Tracking and analyzing data from research projects is critical for understanding research trends and supporting the development of science and technology strategies.However,the data from these projects is often comple...Tracking and analyzing data from research projects is critical for understanding research trends and supporting the development of science and technology strategies.However,the data from these projects is often complex and inadequate,making it challenging for researchers to conduct in-depth data mining to improve policies or management.To address this problem,this paper adopts a top-down approach to construct a knowledge graph(KG)for research projects.Firstly,we construct an integrated ontology by referring to the metamodel of various architectures,which is called the meta-model integration conceptual reference model.Subsequently,we use the dependency parsing method to extract knowledge from unstructured textual data and use the entity alignment method based on weakly supervised learning to classify the extracted entities,completing the construction of the KG for the research projects.In addition,a knowledge inference model based on representation learning is employed to achieve knowledge completion and improve the KG.Finally,experiments are conducted on the KG for research projects and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in enriching incomplete data within the KG.展开更多

A systematic survey of research on WTA problem is provided. The present research on WTA is focused on models and algorithms. In the research on models of WTA, the static WTA models are mainly studied and the dynamic WTA models are not fully studied in deed. In the research on algorithms of WTA, the intelligent algorithms are often used to solve the WTA problem. The small scale of static WTA problems has been solved very well, however, the large scale of dynamic WTA problems has not been solved effectively so far. Bibliometrics is an important branch in the field of information science,and it is widely used in many disciplines in modern research.A current active research subject can be analyzed and summarized from many aspects,...Bibliometrics is an important branch in the field of information science,and it is widely used in many disciplines in modern research.A current active research subject can be analyzed and summarized from many aspects,such as the core institutions,core authors,highly cited papers,and keywords by using bibliometrics.This paper describes a bibliometric analysis regarding soil arsenic content by using the database from Web of Science to compare relevant research from work done domestically and abroad from 2005 to 2016.The results show that the relevant publications in China and overseas both dramatically increased from 2009,which indicates that research activity is expanding.The USA produced 27.3%of all relevant articles followed by China with 26.9%and India with 9.5%.Key issues mainly focused on agriculture and environmental science.Major journals studied include the following:Science of the Total Environment,Environmental and Experimental Botany,Environmental Pollution,Chemosphere,Journal of Hazardous Materials,Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering,Journal of Geochemical Exploration,Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety,Environmental Research,Talanta,and Applied Geochemistry.These are the most important journals in this field.In light of cooperation between countries,it is clear that China and the United States occupy the leading position.展开更多
