Improved expert system of rockburst intensity level prediction based on machine learning and data-driven:Supported by 1114 rockburst cases in 197 rock underground projects

Accurate prediction of rockburst intensity levels is crucial for ensuring the safety of deep hard rock engineering construction.This paper introduced an expert system for rockburst intensity level prediction that employs machine learning algorithms as the basis for its inference rules.The system comprises four modules:a database,a repository,an inference engine,and an interpreter.A database containing 1114 rockburst cases was used to construct 357 datasets that serve as the repository for the expert system.Additionally,19 types of machine learning algorithms were used to establish 6783 micro-models to construct cognitive rules within the inference engine.By integrating probability theory and marginal analysis,a fuzzy scoring method based on the SoftMax function was developed and applied to the interpreter for rockburst intensity level prediction,effectively restoring the continuity of rockburst characteristics.The research results indicate that ensemble algorithms based on decision trees are more effective in capturing the characteristics of rockburst.Key factors for accurate prediction of rockburst intensity include uniaxial compressive strength,elastic energy index,the maximum principal stress,tangential stress,and their composite indicators.The accuracy of the proposed rockburst intensity level prediction expert system was verified using 20 engineering rockburst cases,with predictions aligning closely with the actual rockburst intensity levels. 展开更多

温阳利水方通过激活RhoA/ROCK通路改善慢性肺源性心脏病小鼠心肌细胞焦亡的机制

目的探讨温阳利水方通过激活RhoA/ROCK通路改善慢性肺源性心脏病小鼠心肌细胞焦亡的机制。方法60只健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠用于实验研究。将小鼠暴露于烟雾和高压氧舱中诱导慢性肺源性心脏病(chronic pulmonary heart disease,CPHD)模型。... 目的探讨温阳利水方通过激活RhoA/ROCK通路改善慢性肺源性心脏病小鼠心肌细胞焦亡的机制。方法60只健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠用于实验研究。将小鼠暴露于烟雾和高压氧舱中诱导慢性肺源性心脏病(chronic pulmonary heart disease,CPHD)模型。将小鼠分为以下3组:对照组(正常条件下饲养的小鼠,接受清洁空气和0.9%氯化钠溶液作为模型组和温阳利水方组的对照,n=20),模型组(如前所述建立的CPF模型,n=20),温阳利水方组(在模型小鼠的基础上给予温阳利水方药剂治疗,n=20)。通过qPCR分析RhoA、ROCK1和ROCK2 mRNA表达。通过蛋白质印迹分析小鼠心肌组织p-MBS/t-MBS比值。通过酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠外周血炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)和白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平。组织学分析小鼠心肌受损情况。通过超声心动图检测小鼠心肌功能。通过PI染色检测焦亡细胞。通过蛋白质印迹分析焦亡相关因子高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB1)和热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达。结果模型组RhoA、ROCK1和ROCK2 mRNA表达较对照组升高(P<0.05),温阳利水方组RhoA、ROCK1和ROCK2 mRNA表达较模型组降低(P<0.05)。模型组p-MBS/t-MBS比值较对照组升高(P<0.05),温阳利水方组p-MBS/t-MBS比值较模型组降低(P<0.05)。模型组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),温阳利水方组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平较模型组降低(P<0.05)。HE染色显示,与对照组小鼠心肌相比,模型组小鼠心肌细胞排列紊乱,细胞肥大,炎症细胞浸润明显(P<0.05),与模型组相比,温阳利水方显著改善了CPHD引起的病理改变(P<0.05)。马松染色作为纤维化的病理检查表明,CPHD可导致小鼠严重的心肌纤维化,温阳利水方治疗可显著减少胶原沉积(P<0.05)。模型组小鼠左室收缩压(left ventricular systolic pressure,LVSP)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)和心搏量(stroke volume,SV)较对照组降低(P<0.05),温阳利水方组LVSP、LVEF和SV较模型组升高(P<0.05)。模型组小鼠心肌细胞焦亡率较对照组升高(P<0.05),温阳利水方组小鼠心肌细胞焦亡率较模型组降低(P<0.05)。模型组HMGB1和HSP70的表达较对照组升高(P<0.05),温阳利水方组HMGB1和HSP70的蛋白表达较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水方通过激活RhoA/ROCK通路,显著改善了CPHD小鼠模型中心肌细胞焦亡和心肌结构及功能。 展开更多

目的探究水蛭提取物(leech)调控Rho激酶(Rhoassociated coiled-coil-forming kinase,ROCK)通路保护大脑中动脉闭塞/再灌注(middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfu-sion,MCAO/R)小鼠血脑屏障及其作用机制。方法采用大脑中动脉线栓法... 目的探究水蛭提取物(leech)调控Rho激酶(Rhoassociated coiled-coil-forming kinase,ROCK)通路保护大脑中动脉闭塞/再灌注(middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfu-sion,MCAO/R)小鼠血脑屏障及其作用机制。方法采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立MCAO/R模型后,将SPF级C57BL/6(C57BL/6JNifdc)雄性小鼠,分为假手术(Sham)组、MCAO/R组、阿司匹林组(aspirin,13 mg·kg^(-1))、水蛭提取液组(leech,0.8、1.6、2.4 mL·kg^(-1))共6组。TTC染色观察脑梗死体积,mNSS评分评价神经缺损情况;HE染色及Nissl染色观察各组小鼠脑缺血半暗带病理改变;免疫荧光检测Laminin,PDGFRβ/Biotinylated LEL免疫荧光双染检测脑缺血半暗带周细胞与脑微血管内皮细胞解离情况;Western blot检测RhoA、ROCKⅡ蛋白,紧密连接相关蛋白ZO-1、Occludin、Clau-din-5,基底膜(BM)相关蛋白层粘连蛋白(LN)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)及金属基质蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白,以及p-MLC/MLC蛋白表达情况。结果Leech明显改善小鼠神经缺损,减轻脑梗死体积(P<0.05,P<0.01);Western blot结果显示,leech可上调ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-5、Laminin、Fibronectin蛋白表达,降低p-MLC/MLC、RhoA、ROCKⅡ、MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白表达(P<0.05,P<0.01);免疫荧光结果显示,leech可明显提高Laminin及PDGFRβ/Biotinylated LEL免疫荧光双染的表达。结论Leech可以改善MCAO/R小鼠脑缺血半暗带BBB损伤,其机制可能是通过调节RhoA/ROCKⅡ信号通路有关。 展开更多

目的探讨FOXK1在食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)中的表达、功能及其潜在的分子调控机制。方法常规培养ESCC细胞系KYSE-150、KYSE-170和TE-1;并使用转染试剂将核酸和质粒转染至各组细胞。结合数据库分析和qRT-... 目的探讨FOXK1在食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)中的表达、功能及其潜在的分子调控机制。方法常规培养ESCC细胞系KYSE-150、KYSE-170和TE-1;并使用转染试剂将核酸和质粒转染至各组细胞。结合数据库分析和qRT-PCR检测FOXK1在ESCC组织和细胞中的表达;开展生物信息学分析预测下游靶基因,并以ROCK1为候选基因,采用qRT-PCR检测其表达,双荧光素酶报告实验验证FOXK1对ROCK1启动子的转录调控作用。通过平板克隆实验、划痕愈合实验及Transwell小室实验检测各组细胞的克隆形成、迁移及侵袭能力。应用qRT-PCR和Western blot法检测各组细胞中上皮-间质转化(epithelialmesenchymal transition,EMT)关键分子的表达;免疫荧光实验检测F-actin的荧光强度。结果FOXK1在ESCC组织和细胞中呈高表达,其中KYSE-150、KYSE-170和TE-1细胞的表达量分别约为正常食管上皮细胞的40.0倍、17.9倍和24.8倍(P<0.05)。ROCK1为FOXK1的潜在下游靶基因,两者表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05),且ROCK1在ESCC细胞系中亦高表达。过表达及敲低FOXK1会相应上调或下调ROCK1的表达,并证实FOXK1可结合ROCK1启动子发挥转录调控作用。功能方面,过表达FOXK1促进ESCC细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,敲低ROCK1抑制上述表型,两者同时作用可部分逆转由FOXK1过表达所引起的促肿瘤效应。机制层面,敲低ROCK1使EMT进程关键分子CDH2、vimentin和ZEB1的mRNA及蛋白水平均下降;过表达FOXK1增强F-actin的聚合,敲低ROCK1削弱F-actin的聚合,两者同时作用可部分逆转FOXK1对F-actin的促聚合效应。结论FOXK1通过上调ROCK1的表达促进ESCC细胞的迁移和侵袭,提示FOXK1可能作为ESCC的潜在诊断和治疗靶点。 展开更多

The development of metallic mineral resources generates a significant amount of solid waste,such as tailings and waste rock.Cemented tailings and waste-rock backfill(CTWB)is an effective method for managing and disposing of this mining waste.This study employs a macro-meso-micro testing method to investigate the effects of the waste rock grading index(WGI)and loading rate(LR)on the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),pore structure,and micromorphology of CTWB materials.Pore structures were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).The particles(pores)and cracks analysis system(PCAS)software was used to quantitatively characterize the multi-scale micropores in the SEM images.The key findings indicate that the macroscopic results(UCS)of CTWB materials correspond to the microscopic results(pore structure and micromorphology).Changes in porosity largely depend on the conditions of waste rock grading index and loading rate.The inclusion of waste rock initially increases and then decreases the UCS,while porosity first decreases and then increases,with a critical waste rock grading index of 0.6.As the loading rate increases,UCS initially rises and then falls,while porosity gradually increases.Based on MIP and SEM results,at waste rock grading index 0.6,the most probable pore diameters,total pore area(TPA),pore number(PN),maximum pore area(MPA),and area probability distribution index(APDI)are minimized,while average pore form factor(APF)and fractal dimension of pore porosity distribution(FDPD)are maximized,indicating the most compact pore structure.At a loading rate of 12.0 mm/min,the most probable pore diameters,TPA,PN,MPA,APF,and APDI reach their maximum values,while FDPD reaches its minimum value.Finally,the mechanism of CTWB materials during compression is analyzed,based on the quantitative results of UCS and porosity.The research findings play a crucial role in ensuring the successful application of CTWB materials in deep metal mines. 展开更多

目的癫痫是全球最常见的神经系统疾病之一,其发病机制涉及神经元网络异常与氧化损伤,目前缺乏有效干预策略,探索新靶点具有重要意义。本研究旨在探究下调肌动蛋白结合蛋白1(profilin 1,PFN1)通过调控RhoA/ROCK2信号通路稳定癫痫海马神... 目的癫痫是全球最常见的神经系统疾病之一,其发病机制涉及神经元网络异常与氧化损伤,目前缺乏有效干预策略,探索新靶点具有重要意义。本研究旨在探究下调肌动蛋白结合蛋白1(profilin 1,PFN1)通过调控RhoA/ROCK2信号通路稳定癫痫海马神经元内钙稳态和抑制神经元的氧化应激。方法通过基因表达综合(Gene Expression Omnibus,GEO)数据库和人类蛋白质图谱(the Human Protein Atlas,THPA)数据库,开展生物信息学分析,以探究颞叶癫痫的关键差异表达基因。体内实验中,将82只雄性8~10周龄C57BL/6J小鼠(体质量20~25 g)按随机数字表法分为对照组、癫痫模型组、空载对照组及PFN1干扰组。其中,空载对照组与PFN1干扰组分别经脑立体定向注射siCon或si PFN1复合物,72 h后注射红藻氨酸(kainic acid,KA)诱导癫痫模型;其余2组仅给予生理盐水和KA。进一步采用RT-qPCR及Western blotting实验验证海马神经元PFN1表达特征;通过脑电图和Racine评分评估PFN1下调后癫痫模型鼠癫痫发作特征,通过旷场实验评估小鼠自发运动能力和探索行为水平;采用RT-qPCR、Western blotting、免疫组化染色及组织染色等方法分析PFN1下调后对海马神经元损伤的保护效应。体外实验中,提前对HT22细胞进行PFN1干扰,按相同分组采用无镁细胞外液建立癫痫细胞模型。通过钙成像、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)探针、流式细胞术等方法评估钙稳态和氧化应激水平,并通过免疫共沉淀和Western blotting实验验证PFN1与RhoA/ROCK2信号通路的相互作用。结果通过生物信息学分析,发现在癫痫模型中PFN1表达显著上调;表征结果显示,在癫痫模型中,PFN1转录及蛋白表达均显著升高(P<0.01),且与NeuN共定位于海马CA1、CA3区神经元细胞质内。敲低PFN1可显著降低Racine评分(P<0.001)、延长发作潜伏期(P<0.001),改善癫痫样放电及神经元形态,增加NeuN阳性细胞及尼氏小体数量(P<0.01)。机制研究表明,PFN1与RhoA、ROCK2形成蛋白复合物,敲低PFN1可抑制该通路蛋白表达(P<0.05),下调CAMK2水平(P<0.05),显著抑制钙内流(P<0.001)及ROS生成(P<0.001)。结论下调PFN1可能通过RhoA/ROCK2信号通路稳定癫痫海马神经元内钙稳态和抑制神经元氧化应激从而达到保护神经元效应。 展开更多

岩性识别是地质工作者的基本技能之一。随着人工智能的兴起,如何把地质专业人员识别岩性的能力转化成人工智能模型,提供岩性智能识别服务,让地学爱好者或者非地质专业人员也能较准确地识别岩性,成为地学领域智能服务需求之一。自然条件... 岩性识别是地质工作者的基本技能之一。随着人工智能的兴起,如何把地质专业人员识别岩性的能力转化成人工智能模型,提供岩性智能识别服务,让地学爱好者或者非地质专业人员也能较准确地识别岩性,成为地学领域智能服务需求之一。自然条件下,由于地表岩石分布不均,岩石图像数据集属于典型的长尾分布。本研究以深成侵入岩为例,选择于炳松等主编的《岩石学》中的岩石分类和命名方案,构建类不平衡的岩石图像识别研究数据集PlutonicRocks-13。本数据集包含13种常见的深成侵入岩,共4785张图片,原始图像共2.49 GB,主要岩石类型包括橄榄岩、辉石岩、角闪石岩、辉长岩、闪长岩、二长岩、正长岩、霞石正长岩、花岗闪长岩、二长花岗岩、正长花岗岩、斜长花岗岩、文象花岗岩。岩石图像主要从野外和馆藏机构采集露头和手标本图像,辅以网络渠道收集。经过筛选、处理和标注后,图像最终形成能为岩石图像分类任务提供基础数据的数据集。同时,采用岩石薄片鉴定和基于深度学习可解释性分析的数据集偏见检测等方法开展数据标注质量控制和评估。采用标注标签转换为问答对的方式,还可构建面向岩石图像分类任务的微调指令,为多模态模型的岩石图像分类任务提供指令微调数据集。本图像数据集可为岩石图像自动识别研究提供可靠的数据支撑,对地质调查、地表基质调查和地质科普等有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

This study analyzed the interaction between sequentially installed combined support systems and the surrounding rock.Six distinct forms of elastic-brittle-plastic rock masses with reinforcement were analyzed,along with the critical displacements that governed their transition behaviors.Virtual support pressure was introduced to assess the spatial influence of the tunnel face.It was determined by integrating the longitudinal displacement profile with the proposed ground characteristic curve solutions under various ground conditions.Considering the timing of support installation,the support-rock interaction was divided into three phases.A method was presented to determine the evolution of this interaction based on critical displacements.An analytical approach was further proposed to describe the complete process of support system-rock interaction using displacement coordination.The analytical results are validated against numerical simulations and field measurements,and the method's advantages are demonstrated through comparisons with existing models and the convergence-confinement approach.Finally,the effects of surrounding rock and support parameters are examined.The results indicate that residual cohesion,the friction angle of reinforced ground,and reinforcement thickness strongly influence tunnel behavior.Additionally,increasing the stiffness or advancing the installation of secondary support substantially raises secondary support pressure. 展开更多

To investigate the long-term stability of soft-hard interbedded rock masses with initial damage induced by earthquakes and periodic drying and wetting,this study prepared samples with different initial damage through cyclic loading and unloading(CLU)experiments followed by cyclic drying and wetting(CDW)experiments,and finally conducted creep experiments.The study analyzed the effects of initial damage on creep mechanical behavior,crack evolution,and explored failure precursor information,revealing the damage failure mechanisms.The results show that the structural characteristics of the rock mass control its macroscopic failure mode.Initial damage promotes microcrack development,influences the fracture mode,and increases the proportion of high-frequency(200−280 kHz)acoustic emission events during creep.Meanwhile,initial damage exacerbates creep characteristics,increasing the creep rate,shortening total creep failure time,and reducing long-term strength.The damage failure is attributed to:the generation of internal cracks and pores in the rock caused by CLU;mineral hydrolysis and expansion-contraction due to CDW,resulting in weakened intergranular cementation;and full development of cracks and pores under creep stress.Additionally,the deformation difference coefficient and the coefficient of variation of RA/AF values can serve as precursor indicators for creep failure. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of dynamic instability of hard-brittle jointed rock surrounding in deep tunnel/roadway engineering,combining with the support concepts of"coupling rigidity with flexibility"and"overcoming rigidity by flexibility",the prevention and control method with"rigid-flexible coupling(R-F-C)"was put forward.Through numerical simulation calculation,the impact damage process,acoustic emission(AE)evolution characteristics,and element stress/displacement evolution characteristics of unsupported surrounding rock structure model,rigid supporting surrounding rock structure model,and"R-F-C"supporting surrounding rock structure model under horizontal bidirectional impact loading were compared and analyzed.Based on the theory of stress wave propagation,the dynamic instability catastrophe mechanism of three kinds of supporting structure models induced by horizontal bidirectional impact loading was revealed.Based on the Mohr-Coulomb strength theory,the stress discrimination methods of dynamic catastrophe of surrounding rock induced by horizontal bidirectional impact loading under three kinds of supporting structures were proposed.Combined with the above numerical simulation study,the explosion impact physical and mechanical test of"R-F-C"surrounding rock supporting plate structure was further designed and carried out.Finally,combined with the"conceptual model of ball-cliff potential energy instability",the energy driving theory and energy transformation mechanism of impact-induced rockburst under three kinds of supporting structures were discussed deeply.The research results provided a scientific basis for further promoting the effective application of"R-F-C"supporting structure in the prevention and control of dynamic instability of deep tunnel/roadway surrounding rock. 展开更多

The stability of the roof in coal mining is crucial for ensuring safe extraction.Studying the mechanical behavior of rock beams under various conditions is essential for improving coal mining safety.However,research on the dynamic response of rock beams under sudden unloading remains limited.This study utilized a self-developed bidirectional loading and unilateral unloading test system to simulate how sudden lower strata subsidence induces the fracture of upper hard rock beams.Bottom unloading experiments were performed on rock beams with varying thicknesses and spans.The experiments recorded surface crack development and internal damage evolution using high speed photography and acoustic emission monitoring.The results show that rock beams experience multiple stress reductions after unloading,with the largest reduction occurring in the first stage.Flexural deformation was observed,becoming more pronounced as the thickness-span ratio decreased.Greater thickness increased shear cracks and crack expansion angles,while larger spans promoted tensile cracks,arched crack formation,and notable rock spalling.Acoustic emission analysis showed that signal count and energy increased with thickness and span.Finally,discrete element numerical simulations revealed the critical controlling role of harder rock strata in rock beam failure:when the harder strata are at the top,cracks are sharp,and shear failure is more likely;when they are at the bottom,the overall failure range expands,and cracks tend to form arches.These findings improve the understanding of dynamic rock beam fracture under sudden unloading and offer theoretical guidance for roof stability control in deep mining. 展开更多

To review the rockburst proneness(or tendency)criteria of rock materials and compare the judgment accuracy of them,twenty criteria were summarized,and their judgment accuracy was evaluated and compared based on the laboratory tests on fourteen types of rocks.This study begins firstly by introducing the twenty rockburst proneness criteria,and their origins,definitions,calculation methods and grading standards were summarized in detail.Subsequently,to evaluate and compare the judgment accuracy of the twenty criteria,a series of laboratory tests were carried out on fourteen types of rocks,and the rockburst proneness judgment results of the twenty criteria for the fourteen types of rocks were obtained accordingly.Moreover,to provide a unified basis for the judgment accuracy evaluation of above criteria,a classification standard(obtained according to the actual failure results and phenomena of rock specimen)of rockburst proneness in laboratory tests was introduced.The judgment results of the twenty criteria were compared with the judgment results of this classification standard.The results show that the judgment results of the criterion based on residual elastic energy(REE)index are completely consistent with the actual rockburst proneness,and the other criteria have some inconsistent situations more or less.Moreover,the REE index is based on the linear energy storage law and defined in form of a difference value and considered the whole failure process,and these superior characteristics ensure its accuracy.It is believed that the criterion based on REE index is comparatively more accurate and scientific than other criteria,and it can be recommended to be applied to judge the rockburst proneness of rock materials. 展开更多

基于RhoA/ROCK通路研究复方中药对腹水肉鸡心肌损伤的作用

为分析RhoA/ROCK信号通路在肉鸡腹水综合征(Ascites syndrome, AS)心肌损伤中的作用及复方中药的防治机制,本研究选取100羽健康的罗斯肉鸡(7日龄)并随机分成5组(每组20只),即基础饲粮饲养对照组,多因素法构建的AS模型组,复方中药高、低... 为分析RhoA/ROCK信号通路在肉鸡腹水综合征(Ascites syndrome, AS)心肌损伤中的作用及复方中药的防治机制,本研究选取100羽健康的罗斯肉鸡(7日龄)并随机分成5组(每组20只),即基础饲粮饲养对照组,多因素法构建的AS模型组,复方中药高、低剂量治疗组以及L-精氨酸治疗组。观察临床症状和剖检变化,并通过HE染色和Masson染色分别观察35日龄肉鸡心脏组织结构变化和胶原纤维沉积;计算肉鸡腹水心脏指数(Ascites heart index, AHI);利用实时荧光定量PCR检测心脏组织MYPT1 mRNA的转录情况,ELISA法检测心脏组织RhoA/ROCK信号通路相关蛋白的表达。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,模型组肉鸡腹部膨大,触压有波动感,腹腔内呈现大量淡黄色液体,右心肥大,心脏组织结构排列紊乱,胶原纤维大量沉积,而且M组AHI显著升高(P <0.01);荧光定量PCR结果表明,心脏组织MYPT1 mRNA转录显著升高(P <0.01)。ELISA结果表明,RhoA、ROCK、P-MLC表达显著升高(P <0.01),而MLCP表达显著降低(P <0.01);与AS组相比,复方中药治疗组的肉鸡相关临床症状及上述指标明显改善。本研究发现,RhoA/ROCK通路介导的MLC磷酸化参与了AS中心肌损伤的发生,复方中药水提液可通过调节RhoA/ROCK抑制心肌损伤来有效防治AS。 展开更多

Tensile mechanical behavior of composite rocks under stress waves:A focus on strength variation between rock layers

Composite rock layers are widely present in mining and tunnel construction projects,and are prone to dynamic tensile failure along bedding planes under dynamic disturbances.To ensure engineering safety,it is necessary to conduct research on the dynamic tensile characteristics under different working conditions.Considering the difficulty of on-site sampling,composite rock samples were prepared with cement mortar,and dynamic Brazilian splitting tests were carried out using split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)equipment,a high-speed camera,and PFC^(2D)numerical software to explore their dynamic tensile properties under dynamic disturbance under different strength ratios and other factors.The results show that the dynamic tensile strength of samples exhibits a rising trend with the strength ratio and strain rate growth.As the incident angle increases from 0°to 90°,the stress contour deflects transform from center-splitting failure to tension-shear combined failure and back again.The influence of the incident order in different lithology rocks on the dynamic tensile strength of composite samples is controlled by strain rate,and when the strain rate increases to 400 s^(-1),the difference in strength due to the sequence of incident stress waves is within 5%.Based on PFC^(2D),the strength ratio of composite samples has a certain influence on the distribution of microfractures.With strength ratios equaling 1.5 or 2.0,the cracks are mainly concentrated on the softer material side,while a large number of cracks are distributed on both sides of the bedding plane with a strength ratio equal to 1.2. 展开更多

The shear performance of bolts plays a crucial role in controlling rock mass stability,and the roughness of the joint surface is one of the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of anchored joints.The 2nd generation of negative Poisson ratio(2G-NPR)bolt is a new independently developed material characterized by high strength and toughness.However,the influence of joint surface roughness on its anchorage shear performance remains unexplored.This study involves preparing regular saw-tooth jointed rock masses and conducting laboratory shear comparison tests on unbolted samples,2G-NPR bolts,and Q235 steel anchors.A three-dimensional finite element method,developed by the author,was employed for numerical simulations to analyze the influence of saw-tooth angles on the shear resistance of anchored bolts.The findings show that the anchorage of bolts enhances the shear strength and deformation of saw-tooth rock joints.The 2G-NPR bolts demonstrate superior performance in shear strength and deformation enhancement compared to Q235 steel anchors,including improved toughening and crack-arresting effects.Furthermore,the improvement of the shear strength and displacement of the bolt decreases with the increase of the joint saw-tooth angle.These findings provide a valuable test basis for the engineering application of 2G-NPR bolts in rock mass stabilization. 展开更多

In the practical slope engineering,the stability of lower sliding mass(region A)with back tensile cracks of the jointed rock slope attracts more attentions,but the upper rock mass(region B)may also be unstable.Therefore,in this study,based on the stepped failure mode of bedding jointed rock slopes,considering the influence of the upper rock mass on the lower stepped sliding mass,the improved failure model for analyzing the interaction force(F_(AB))between two regions is constructed,and the safety factors(F_(S))of two regions and whole region are derived.In addition,this paper proposes a method to determine the existence of F_(AB) using their respective acceleration values(a_(A) and a_(B))when regions A and B are unstable.The influences of key parameters on two regions and the whole region are analyzed.The results show that the variation of the F_(AB) and F_(S) of two regions can be obtained accurately based on the improved failure model.The accuracy of the improved failure model is verified by comparative analysis.The research results can explain the interaction mechanism of two regions and the natural phenomenon of slope failure caused by the development of cracks. 展开更多
