Then, four types of ontology constructing rules including class, property, property characteristics, and property restrictions ave formalized according to the model. Experiment results described in Web ontology language prove that our proposed approach is feasible for applying in the semantic objects project of semantic computing laboratory in UC Irvine. To solve the problems, the fuzzy control method and the genetic algorithms were systematically integrated to create a kind of improved fuzzy adaptive genetic algorithm （FAGA） based on the auto-regulating fuzzy rules （ARFR-FAGA）. By using the fuzzy control method, the values of Pc and Pm were adjusted according to the evolutional process, and the fuzzy rules were optimized by another genetic algorithm. Experimental results in solving the function optimization problems demonstrate that the convergence rate and solution quality of ARFR-FAGA exceed those of SGA, AGA and fuzzy adaptive genetic algorithm based on expertise （EFAGA） obviously in the global search.展开更多

The algorithm can mine the association rules with decision attributes directly without processing missing values. Using the incomplete dataset Mushroom from UCI machine learning repository, the new algorithm was compared with the classical association rules mining algorithm based on Apriori from the number of rules extracted, testing accuracy and execution time. The judgment theorems and approximation discernibility functions with respect to them are presented to compute the relative reduct by using Boolean reasoning techniques, from which we can derive optimal fuzzy decision rules from the systems. And according to academic e...By the means of static leaching experiment and dynamic leaching experiment,CODCr leaching rules of dumped MSW(Municipal Solid Waste) in Songtao Reservoir,Hainan Province,China,were studied. And according to academic experience and fitted results of experiment data,the models of CODCr leaching rules in the leaching condition were deduced. The static leaching experiment indicates that,both in water-changing section and no-water-changing section,the ratio of liquid to solid has a remarkable influence on CODCr leaching concentration. The exponential model could be established to approximately describe CODCr leaching rules and the curve fits well. The dynamic leaching experiment indicates that,leaching rules of MSW can be approximately described by power model,which can well fit the leaching experiment data. By the contrast of the static leaching experiment and dynamic leaching experiment,the differences of CODCr leaching rules between the two experiments are significant. By the exponential model,the average static leaching rate of CODCr is calculated as 882.24 mg/(kg·d) for water-changing section and 320.39 mg/(kg·d) for no-water-changing section; by the power model,the average dynamic leaching rate of CODCr is 208.77 mg/(kg·d).展开更多

Quasi-static representation of earthquake effects using a seismic coefficient concept was adopted for seismic bearing capacity calculations. A multi-wedge translational failure mechanism was used to obtain the seismic bearing capacity factors for different seismic coefficients and various inclined angles. Employing the associated flow rule, numerical results were compared with the published solutions. For bearing capacity factors related to cohesion and equivalent surcharge load, the maximum difference approximates 0.1%. However, the difference of bearing capacity factor related to unit weight is larger. With the two flow rules, the seismic bearing capacity factors were presented in the form of design charts for practical use. The results show that seismic bearing capacity factors related to the cohesion, the equivalent surcharge load and the unit weight increase greatly as the dilatancy angle increases, and that the nonassociated flow rule has important influences on the seismic bearing capacity.展开更多
The influences of soil dilatancy angle on three-dimensional （3D） seismic stability of locally-loaded slopes in nonassociated flow rule materials were investigated using a new rotational collapse mechanism and quasi-...The influences of soil dilatancy angle on three-dimensional （3D） seismic stability of locally-loaded slopes in nonassociated flow rule materials were investigated using a new rotational collapse mechanism and quasi-static coefficient concept. Extended Bishop method and Boussinesq theorem were employed to establish the stress distribution along the rupture surfaces that are required to obtain the rate of internal energy dissipation for the nonassociated flow rule materials in rotational collapse mechanisms. Good agreement was observed by comparing the current results with those obtained using the translational or rotational mechanisms and numerical finite difference method. The results indicate that the seismic stability of slopes reduces by decreasing the dilatancy angle for nonassociated flow rule materials. The amount of the mentioned decrease is more significant in the case of mild slopes in frictional soils. A nearly infinite slope under local loading, whether its critical failure surface is 2D or 3D, not only depends on the magnitude of the external load, but also depends on the dilataney angle of soil and the coefficient of seismic load.展开更多

The fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real number were extracted from numerical data, and a linguistic representation method for deriving linguistic rules from fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real numbers was developed. The linguistic representation consisted of The simulat two linguistic variables with the degree of certainty and the storage structure of rule base was described. on results show that the method involves neither the time-consuming iterative learning procedure nor the complicated rule generation mechanisms, and can approximate complex system. The method was applied to determine the flux amount of copper converting furnace in the process of matter converting. With the popularization of social media,public opi-nion information on emergencies spreads rapidly on the Internet,the impact of negative public opinions on an event has become more significant.Based on the organizati...With the popularization of social media,public opi-nion information on emergencies spreads rapidly on the Internet,the impact of negative public opinions on an event has become more significant.Based on the organizational form of public opinion information,the knowledge graph is used to construct the knowledge base of public opinion risk cases on the emer-gency network.The emotion recognition model of negative pub-lic opinion information based on the bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)network is studied in the model layer design,and a linear discriminant analysis(LDA)topic extraction method combined with association rules is proposed to extract and mine the semantics of negative public opinion topics to real-ize further in-depth analysis of information topics.Focusing on public health emergencies,knowledge acquisition and knowl-edge processing of public opinion information are conducted,and the experimental results show that the knowledge graph framework based on the construction can facilitate in-depth theme evolution analysis of public opinion events,thus demon-strating important research significance for reducing online pub-lic opinion risks.展开更多

Existing weapon-target assignment methods primarily focus on macro cluster constraints while neglecting individual strategy updates. This paper proposes a novel weapon-target assignment method for UAVs based on the multi-strategy threshold public goods game(PGG). By analyzing the concept mapping between weapon-target assignment for UAVs and multi-strategy threshold PGG, a weapon-target assignment model for UAVs based on the multi-strategy threshold PGG is established, which is adaptively complemented by the diverse cooperation-defection strategy library and the utility function based on the threshold mechanism. Additionally, a multi-chain Markov is formulated to quantitatively describe the stochastic evolutionary dynamics, whose evolutionary stable distribution is theoretically derived through the development of a strategy update rule based on preference-based aspiration dynamic. Numerical simulation results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, and the impacts of selection intensity, preference degree and threshold on the evolutionary stable distribution are analyzed. Comparative simulations show that the proposed method outperforms GWO, DE, and NSGA-II, achieving 17.18% higher expected utility than NSGA-II and reducing evolutionary stable times by 25% in large-scale scenario.展开更多

The results show that seismic bearing capacity factors related to the cohesion, the equivalent surcharge load and the unit weight increase greatly as the dilatancy angle increases, and that the nonassociated flow rule has important influences on the seismic bearing capacity.
文摘The influences of soil dilatancy angle on three-dimensional （3D） seismic stability of locally-loaded slopes in nonassociated flow rule materials were investigated using a new rotational collapse mechanism and quasi-static coefficient concept. Extended Bishop method and Boussinesq theorem were employed to establish the stress distribution along the rupture surfaces that are required to obtain the rate of internal energy dissipation for the nonassociated flow rule materials in rotational collapse mechanisms. Good agreement was observed by comparing the current results with those obtained using the translational or rotational mechanisms and numerical finite difference method. The results indicate that the seismic stability of slopes reduces by decreasing the dilatancy angle for nonassociated flow rule materials. The amount of the mentioned decrease is more significant in the case of mild slopes in frictional soils. A nearly infinite slope under local loading, whether its critical failure surface is 2D or 3D, not only depends on the magnitude of the external load, but also depends on the dilataney angle of soil and the coefficient of seismic load.

文摘The basic principles of IF/THEN rules in rough set theory are analyzed first, and then the automatic process of knowledge acquisition is given. The numerical data is qualitatively processed by the classification of membership functions and membership degrees to get the normative decision table. The regular method of relations and the reduction algorithm of attributes are studied. The reduced relations are presented by the multi-representvalue method and its algorithm is offered. The whole knowledge acquisition process has high degree of automation and the extracted knowledge is true and reliable.
文摘The objective principles of shiology are mainly reflected in three fields as food acquisition, eaters' health and shiance order. Most of the objective principles in the field of food acquisition have been revealed by agronomy and foodstuff science. This research mainly focuses on 10 principles in the field of eaters' health and shiance order and in addition, there are also five lemmas that extend from the above principles. The 10 principles are the core theory of the shiology knowledge system, which play an important role in the objective principles revealed by human beings and constitute one of the basic principles of human civilization. Compared with the scientific principles of mathematics, physics, chemistry and economics, the principles of shiology have three characteristics as popularity, practicability and survivability. The principles of shiology in the field of eaters' health are all around us, and everyone can understand and master them. Using the principles of shiology can improve the healthy life span of 8 billion people. The principles of shiology in the field of shiance order is an important tool of social governance, which can reduce human social conflicts, reduce social involution, improve overall efficiency of social operation, and maintain the sustainable development of human beings.

文摘A fast generation method of fuzzy rules for flux optimization decision-making was proposed in order to extract the linguistic knowledge from numerical data in the process of matter converting. The fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real number were extracted from numerical data, and a linguistic representation method for deriving linguistic rules from fuzzy if-then rules with consequent real numbers was developed. The linguistic representation consisted of The simulat two linguistic variables with the degree of certainty and the storage structure of rule base was described. on results show that the method involves neither the time-consuming iterative learning procedure nor the complicated rule generation mechanisms, and can approximate complex system. The method was applied to determine the flux amount of copper converting furnace in the process of matter converting. The real result shows that the mass fraction of Cu in slag is reduced by 0.5 %.

文摘With the popularization of social media,public opi-nion information on emergencies spreads rapidly on the Internet,the impact of negative public opinions on an event has become more significant.Based on the organizational form of public opinion information,the knowledge graph is used to construct the knowledge base of public opinion risk cases on the emer-gency network.The emotion recognition model of negative pub-lic opinion information based on the bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)network is studied in the model layer design,and a linear discriminant analysis(LDA)topic extraction method combined with association rules is proposed to extract and mine the semantics of negative public opinion topics to real-ize further in-depth analysis of information topics.Focusing on public health emergencies,knowledge acquisition and knowl-edge processing of public opinion information are conducted,and the experimental results show that the knowledge graph framework based on the construction can facilitate in-depth theme evolution analysis of public opinion events,thus demon-strating important research significance for reducing online pub-lic opinion risks.

文摘As a crucial process in the coordinated strikes of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), weapon-target assignment is vital for optimizing the allocation of available weapons and effectively exploiting the capabilities of UAVs. Existing weapon-target assignment methods primarily focus on macro cluster constraints while neglecting individual strategy updates. This paper proposes a novel weapon-target assignment method for UAVs based on the multi-strategy threshold public goods game(PGG). By analyzing the concept mapping between weapon-target assignment for UAVs and multi-strategy threshold PGG, a weapon-target assignment model for UAVs based on the multi-strategy threshold PGG is established, which is adaptively complemented by the diverse cooperation-defection strategy library and the utility function based on the threshold mechanism. Additionally, a multi-chain Markov is formulated to quantitatively describe the stochastic evolutionary dynamics, whose evolutionary stable distribution is theoretically derived through the development of a strategy update rule based on preference-based aspiration dynamic. Numerical simulation results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, and the impacts of selection intensity, preference degree and threshold on the evolutionary stable distribution are analyzed. Comparative simulations show that the proposed method outperforms GWO, DE, and NSGA-II, achieving 17.18% higher expected utility than NSGA-II and reducing evolutionary stable times by 25% in large-scale scenario.
