Alloy nanoparticles exhibit higher catalytic activity than monometallic nanoparticles, and their stable structures are of importance to their applications. We employ the simulated annealing algorithm to systematically explore the stable structure and segregation behavior of tetrahexahedral Pt–Pd–Cu–Au quaternary alloy nanoparticles. Three alloy nanoparticles consisting of 443 atoms, 1417 atoms, and 3285 atoms are considered and compared. The preferred positions of atoms in the nanoparticles are analyzed. The simulation results reveal that Cu and Au atoms tend to occupy the surface, Pt atoms preferentially occupy the middle layers, and Pd atoms tend to segregate to the inner layers. Furthermore, Au atoms present stronger surface segregation than Cu ones. This study provides a fundamental understanding on the structural features and segregation phenomena of multi-metallic nanoparticles. 展开更多

Sloshing experiment is crucial to determine the reaction performance of regeneration columns on an offshore floating platform.A novel type of column motion simulating device and a Marine Predator Algorithm-based Sliding Mode Controller(MPA-SMC)are proposed for such sloshing experiments.The simulator consists of a Stewart platform and a steel framework.The Stewart platform is located at the column's center of gravity(CoG)and supported by the steel framework.The platform's hydraulic servo system is controlled by a sliding mode controller with parameters optimized by MPA to improve robustness and precision.A numerical sloshing experiment is conducted using the proposed device and controller.The results show that the novel motion simulator has lower torque during the column sloshes,and the proposed controller performs better than a well-tuned PID controller in terms of target tracking precision and anti-interference capability. 展开更多

The comprehensive evaluation of the co-designers for the collaborative design resources has been done from different aspects using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) ,and according to the evaluation results,the candidates are determined. Meanwhile,based on the principle of minimum cost,and starting from the relations between the design tasks and the corresponding co-designers,the optimizing selection model of the collaborators is established and one novel genetic combined with simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to realize the optimization. It overcomes the defects of the genetic algorithm which may lead to the premature convergenee and local optimization if used individually. Through the application of this method in the ship collaborative design system,it proves the feasibility and provides a quantitative method for the optimizing selection of the design resources. 展开更多

Hidden Maxkov models (HMMs) have been used to model burst error sources of wireless channels. This paper proposes a hybrid method of using genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) to train HMM for discrete channel modelling. The proposed method is compared with pure GA, and experimental results show that the HMMs trained by the hybrid method can better describe the error sequences due to SA's ability of facilitating hill-climbing at the later stage of the search. The burst error statistics of the HMMs trained by the proposed method and the corresponding error sequences are also presented to validate the proposed method. 展开更多

In this research,an integrated classification method based on principal component analysis-simulated annealing genetic algorithm-fuzzy cluster means(PCA-SAGA-FCM)was proposed for the unsupervised classification of tight sandstone reservoirs which lack the prior information and core experiments.A variety of evaluation parameters were selected,including lithology characteristic parameters,poro-permeability quality characteristic parameters,engineering quality characteristic parameters,and pore structure characteristic parameters.The PCA was used to reduce the dimension of the evaluation pa-rameters,and the low-dimensional data was used as input.The unsupervised reservoir classification of tight sandstone reservoir was carried out by the SAGA-FCM,the characteristics of reservoir at different categories were analyzed and compared with the lithological profiles.The analysis results of numerical simulation and actual logging data show that:1)compared with FCM algorithm,SAGA-FCM has stronger stability and higher accuracy;2)the proposed method can cluster the reservoir flexibly and effectively according to the degree of membership;3)the results of reservoir integrated classification match well with the lithologic profle,which demonstrates the reliability of the classification method. 展开更多

Neural net-works were introduced as a way of building an information fusion model in a coal mine monitoring system. This assures the accurate transmission of the multi-sensor information that comes from the coal mine monitoring systems. The in-formation fusion mode was analyzed. An algorithm was designed based on this analysis and some simulation results were given. Explicit structure-preserving geometric particle-in-cell(PIC)algorithm in curvilinear orthogonal coordinate systems is developed.The work reported represents a further development of the structure-preserving geometric PIC algorithm achieving the goal of practical applications in magnetic fusion research.The algorithm is constructed by discretizing the field theory for the system of charged particles and electromagnetic field using Whitney forms,discrete exterior calculus,and explicit non-canonical symplectic integration.In addition to the truncated infinitely dimensional symplectic structure,the algorithm preserves exactly many important physical symmetries and conservation laws,such as local energy conservation,gauge symmetry and the corresponding local charge conservation.As a result,the algorithm possesses the long-term accuracy and fidelity required for first-principles-based simulations of the multiscale tokamak physics.The algorithm has been implemented in the Sym PIC code,which is designed for highefficiency massively-parallel PIC simulations in modern clusters.The code has been applied to carry out whole-device 6 D kinetic simulation studies of tokamak physics.A self-consistent kinetic steady state for fusion plasma in the tokamak geometry is numerically found with a predominately diagonal and anisotropic pressure tensor.The state also admits a steady-state subsonic ion flow in the range of 10 km s-1,agreeing with experimental observations and analytical calculations Kinetic ballooning instability in the self-consistent kinetic steady state is simulated.It is shown that high-n ballooning modes have larger growth rates than low-n global modes,and in the nonlinear phase the modes saturate approximately in 5 ion transit times at the 2%level by the E×B flow generated by the instability.These results are consistent with early and recent electromagnetic gyrokinetic simulations. 展开更多

考虑综合效益的周期型停车预约分配模型

为解决停车预约服务平台与用户之间存在的泊位运营问题,本文基于停车分配过程中服务平台的直接收益与服务水平间的关系,考虑用户出行特征的多样性,提出一种停车预约分配优化模型。为实现平台运营服务收益最大化,以运营商收益最大和用户... 为解决停车预约服务平台与用户之间存在的泊位运营问题,本文基于停车分配过程中服务平台的直接收益与服务水平间的关系,考虑用户出行特征的多样性,提出一种停车预约分配优化模型。为实现平台运营服务收益最大化,以运营商收益最大和用户出行成本的综合效益最小为目标建立联合优化函数,构建考虑停车分配时效性的周期型最优停车预约分配模型(POPA),并设计自适应升温的模拟退火-粒子群优化算法求解大规模停车分配问题。实验结果表明:综合考虑分配时效性和平台收益等多个因素,预约平台的最佳分配时段长度应为1 h,改进算法使求解效果提高了6.14%,灵敏度分析证明了惩罚因子的引入可在不影响用户时间成本与车位利用率的情况下,使平台的用户请求接受率提升2.25%~18.17%;通过对比分析,所提模型较用户最优模型提升了38.11%的实际收益,较平台最优模型降低了15.31%的平均用户时间成本。此外,通过拓展性数值测试证明了所提模型在大规模复杂场景中的适用性和有效性。 展开更多

针对深埋隧道开挖过程中存在极高地应力的情况,为研究地应力对光面爆破围岩损伤产生的影响,采用基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的数值模拟方法,通过结构化网格-有限元-粒子流耦合算法(structured mesh-finite element-particle flow coupling al... 针对深埋隧道开挖过程中存在极高地应力的情况,为研究地应力对光面爆破围岩损伤产生的影响,采用基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的数值模拟方法,通过结构化网格-有限元-粒子流耦合算法(structured mesh-finite element-particle flow coupling algorithm,S-FEM-SPH)进行三维模拟。研究在双向等值地应力0~40 MPa条件下的光面爆破围岩损伤规律,研究结果表明:边帮和顶板处的围岩损伤度根据爆心距的变化分为水平直线阶段和反“S”型曲线下降阶段;在反“S”型曲线下降阶段,距离爆心距中间位置的围岩,损伤度随爆心距的下降速率大;地应力对边帮和顶板处的围岩损伤均有影响,但对边帮处围岩损伤的影响大于顶板处,当地应力大于20 MPa时影响更加明显;通过对比边帮和顶板处有效塑性应变和围岩损伤深度随地应力的变化规律,从而验证了围岩损伤深度随地应力增加呈现先减小后增大变化规律的正确性。 展开更多

轮式拖拉机变速箱自动控制技术对于提高拖拉机的操作效率和安全性具有重要意义。为此,提出了一种农用轮式拖拉机的数字模型,以及发动机和变速器的自动控制算法。算法基于系统方法,将轮式拖拉机视为一个多子系统组成的复杂系统,包括发动... 轮式拖拉机变速箱自动控制技术对于提高拖拉机的操作效率和安全性具有重要意义。为此,提出了一种农用轮式拖拉机的数字模型,以及发动机和变速器的自动控制算法。算法基于系统方法,将轮式拖拉机视为一个多子系统组成的复杂系统,包括发动机、变速器、起落架、吊钩负载和操作员的控制动作等子系统,并优化了换挡的逻辑和功能。通过MatLab软件及其应用程序、Simulink、Sim-scape等工具对拖拉机的工作条件进行仿真,对算法进行验证和优化,结果表明:控制算法参数可在拖拉机操作循环中提供最小的燃料消耗率,且具有良好的鲁棒性和稳定性,在各种工作条件下都能够有效工作。研究结果可为提高拖拉机的性能和可靠性、降低维护成本提供一定的理论参考与技术支撑。 展开更多

基于多旅行商问题建模的地铁乘务排班计划优化

针对地铁乘务排班计划问题,本文借鉴多旅行商问题的模型特点进行建模,用排班问题中的乘务片段表示旅行商问题中的城市,乘务片段的接续时间表示旅行商问题中城市间的距离,综合考虑各班次最长在班时间、连续值乘时间、间休时间和就餐时间... 针对地铁乘务排班计划问题,本文借鉴多旅行商问题的模型特点进行建模,用排班问题中的乘务片段表示旅行商问题中的城市,乘务片段的接续时间表示旅行商问题中城市间的距离,综合考虑各班次最长在班时间、连续值乘时间、间休时间和就餐时间等约束,以乘务片段接续时间最短和乘务人员工作时间方差最小为优化目标,建立非线性0-1整数规划模型。基于多旅行商问题的求解思路,设计遗传模拟退火混合算法求解模型。最后,以成都地铁5号线为例验证算法,并与多种优化算法编制方案进行对比分析。实例分析结果显示,相比于ADMM(交替方向乘子法)算法和G-SPFA(基于贪婪思想的最短路)算法,本文优化后的排班方案在乘务任务数量优化率分别为17.9%和23.1%,接续时间方面的优化率分别为15.8%和12.1%,能够有效降低企业的人力成本,提高司乘员的值乘效率,验证了模型的有效性。 展开更多

针对鸽群优化算法容易陷入局部最优、求解精度低和局部搜索能力差的问题,提出了一种融合Tent映射和模拟退火的改进鸽群优化算法。首先,采用Tent映射初始化种群,使初始种群分布更为均匀。然后,在鸽群优化算法的地标算子运行后再加入模拟... 针对鸽群优化算法容易陷入局部最优、求解精度低和局部搜索能力差的问题,提出了一种融合Tent映射和模拟退火的改进鸽群优化算法。首先,采用Tent映射初始化种群,使初始种群分布更为均匀。然后,在鸽群优化算法的地标算子运行后再加入模拟退火算法,利用模拟退火算法以一定的概率跳出局部最优解以及具有的渐进收敛性,提高了全局优化的能力。基于16个基准测试函数对算法性能进行了测试,实验结果表明,Tent-PIO-SA算法相比PIO、Tent-PIO算法,在收敛精度上平均提高了10个数量级,特别对于极难优化的Rosenbrock函数,Tent-PIO-SA算法相比最近的经典算法LECUSSA、SCASL、CML-WOA、APN-WOA在收敛精度上平均高出了6个数量级,比TLPSO、SCA-DE算法高出了7个数量级,证明了所提出的Tent-PIO-SA算法具有较强的寻优能力。 展开更多

智能轨道快运(ART)系统作为一种新兴的轨道交通制式,其具有运输组织灵活、便于跨线运营组织的特点。近年来,随着ART系统的不断建设,部分城市的ART系统逐渐建设成网,为了节约运营成本,便于乘客出行,研究ART跨线列车开行方案具有重要意义... 智能轨道快运(ART)系统作为一种新兴的轨道交通制式,其具有运输组织灵活、便于跨线运营组织的特点。近年来,随着ART系统的不断建设,部分城市的ART系统逐渐建设成网,为了节约运营成本,便于乘客出行,研究ART跨线列车开行方案具有重要意义。考虑乘客的路径选择行为,以企业运营和乘客出行综合成本最优为目标,客流需求及线路通过能力等为约束,构建了用于确定跨线运营背景下,不同交路上列车发车频率及跨线交路折返站位置的ART列车开行方案优化模型,并运用模拟退火遗传算法实现了模型的求解。最后,以宜宾智轨为例验证了所构建模型的有效性。结果表明:优化后的跨线列车开行方案与独立运营方案相比,综合成本降低了7.15%,能够有效提升ART系统的运营水平。 展开更多

为了提高离心式压缩机叶轮设计效率并降低计算资源消耗,针对遗传算法优化中计算量大、效率低的问题,提出基于改进粒子群优化算法(IPSO)优化BP神经网络的方法。通过少量计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真样本,训练BP神经网络建立效率与叶轮参数的... 为了提高离心式压缩机叶轮设计效率并降低计算资源消耗,针对遗传算法优化中计算量大、效率低的问题,提出基于改进粒子群优化算法(IPSO)优化BP神经网络的方法。通过少量计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真样本,训练BP神经网络建立效率与叶轮参数的映射关系,结合IPSO优化其参数,同时利用遗传算法(GA)确定叶轮的最佳性能参数。研究表明,改进的IPSO算法通过增强粒子群的动态适应性和全局搜索能力,提高了BP神经网络的预测精度和优化效率。优化后的叶轮等熵效率提高1.34%,多变效率提高1.04%,流量增加10.4%。该方法显著提升了离心式压缩机叶轮的设计效率和性能,为复杂流体机械的优化设计提供了新思路。 展开更多

The low-Reynolds-number full developed turbulent flow in channels is simulated using large eddy simulation(LES)method with the preconditioned algorithm and the dynamic subgrid-scale model,with a given disturbance in inlet boundary,after a short development section.The inlet Reynolds number based on momentum thickness is 670.The computed results show good agreement with direct numerical simulation(DNS),which include root mean square fluctuated velocity distribution and average velocity distribution.It is also found that the staggered phenomenon of the coherent structures is caused by sub-harmonic.The results clearly show the formation and evolution of horseshoe vortex in the turbulent boundary layer,including horseshoe vortex structure with a pair of streamwise vortexes and one-side leg of horseshoe vortex.Based on the results,the development of the horseshoe-shaped coherent structures is analyzed in turbulent boundary layer. 展开更多
