In order to obtain better inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)image,a novel structure-enhanced spatial spectrum is proposed for estimating the incoherence parameters and fusing multiband.The proposed method takes full advantage of the original electromagnetic scattering data and its conjugated form by combining them with the novel covariance matrices.To analyse the superiority of the modified algorithm,the mathematical expression of equivalent signal to noise ratio(SNR)is derived,which can validate our proposed algorithm theoretically.In addition,compared with the conventional matrix pencil(MP)algorithm and the conventional root-multiple signal classification(Root-MUSIC)algorithm,the proposed algorithm has better parameter estimation performance and more accurate multiband fusion results at the same SNR situations.Validity and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by simulation data and real radar data. 展开更多

A new adaptive estimator for direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signals using fourth-order cumulant based adaptive method is considered. The general higher-order statistics may not be easily applied in signal processing with too complex computation. Based on the fourth-order cumulant with 1-D slices and adaptive filters, an efficient algorithm is proposed to solve the problem and is extended for nonstationary stochastic processes. In order to achieve the accurate parameter estimation of direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signals, the fast step uses the modified fourth-order cumulant to reduce the computing complexity. While the second step employs an adaptive recursive system to estimate the power spectrum in the frequency domain. In the case of intercepted signals without large enough data samples, the estimator provides good performance in parameter estimation and white Gaussian noise suppression. Computer simulations are included to corroborate the theoretical development with different signal-to-noise ratio conditions and recursive coefficients. 展开更多

However, in many actual circumstances, this assumption seems unreasonable. On the basis of analyzing the practical signal form, this paper derives the estimation error of the existing parameter estimation method and then proposes a novel and universal parameter estimation algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is developed which allows the estimation of the practical observed Gaussian windowed chirp signal. Simulation results show that the new algorithm works well. 展开更多

In this paper,we study the accuracy of delay-Doppler parameter estimation of targets in a passive radar using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)signal.A coarse-fine joint estimation method is proposed to achieve better estimation accuracy of target parameters without excessive computational burden.Firstly,the modulation symbol domain(MSD)method is used to roughly estimate the delay and Doppler of targets.Then,to obtain high-precision Doppler estimation,the atomic norm(AN)based on the multiple measurement vectors(MMV)model(MMV-AN)is used to manifest the signal sparsity in the continuous Doppler domain.At the same time,a reference signal compensation(RSC)method is presented to obtain highprecision delay estimation.Simulation results based on the OFDM signal show that the coarse-fine joint estimation method based on AN-RSC can obtain a more accurate estimation of target parameters compared with other algorithms.In addition,the proposed method also possesses computational advantages compared with the joint parameter estimation. 展开更多

Modern radar signals mostly use low probability of intercept(LPI)waveforms,which have short pulses in the time domain,multicomponent properties,frequency hopping,combined modulation waveforms and other characteristics,making the detection and estimation of LPI radar signals extremely difficult,and leading to highly required significant research on perception technology in the battlefield environment.This paper proposes a visibility graphs(VG)-based multicomponent signals detection method and a modulation waveforms parameter estimation algorithm based on the time-frequency representation(TFR).On the one hand,the frequency domain VG is used to set the dynamic threshold for detecting the multicomponent LPI radar waveforms.On the other hand,the signal is projected into the time and frequency domains by the TFR method for estimating its symbol width and instantaneous frequency(IF).Simulation performance shows that,compared with the most advanced methods,the algorithm proposed in this paper has a valuable advantage.Meanwhile,the calculation cost of the algorithm is quite low,and it is achievable in the future battlefield. 展开更多

Traditional global navigation satellite system(GNSS)terminals for satellite navigation adopt independent channels to track the signals from different satellites, which results in a lack of information interaction between the channels. Inspired by the vector tracking idea, and drawing lessons from the principle that in the position domain the Taylor expanded pseudorange observations can be used for positioning via the least squares method, this paper proposes a novel least squares-based multi-channel parameter joint estimation(MPJE) method in the signal domain, which not only retains the advantages of channel fusion, but also maintains the flexibility and diversity of the localization algorithm. With achieving optimal carrier to noise ratio as the goal, the proposed method obtains the required code loop and carrier loop parameters for signal tracking in the domain of whole channels. Experimental results indicate that this method fully achieves the assistant fusion advantages of frequency lock loop(FLL), phase lock loop(PLL)and delay lock loop(DLL), making good use of the robustness and dynamic properties of the FLL and the measurement accuracy of the DLL, and is helpful for achieving stable and accurate signal tracking under weak signals and high dynamic stress environments. 展开更多

Hypothesis testing analysis and unknown parameter estimation of both the intermediate frequency(IF) and baseband GPS signal detection are given by using the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT) approach,applying the model of GPS signal in white Gaussian noise,It is proved that the test statistic follows central or noncentral F distribution,It is also pointed out that the test statistic is nearly identical to central or noncentral chi-squared distribution because the processing samples are large enough to be considered as infinite in GPS acquisition problem.It is also proved that the probability of false alarm,the probability of detection and the threshold are affected largely when the hypothesis testing refers to the full pseudorandom noise(PRN) code phase and Doppler frequency search space cells instead of each individual cell.The performance of the test statistic is also given with combining the noncoherent integration. 展开更多

In this paper,parameter estimation of linear frequency modulation(LFM)signals containing additive white Gaussian noise is studied.Because the center frequency estimation of an LFM signal is affected by the error propagation effect,resulting in a higher signal to noise ratio(SNR)threshold,a parameter estimation method for LFM signals based on time reversal is proposed.The proposed method avoids SNR loss in the process of estimating the frequency,thus reducing the SNR threshold.The simulation results show that the threshold is reduced by 5 dB compared with the discrete polynomial transform(DPT)method,and the root-mean-square error(RMSE)of the proposed estimator is close to the Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB). 展开更多

Based on the scattering characteristic,the comparison of RCS(radar cross-section)at different positions of a target in the same direction of incidence can be obtained first by extruding or deleting part of the entity.A simulation method of aerial&space targets echo characteristics(A&STEC)is proposed that is universal to aerial and space targets.We utilize a fixed-wing UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle)and typical missiles in simulation.The echo signal modulation characteristic parameters are calculated theoretically by the atmospheric attenuation model,the finite element method and a MUMPS solver.The verification simulations show that this method can analyze the influence of the target shape,incident direction,detection position and detection frequency on echo waveform,intensity and energy distribution.The results show that the profile of echo waveform can invert the general shape of the target.The relationship between time and intensity can determine whether the target is moving towards or away from the detector in addition.These conclusions can provide a reference for the ballistic missile target tracking and the defense against UVA intrusion in theory. 展开更多

Large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving abilities are significant for many receivers. With these abilities, receivers can obtain signals with different power in ultra-wideband frequency space without information loss. However, conventional receiving scheme is hard to have large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously because of the analog-to-digital converter(ADC) dynamic range and sample rate limitations. In this paper, based on the modulated sampling and unlimited sampling, a novel receiving scheme is proposed to achieve large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving. Focusing on the single carrier signals, the proposed scheme only uses a single self-rest ADC(SR-ADC) with low sample rate, and it achieves large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously. Two receiving scenarios are considered, and they are cooperative strong signal receiving and non-cooperative strong/weak signals receiving. In the cooperative receiving scenario, an improved fast recovery method is proposed to obtain the modulated sampling output. In the non-cooperative receiving scenario, the strong and weak signals with different carrier frequencies are considered, and the signal processing method can recover and estimate each signal. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can realize large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously when the input signal-to-noise(SNR) ratio is high. 展开更多

A model of parameter estimation is established. The factors which influence estimation accuracy are analyzed. And the simulation is made to verify the conclusions. From the theoretic analysis and simulation verification, it can be drawn that, for the estimation of chirp-rate and initial frequency, Pei's method [10] is more suitable if the absolute value of chirp-rate is small relatively; Ozaktas' method [9] is more suitable if the absolute value of chirp-rate is large relatively; and the two methods are both workable if the absolute value of chirp-rate is moderate. The scope of moderate chirp-rate can be approximately determined as [40 Hz/s, 110 Hz/s]. 展开更多

Experimental results indicate that the image quality of CCD experimental system makes a good response to the change of control parameters. 管片拼装机载荷大、滞后大、摩擦扰动大,为了提高管片自动拼装的精度和效率,通过对模型精确辨识和iPIDD2算法实现在摩擦扰动下液压平移系统的精确控制.在理论模型基础上,提出多算法融合信号降噪方法对输出信号进行预处理,并采用带遗忘... 管片拼装机载荷大、滞后大、摩擦扰动大,为了提高管片自动拼装的精度和效率,通过对模型精确辨识和iPIDD2算法实现在摩擦扰动下液压平移系统的精确控制.在理论模型基础上,提出多算法融合信号降噪方法对输出信号进行预处理,并采用带遗忘因子的偏差补偿递推最小二乘辨识算法,以获得更精确的液压系统模型.针对摩擦扰动下拼装机平移运动的精确控制,提出iPIDD2控制算法实现平移油缸的精确控制.通过AMESim-Simulink联合仿真和搭建电液伺服系统实验台及实时控制系统验证研究结果.在不同的负载工况下进行全尺寸实验验证,结果表明,所提方法的位移跟踪稳态误差小于3mm,与PID相比最大跟踪误差减小77.6%,迟滞时间减少超过10s.在参数不确定和摩擦扰动下具有更好的精确控制性能和更小的迟滞时间,所提算法对提高摩擦扰动下自动管片拼装的拼装精度和效率具有积极意义. 展开更多

文中针对复杂电磁环境下高分辨雷达成像需求,提出了一种基于单脉冲多载波调频信号的一维距离像参数估计方法。该方法核心在于将单脉冲宽带信号分解为多个子载波,采用稀疏处理构建稀疏表示模型,每个目标散射点对应字典矩阵中的原子分量... 文中针对复杂电磁环境下高分辨雷达成像需求,提出了一种基于单脉冲多载波调频信号的一维距离像参数估计方法。该方法核心在于将单脉冲宽带信号分解为多个子载波,采用稀疏处理构建稀疏表示模型,每个目标散射点对应字典矩阵中的原子分量。采用正交匹配追踪算法完成散射点的一维距离像参数估计,实现距离高分辨。同时,相较于传统的单脉冲宽带跳频信号,本方法通过频域分集的技术显著提升了抗转发式干扰能力。当部分频点被干扰时,剩余未被干扰的频段仍可保留有效信号成分,在一定程度上获得目标的高分辨距离像参数估计。仿真实验采用了10个散射点目标模型,对该方法进行验证,结果表明,稀疏重构算法适用于单脉冲多载波调频信号的一维距离像分析处理。值得注意的是,由于本方法采用单脉冲体制,无需实现相参积累,故适用于高速运动目标的瞬时成像。 展开更多

针对低信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)下跳周期估计和跳频频率估计误差较大的情况,提出了一种基于最大熵二值化时频图以及检测和定位(detection and localization,DL)-YOLOv5s的跳周期估计和跳频频率估计方法。首先,利用最大熵阈值... 针对低信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)下跳周期估计和跳频频率估计误差较大的情况,提出了一种基于最大熵二值化时频图以及检测和定位(detection and localization,DL)-YOLOv5s的跳周期估计和跳频频率估计方法。首先,利用最大熵阈值分割方法结合形态学滤波对时频图进行处理,获得清晰的最大熵二值化时频图,再通过提出的DL-YOLOv5s模型对最大熵二值化时频图中的跳频信号进行检测和定位,通过增加ASPP模块和BiFPN模块,提高跳频信号的边缘和角点检测精度,并通过BOT3模块引入多头自注意力机制,提高跳频信号的定位精度,最后得到跳频信号的坐标位置,通过坐标的对照关系完成跳周期估计和跳频频率估计。实验结果表明,相较于YOLOv5s模型,提出的DL-YOLOv5s模型精确率P提高了5%,召回率R提高了2.2%,平均精度mAP 0.5和mAP 0.5:0.9分别提高了5.1%和4.2%,相较于YOLOv7、YOLOv8等其他模型,提出的DL-YOLOv5s模型体积更小,更适用于跳频信号参数估计常用的嵌入式设备这类资源受限的环境,且相较于传统跳频信号参数估计方法,提出的方法可以有效降低低信噪比下跳周期估计和跳频频率估计的误差。 展开更多

极端质量比旋近EMRI指质量比在10^(4)~10^(7)之间的双星系统,其中小质量天体被捕获后绕大质量黑洞旋近,期间损失的能量以引力波的形式向外辐射。旋近结束前的最后一年估计能产生105个旋近周期,因此可提供丰富的引力波相位演化信息。小... 极端质量比旋近EMRI指质量比在10^(4)~10^(7)之间的双星系统,其中小质量天体被捕获后绕大质量黑洞旋近,期间损失的能量以引力波的形式向外辐射。旋近结束前的最后一年估计能产生105个旋近周期,因此可提供丰富的引力波相位演化信息。小质量天体处在大质量黑洞的强引力环境中,运动轨迹能反映大质量黑洞周围的时空结构,其波形可用来限制引力理论和无毛定理等。大质量黑洞一般处在星系中心,星系所处的天文学环境会在波形中留下痕迹。多个波源能给出大黑洞的质量和自旋分布,用于限制宇宙演化和星系演化等。基于上述科学意义,EMRI成为空间引力波计划LISA、太极和天琴的重要观测目标,因此对EMRI的数据分析成为一个重要任务。EMRI波形的高维度和复杂性对数据分析方法要求较高,目前还没有公认的满意答案。首先回顾LISA模拟数据挑战赛中提出的方法和最近的讨论,然后总结EMRI数据分析的难点,并提出改进方法,最后讨论未来研究发展中可能用到的几个线索。 展开更多

针对多雷达辐射源脉冲交错背景下,线性调频(Linear Frequency Modulation,LFM)信号低信噪比导致的脉冲分裂带来原始信号参数难以估计的问题,本文提出了基于深度神经网络和直方图统计的LFM信号两阶段提取与参数估计方法。首先利用双向长... 针对多雷达辐射源脉冲交错背景下,线性调频(Linear Frequency Modulation,LFM)信号低信噪比导致的脉冲分裂带来原始信号参数难以估计的问题,本文提出了基于深度神经网络和直方图统计的LFM信号两阶段提取与参数估计方法。首先利用双向长短时记忆网络挖掘原始脉冲流中LFM信号与非LFM信号的调制模式差异并进行分类;其次通过序列调频斜率直方图寻找LFM信号分裂脉冲序列间隐含的原始信号调频斜率信息,提取不同调频斜率的LFM信号脉冲子序列;最后在每个子序列中分别估计原始信号的参数。仿真实验结果表明,相较于传统的序列差值直方图算法和循环神经网络分选方法,本文所提方法能够更准确地提取出LFM脉冲信号,并得到较为精确的参数估计结果。 展开更多
