In order to predict and control the properties of Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy,a model of aging processes via an artificial neural network(ANN) method to map the non-linear relationship between parameters of aging process and th...In order to predict and control the properties of Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy,a model of aging processes via an artificial neural network(ANN) method to map the non-linear relationship between parameters of aging process and the hardness and electrical conductivity properties of the Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy was set up.The results show that the ANN model is a very useful and accurate tool for the property analysis and prediction of aging Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy.Aged at 470-510 ℃ for 4-1 h,the optimal combinations of hardness 110-117(HV) and electrical conductivity 40.6-37.7 S/m are available respectively.展开更多
The electrical tree discharge channel will be formed at concentrate spot of electric field in solid insulation dielectric,in order to study the difference of electrical tree under different electrical field,the short-...The electrical tree discharge channel will be formed at concentrate spot of electric field in solid insulation dielectric,in order to study the difference of electrical tree under different electrical field,the short-cable electrode system with actual XLPE cable was designed,experiments were performed under 12 kV,15 kV,18 kV,21 kV compare to the needle-plate electrode system.Experiment results show that the electrical tree of short-cable electrode system have the same growth trend with the needle-plate electrode system in the growing characteristic,the dense of electrical tree increase with the increase of voltage level,electrical tree of short-cable electrode system growth is slower than the needle-plate electrode system at the same voltage;To get the same shape of electrical tree,the voltage of short-cable electrode system must be higher than needle-plate electrode system,the results show that the semiconductor layer and the copper shield layer outside of XLPE cable have very important affection on the electrical trees degradation.展开更多
In order to characterize the voltage behavior of a lithium-ion battery for on-board electric vehicle battery management and control applications,a battery model with a moderate complexity was established.The battery o...In order to characterize the voltage behavior of a lithium-ion battery for on-board electric vehicle battery management and control applications,a battery model with a moderate complexity was established.The battery open circuit voltage (OCV) as a function of state of charge (SOC) was depicted by the Nernst equation.An equivalent circuit network was adopted to describe the polarization effect of the lithium-ion battery.A linear identifiable formulation of the battery model was derived by discretizing the frequent-domain description of the battery model.The recursive least square algorithm with forgetting was applied to implement the on-line parameter calibration.The validation results show that the on-line calibrated model can accurately predict the dynamic voltage behavior of the lithium-ion battery.The maximum and mean relative errors are 1.666% and 0.01%,respectively,in a hybrid pulse test,while 1.933% and 0.062%,respectively,in a transient power test.The on-line parameter calibration method thereby can ensure that the model possesses an acceptable robustness to varied battery loading profiles.展开更多

A model based on saturate inductance parameter of interior permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor was brought forward by using finite element analysis. And its control strategy based on the largest running capability was studied also. The experiment results for a scale model show that the modelling method improves the model's accuracy, and the motor's control strategy is effective.展开更多
