Formalizing the General Plant for Development of Hybrid Process Control Systems

Many process control systems are a kind of hybrid systems. In order to develop a satisfied control strategy, i. e., to make the whole system satisfy some processing requirements, the knowledge of plant is indispensable. This paper proposes a formal model for the general plant for a kind of process control systems. Based on the model, requirements for the system can be specified from goals, and the controller can be designed according to plant based formal approach . An industrial process control system is used to illustrate our models and methods. Duration Calculus, a real time interval logic, is utilized to specify some characters of the model and development of control program for the exemplified system. 展开更多

Process control is an effective approach to reduce the NO_(x) emission from sintering flue gas.The effects of different materials adhered on coke breeze on NO_(x) emission characteristics and sintering performance were studied.Results showed that the coke breeze adhered with the mixture of CaO and Fe_(2)O_(3) or calcium ferrite significantly lowers the NO_(x) emission concentration and conversion ratio of fuel-N to NO_(x).Pretreating the coke with the mixture of lime slurry and iron ore fines helped to improve the granulation effect,and optimize the carbon distribution in granules.When the mass ratio of coke breeze,quick lime,water and iron ore fines was 2:1:1:1,the average NO_(x) emission concentration was decreased from 220 mg/m^(3) to 166 mg/m^(3),and the conversion ratio of fuel-N was reduced from 54.2%to 40.9%. 展开更多

This paper studies the robust stochastic stabilization and robust H∞ control for linear time-delay systems with both Markovian jump parameters and unknown norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. This problem can be solved on the basis of stochastic Lyapunov approach and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Sufficient conditions for the existence of stochastic stabilization and robust H∞ state feedback controller are presented in terms of a set of solutions of coupled LMIs. According to the distributed intelligent control strategy based on the multi (agent,) the multi agent control system of cement production is built, which includes integrated optimal control and diagnosis control. The distributed and multiple level structure of multi agent system for the cement control is studied. The optimal agent is in the distributed state, which aims at the partial process of the cement production, and forms the optimal layer. The diagnosis agent located on the diagnosis layer is the diagnosis unit which aims at the whole process of the cement production, and the central management unit of the system. The system cooperation is realized by the communication among optimal agents and diagnosis agent. The architecture of the optimal agent and the diagnosis agent are designed. The detailed functions of the optimal agent and the diagnosis agent are analyzed. At last the realization methods of the agents are given, and the application of the multi agent control system is presented. The multi agent system has been successfully applied to the off-line control of one cement plant with capacity of 5 000 t/d. The results show that the average yield of the clinker increases 9.3% and the coal consumption decreases 7.5 kg/t. 展开更多

In order to optimize the sintering process, a real-time operation guide system with artificial intelligence was developed, mainly including the data acquisition online subsystem, the sinter chemical composition controller, the sintering process state controller, and the abnormal conditions diagnosis subsystem. Knowledge base of the sintering process controlling was constructed, and inference engine of the system was established. Sinter chemical compositions were controlled by the strategies of self-adaptive prediction, internal optimization and center on basicity. And the state of sintering was stabilized centering on permeability. In order to meet the needs of process change and make the system clear, the system has learning ability and explanation function. The software of the system was developed in Visual C++ programming language. The application of the system shows that the hitting accuracy of sinter compositions and burning through point prediction are more than 85%; the first-grade rate of sinter chemical composition, stability rate of burning through point and stability rate of sintering process are increased by 3%, 9% and 4%, respectively. 展开更多

Thick metal plate rolling process has become more and more important in building a flat roof of drilling on the bottom at sea. This is because not only the product quality requirement higher and higher but also the marketing competition. To improve the process of thick metal plate rolling and to increase productivity a numerical controlled rolling process is developed, which include the process planning, the mathematical model establishment and the numerical control system development. The process is for the 17 000 kN×3 000 mm movable up roller bending machine. According to the machine configuration non-symmetry rolling process is planed. This makes it possible to integrate all the steps of plate shaping up such as end side bending, several times of semi-shape bending and the last shape finishing. Since the process will perform under the numerical controlled condition whole steps of the process are considered can be worked in the automatic cycle. The mathematic model consists of two sections, the theory model and the experience parameters model. Which takes the original plate parameters such as geometry and mechanics, characters of the machine such as the movement limits, tonnage and so on as input and calculates all the parameters needed in process performing. Meanwhile, the mathematic Model is totally adapted to the control system. The numerical control system development scheme is based on all the works above. Here, a system plan is provided. The functional modules and hardware selection, in detail, are introduced. The system software on top level and the controlling software for controller are developed. And some unit techniques in the system such as timer setting, communication between system and controller, video integration, and the ability of resisting impact force are introduced. The process has been used successfully in production for more than two years. Practice approves that the process is robust. 展开更多

针对硬质夹层三明治结构复合材料预制体制备过程中,碳纤维缝线与芯层(聚氨酯泡沫)摩擦断裂导致预制体难以成型的问题,本文在改进簇绒缝合工艺的基础上,提出一种预刺缝合同步运行的预制体高效缝合成型工艺,以提高缝合成型效率。研制了搭... 针对硬质夹层三明治结构复合材料预制体制备过程中,碳纤维缝线与芯层(聚氨酯泡沫)摩擦断裂导致预制体难以成型的问题,本文在改进簇绒缝合工艺的基础上,提出一种预刺缝合同步运行的预制体高效缝合成型工艺,以提高缝合成型效率。研制了搭载预刺功能的硬质夹层三明治结构复合材料预制体缝合成型系统样机。缝合成型系统以PLC为控制器,配备触摸屏作为人机交互界面。利用研制的预制体缝合成型系统样机进行了预制体缝合试验。试验结果表明,预刺工艺的加入避免了碳纤维缝线的断裂,在450针次的缝合过程中,预制体底部形成稳定碳纤维线环,顶部线迹位置准确。同预设缝合间距相比,缝合行间距相对误差小于2%,缝合列间距相对误差小于4%,成型预制体各组分无松散分层现象。本文预制体缝合成型系统可实现硬质夹层三明治结构复合材料预制体的高效缝合成型。 展开更多

蔗种智能筛选机自动控制调光系统的试验

针对蔗种筛选机的图像识别受光照、甘蔗表皮颜色等因素影响的问题,设计一种自动控制调光系统,提高对甘蔗蔗节的识别精度。通过STM32主控模块和RK3588处理模块构建自动控制调光系统;系统前端采集光照强度传感器数据、处理颜色识别传感器... 针对蔗种筛选机的图像识别受光照、甘蔗表皮颜色等因素影响的问题,设计一种自动控制调光系统,提高对甘蔗蔗节的识别精度。通过STM32主控模块和RK3588处理模块构建自动控制调光系统;系统前端采集光照强度传感器数据、处理颜色识别传感器数据并执行光源强度调控算法;系统后端处理模块采集与处理摄像头图像,计算图像清晰度值,实时反馈光照调节参数PWM给系统前端,实现光照强度的动态调节。结果表明,通过拉普拉斯算子(Laplace operator)和Sobel算子(Sobel operator)量化后的绿、红、黑、白4种甘蔗的最高清晰度分别为96.2、61.5、73.1、109.2,灰度值为130~200。在识别率方面,相比于固定光强的87%识别率,经自动控制调光系统后的识别率可达99.15%,清晰度误差在5%以内。 展开更多

传感器是获取控制系统状态信息的关键部件。现有研究主要针对传感器故障后的容错控制展开,而对故障前性能退化如何影响控制系统的问题探讨较少。为此,以线性系统为研究对象,分析传感器退化对控制系统稳定性的影响关系,并建立系统状态与... 传感器是获取控制系统状态信息的关键部件。现有研究主要针对传感器故障后的容错控制展开,而对故障前性能退化如何影响控制系统的问题探讨较少。为此,以线性系统为研究对象,分析传感器退化对控制系统稳定性的影响关系,并建立系统状态与传感器退化状态相互影响的系统动态模型和传感器退化模型。将受退化状态影响的系统动态过程构建为状态空间模型,考虑系统状态影响的传感器退化过程建模为非线性维纳过程。针对传感器退化到一定程度可能导致控制系统不稳定的问题,构建性能指标,并以该性能指标为控制目标,重新设计控制器,确保控制系统在传感器退化过程中一直稳定且性能最优。将状态观测器与卡尔曼滤波算法相结合来估计系统状态和传感器退化状态。最后,以控制系统中两个传感器的不同退化情况为例,设计数值仿真实验,对比分析两种控制方法下的系统状态。结果表明,所提考虑传感器退化的容退控制策略能够在传感器故障前始终保持系统稳定且性能最优。 展开更多

基于Arduino与Processing互动编程方式进行特种仓库智能测控系统设计。该系统以Arduino为主控单元,利用各种传感器实时采集库区火情、烟雾、温度、湿度、有害气体浓度等关键参数;采用中位值平均滤波法对参数进行处理,并根据库内参数发... 基于Arduino与Processing互动编程方式进行特种仓库智能测控系统设计。该系统以Arduino为主控单元,利用各种传感器实时采集库区火情、烟雾、温度、湿度、有害气体浓度等关键参数;采用中位值平均滤波法对参数进行处理,并根据库内参数发出相应控制信号,作用于对应节点设备,实现自动控制。同时,保留人工干预措施,仓库管理人员可以根据库内环境参数做出相应的管控措施。所设计系统是集常规监测、自动控制、无人值班等功能于一体的智能化系统,对弹药、危险品、生化物品等高危物品的存储有一定的借鉴意义。 展开更多
