The structural,magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of perovskite manganites La_(0.67)Sr_(0.28)Pr_(0.05)Mn_(1-x)Co_(x)O_(3)(x=0.05,0.075 and 0.10)(LSPMCO)are investigated.LSPMCO crystallizes as a rhombohedral structure with R-3c space group.As the Co content increases,the cell volume expands,the Mn-O-Mn bond angle reduces and the length of the MnO bond increases.The samples show irregular submicron particles under a Zeiss scanning electron microscopy.The particle size becomes larger with increasing doping.The chemical composition of the samples is confirmed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The ferromagnetic(FM)to paramagnetic(PM)phase transition occurs near the Curie temperature(TC),and all transitions are second-order phase transitions(SMOPT)characterized by minimal thermal and magnetic hystereses.Critical behavior analysis indicates that the critical parameters of LSPMCO closely align with those predicted by the meanfield model.The T_(C)declines with C_(o) doping and reaches near room temperature(302 K)at x=0.075.The maximum magnetic entropy change(-ΔS_(M)^(max))at x=0.05 is 4.27 J/kg·K,and the relative cooling power(RCP)peaks at 310.81 J/K.Therefore,the system holds significant potential for development as a magnetic refrigeration material,meriting further professional and objective evaluation. 展开更多

With the entropy generation minimization (EGM) method, the thermodynamical performance optimization in a thermoelectric refrigeration system is studied. The optimization is affected by the irreversibility of heat transfer caused by finite temperature differences, the heat leak between external heat reservoirs and the internal dissipation of working fluids. EGM is taken as an objective function for the optimization. The objective function and design parameters are obtained. Optimal performance curves are presented by thermal and electronic parameters. Effects of these parameters on general and optimal performances are investigated. Results are helpful in determining optimal design conditions in real thermoelectric refrigeration systems. 展开更多

This paper studies the magnetic hysteresis and refrigeration capacity of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys in detail during heating and cooling isothermal magnetisation processes. The Ni-Mn-Ga alloys show larger magnetic hysteresis when they trans-form from austenite to martensite, but smaller magnetic hysteresis when they transform from martensite to austenite. This behaviour is independent of either the pure Ni-Mn-Ga alloys or the alloys doped with other elements. Because of the existence of the magnetic hysteresis, the relation between the magnetic entropy change and refrigeration capacity is not simply linear. For practical consideration, magnetocaloric effect of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys should be investigated both on cooling and heating processes. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the mixed-refrigerant refrigeration process flows which are applied in the cryogenic separation section of ethylene plant. Based on a 120 kt/a ethylene plant which employs a sequence separation process flow and lowpressure demethanization system, the energy consumption of three refrigeration process flows(typical cascade refrigeration, binary refrigeration and tertiary refrigeration) was calculated by means of the ASPEN PLUS simulation software. An optimized mixed-refrigerant composition which achieved the minimum energy consumption of refrigeration systems was found out and the exergy loss was analyzed and compared. Results indicated that the energy consumption of typical cascade refrigeration and binary refrigeration systems was almost equal and that of tertiary refrigeration system was higher than the other two systems. Based on the current situation of production, the suggestions on production optimization and refrigeration process flow selection were put forward. 展开更多

An irreversible Ericsson refrigeration cycle model is established, in which multi-irreversibilities such as finite-rate heat transfer, regenerative loss, heat leakage, and the efficiency of the regenerator are taken into account. Expressions for several important performance parameters, such as the cooling rate, coefficient of performance (COP), power input, exergy output rate, entropy generation rate, and ecological function are derived. The influences of the heat leakage and the time of the regenerative processes on the ecological performance of the refrigerator are analyzed. The optimal regions of the ecological function, cooling rate, and COP are determined and evaluated. Furthermore, some important parameter relations of the refrigerator are revealed and discussed in detail. The results obtained here have general significance and will be helpful in gaining a deep understanding of the magnetic Ericsson refrigeration cycle. 展开更多

Performance of an irreversible quantum refrigeration cycle

A new model of a quantum refrigeration cycle composed of two adiabatic and two isomagnetic field processes is established. The working substance in the cycle consists of many non-interacting spin-1/2 systems. The performance of the cycle is investigated, based on the quantum master equation and semi-group approach. The general expressions of several important performance parameters, such as the coefficient of performance, cooling rate, and power input, are given. It is found that the coefficient of performance of this cycle is in the closest analogy to that of the classical Carnot cycle. Furthermore, at high temperatures the optimal relations of the cooling rate and the maximum cooling rate are analysed in detail. Some performance characteristic curves of the cycle are plotted, such as the cooling rate versus the maximum ratio between high and low "temperatures" of the working substances, the maximum cooling rate versus the ratio between high and low "magnetic fields" and the "temperature" ratio between high and low reservoirs. The obtained results are further generalized and discussed, so that they may be directly applied to describing the performance of the quantum refrigerator using spin-J systems as the working substance. Finally, the optimum characteristics of the quantum Carnot and Ericsson refrigeration cycles are derived by analogy. 展开更多

We have successfully developed cryogen-free dilution refrigerators with medium cooling power that can be applied to quantum experiments. Breakthroughs have been made in some key technologies and components of heat switches and dilution units. Our prototype has been running continuously and stably for more than 100 hours below 10 m K, with a minimum temperature of 7.6 m K and a cooling power of 450 μW at 100 m K. At the same time, we have also made progress in the application of dilution refrigerators, such as quantum computing, low-temperature detector, and magnet integration. These indicators and test results indicate good prospects for application in physics, astronomy, and quantum information. 展开更多

冷藏肉中致病菌的三重ERA快速检测

肉类食品因富含营养,常成为微生物滋生的理想环境,即使在低温储存下,多数微生物也依然保持活性和保留部分毒力,故对肉类食品进行致病菌筛查至关重要。该研究基于酶促重组等温扩增技术(ERA),开发三重荧光ERA快速检测方法,并对方法的特异... 肉类食品因富含营养,常成为微生物滋生的理想环境,即使在低温储存下,多数微生物也依然保持活性和保留部分毒力,故对肉类食品进行致病菌筛查至关重要。该研究基于酶促重组等温扩增技术(ERA),开发三重荧光ERA快速检测方法,并对方法的特异性、灵敏度、检出限进行性能分析,然后对市售冷藏肉开展方法的适用性验证,并与行业标准SN/T 1870—2016实时荧光聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法进行结果比对。结果显示:成功构建了一种针对冷藏肉类中的沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌3种关键致病菌的三重荧光ERA快速检测方法;经过优化,该方法能在12 min内通过单次反应同时完成3种致病菌的快速检测;最低检出限低至10^(-3)ng/μL;对于人工模拟污染样品,经过6 h的前增菌,采用该方法可同时检出污染量为1 CFU/m L的3种致病菌;对市售冷藏肉品的抽检结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为19.35%,沙门氏菌检出率为12.90%,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检出率为6.45%,与行业标准SN/T 1870—2016的检测结果吻合,充分证明了该方法的准确性与适用性。该研究不仅有助于降低食源性致病菌引发的疾病风险,还可为未来食源性致病菌现场快速检测提供坚实的技术支撑。 展开更多

谷氨酰胺转氨酶对新鲜及冷冻玉米面团品质特性的影响

探究不同添加量的谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TGase)处理对新鲜及不同冻藏时间玉米面团的加工特性、蛋白质结构及玉米饼品质特性的影响,通过向新鲜及冻藏3、6周的玉米面团添加不同量TGase(其添加量对应每100 g玉米粉中含60、120、180、240 U酶活)... 探究不同添加量的谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TGase)处理对新鲜及不同冻藏时间玉米面团的加工特性、蛋白质结构及玉米饼品质特性的影响,通过向新鲜及冻藏3、6周的玉米面团添加不同量TGase(其添加量对应每100 g玉米粉中含60、120、180、240 U酶活)进行实验。结果表明,TGase的添加降低了新鲜和冷冻玉米面团的糊化参数值,优化了面团的黏弹性,增强了玉米面团的持水能力。同时,它促使蛋白质交联,进而形成更为致密的网络结构,有效减轻了冷冻过程中冰晶对玉米面团产生的负面效应,提升了玉米面团的低温稳定性。此外,适量添加TGase能够显著降低以不同冻藏周期玉米面团制作的玉米饼的硬度和老化率。当添加最佳量(即每100 g玉米粉中含180单位酶活的TGase,质量分数为1.5%)的TGase时,与对照组相比,不同冻藏周期玉米面团所制玉米饼的硬度分别降低了15.07%(新鲜面团)、19.22%(冻藏3周)和26.61%(冻藏6周)。 展开更多

针对于高速测温系统存在的响应时间慢、校准复杂、不适用特殊环境等问题,设计了以STM32F429IGT6微控制器为控制核心,以光学系统、制冷型红外探测器为主体的制冷型高速红外测温系统。光学系统采用金属抛物面反射镜构建光学组件,结合制冷... 针对于高速测温系统存在的响应时间慢、校准复杂、不适用特殊环境等问题,设计了以STM32F429IGT6微控制器为控制核心,以光学系统、制冷型红外探测器为主体的制冷型高速红外测温系统。光学系统采用金属抛物面反射镜构建光学组件,结合制冷型红外探测器完成光电转换,由微控制器进行高速采集。系统采样率为1 MHz,采用SD卡进行数据存储,可在屏幕上显示温度变化波形。采用黑体炉静态标定法进行温度标定,对温度与电压信号之间的关系进行最小二乘拟合,得到了电压-温度关系式,测量误差为±1℃,温度测量有效范围为10~200℃。标定后使用霍普金森压杆冲击实验进行了系统应用测试。测试结果表明,制冷型高速红外测温系统具有微秒级温度变化的探测能力,响应时间快,操作与校准简单,在动态高速测温领域具有广泛的应用前景。 展开更多

不同干燥方式山药粉对希腊式酸奶冷藏中品质及抗氧化活性的影响

为研究不同干燥工艺(热风干燥、微波干燥及冷冻干燥)制得的山药粉对希腊式酸奶贮藏期间的品质稳定性和抗氧化活性的影响,采用这三种山药粉分别替代2%的全脂乳粉制作希腊式酸奶,测定其在4℃贮藏21 d过程中的各项指标变化情况。结果表明:... 为研究不同干燥工艺(热风干燥、微波干燥及冷冻干燥)制得的山药粉对希腊式酸奶贮藏期间的品质稳定性和抗氧化活性的影响,采用这三种山药粉分别替代2%的全脂乳粉制作希腊式酸奶,测定其在4℃贮藏21 d过程中的各项指标变化情况。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的增加,山药希腊式酸奶的酸度、硬度、内聚性、黏度、乳酸菌活菌数和多酚含量均有所提高,固形物含量和持水性略有下降,铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率基本处于平稳不变状态。与空白对照组相比,三种山药粉均显著提高了希腊式酸奶的酸度、内聚性、黏度、多酚含量、铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率(P<0.05),持水力和乳酸菌活菌数量有所提高,总固形物含量显著降低(P<0.05),而硬度值在贮藏14 d前相对较高,在21 d时山药希腊式酸奶的硬度均低于空白对照组。冷藏过程中三种山药酸奶的固形物含量、硬度、内聚性、黏度等指标存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中Y3组(冷冻干燥)固形物含量显著高于Y1(热风干燥)、Y2组(微波干燥)(P<0.05),硬度显著低于Y1、Y2组(P<0.05),酸度、铁还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率略高于Y1、Y2组;Y3、Y2组的内聚性和黏度显著高于Y1组(P<0.05)。综合分析可知,三种山药粉中冷冻干燥山药粉更有利于改善希腊式酸奶品质和抗氧化性能。本研究为山药粉在希腊式酸奶中的应用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

为研究不同浓度CaCl_(2)处理对鲜切菠萝果片贮藏品质的影响,分别采用蒸馏水及0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的CaCl_(2)溶液对鲜切菠萝果片进行浸泡处理10 min,并分别置于4℃和-18℃下贮藏。以2 d(4℃)和30 d(-18℃)为一个测定周期,对鲜切菠萝果片的... 为研究不同浓度CaCl_(2)处理对鲜切菠萝果片贮藏品质的影响,分别采用蒸馏水及0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的CaCl_(2)溶液对鲜切菠萝果片进行浸泡处理10 min,并分别置于4℃和-18℃下贮藏。以2 d(4℃)和30 d(-18℃)为一个测定周期,对鲜切菠萝果片的感官指标、维生素C(vitamin C,V_(C))含量、总酚含量以及多酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PPO)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和菠萝蛋白酶等酶活性进行测定。结果表明,在冷藏和冻藏期间,适当质量分数的CaCl_(2)处理能够有效抑制鲜切菠萝果片质量损失率、褐变指数、ɑ^(*)值和b^(*)值的上升,并减少硬度、L^(*)值、可溶性固形物(total soluble solids,TSS)含量、V_(C)含量以及总酚含量的下降。此外,CaCl_(2)处理还降低了PPO、POD和菠萝蛋白酶的活性,并提高SOD活性。在不同质量分数CaCl_(2)处理组中,1.5%CaCl_(2)处理组的菠萝果片在冷藏和冻藏期间均表现出较好的贮藏品质。 展开更多
