Recovering valuable metals from spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)for high value-added application is beneficial for global energy cycling and environmental protection.In this work,we obtain the high-performance N-doped Ni-Co-Mn(N-NCM)electrocatalyst from waste LIBs,for robust oxygen evolution application.Lithium-rich solution and NCM oxides are effectively separated from ternary cathode materials by sulfation roasting and low-temperature water leaching approach,in which the recovery efficiency of Li metal reaches nearly 100%.By facile NH_(3)treatment,the incorporation of N into NCM significantly increases the ratio of low-valence state Co^(2+)and Mn^(2+),and the formed Mn-N bond benefits the surface catalytic kinetics.Meanwhile,the N doping induces lattice expansion of the NCM,triggering tensile stress to favor the adsorption of the reactant.Thus,the optimized N-NCM electrocatalyst exhibits the superior overpotentials of 256 and 453 mV to achieve the current density of 10 and 100 mA/cm^(2),respectively,with a low Tafel slope of 37.3 mV/dec.This work provides a fresh avenue for recycling spent LIBs in the future to achieve sustainable development. 展开更多

Sparse Bayesian learning in ISAR tomography imaging

Inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) imaging can be regarded as a narrow-band version of the computer aided tomography(CT). The traditional CT imaging algorithms for ISAR, including the polar format algorithm(PFA) and the convolution back projection algorithm(CBP), usually suffer from the problem of the high sidelobe and the low resolution. The ISAR tomography image reconstruction within a sparse Bayesian framework is concerned. Firstly, the sparse ISAR tomography imaging model is established in light of the CT imaging theory. Then, by using the compressed sensing(CS) principle, a high resolution ISAR image can be achieved with limited number of pulses. Since the performance of existing CS-based ISAR imaging algorithms is sensitive to the user parameter, this makes the existing algorithms inconvenient to be used in practice. It is well known that the Bayesian formalism of recover algorithm named sparse Bayesian learning(SBL) acts as an effective tool in regression and classification,which uses an efficient expectation maximization procedure to estimate the necessary parameters, and retains a preferable property of the l0-norm diversity measure. Motivated by that, a fully automated ISAR tomography imaging algorithm based on SBL is proposed.Experimental results based on simulated and electromagnetic(EM) data illustrate the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed algorithm over the existing algorithms. 展开更多

Dynamic simulation of hydrodynamic model of drum level wave action and sloshing

In order to build the model of the drum level wave action and sloshing, based on the method of modularization modeling, the hydrodynamic model of drum level wave action and sloshing was developed, and dynamic simulation researches were carried out based on the model. The results indicate that both drum level and drum length have functional relations with period of drum level wave action and sloshing. When the drum level decreases or drum length increases, the period of drum level wave action and sloshing increases, density of liquid and number of sub-module division have little influence on the period of drum level wave action and sloshing. The model was validated by the analytical solution theory of liquid’s wave action and sloshing in cuboid container, and the 3D graphics of drum level wave action and sloshing was also obtained. The model can dynamically reflect the rules of wave action and sloshing of water in the container exactly. 展开更多
