防护性能,制作3片跨径150 cm的钢筋混凝土工字试验梁,进行接触爆炸试验,得到试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量下的损伤表征,并与数值模型分析结果对比验证。以中山西环高速公路桥为背景,建立装配式工字梁桥数值分析模型,根据美国联邦紧急措施署(FEMA)标准,分析等效227 kg和454 kg爆炸当量下的装配式工字梁桥受爆力学性能和动力响应。结果表明:工字试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量的接触爆炸试验中表现出局部冲剪破坏模式,顶板破坏特征为由腹板向自由边45°方向的混凝土脱落,并出现纵向裂缝,腹板破坏为显著的冲剪破坏,其冲剪高度随爆炸当量的增加而增大;在爆炸荷载下,装配式工字梁桥结构损伤特征表现为局部冲剪破坏、整体弯曲变形和高频振动;454 kg爆炸当量下,工字梁桥主梁动能峰值显著高于227 kg爆炸当量,到达峰值时间更早,且残余变形明显,导致承载能力下降;装配式工字梁桥设计时应优先增强结构的局部抗冲剪性能,同时加强横向联系及主梁截面高度。 展开更多

不同海拔高温日循环试验条件与寿命当量确定

目的推导不同海拔地区服役装备气候和贮存温度环境的严酷度,确定日循环条件,计算试验周期和贮存寿命的当量关系。方法将DEF STAN 00-035标准的温度严酷度修正方法和工程经验相结合,提出基于标准推荐值修正的和实测数据统计归纳的日循环... 目的推导不同海拔地区服役装备气候和贮存温度环境的严酷度,确定日循环条件,计算试验周期和贮存寿命的当量关系。方法将DEF STAN 00-035标准的温度严酷度修正方法和工程经验相结合,提出基于标准推荐值修正的和实测数据统计归纳的日循环条件确定方法,并基于Arrhenius模型,计算日循环等效温度和年等效温度,建立日循环周期同实际贮存寿命等效损伤的当量关系,并通过案例对方法进行应用分析。结果针对高原某地装备,标准推荐值修正方法确定的高温日循环相较实测数据统计归纳的结果低2~8℃。标准修正法、实测数据法和GJB 150.3A推荐日循环条件下的日等效温度分别为37.3、42.4、55.4℃,贮存年等效温度分别为22.0、26.2、40.8℃,对应外场贮存1 a的寿命损伤当量关系分别为试验循环89、86、30次。结论可根据装备服役需求和获取数据的现状选择恰当的日循环和寿命当量计算方法,研究工作为不同地区服役装备温度环境试验严酷度的确定提供了可行的工程方法,避免造成过试验或欠试验等问题,并为装备贮存的定寿验收工作提供支撑。 展开更多

[目的]土地利用变化影响生态系统服务价值(ESV),研究多情景下土地利用变化并评估ESV,对优化土地管理和维护生态安全具有重要意义。[方法]设置4种情景,通过多目标规划(MOP)求取不同目标下土地利用结构最优解,借助PLUS模型预测2030年土地利用空间分布情况,采用当量因子法评估ESV,并使用空间自相关分析集聚特征、Pearson相关性探究权衡协同关系。[结果](1)2000-2020年,银川市土地利用类型以耕地和草地为主,建设用地扩张473.1 km^(2),耕地与草地减少。(2)自然演变和经济优先情景建设用地增加,草地减少;生态优先情景林地、草地增加,耕地减少363.9 km^(2);可持续发展情景耕地几乎不变,林地、水域增加。(3)ESV呈下降趋势,4种情景总体ESV分别为47.184,45.404,53.924,49.711亿元,水文调节和气候调节占主导地位。(4)11项ESV间存在广泛而显著的协同关系,食物生产与其他服务的协同性较低。[结论]可持续发展情景扭转ESV的下降趋势并取得较高经济效益,为规划提供依据,未来应加强对林地与水域的保护,有利于提高ESV。 展开更多

The equivalent body mass, the stiffness and the damping are derived from the modal charaCteristics. In this paper, a 3-dimensional space model is constructed to analyse the ground resonance.There is little difference between the calculated results of the 2-dimensional equivalent model and those of the 3-dimensional space model. Hence, the 2-dimensional model is verified for the practical application. Generally, the linear lead-lag damping of the equivalent rotor blade at the modal frequency is derived from the lead-lag damper characteristics by a procedure of iteration. The transformation of the imaginary part of the complex modulus of the viscoelastic damper into a linear velocity damping is complicated in analysis. A method to use the complex modulus directly in the ground resonance analysis is derived and verified. 展开更多

随着电网容量和密度的增大,系统单相接地时电容电流越来越大,因此准确计算电网电容电流十分必要。该文针对传统信号注入法存在的集中电容模型等效准确性不足、系统自然谐振频率过低、谐振频率搜索时存在偏差且搜索时间过长等问题进行分... 随着电网容量和密度的增大,系统单相接地时电容电流越来越大,因此准确计算电网电容电流十分必要。该文针对传统信号注入法存在的集中电容模型等效准确性不足、系统自然谐振频率过低、谐振频率搜索时存在偏差且搜索时间过长等问题进行分析与改进。首先,分析传统信号注入法产生的误差,结合中压配电网的频率特性,提出改进的单端口等效模型。然后,人为串联电容,解决谐振频率过低导致的励磁支路分流问题。最后,基于相位比较提出谐振频率的二分搜索法,降低搜索次数。改进的信号注入法计算电网电容误差为9.77%,传统方法误差为27.62%;现场实测电流绝对误差值降低3.65 A,超标率降低40%。改进的信号注入法可以有效降低计算电网电容的误差。 展开更多

为了获得更符合实际的液压启闭机稳定性折算系数,文章系统分析了现有两端铰支液压启闭机等效力学模型和理论公式等,探究了适用于液压启闭机稳定性计算的有限元方法,并基于有限元计算结果提出了新的计算公式,进而分析了中部铰支液压启闭... 为了获得更符合实际的液压启闭机稳定性折算系数,文章系统分析了现有两端铰支液压启闭机等效力学模型和理论公式等,探究了适用于液压启闭机稳定性计算的有限元方法,并基于有限元计算结果提出了新的计算公式,进而分析了中部铰支液压启闭机临界载荷计算方法。研究表明:考虑油压作用于活塞的稳定性折算系数理论公式计算值与沿轴线方向施加油压的有限元计算结果相差较小,说明了该力学简化模型的合理性;基于油压始终垂直于活塞的有限元计算结果提出了新的稳定性折算系数计算公式;中部铰支液压启闭机可转化为铰点距相同的两端铰支模型计算临界载荷,液压启闭机临界载荷仅与活塞杆两端的约束有关。上述研究成果可为液压启闭机的设计及校核提供理论依据。 展开更多
