利用实验室制备的CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)活化过一硫酸氢盐(PMS)降解水中的环丙沙星(CIP),SEM及XRD的表征结果证明了CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)的成功制备.降解结果表明,CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)/PMS体系中CIP的去除率在120min达到74.38%,高于... 利用实验室制备的CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)活化过一硫酸氢盐(PMS)降解水中的环丙沙星(CIP),SEM及XRD的表征结果证明了CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)的成功制备.降解结果表明,CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)/PMS体系中CIP的去除率在120min达到74.38%,高于单独的CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)以及PMS体系之和,证实了CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)对PMS的活化能力.淬灭实验结果表明CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)/PMS体系中的主要的氧化活性物种为OH、SO_(4)^(-)以及^(1)O_(2),且SO_(4)^(-)和^(1)O_(2)对CIP的降解起主要作用.通过密度泛函理论并结合HPLC分析,得到8种可能的中间产物并提出了CIP可能的两种降解路径.T.E.S.T程序对降解产物的环境风险的评价预测结果显示,和母体相比,大部分产物的急性毒性降低、致突变性减弱、生物累积性和发育毒性降低,生态毒性明显降低.此外,4次循环后CoFe_(2)O_(4)@MoS_(2)/PMS体系对CIP的去除率仍能达到60.04%,且XRD结果显示反应前后催化剂的晶体结构变化不明显,说明了催化剂的高效稳定性. 展开更多

This pa per discusses the four problems of production management in the environment of a gile manufacturing, and some countermeasures are advanced: (1) Organization of production. Traditional MTO production or MTS production ca n not meet the requirement of agile manufacturing which request both high produc tivity and the manufacturing flexibility. For this, the paper advances best way is to use the production organization mode of MCP (Mass Customization Production ),and some strategies of MCP are discussed. (2) Production planning. The requirement of agile manufacturing to production pl anning embodies in two facets: synchronization and flexibility. The paper su ggests that the structure and function of MRPII system should be improved in ord er to meet the demand of agile manufacturing. (3) Production control. The problem of production control is how to reduce the u ncertainty of hand over time between enterprises and increase the production syn chronization level. The paper advances some research direction on improving production ability. (4) Quality control. The problems of quality management are how to transfer the information of customer’s quality requirement between different organizations an d how to keep the consistency and stability of quality. Some countermeasures are advanced. In the end of the paper, one case advanced administrates how to utilize the thou ghts of agile manufacturing to upgrade the competition ability. 展开更多

The number of the engineering drawings will greatly increase because of the continually appearance of the new products. As a result, it has become a badly needed to be solved problem for us that how to rapidly and efficiently search an d appropriately preserve and manage the drawings. In this paper, a method of bui lding the product drawing management system for extrusion aluminum-type materia ls is discussed. This system is designed for the profile graphic of the aluminou s section material management by using Group Technology (GT) principle. Accordin g to the GT, we developed a classifying-coding system and drawing management sy stem about the extrusion aluminum-type materials through analyzing a large numb er of extrusion aluminum-type materials section drawings. The coding system has realized the flexible coding and hidden coding of the extrusion aluminum-type materials and then enhanced the flexibility and the expansible of the system. By supplying the designer with the human-computer interaction interface the drawi ng management system has been able to resolve many difficult problems such as se arch and manage the existed drawings about the extrusion aluminum-type material s very well. At the same time, it also helps the developing work enhance the abi lity of inheriting by applying this kind of variant method. In a word, with the help of this system we can not only shorten the designing time greatly and reduc e the cost of the product but also research the designing drawings rapidly. In o rder to output the data information related to the part drawing, the system uses the data-exchange standard to which the drawing support-software adapted as d ata-exchange interface. The system is advantageous to building a standard of dr awing design and increasing the efficiency of searching drawing and enhancing th e information management, which have had a base for building the best management system in the future. Their research area s in... Product data management (PDM) has been accepted as an important tool for the manufacturing industries. In recent years, more and mor e researches have been conducted in the development of PDM. Their research area s include system design, integration of object-oriented technology, data distri bution, collaborative and distributed manufacturing working environment, secur ity, and web-based integration. However, there are limitations on their rese arches. In particular, they cannot cater for PDM in distributed manufacturing e nvironment. This is especially true in South China, where many Hong Kong (HK) ma nufacturers have moved their production plants to different locations in Pearl R iver Delta for cost reduction. However, they retain their main offices in HK. Development of PDM system is inherently complex. Product related data cover prod uct name, product part number (product identification), drawings, material speci fications, dimension requirement, quality specification, test result, log size, production schedules, product data version and date of release, special tooling (e.g. jig and fixture), mould design, project engineering in charge, cost spread sheets, while process data includes engineering release, engineering change info rmation management, and other workflow related to the process information. Accor ding to Cornelissen et al., the contemporary PDM system should contains manageme nt functions in structure, retrieval, release, change, and workflow. In system design, development and implementation, a formal specification is nece ssary. However, there is no formal representation model for PDM system. Theref ore a graphical representation model is constructed to express the various scena rios of interactions between users and the PDM system. Statechart is then used to model the operations of PDM system, Fig.1. Statechart model bridges the curr ent gap between requirements, scenarios, and the initial design specifications o f PDM system. After properly analyzing the PDM system, a new distributed PDM (DPDM) system is proposed. Both graphical representation and statechart models are constructed f or the new DPDM system, Fig.2. New product data of DPDM and new system function s are then investigated to support product information flow in the new distribut ed environment. It is found that statecharts allow formal representations to capture the informa tion and control flows of both PDM and DPDM. In particular, statechart offers a dditional expressive power, when compared to conventional state transition diagr am, in terms of hierarchy, concurrency, history, and timing for DPDM behavioral modeling. 展开更多

Commercial development of Trichoderma species for control of soil-borne vegetable diseases and their integration into standard crop management practices

A 10 year research programme at Lincoln University, investigating the use of Trichoderma species for biological control of soil-borne diseases of vegetable crops, has resulted in the development of two commercial products. Trichodry TM. 6S and Trichoflow TM. 6S based upon Trichoderma hamatum isolate 6SR4, are used to control Sclerotinia lettuce drop disease. The Trichodry 6S product is formulated as a dry flake, which is incorporated into nursery seedling mix and the Trichoflow 6S is a wettable powder which is used as a top-up drench before planting. The treatment stimulates seedling establishment and vigour and protects the developing seedling from Sclerotinia minor infection after transplanting in the field.The second commercial product is Trichopel TM. Ali 52, based upon Trichoderma atroviride isolate C52, which is used to control Sclerotium cepivorum, the causal agent of Allium white rot disease. The product is formulated as a granule and applied into the furrow at planting time. The fungus proliferates in the rhizosphere region and protects the growing seedling from pathogen attack by a combination of nutrient competition, antibiosis and mycoparasitism. The use of Trichopel Ali 52 under low to medium disease pressure in Pukekohe, the main vegetable growing region of New Zealand, gave a three fold cost benefit through yield increases in the 2003-2004 season. Current field development work involves the use of a wettable powder formulation of T. atroviride distributed via a T-tape irrigation system to target mid-season applications of the product to the onion roots. Both products perform well under low to moderate disease pressure but, when there is high disease pressure, an integrated programme is required to give satisfactory control. Current research is focused on gaining a greater understanding of the biotic and abiotic factors, which influence biocontrol activity under field conditions as a means to enhance integrated control approaches. For example, T. atroviride C52, when applied to the planting furrow, is compatible with procymidone, benomyl and captan but not thiram when applied as onion seed treatments. It is also compatible with the majority of other fungicides applied to the onion crop to protect against foliar diseases such as Botrytis and downy mildew. The product can be integrated with the use of the germination stimulant diallyl disulphide (DADS) as long as the Trichoderma product is applied at least two weeks after DADS application. The product is not compatible with the use of nitrogen fertilisers due to the sensitivity of the Trichoderma mycelium to high N, thus, care must be taken to separate fertilizer application from that of the biocontrol product. Expansion of the range of crop diseases targeted by the biocontrol products is currently under investigation with promising results obtained against a number of Botrytis diseases. 展开更多

With the reform of rural network enterprise system,the speed of transfer property rights in rural power enterprises is accelerated.The evaluation of the operation and development status of rural power enterprises is directly related to the future development and investment direction of rural power enterprises.At present,the evaluation of the production and operation of rural network enterprises and the development status of power network only relies on the experience of the evaluation personnel,sets the reference index,and forms the evaluation results through artificial scoring.Due to the strong subjective consciousness of the evaluation results,the practical guiding significance is weak.Therefore,distributed data mining method in rural power enterprises status evaluation was proposed which had been applied in many fields,such as food science,economy or chemical industry.The distributed mathematical model was established by using principal component analysis(PCA)and regression analysis.By screening various technical indicators and determining their relevance,the reference value of evaluation results was improved.Combined with statistical program for social sciences(SPSS)data analysis software,the operation status of rural network enterprises was evaluated,and the rationality,effectiveness and economy of the evaluation was verified through comparison with current evaluation results and calculation examples of actual grid operation data. 展开更多

高管团队断裂带过弱会使管理层内部同质化,过强则会加剧子群体间的对立冲突,两者都不利于企业的新质生产力发展。因此,高管团队断裂带会对企业新质生产力产生先促进后抑制的非线性影响。以2012—2022年沪深A股上市公司为样本的实证分析... 高管团队断裂带过弱会使管理层内部同质化,过强则会加剧子群体间的对立冲突,两者都不利于企业的新质生产力发展。因此,高管团队断裂带会对企业新质生产力产生先促进后抑制的非线性影响。以2012—2022年沪深A股上市公司为样本的实证分析结果表明:高管团队断裂带对企业新质生产力产生了显著的倒U型影响,管理层短视在其中发挥了部分中介作用,即断裂带通过其与管理层短视的U型关系对企业新质生产力产生倒U型影响;企业的共同机构持股比例增加和所在地区社会信任水平提高会强化断裂带与新质生产力的倒U型关系;断裂带对新质生产力的倒U型影响在非国有企业、成长期和成熟期企业、高技术行业企业中更显著;任务断裂带与企业新质生产力存在显著的倒U型关系,而生理断裂带能够促进企业新质生产力发展(两者不存在倒U型关系)。企业应科学对待高管团队断裂带的“双刃剑”作用,不断优化管理层结构,积极引入共同机构投资者;政府应提升社会信任水平,推动企业新质生产力发展。 展开更多

高水平的生态资产管理是实现生态保护和绿色发展相得益彰的重要保障。论文突出生态资产的稀缺属性和产权属性,通过梳理“生态资源—生态资产—生态资本—生态产品”全链条转化流程界定了生态资产管理的内涵,构建包括生态资源禀赋、政府... 高水平的生态资产管理是实现生态保护和绿色发展相得益彰的重要保障。论文突出生态资产的稀缺属性和产权属性,通过梳理“生态资源—生态资产—生态资本—生态产品”全链条转化流程界定了生态资产管理的内涵,构建包括生态资源禀赋、政府生态资产管理、生态保护补偿、市场化价值实现四个维度,由16个一级指标、41个二级指标和72个三级指标构成的中国城市生态资产管理评估指标体系。基于337个地级及以上城市数据,论文评估了中国城市在生态资产管理上的总体水平及多维进展,得到中国城市生态资产管理综合指数和四个分领域指数。结果显示:中国城市生态资产管理初具成效,但城市间差异明显,生态资产管理综合水平提升潜力大;生态资源禀赋与政府生态资产管理能力、生态保护资金需求与地方财力存在地区失衡,生态保护补偿与市场化价值实现水平存在空间分异;健全政府生态资产管理体制机制是关键抓手。最后,从更好发挥政府作用、开展常态化评估、因地制宜分类施策等角度提出政策建议。 展开更多

充分激发民营企业创新能力是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。基于第十四次中国私营企业调查数据,考察数字化转型对民营企业创新能力的影响。研究发现,数字化转型能显著提升民营企业的创新能力,且在考虑内生性问题后结论依旧成立;机制分析... 充分激发民营企业创新能力是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。基于第十四次中国私营企业调查数据,考察数字化转型对民营企业创新能力的影响。研究发现,数字化转型能显著提升民营企业的创新能力,且在考虑内生性问题后结论依旧成立;机制分析表明,数字化转型通过支持产品设计和优化客户管理进而提高民营企业创新能力;拓展分析表明,随着企业数字化转型程度的不断提高,其创新激励效果也不断增强,并且数字化转型能激励企业将新增投资更多用于新产品研发和工艺改造。据此提出应充分推进民营企业数字化转型,深化数字化对产品设计和客户管理的赋能作用,注重数字化转型的深度建设,切实挖掘数字化对企业创新的潜在动能等政策建议。 展开更多

敏捷治理不仅是对传统科层治理等的扬弃,而且彰显了数字化技术在乡村的多重应用。本文立足于数字乡村敏捷治理“目标-结构-过程”的理论框架,透视“一网统管”模式的运行机理。研究结果表明,云潭镇的“一网统管”模式通过敏捷识别、协... 敏捷治理不仅是对传统科层治理等的扬弃,而且彰显了数字化技术在乡村的多重应用。本文立足于数字乡村敏捷治理“目标-结构-过程”的理论框架,透视“一网统管”模式的运行机理。研究结果表明,云潭镇的“一网统管”模式通过敏捷识别、协同与反馈,革除了传统科层制中的“部门化”“孤岛化”“迟滞化”顽疾。具体而言,在新质生产力驱动下,政府将技术手段和敏捷理念嵌入乡村治理实践,围绕农民需求增强了乡村治理目标的精准性和适应性,打破了科层制的条块分割结构,促进乡村多元主体协同联通,通过平台建设和算法设计达成乡村治理过程的快速响应和智慧控制。“数据”“平台”“算法”分别对数字乡村的治理目标、治理结构和治理过程进行精准感知、系统重组和智慧控制。因此,数字乡村敏捷治理的本质是新质生产力驱动治理范式的革新,具体表现为“数据”驱动治理目标精准感知、“平台”驱动治理结构系统重组和“算法”驱动治理过程智慧控制。 展开更多

加快培育新质生产力是实现高质量发展的重要抓手,也是加快推进中国式现代化进程的必由之路。新质生产力作为一种新型生产力,其形成过程依赖于特定的资源配置方式。分析新质生产力形成发展的理论分析框架需要跳出政治经济学视野下的“劳... 加快培育新质生产力是实现高质量发展的重要抓手,也是加快推进中国式现代化进程的必由之路。新质生产力作为一种新型生产力,其形成过程依赖于特定的资源配置方式。分析新质生产力形成发展的理论分析框架需要跳出政治经济学视野下的“劳动者—劳动资料—劳动对象”和产业经济学视野下的“传统产业—新兴产业—未来产业”分析框架,走向微观企业主体意义上的管理学视野,寻求契合新质生产力核心特征需求的新型管理学范式。管理学视野下的新质生产力分析逻辑需要理清管理在新质生产力分析框架中的基本性质与功能定位,重新审视管理外部逻辑下的环境变化、竞争范式、组织形态以及管理内部逻辑下的人性基本假设、要素配置、企业家精神、价值创造。面向新质生产力的新型管理学体系建构面临多重挑战,即构建新型管理学理论话语体系、实践应用体系和要素体系均面临挑战。加快构筑面向新质生产力的中国管理学知识体系需要立足中国优秀传统文化的管理思想精髓“守正创新”、提炼面向新质生产力的中国管理学标识性原创概念与原创理论、寻求中国企业特色管理理论与西方经典管理学理论对话与共融空间。 展开更多
