Synergistic properties of the binary mixed system of natural green surfactants:Camellia oleifera saponin and sodium cocoyl glycinate

Sodium cocoyl glycinate(SCG),an environmentally friendly anionic amino acid surfactant,is widely used in daily chemical products as an upgraded alternative to traditional surfactants.In this study,crude Camellia oleifera saponin(COS)was purified using AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin,and its composition and structure were analyzed.The effects of different mole fractions of COS(αCOS)on surface tension(γ),oil-water interfacial tension(IFT),emulsification,and foam properties of COS-SCG binary mixed systems were investigated in mixtures of SCG with purified COS.The stability ofγand foamability under diverse environmental conditions were also discussed.The results indicated that the COS-SCG system exhibited remarkable surface-active synergism.The minimum critical micelle concentration(cmc)of the mixed system was lower than that of SCG,and adding a small mole fraction of COS(1%-2%)induced a synergistic reduction ofγ.Specifically,the cmc andγwere 2.50×10-4 mol/L and 23.1 mN/m forαCOS=1%,respectively.The system exhibited exceptional IFT reduction capacity,achieving a minimum value of 1.42 mN/m atαCOS=10%.The mixed system reached a foaming volume(atαCOS=50%)and foam stability(atαCOS=75%)were 51.0 mL and 97.37%,respectively.Microscopic analysis further confirmed these outstanding foam properties.Moreover,the COS-SCG system displayed reducedγwith enhanced foaming volume under elevated temperatures(35-75℃)and salinity(0-20 g/L).However,acidic conditions and hard water compromised bothγstability and foamability. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE Lychee seed,a famous traditional Chinese medicine,recently were reported to improve the learning and memory abilities in mice.However,it is still unclear whether lychee seed saponins(LSS)can improve the cognitive function and associated mechanisms.METHODS In present studies,we established the Alzheimer disease(AD)model by injecting Aβ25-35 into the lateral ventricle of rats.Then the spatial learning and memory abilities of LSS-treated rats were evaluated with the Morris water maze,meanwhile the protein expressions of AKT,GSK3β and Tau in the hippocampal neuron were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.RESULTS The results showed LSS can improve the cognitive functions of AD rats through shortening the escape latency,increasing the number across the platform,platform quadrant dwell time and the percentage of the total distance run platform quadrant.The protein expression of AKT was significantly up-regulated and that of GSK3β and Tau were decreased remarkably in the hippocampal CA1 area.CONCLUSION Our study is the first to show that LSS significantly improve the cognitive function and prevent hippocampal neuronal injury of the rats with AD by activation of the PI3K/AKT/GSK3βsignaling pathway,suggesting LSS may be developed into the nutrient supplement for the treatment of AD. 展开更多

Background: Earlier we have reported that the exclusion of solar UV-B increased the growth and yield of cotton plants as compared with ambient UV-B. The UV-B radiation effects on the saponins and the impact of ambient and reduced UV-B on the accumulation of saponins has not been investigated yet. Thus a field experiment was conducted to study the influence of solar UV-B on the growth response and saponin synthesis in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum) var. Vikram plants by the exclusion of UV-B. The cotton plants were grown in specially designed iron chambers, wrapped with filters that excluded UV-B(<315 nm), or transmitted ambient UV-B.Results: Exclusion of ambient UV-B enhanced the growth of cotton plants in terms of plant height and leaf area.Greater plant height in UV-B excluded plants was due to elongated internode and more number of nodes.Enhancement in growth was accompanied by a decrease in the accumulation of saponins, which was quantified by the spectrophotometric, TLC and HPLC methods. Solvent extraction of saponins from the internodes and leaves were used for the bioassay of Amaranthus hypocotyl growth and expansion of cucumber cotyledons. Extracts obtained from the UV-B excluded plants(leaves and internodes) promoted the growth to a larger extent as compared with the extracts obtained from ambient grown plants.Conclusions: The result indicates that solar UV-B may possibly suppress the plant growth by regulating the synthesis of natural growth inhibitor’s like saponin. 展开更多

Neuroprotection of total steroid saponins from Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright against transient focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats via its anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects

OBJECTIVE The total steroid saponins(TSSN)isolated from Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright(D.zingiberensis)has shown a variety of beneficial bioactivities.However,there are no reports about the neuroprotective effects of the TSSN until now.Therefore,we explored the neuroprotective effects of TSSN on rats against transient focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)and the underlying mechanisms.METHODS The healthy adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into six groups.After pre-treatment with the TSSN intragastrically for six days,the rats were subjected to the ischemia injury by the surgery of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)for 90 min.Some indexes were evaluated and detected.RESULTS As compared to the I/R group,TSSN group of rats,especially given the 30 mg·kg^-1 of TSSN,not only marked reduction in the neurological deficit scores,cerebral infarct volume,and brain edema,but also an increase in neuron survival(Nissl bodies)in the hippocampal cornuammons 1(CA1)and cortex hemisphere of the ipsilateral ischemia.At the same time,the inflammatory cytokines in serum induced by MCAO were significantly alleviated by the TSSN pre-administration.What′s more,the increase of caspase-3 was evidently reduced in the CA1 and cortex of the hemisphere injured brain.Finally,the down-regulating anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and up-regulating pro-apoptotic Bax proteins were obviously suppressed.CONCLUSION TSSN plays a potential neuroprotective role against a severe injury induced by transient focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion in a rat experimental model,and this role may be mediated by its antiinflammatory and anti-apoptotic actions. 展开更多

Acute myeloid leukemia(AML) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by the accu.mulation of immature myeloid progenitor cells in the bone marrow,compromising of normal hematopoi.esis and ultimately resulting in bone marrow failure.Chemotherapy is the mainstay treatment for all AML patients,however,drug resistance and clinical relapse limits its efficacy.The 5-year survival rate of AML patients is only 26.6%.Survival rates are even lower among patients ages 65 to 74 years(5.3%) and 75 years or older(1.6%).Therefore,exploring novel therapeutic agents is urgent for improving the outcome of patients with AML.Saponins are amphipathic glycosides found in traditional Chinese medicines.In the present study,we isolated a panel of saponins from Paris forrestii(Takht.) H.Li,a unique plant found in Tibet and Yunnan provinces,China.By examining their activities in suppressing acute myeloid leukemia cell proliferation,total saponins from Paris forrestii(TSPf) displayed more potent activity than individual ones.TSPf induced more than 40% AML cell apoptosis within 24 h and decreased the viability of all leukemia cell lines.TSPf-induced apoptosis was confirmed by both Annexin V staining and caspase-3 activation.TSPf downregulated pro-survival proteins Mcl-1,Bcl-xL and Bcl-2,but upreg.ulated the expression of tumor suppressor proteins p53,p27,Bax and Beclin 1.The AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is frequently over activated in various AML cells,and TSPf was found to suppress the activa.tion of both AKT and mTOR,but had no effects on their total protein expression.This was further con.firmed by the inactivation of 4 EBP-1 and p70 S6 K,two typical downstream signal molecules in the AKT/mTOR pathway.More specifically,TSPf-inactivated AKT/mTOR signaling was found to be associated with downregulated RNF6,a recently identified oncogene in AML.RNF6 activated AKT/mTOR,and consistently,knockdown of RNF6 led to inactivation of the AKT/mTOR pathway.Furthermore,TSPf suppressed the growth of AML xenografts in nude mice models.Oral administration of 100 mg · kg^(-1) body weight almost fully suppressed tumor growth within 14 d,without gross toxicity.This study thus demonstrated that TSPf displays potent anti-AML activity by suppressing the RNF6/AKT/mTOR pathway.Given its low toxicity,TSPf could be developed for the treatment of AML. 展开更多

It is now thought that atherosclerosis,although due to enhanced lipid deposition,is mainly the result of a series inflammatory process.Total saponins of Aralia elata(Miq) Seem(TASAES) from the Chinese traditional herb Longya Araliachinensis L.,a folk medicine used for treating various diseases,increasing energy and improving the body′s ability to prevent hypoxia in Asian countries has attracted widespread attention.However,the ability of TASAES on inflammation-triggered vascular endothelial cell injury,a key early event in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis,and its potential mechanisms of this protection have never been demonstrated.The present study determined the anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptoticactivities and protective mechanisms of the total aralosides of Araliaelata(Miq) Seem(TASAES) ameliorate tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) injury.Our results indicate that TASAES pretreatment provided cytoprotective effects by suppressing TNF-α-induced HUVECs apoptosis,mitochondrial membrane depolarization,caspase-3 activation,and modulation of inflammatory factors(IL-6,MCP-1 and VCAM-1),meanwhile inhibiting NF-κB transcription.Furthermore,the effect was correlated with the activation of the PI3K/Akt signal pathway.Blocking Akt activation with the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 effectively reversed the protective effect of TASAES against TNF-α-induced cell apoptosis.Moreover,the PI3K inhibitor partially blocked the effects of TASAES on the increasing of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl protein expression,and inactivation of Bax protein expression.In conclusion,the results showed that TASAES decreased the inflammation and apoptosis of HUVECs caused by TNF-α treatment,and PI3K played a crucial role in enhancing cell sur.vival during this process. 展开更多

目的:探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:将96只Wistar大鼠随机均分为假手术(Sham)组、大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)组和MCAO+PNS组(腹腔注射PNS 100 mg/kg)。利用神经功能缺陷评分和平衡木实验评估大鼠神经和运动功能。利... 目的:探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:将96只Wistar大鼠随机均分为假手术(Sham)组、大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)组和MCAO+PNS组(腹腔注射PNS 100 mg/kg)。利用神经功能缺陷评分和平衡木实验评估大鼠神经和运动功能。利用2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)染色检测脑梗死体积。利用苏木素-伊红染色和尼氏染色观察海马组织的病理变化。利用免疫组织化学染色测定各组大鼠大脑皮质中Beclin-1与微管相关蛋白1轻链3-II(LC3-Ⅱ)的水平。利用Western blot测定脑组织中Beclin-1、LC3-Ⅱ与单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)/雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路相关因子的蛋白水平。结果:与Sham组相比,MCAO组海马组织呈现神经元坏死,胞质边界不清,萎缩严重;神经缺陷评分、横梁行走时间和脑梗死体积显著增加(P<0.05);脑组织中Beclin-1、LC3-Ⅱ蛋白表达水平,p-AMPKα/AMPKα比值及Beclin-1、LC3-Ⅱ阳性细胞数显著增加,p-mTOR/mTOR比值显著降低(P<0.05)。经PNS治疗后上述现象均得到明显改善。结论:PNS通过抑制AMPK/mTOR介导的自噬改善MCAO大鼠的神经功能,是治疗脑缺血的潜在有效药物。 展开更多

本研究旨在探明人参茎叶皂苷聚乳酸羟基乙酸纳米微球[ginseng stem-leaf saponin poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)nanoparticles,GSLS-NPs]对猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)灭活疫苗的黏膜免疫增强效果。选取2... 本研究旨在探明人参茎叶皂苷聚乳酸羟基乙酸纳米微球[ginseng stem-leaf saponin poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)nanoparticles,GSLS-NPs]对猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)灭活疫苗的黏膜免疫增强效果。选取25头“杜+长+大”三元杂交母猪,在产前连续14 d分别用GSLS-NPs、GSLS水溶液、空微球和生理盐水进行饲喂,随后接种PEDV灭活疫苗。分娩后,采集母猪血液和粪便以及仔猪的粪便,用于抗体、细胞因子和生化指标检测。结果显示:与仅接种PEDV灭活疫苗相比,口服GSLS-NPs能够持续增加母猪外周血和肠黏膜内白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)和干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的浓度。这种高水平的细胞因子状态能够维持至分娩后7 d以上。此外,口服GSLS-NPs显著促进了母猪肠黏膜内PEDV特异性免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)抗体的产生,该高水平IgA抗体状态能够维持至分娩后21 d。对于新生仔猪,GSLS-NPs显著增强了其体内的母源抗体水平,这种高水平状态可持续至出生后14 d。此外,体外试验表明,GSLS-NPs对猪小肠上皮细胞IPEC-J2生长无显著抑制作用。体内试验也显示,GSLS-NPs对母猪的肝肾功能无显著影响。综上所述,GSLS-NPs是一种安全且极具潜力的黏膜免疫佐剂。本研究不仅为新型PEDV疫苗佐剂的研发提供了有力依据,也为PEDV的防控提供了新的策略。 展开更多

目的探讨三七总皂苷(Panax notoginseng saponins,PNS)调控表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)/热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein 27,HSP27)轴对子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)细胞和巨噬细胞交互作用的影响... 目的探讨三七总皂苷(Panax notoginseng saponins,PNS)调控表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)/热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein 27,HSP27)轴对子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)细胞和巨噬细胞交互作用的影响。方法将ishikawa细胞分为:Control组、DDP组、PNS给药组、M2-CM组、M2-CM+DDP组、M2-CM+PNS组、M2-CM+PNS+oe-NC组、M2-CM+PNS+oe-EGFR组、PNS(200 mg·L^(-1))+oe-NC、PNS(200 mg·L^(-1))+oe-EGFR、oe-NC组、oe-EGFR组、oe-EGFR+si-NC组和oe-EGFR+si-HSP27组。MTT检测细胞增殖,Transwell实验检测细胞侵袭,TUNEL检测细胞凋亡,qRT-PCR检测巨噬细胞极化标志物CD86、CD163的mRNA水平,ELISA检测iNOS、IL-12水平。Western-blot检测EGFR和HSP27蛋白表达。构建裸鼠移植瘤模型并用PNS治疗裸鼠,评估PNS在体内的作用。结果与Control组相比,PNS与DDP明显抑制ishikawa细胞增殖与侵袭,诱导其凋亡。M2-CM处理抑制M1型巨噬细胞标志物,促进M2型巨噬细胞标志物,诱导ishikawa细胞生长,但该作用被PNS处理逆转。EGFR被证实为PNS的靶点,且相对于M2-CM+PNS+oe-NC组,EGFR过表达促进M2型巨噬细胞标志物水平,诱导ishikawa细胞增殖与侵袭,并抑制细胞凋亡。敲减HSP27能够逆转EGFR过表达对ishikawa细胞生物学行为的影响。动物实验显示,PNS能够抑制肿瘤生长,减少肿瘤组织中CD163、EGFR和HSP27阳性表达。结论PNS通过调控EGFR/HSP27轴影响巨噬细胞和EC细胞互作用进而参与EC进展。 展开更多

柑橘纤维协同皂皮皂苷改善杏仁乳稳定性的研究

为提高杏仁乳液的稳定性,本文通过向杏仁乳中添加柑橘纤维和不同含量的皂皮皂苷,并测定稳定性系数、离心沉淀率、黏度、粒径、Zeta电位绝对值以及界面蛋白吸附率等指标,探究柑橘纤维协同不同添加量的皂皮皂苷对杏仁乳液稳定性的影响。... 为提高杏仁乳液的稳定性,本文通过向杏仁乳中添加柑橘纤维和不同含量的皂皮皂苷,并测定稳定性系数、离心沉淀率、黏度、粒径、Zeta电位绝对值以及界面蛋白吸附率等指标,探究柑橘纤维协同不同添加量的皂皮皂苷对杏仁乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,与空白对照组CON相比,添加柑橘纤维和皂皮皂苷后的杏仁乳液稳定性显著提高(P<0.05)。当杏仁乳中柑橘纤维含量为0.3%时,随着皂皮皂苷添加量从0%增加到0.005%,杏仁乳液的稳定性系数、黏度、Zeta电位绝对值、界面蛋白吸附率均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当柑橘纤维和皂皮皂苷添加量为0.3%和0.003%时,杏仁乳液CF-QS3的稳定性系数、电位绝对值、粘度及界面蛋白吸附率达到最高,其离心沉淀率、粒径最小。与CON样品相比,柑橘纤维协同皂皮皂苷处理后的杏仁乳液CF-QS3的电位绝对值增大了26%,界面蛋白吸附率增大76%,离心沉淀率和粒径分别降低了25%和33%,此时杏仁乳稳定性最佳。因此,柑橘纤维和皂皮皂苷可作为天然、安全高效的稳定剂应用于食品乳液体系中。 展开更多

目的探讨黄芪总皂苷联合骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)调控基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)/CXC型趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)通路治疗自身免疫性卵巢早衰(POF)模型大鼠的作用及机制。方法大鼠随机分为POF组、黄芪总皂苷组、BMSCs组、联合组、联合+SDF-1... 目的探讨黄芪总皂苷联合骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)调控基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)/CXC型趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)通路治疗自身免疫性卵巢早衰(POF)模型大鼠的作用及机制。方法大鼠随机分为POF组、黄芪总皂苷组、BMSCs组、联合组、联合+SDF-1/CXCR4通路抑制剂(AMD3100)组、对照组,每组12只。除对照组外,其他组大鼠均需构建POF模型,建模成功后,开始处理,尾静脉注射的药物每周处理1次,腹腔注射的药物每天处理1次,持续4周。ELISA检测血清中抗卵巢抗体(AOAB)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平;检测卵巢指数的变化;HE染色检测卵巢中成熟卵泡数、发育卵泡数、闭锁卵泡数;流式细胞术检测卵巢中BMSCs数占比;qRT-PCR检测卵巢组织中细胞间质上皮转换因子(cMET)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、SDF-1、CXCR4 mRNA表达;Western blot检测卵巢组织中SDF-1、CXCR4蛋白水平。结果与对照组比较,POF组血清中AOAB、TNF-α、INF-γ水平、卵巢中闭锁卵泡数升高,β-EP、VEGF水平、卵巢指数、卵巢中成熟卵泡数、发育卵泡数、SDF-1、CXCR4 mRNA及蛋白表达降低(P<0.05);与POF组比较,黄芪总皂苷组、BMSCs组、联合组血清中AOAB、TNF-α、INF-γ水平、卵巢中闭锁卵泡数降低,β-EP、VEGF水平、卵巢指数、卵巢中成熟卵泡数、发育卵泡数、BMSCs数占比、cMET、HGF、SDF-1、CXCR4 mRNA及SDF-1、CXCR4蛋白表达升高,且联合组对应指标变化趋势最明显(P<0.05);AMD3100逆转了黄芪总皂苷联合BMSCs对POF大鼠的影响。结论黄芪总皂苷联合BMSCs可能通过激活SDF-1/CXCR4通路抑制POF大鼠炎症、促进卵泡发育、提高卵巢中BMSCs数占比、促进BMSCs归巢,进而改善卵巢功能。 展开更多

对大豆黄浆水与豆胚芽中含有的生物活性物质质量浓度进行了测定,为其综合利用和生产提供一定的理论依据。采用比色法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定黄浆水生物活性成分含量。千张黄浆水中的总固形物、总糖、异黄酮、皂苷、Na、K... 对大豆黄浆水与豆胚芽中含有的生物活性物质质量浓度进行了测定,为其综合利用和生产提供一定的理论依据。采用比色法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定黄浆水生物活性成分含量。千张黄浆水中的总固形物、总糖、异黄酮、皂苷、Na、K、Ca、Mg的质量浓度分别为2.9%、14.2 g/L、0.194 g/L、0.867 g/L、0.843 mg/L、125.805 mg/L、0.937 mg/L、22.959 mg/L,而在豆干黄浆水中分别为3.0%、17.4 g/L、0.177 g/L、1.247 g/L、0.565 mg/L、106.450 mg/L、0.679 mg/L、15.923 mg/L。豆胚芽中异黄酮和皂苷质量分数分别为3.515、15.468 mg/g(以干质量计)。黄浆水中植酸质量浓度很低,可忽略不计。总糖和K质量浓度较高,有较高的营养价值。千张黄浆水和豆干黄浆水异黄酮及总皂苷质量分数接近,无显著差异。异黄酮质量分数约为0.18 kg/t,总皂苷质量分数约为1.00 kg/t。黄浆水和豆胚芽中的生物活性物质具有较好的开发价值。 展开更多

从油茶籽提取的茶皂素对猪源多重耐药产肠毒素大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果 被引量:2

本研究旨在探索茶皂素对猪源多重耐药性产肠毒素大肠杆菌(enterotoxigenic E.coli,ETEC)的抑菌效果,并解析其抑菌机制,为防控ETEC感染引起的仔猪腹泻提供新思路。本研究首先采用标准的纸片扩散法,评估所选取的猪源ETEC菌株对一系列抗生... 本研究旨在探索茶皂素对猪源多重耐药性产肠毒素大肠杆菌(enterotoxigenic E.coli,ETEC)的抑菌效果,并解析其抑菌机制,为防控ETEC感染引起的仔猪腹泻提供新思路。本研究首先采用标准的纸片扩散法,评估所选取的猪源ETEC菌株对一系列抗生素的敏感性,并利用96孔微量肉汤稀释法测定抗生素及茶皂素对该ETEC菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。通过对比有无茶皂素处理条件下,该ETEC菌株的生长曲线变化、超微结构变化,以及胞内核酸、蛋白质和碱性磷酸酶等物质的泄漏情况,明确茶皂素对猪源多重耐药性ETEC的抑菌作用。此外,还采用转录组学技术分析有无茶皂素处理条件下细菌基因表达谱的差异,揭示茶皂素对该猪源ETEC的抑菌作用机制。此外,利用CCK-8方法评估茶皂素在猪小肠上皮细胞(IPEC-J2)上的安全性和有效性。药敏试验结果显示,该猪源ETEC菌株对临床常用的14种抗生素中的9种具有耐药性,属于多重耐药菌株。而茶皂素的MIC为50 mg·mL^(-1),在1×MIC和2×MIC的浓度下,它对猪源多重耐药ETEC菌株展现出较强的抑菌活性,能在12 h的作用时间内有效抑制该ETEC菌株的生长和繁殖。经过1×MIC和2×MIC浓度的茶皂素处理后,细菌的形态结构发生显著变化。具体表现为细菌细胞结构受到严重破坏,导致细菌胞外的核酸、可溶性蛋白质以及碱性磷酸酶的浓度在最初的2 h内显著性上升,并且在整个12 h的观察期内,这些物质的浓度均显著高于对照组,最终导致细菌的死亡。SDS-PAGE电泳结果显示,经过茶皂素处理的ETEC菌株,在相对分子质量15~25 ku的蛋白质条带明显减少。转录组分析进一步揭示,茶皂素的抑菌机制可能涉及多个层面,包括抑制脂多糖的生物合成、影响核糖体的功能以及干扰细菌蛋白质的合成过程等相关通路。此外,研究还发现,在0.781~12.5μg·mL^(-1)的浓度,茶皂素对IPEC-J2细胞无明显的毒副作用。特别地,在12.5μg·mL^(-1)的浓度下,茶皂素能显著提高IPEC-J2细胞在受到ETEC感染后的存活率。综上所述,茶皂素对猪源多重耐药性ETEC菌株具有显著的抑菌活性,其抑菌机制复杂且多层面。研究结果为茶皂素作为天然抑菌剂在畜牧业中的应用提供了理论支持。 展开更多
