With these abilities, receivers can obtain signals with different power in ultra-wideband frequency space without information loss. However, conventional receiving scheme is hard to have large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously because of the analog-to-digital converter(ADC) dynamic range and sample rate limitations. In this paper, based on the modulated sampling and unlimited sampling, a novel receiving scheme is proposed to achieve large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving. Focusing on the single carrier signals, the proposed scheme only uses a single self-rest ADC(SR-ADC) with low sample rate, and it achieves large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously. Two receiving scenarios are considered, and they are cooperative strong signal receiving and non-cooperative strong/weak signals receiving. In the cooperative receiving scenario, an improved fast recovery method is proposed to obtain the modulated sampling output. In the non-cooperative receiving scenario, the strong and weak signals with different carrier frequencies are considered, and the signal processing method can recover and estimate each signal. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can realize large dynamic range and ultra-wideband receiving simultaneously when the input signal-to-noise(SNR) ratio is high.展开更多

An electronic counter-countermeasure(ECCM) scheme is proposed to remove the ISRJ-based false targets from the pulse compression result of the de-chirping radar. Through the time-frequency(TF) analysis of the radar echo signal, it can be found that the TF characteristics of the ISRJ signal are discontinuous in the pulse duration because the ISRJ jammer needs short durations to receive the radar signal. Based on the discontinuous characteristics a particular band-pass filter can be generated by two alternative approaches to retain the true target signal and suppress the ISRJ signal. The simulation results prove the validity of the proposed ECCM scheme for the ISRJ.展开更多

This algorithm which is based on interacting multiple models incorporates the grey relational grade (GRG) into the particle swarm optimization (PSO). Firstly, the desired tracking accuracy is set for each target. Secondly, sampling intervals are selected as particles, and then the advantage of the GRG is taken as the measurement function for resource management. Meanwhile, the fitness value of the PSO is used to measure the difference between desired tracking accuracy and estimated tracking accuracy. Finally, it is suggested that the radar should track the target whose prediction value of the next sampling interval is the smallest. Simulations show that the proposed method improves both the tracking accuracy and tracking efficiency of the phased-array radar.展开更多

The performance of current data mining algorithms is not good enough for processing imbalanced datasets. The synthetic minority over-sampling technique(SMOTE) is specifically designed for learning from imbalanced datasets, generating synthetic minority class examples by interpolating between minority class examples nearby. However, the SMOTE encounters the overgeneralization problem. The densitybased spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN) is not rigorous when dealing with the samples near the borderline. We optimize the DBSCAN algorithm for this problem to make clustering more reasonable. This paper integrates the optimized DBSCAN and SMOTE, and proposes a density-based synthetic minority over-sampling technique(DSMOTE). First, the optimized DBSCAN is used to divide the samples of the minority class into three groups, including core samples, borderline samples and noise samples, and then the noise samples of minority class is removed to synthesize more effective samples. In order to make full use of the information of core samples and borderline samples, different strategies are used to over-sample core samples and borderline samples. Experiments show that DSMOTE can achieve better results compared with SMOTE and Borderline-SMOTE in terms of precision, recall and F-value.展开更多

Firstly, the system equation was updated by introducing a correction term, which depends on the current measurement and can be obtained by running a suboptimal filter. Then, a new importance density function(IDF) was defined by the updated system equation. Particles drawn from the new IDF are more likely to be in the significant region of state space and the estimation accuracy can be improved. By using different suboptimal filter, different particle filters(PFs) can be developed in this framework. Extensions of this idea were also proposed by iteratively updating the system equation using particle filter itself, resulting in the iterated particle filter. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed IDF.展开更多

文摘In this study,a uniaxial cyclic compression test is conducted on coal-rock composite structures under two cyclic loads using MTSE45.104 testing apparatus to investigate the macro-mesoscopic deformation, damage behavior, and energy evolution characteristics of these structures under different cyclic stress disturbances.Three loading and unloading rates(LURs)are tested to examine the damage behaviors and energy-driven characteristics of the composites. The findings reveal that the energy-driven behavior, mechanical properties, and macro-micro degradation characteristics of the composites are significantly influenced by the loading rate.Under the gradual cyclic loading and unloading(CLU)path with a constant lower limit(path I)and the CLU path with variable upper and lower boundaries(path II),an increase in LURs from 0.05 to 0.15 mm/min reduces the average loading time by 32.39%and 48.60%,respectively.Consequently,the total number of cracks in the samples increases by 1.66-fold for path I and 1.41-fold for path II.As LURs further increase, the energy storage limit of samples expands, leading to a higher proportion of transmatrix and shear cracks.Under both cyclic loading conditions,a broader cyclic stress range promotes energy dissipation and the formation of internal fractures.Notably,at higher loading rates, cracks tend to propagate along primary weak surfaces, leading to an increased incidence of intermatrix fractures. This behavior indicates a microscopic feature of the failure mechanisms in composite structures. These results provide a theoretical basis for elucidating the damage and failure characteristics of coal-rock composite structures under cyclic stress disturbances.

文摘The interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ) is an effective deception jamming method for coherent radar, especially for the wideband linear frequency modulation(LFM) radar. The simulation results prove the validity of the proposed ECCM scheme for the ISRJ.

文摘Based on the complex correlation between the geochemical element distribution patterns at the surface and the types of bedrock and the powerful capabilities in capturing subtle of machine learning algorithms, four machine learning algorithms, namely, decision tree(DT),random forest(RF),XGBoost(XGB),and LightGBM(LGBM),were implemented for the lithostratigraphic classification and lithostratigraphic prediction of a quaternary coverage area based on stream sediment geochemical sampling data in the Chahanwusu River of Dulan County,Qinghai Province,China. The local Moran’s I to represent the features of spatial autocorrelations, and terrain factors to represent the features of surface geological processes, were calculated as additional features. The accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores were chosen as the evaluation indices and Voronoi diagrams were applied for visualization. The results indicate that XGB and LGBM models both performed well. They not only obtained relatively satisfactory classification performance but also predicted lithostratigraphic types of the Quaternary coverage area that are essentially consistent with their neighborhoods which have the known types. It is feasible to classify the lithostratigraphic types through the concentrations of geochemical elements in the sediments, and the XGB and LGBM algorithms are recommended for lithostratigraphic classification.

文摘A novel adaptive sampling interval algorithm for multitarget tracking is presented. Simulations show that the proposed method improves both the tracking accuracy and tracking efficiency of the phased-array radar.

文摘For imbalanced datasets, the focus of classification is to identify samples of the minority class. Experiments show that DSMOTE can achieve better results compared with SMOTE and Borderline-SMOTE in terms of precision, recall and F-value.

文摘The current measurement was exploited in a more efficient way. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed IDF.

文摘Surrogate models have shown to be effective in assisting evolutionary algorithms(EAs)for solving computationally expensive complex optimization problems. However, the effectiveness of the existing surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithms still needs to be improved.A data-driven evolutionary sampling optimization(DESO)framework is proposed, where at each generation it randomly employs one of two evolutionary sampling strategies, surrogate screening and surrogate local search based on historical data,to effectively balance global and local search. In DESO,the radial basis function(RBF)is used as the surrogate model in the sampling strategy, and different degrees of the evolutionary process are used to sample candidate points. The sampled points by sampling strategies are evaluated, and then added into the database for the updating surrogate model and population in the next sampling. To get the insight of DESO,extensive experiments and analysis of DESO have been performed. The proposed algorithm presents superior computational efficiency and robustness compared with five state-of-the-art algorithms on benchmark problems from 20 to 200 dimensions.Besides,DESO is applied to an airfoil design problem to show its effectiveness.

文摘As the signal bandwidth and the number of channels increase, the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging system produces huge amount of data according to the Shannon-Nyquist theorem, causing a huge burden for data transmission. This paper concerns the coprime sampl which are proposed recently but ng and nested sparse sampling, have never been applied to real world for target detection, and proposes a novel way which utilizes these new sub-Nyquist sampling structures for SAR sampling in azimuth and reconstructs the data of SAR sampling by compressive sensing (CS). Both the simulated and real data are processed to test the algorithm, and the results indicate the way which combines these new undersampling structures and CS is able to achieve the SAR imaging effectively with much less data than regularly ways required. Finally, the influence of a little sampling jitter to SAR imaging is analyzed by theoretical analysis and experimental analysis, and then it concludes a little sampling jitter have no effect on image quality of SAR.

文摘The problem of guaranteed cost control for the networked control systems(NCSs) with time-varying delays, time-varying sampling intervals and signals quantization was investigated, wherein the physical plant was continuous-time one, and the control input was discrete-time one. By using an input delay approach and a sector bound method, the network induced delays, quantization parameter and sampling intervals were presented in one framework in the case of the state and the control input by quantized in a logarithmic form. A novel Lyapunov function with discontinuity, which took full advantages of the NCS characteristic information, was exploited. In addition, it was shown that Lyapunov function decreased at the jump instants. Furthermore, the Leibniz-Newton formula and free-weighting matrix methods were used to obtain the guaranteed cost controller design conditions which were dependent on the NCS characteristic information. A numerical example was used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
