Real-time seam tracking can improve welding quality and enhance welding efficiency during the welding process in automobile manufacturing.However,the teaching-playing welding process,an off-line seam tracking method,is still dominant in automobile industry,which is less flexible when welding objects or situation change.A novel real-time algorithm consisting of seam detection and generation is proposed to track seam.Using captured 3D points,space vectors were created between two adjacent points along each laser line and then a vector angle based algorithm was developed to detect target points on the seam.Least square method was used to fit target points to a welding trajectory for seam tracking.Furthermore,the real-time seam tracking process was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The trend of joint angles vs.time was logged and a comparison between the off-line and the proposed seam tracking algorithm was conducted.Results show that the proposed real-time seam tracking algorithm can work in a real-time scenario and have high accuracy in welding point positioning. 展开更多

The state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) are two of the most important parameters of Li-ion batteries in industrial production and in practical applications. The real-time estimation for these two parameters is crucial to realize a safe and reliable battery application. However, this is a great problem for LiFePO4 batteries due to the large constant potential plateau in the charge/discharge process. Here we propose a combined SOC and SOH co-estimation method based on the experimental test under the simulating electric vehicle working condition. A first-order resistance-capacitance equivalent circuit is used to model the battery cell, and three parameter values, ohmic resistance (Rs), parallel resistance (Rp) and parallel capacity (Cp), are identified from a real-time experimental test. Finally we find that Rp and Cp could be utilized to make a judgement on the SOIl. More importantly, the linear relationship between Cp and the SOC is established to make the estimation of the SOC for the first time. 展开更多

A real-time quantitative optical method to characterize crack propagation in colloidal photonic crystal film(CPCF)is developed based on particle deformation models and previous real-time crack observations. The crack propagation process and temperature dependence of the crack propagation rate in CPCF are investigated. By this method, the crack propagation rate is found to slow down gradually to zero when cracks become more numerous and dense. Meanwhile, with the temperature increasing, the crack propagation rate constant decreases. The negative temperature dependence of the crack propagation rate is due to the increase of van der Waals attraction, which finally results in the decrease of resultant force. The findings provide new insight into the crack propagation process in CPCF. 展开更多

Life science has a need for detection methods that are label-free and real-time. In this paper, we have selected staphylococcal protein A (SPA) and swine immunoglobulin G (IgG), and monitor the bindings between SPA and swine IgG with different concentrations, as well as the dissociations of SPA-swine IgG complex in different pH values of phosphate buffer by oblique-incidence reflectivity difference (OIRD) in a label-free and real-time fashion. We obtain the ON and OFF reaction dynamic curves corresponding to the bindings and dissociations of SPA and swine IgG. Through our analysis of the experimental results, we have been able to obtain the damping coefficients and the dissociation time of SPA and swine IgG for different pH values of the phosphate buffer. The results prove that the OIRD technique is a competing method for monitoring the dynamic processes of biomolecule interaction and achieving the quantitative information of reaction kinetics. 展开更多

As a new technical means that can detect abnormal signs of water inrush in advance and give an early warning,the automatic monitoring and early warning of water inrush in mines has been widely valued in recent years.Due to the many factors affecting water inrush and the complicated water inrush mechanism,many factors close to water inrush may have precursory abnormal changes.At present,the existing monitoring and early warning system mainly uses a few monitoring indicators such as groundwater level,water influx,and temperature,and performs water inrush early warning through the abnormal change of a single factor.However,there are relatively few multi-factor comprehensive early warning identification models.Based on the analysis of the abnormal changes of precursor factors in multiple water inrush cases,11 measurable and effective indicators including groundwater flow field,hydrochemical field and temperature field are proposed.Finally,taking Hengyuan coal mine as an example,6 indicators with long-term monitoring data sequences were selected to establish a single-index hierarchical early-warning recognition model,a multi-factor linear recognition model,and a comprehensive intelligent early-warning recognition model.The results show that the correct rate of early warning can reach 95.2%. 展开更多

Multimodal Emotion Recognition with Transfer Learning of Deep Neural Network 被引量:2

Due to the lack of large-scale emotion databases,it is hard to obtain comparable improvement in multimodal emotion recognition of the deep neural network by deep learning,which has made great progress in other areas.We use transfer learning to improve its performance with pretrained models on largescale data.Audio is encoded using deep speech recognition networks with 500 hours’speech and video is encoded using convolutional neural networks with over 110,000 images.The extracted audio and visual features are fed into Long Short-Term Memory to train models respectively.Logistic regression and ensemble method are performed in decision level fusion.The experiment results indicate that 1)audio features extracted from deep speech recognition networks achieve better performance than handcrafted audio features;2)the visual emotion recognition obtains better performance than audio emotion recognition;3)the ensemble method gets better performance than logistic regression and prior knowledge from micro-F1 value further improves the performance and robustness,achieving accuracy of 67.00%for“happy”,54.90%for“an?gry”,and 51.69%for“sad”. 展开更多

A new real-time underwater equipment location method adopting an electric field induced by a standard current source is proposed.Our goals were real-time tracking and location of stationary or moving underwater equipment both in shallow and deep seas,under noisy conditions.The main features of this method are as follows:(1)a standard current source on the water surface,which can be towed by a vehicle,consisting of two electrodes,a signal generator,and a GPS unit;(2)measurement of the extremely low frequency(ELF)electric field emitted by the current source,made possible by electric field sensors on the underwater equipment;(3)position of the underwater equipment is estimated in real time based on a progressive update extended Kalman filter(PUEKF),which is carried out using the propagation model of an ELF electric field because the electric field at the position of the underwater equipment and the current source position are known.We verified the accuracy of our method and confirmed real-time location feasibility through numerical,physical scale,and real-time sea experiments.Through numerical experiments,we verified that our method works for underwater equipment location in real-world conditions,and the location error can be less than 0.2 m.Next,real-time location experiments for stationary underwater measuring equipment in water tank were conducted.The result shows that the location error can be less than 0.1 m.We also confirmed real-time location feasibility through the use of offshore experiment.We expect that our method will complement conventional underwater acoustic location methods for underwater equipment in acoustically noisy environments. 展开更多

An approach for the simulation and optimization of continuous catalyst-regenerative process of reforming is proposed in this paper.Compared to traditional method such as finite difference method,the orthogonal collocation method is less time-consuming and more accurate,which can meet the requirement of real-time optimization(RTO).In this paper,the equation-oriented method combined with the orthogonal collocation method and the finite difference method is adopted to build the RTO model for catalytic reforming regenerator.The orthogonal collocation method was adopted to discretize the differential equations and sequential quadratic programming(SQP)algorithm was used to solve the algebraic equations.The rate constants,active energy and reaction order were estimated,with the sum of relative errors between actual value and simulated value serving as optimization objective function.The model can quickly predict the fields of component concentration,temperature and pressure inside the regenerator under different conditions,as well as the real-time optimized conditions for industrial reforming regenerator. 展开更多

Open-set recognition(OSR)is a realistic problem in wireless signal recogni-tion,which means that during the inference phase there may appear unknown classes not seen in the training phase.The method of intra-class splitting(ICS)that splits samples of known classes to imitate unknown classes has achieved great performance.However,this approach relies too much on the predefined splitting ratio and may face huge performance degradation in new environment.In this paper,we train a multi-task learning(MTL)net-work based on the characteristics of wireless signals to improve the performance in new scenes.Besides,we provide a dynamic method to decide the splitting ratio per class to get more precise outer samples.To be specific,we make perturbations to the sample from the center of one class toward its adversarial direction and the change point of confidence scores during this process is used as the splitting threshold.We conduct several experi-ments on one wireless signal dataset collected at 2.4 GHz ISM band by LimeSDR and one open modulation recognition dataset,and the analytical results demonstrate the effective-ness of the proposed method. 展开更多

This article introduces the concept of load aggregation,which involves a comprehensive analysis of loads to acquire their external characteristics for the purpose of modeling and analyzing power systems.The online identification method is a computer-involved approach for data collection,processing,and system identification,commonly used for adaptive control and prediction.This paper proposes a method for dynamically aggregating large-scale adjustable loads to support high proportions of new energy integration,aiming to study the aggregation characteristics of regional large-scale adjustable loads using online identification techniques and feature extraction methods.The experiment selected 300 central air conditioners as the research subject and analyzed their regulation characteristics,economic efficiency,and comfort.The experimental results show that as the adjustment time of the air conditioner increases from 5 minutes to 35 minutes,the stable adjustment quantity during the adjustment period decreases from 28.46 to 3.57,indicating that air conditioning loads can be controlled over a long period and have better adjustment effects in the short term.Overall,the experimental results of this paper demonstrate that analyzing the aggregation characteristics of regional large-scale adjustable loads using online identification techniques and feature extraction algorithms is effective. 展开更多

为解决YB55包装机喷码过程中字符图像识别精度低问题,本研究采用全局阈值法,对喷码字符图像进行二值化处理。基于最小割算法,对二值化图像进行单一字符提取。利用VGG16算法,进行喷码字符库训练和喷码字符图像识别。通过对比Transformer... 为解决YB55包装机喷码过程中字符图像识别精度低问题,本研究采用全局阈值法,对喷码字符图像进行二值化处理。基于最小割算法,对二值化图像进行单一字符提取。利用VGG16算法,进行喷码字符库训练和喷码字符图像识别。通过对比Transformer算法、RCNN算法以及YOLOv4算法,对VGG16算法的准确性进行评价。利用模拟退火(SA)-VGG16算法,对VGG16算法识别错误的字符进行二次识别。结果表明,基于全阈值和最小割算法,可获得完整的单一喷码字符图像;当VGG16算法迭代27次时,训练模型的准确度可达0.987;利用VGG16算法,对不同喷码字符图像中字符的识别精度均大于0.95;相较于其他三种算法,VGG16算法准确率分别提升了7.87%、5.11%和4.44%,说明该算法可更精准预测喷码字符;该算法还可修正错误的识别,识别精度可达到0.84以上。本研究可为日后喷码设备智能化提供理论基础。 展开更多

针对传统行为识别方法在处理复杂鸟类行为模式时存在辨识率低、误判率高等问题,提出了一种基于多路激励模块和金字塔切分注意力的改进3D残差网络的深度学习模型。利用帧间差分法有效减轻计算负担,在精确保留关键时空信息的同时提高了识... 针对传统行为识别方法在处理复杂鸟类行为模式时存在辨识率低、误判率高等问题,提出了一种基于多路激励模块和金字塔切分注意力的改进3D残差网络的深度学习模型。利用帧间差分法有效减轻计算负担,在精确保留关键时空信息的同时提高了识别精度。引入多路激励模块改进原有残差块,使模型能够精准捕捉细微运动行为特征,解决了鸟类复杂动态行为识别易混淆的问题。以3D金字塔切分注意力替换原有3D卷积层,实现对不同尺度鸟类行为特征的有效捕获。在自建鸟类行为视频数据集上进行实验,对常见鸟类行为的识别准确率达到90.48%,显著优于基准模型与其他现有流行行为识别网络,证明了所提模型对复杂鸟类行为识别的有效性。 展开更多

在一般的核事故中,放射源丢失情况所占比例最高,因此为了确保人员的安全以及实现对放射源的快速寻找,在很多的公共场合以及核应急事故中都需要对放射性物质进行快速有效的识别。本文阐述了一种放射性核素快速识别的方法,以贝叶斯方法为... 在一般的核事故中,放射源丢失情况所占比例最高,因此为了确保人员的安全以及实现对放射源的快速寻找,在很多的公共场合以及核应急事故中都需要对放射性物质进行快速有效的识别。本文阐述了一种放射性核素快速识别的方法,以贝叶斯方法为基础建立二元假设模型,通过筛选符合粒子能量的粒子事件,将粒子事件的能量代入全能峰模型中,通过粒子群算法求得参数估计值,最终通过序贯检测得到核素识别结果。通过实验模拟与对比分析验证了该方法的可行性。模拟结果显示,当放射源与探测器之间的距离增加时,检出的时间随着距离的增加而增加,当~(137)Cs距离探测器70cm,~(60)Co距离170 cm时,通过序贯检测显示核素不存在,符合实际情况。本文论述方法与常见寻峰法进行对比,当~(137)Cs距离探测器50 cm时利用本文论述方法能在6 s时间内识别核素,当~(60)Co距离探测器130 cm时能在5 s时间内识别核素,而常见的寻峰法在相同距离和时间段内无法形成完整的全能峰。 展开更多

[目的/意义]交叉学科正在成为我国科技创新的重要驱动力,并不断催生新的科学前沿。如何识别并测度交叉前沿主题,对于理解学科知识流转、把握新的交叉前沿方向至关重要。[方法/过程]本文从引文分析和主题分析相结合的角度,提出基于引文—主题双重测度的交叉前沿识别方法。首先,综合运用自然语言处理、文本主题识别、引文关系矩阵等方法获取交叉主题;其次,通过构建基于引文—主题的交叉测度指标进一步遴选交叉主题;最后,提出主题影响力、新颖度、吸引度及热度的多维测度指标,获取交叉前沿。[结果/结论]通过信息科技与宇航交叉领域进行实证研究,结果表明该方法能够有效识别出该领域的热点交叉前沿、新兴交叉前沿、潜在交叉前沿以及衰弱交叉前沿。 展开更多
