The results show that ABS/DBDPE/Sb2O3 has the similar flammability parameters and thermal composition curves to ABS/DBDPO/Sb2O3. It suggests that DBDPE/Sb2O3 has the similar flame retardant behavior to DBDPO/Sb2O3. The heat release rate (HRR) and the effect heat combustion (EHC) curves of polymers flame retarded by DBDPE/Sb2O3 all decrease, but the mass loss rate (MLR) curve slightly increase. It shows that the decrease of HRR is not due to the increase of char formation ratio but the generation of incombustible gases. The major flame retardant mechanism of DBDPE/Sb2O3 is gas phase flame retardant mechanism. Increasing content of Sb2O3 in DBDPE/Sb2O3 can improve the flame retardant property and thermal stability of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. Sb2O3 has a good synergistic effect with DBDPE.展开更多

The TiO2/montmorillonite composite samples were got after calculated at 700℃ and 1100 ℃. The results show that: when the value of Ti/montmorillonite is 12.5 mmol/g, the c axis of hydrated-titanium-oxide/ montmorillonite composite sample began to disorder, moreover, the crystal size of anatase is just 13.4nm in the TiO2/montmorillonite composite sample calculated at 700 ℃, and after calculated at 1100 ℃, the crystal size of anatase is 55.8 nm, and the relative content of anatase reaches the highest (55.7%). Compared with pure TiO2 nano-particle sample, TiO2/montmorillonite composite sample has a higher phase transition temperature from anatase phase to rutile phase and smaller crystal size of TiO2. Montmorillonite structure layer has a significant blocking effect on TiO2 phase transformation and grain growth, and the blocking effect reaches saturation when the value of Ti/montmorillonite is 12.5 mmol/g.展开更多

The main chemical composition and mineral structure of the waste fluorgypsum were analyzed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and eight-channel micro-calorimeter (TAM Air) were employed to analyze the changes in morphology and study the application performance of the modified fluorgypsum, respectively. Experimental results indicate that the flexural strength and compressive strength of the modified fiuorgypsurn are roughly equal to those of the natural gypsum. The morphology of the crystal of the fiuorgypsum changes from block particle into trimetric short column. The fluorgypsum crystals stagger mutually and improve the strength of the hardened body. The modified fluorgypsum as cement retarder could delay the hydration, reduce the heat of the hydration and make the setting time, volume stability, and the S03 content of the cement meet the national standards. The modified fluorgypsum is a good substitute for the natural gypsum.展开更多

The mutation or silencing of FMRP causes Fragile X syndrome (FXS) , which leads to intellectual disability and social impairment. γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the major inhibitory neuro- transmitter of the mammalian central nervous system, and its metabotropic GABAB receptor has been implicated in various mental disorders. The GABAB receptor agonist baclofen has been shown to improve FXS symptoms in a mouse model and in human patients, suggesting the role of GABAB receptor on FMRP regulation. Here we investi- gated the signaling events linking the GABAB receptor and FMRP. Methods Western blot was used in this study to detect protein expression and kinase phosphorylation in cerebellar granule neurons. For key molecules in signal- ling pathway, RNAi was used in MEFs to confirm the results in neurons. Results GABAB receptor activation up- regulated cAMP response element binding protein-dependent Fmrp expression in cultured mouse cerebellar granule neurons via two distinct mechanisms: the transactivation of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor and activation of protein kinase C. In addition, a positive allosteric modulator of the GABAB receptor, CGP7930, stimulated Fmrp expression in neurons. Conclusion These results suggest a role for GABAB receptor in Fmrp regulation and a po- tential interest of GABAB receptor signaling in FXS improvement.展开更多

When a retardation error or an orientation error of birefringence axes of 1/4λ wave plate with respect to the hi-bi fiber axes occurs in the 1/4λ wave plate, the sensor system will output a wrong result of the measured current.
