In the present study, human IL-2 gene wastransferred into human erythroleukemic cell line K562 bythe retroviral vector LYCN. The effects on theproliferative activity of the IL-2-gene-modified K562 cells(K562/IL2) were studied. 18 Days after transduction,flow cytometry analysis indicated that (K562/IL2)accumulated at phase G<sub>2</sub>. By day 30, the portion ofK562/IL2 was low at G<sub>0</sub>/G<sub>1</sub>, but still high at G<sub>2</sub>. 展开更多
