The stages of peak were different according to different varieties. NEAUS4 had the lowest peak and while SIDAN 19 had the highest among all stages. Merr.) cultivars were divided into three yield levels which were planted under the same environmental condition. The net photosynthetic rate was measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight were measured with regular methods. The results showed that the specific leaf weight, chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of high yield varieties were higher than those of low yield varieties. The yield had a significantly positive correlation with the net photosynthetic rate. With the improvement of modem technology, the net photosynthetic rate could be measured quickly and exactly. Hence, net photosynthetic rate could be used as an effective index in the selection of high yield soybean. 展开更多

The results showed that Pn, Gs and Tr decreased under low-temperature treatment. Ci decreased under low-temperature treatment 18℃/ 9℃, and 16℃/7℃, and it decreased in earlier stage after increased under 14℃/5℃. WUE was increased in earlier stage and after stabilized. The order of the three varieties of cold resistance were Jinyu 5〉Xingken 3〉Jidan 198. They could make self-regulation through adjusting Gs, Tr, Ci and WUE. 展开更多

Drought stress is one of the major constraints on turf growth and performance in northern China. Based on previous assessments of drought tolerance levels, four varieties of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) representing different types ('Baron', BVMG type; 'Blackstone', Cheri type; 'Kenblue', Midwest type; and 'Bluemoon', Midnight type) were chosen for this study. Grass materials were established in a glasshouse, and the changes in their photosynthetic and metabolic characteristics were analyzed during a period of imposed drought stress. Drought stress led to decrease in chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate in all four cultivars, but the relative changes in each characteristic varied among varieties. The results also showed that changes in the photosynthetic and metabolic characteristics of different varieties under drought stress were related to the morphological characteristics of the plants. Varieties with longer narrow leaves, longer roots, higher root-to-shoot ratios, and higher chlorophyll contents showed greater rates of photosynthesis and stomatal conductance, and lower transpiration rates. 展开更多

Treatment of Chinese Traditional Medicine Wastewater by Photosynthetic Bacteria

The influence factors treating wastewater of Chinese traditional medicine extraction by photosynthetic bacteria are tested and discussed. The results indicate that the method of photosynthetic bacteria can eliminate COD and BOD from wastewater in high efficiency. And it also has high load shock resistance. On the conditions of slight aerobic and semi-darkness, treating wastewater of Chinese traditional medicine extraction, the method has better efficiency to eliminate COD and BOD from the wastewater than those by anaerobic illumination and aerobic darkness treatments. After pretreatment of hydrolytic acidization, the removal rate of COD in the wastewater reached more than 85 %, and that rate of BOD reached more than 90% in the treating system of photosynthetic bacteria. It may be more feasible and advantageous than traditional anaerobic biological process to treat organic wastewater using PSB system. 展开更多

Lead(Pb)and zinc(Zn)are widely recognized as common environmental contaminants,contributing to soil degradation and posing risks to environmental health.Combining functional carbon-based materials with microorganisms has been considered as an effective and environmentally friendly strategy for remediating Pb/Zn-contaminated soil.However,there is still a lack of understanding the connection between heavy metal immobilization and plant responses,which hampers practical applications.Here,a 90-day pot experiment was conducted to investigate the integrated effects of biochar(WS700)and microorganisms including inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria(IPSB)and sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)on Pb and Zn synchronous immobilization and the physiological responses of Brassica rapa var.chinensis(Brassica).Compared with CK,bacteria-loaded biochar treatment declined the exchangeable Pb and Zn fraction by 94.69%−98.37%and 94.55%−99.52%,while increasing the residual state Pb and Zn by 75.50%−208.58%and 96.71%−110.85%,respectively.Three amendments enhanced Brassica growth by improving total chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities.The bacteria-loaded biochar treatment effectively regulated stomatal conductance and reduced intercellular CO_(2) concentration.Moreover,compared with CK,three amendments reduced MDA content by 28.84%,28.30%and 41.60%,respectively,under the high concentration of Pb and Zn.The findings demonstrated the significant role of bacterial-biochar consortia in immobilizing Pb and Zn and mitigating Pb and Zn-induced stress in plants by regulating photosynthetic characteristics and antioxidant enzyme activities. 展开更多

以高灌蓝莓品种‘喜来’(Vaccinium corymbosum‘Sierra’)为试材,对设施高灌蓝莓的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,设施内光合有效辐射( PAR)及叶面温度( TL)分别于12∶00和13∶00达到最大值,高灌蓝莓叶片的净光合速率( Pn)... 以高灌蓝莓品种‘喜来’(Vaccinium corymbosum‘Sierra’)为试材,对设施高灌蓝莓的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,设施内光合有效辐射( PAR)及叶面温度( TL)分别于12∶00和13∶00达到最大值,高灌蓝莓叶片的净光合速率( Pn)于早晨8∶00达到最大值,之后持续降低,在15∶00~16∶00有小量回升,之后再次降低。气孔导度( Gs)日变化与Pn变化趋势相同,而细胞间隙二氧化碳浓度( Ci)的变化趋势与之相反。高灌蓝莓叶片的光饱和点为600μmol/(m2&#183; s),光补偿点为62.6μmol/(m2&#183; s),CO2补偿点为129.8μL/L,在温室高温弱光环境下,温度是Pn的主要限制因子,温度在28℃以上时高灌蓝莓的光合作用受到严重抑制,该抑制是气孔因素与非气孔因素共同影响的结果。 展开更多

基于2009年7月至2010年6月滆湖全湖15个采样点的水体光学参数及相关水质理化因子数据,分析滆湖水体周年光合有效辐射(PAR)衰减特性,以期为滆湖沉水植物生态修复提供相关水体光学资料.结果表明,滆湖水体PAR衰减系数(Kd)周年变化范围... 基于2009年7月至2010年6月滆湖全湖15个采样点的水体光学参数及相关水质理化因子数据,分析滆湖水体周年光合有效辐射(PAR)衰减特性,以期为滆湖沉水植物生态修复提供相关水体光学资料.结果表明,滆湖水体PAR衰减系数(Kd)周年变化范围为1.32~17.42 m-1.秋季Kd相对最小,平均值为2.35 m-1,变化范围为1.32 ~3.70 m-1;夏季Kd相对最大,平均值为6.23 m-1,变化范围为3.68~17.42 m-1.春、秋、冬季,滆湖水体真光层平均深度均满足沉水植物的生长需求,而在夏季滆湖水体真光层平均深度仅为0.84m,小于全湖平均水深(1.20 m),因此夏季PAR是限制沉水植物恢复的因子之一.滆湖水体Kd与透明度(SD)在秋、冬季的关系为:Kd =2.089 +0.705/SD.叶绿素a浓度和悬浮物浓度是影响滆湖水体Kd的重要因子之一. 展开更多

以光合细菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为试验菌种,研究二者最优浓度配比,应用在实际生产中提高降解水体氨氮、NO-2和化学需氧量(COD)浓度的能力。测定7种枯草芽孢杆菌的生长曲线,选取生长性能较好的菌株K1、K2、K3进行产酶活性检测,筛选出菌株K3进... 以光合细菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为试验菌种,研究二者最优浓度配比,应用在实际生产中提高降解水体氨氮、NO-2和化学需氧量(COD)浓度的能力。测定7种枯草芽孢杆菌的生长曲线,选取生长性能较好的菌株K1、K2、K3进行产酶活性检测,筛选出菌株K3进行复配试验,试验设置1个对照组(CK)和7个复合菌组(P1、P2、P3、P4、P5、P6、P7),7个复合菌组(光合细菌∶枯草芽孢杆菌)的浓度配比分别为P1(1∶0)、P2(0∶1)、P3(1∶1)、P4(2∶1)、P5(3∶1)、P6(1∶2)、P7(1∶3),分析各试验组的氨氮、NO-2和化学需氧量等水质指标,选取处理结果最优的复合菌组。结果表明,复合菌能够明显降低水体氨氮,其中P6降解能力最强,降解效果高于对照组4.9倍;能去除亚硝酸根浓度和水体中的化学需氧量。复合菌组的最佳浓度配比为1∶2,该浓度配比组较对照组和其他试验组能够明显净化养殖水质,有效提高净化水质能力。 展开更多

为了解光合细菌(Photosynthetic bacteria)在水产养殖应用中的作用机制,采用PCR-DGGE技术研究不同浓度光合细菌对养殖水体和底泥两个微环境细菌群落的影响。结果显示:水样菌群和底泥菌群有显著差异,各聚为一簇,水样菌群多样性比底泥丰... 为了解光合细菌(Photosynthetic bacteria)在水产养殖应用中的作用机制,采用PCR-DGGE技术研究不同浓度光合细菌对养殖水体和底泥两个微环境细菌群落的影响。结果显示:水样菌群和底泥菌群有显著差异,各聚为一簇,水样菌群多样性比底泥丰富且波动性更大,泥样菌群则相对稳定,受外源菌群影响较小;添加光合细菌可显著增加水体菌群多样性,促使SAR11族未培养α-变形菌等固有菌群数量增加,从而影响水样菌群结构;同一阶段不同处理水样菌群多聚在一起,显示出较高结构相似性,不同处理并未造成组间菌群结构明显差异;光合细菌投加12 d后出现浓度减少。鉴定分析发现水样中46个菌群归属21个属,底泥11个菌群归属6个属,其中水样和底泥共同含有3个属,水样和底泥菌群主要隶属于蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌纲(Bacteroidetes)和绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)。 展开更多

以光合细菌(Photosynthetic bacteria,P)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,B)为实验菌种,研究两者最佳浓度配比的复合菌组对淡水养殖水质的净化作用。试验设置1个对照组(CK)和5个复合菌组(PB1、PB2、PB3、PB4、PB5),5个复合菌... 以光合细菌(Photosynthetic bacteria,P)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,B)为实验菌种,研究两者最佳浓度配比的复合菌组对淡水养殖水质的净化作用。试验设置1个对照组(CK)和5个复合菌组(PB1、PB2、PB3、PB4、PB5),5个复合菌组浓度配比分别为(2.0×10^5+1.5×10^5)CFU/m L、(2.0×10^5+3.0×10^5)CFU/m L、(2.0×10^5+4.5×10^5)CFU/m L、(4.0×10^5+1.5×10^5)CFU/m L、(6.0×10^5+1.5×10^5)CFU/m L,分析各试验组的化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH3-N)、溶解氧(DO)、p H等水质指标。结果显示:复合菌能够明显去除水体CODMn,PB2组去除率最高达,44.98%;能有效增加DO,PB2组增氧率最高,为27.9%;能明显去除氨氮,PB2组去除率最高达78%;并且能稳定p H值在8.6左右,5个复合菌组差异不显著(P〉0.01)。复合菌发挥最佳净化能力的时间约在6~8 d。结果表明,复合菌最佳浓度配比为(2.0×10^5+3.0×10^5)CFU/m L,该浓度组较对照组和其他试验组能够显著净化淡水养殖水质,有效改善养殖环境。 展开更多

The objective of this study was to obtain the water-saving and efficient production mode of Arabica coffee. The effects of three drip irrigation modes,conventional drip irrigation( CDI),alternate drip irrigation( ADI) and fixed drip irrigation( FDI) on growth,photosynthetic characteristics,biomass accumulation and irrigation water use efficiency of Arabica coffee were investigated under three nitrogen levels,high nitrogen( NH),middle nitrogen( NM) and low nitrogen( NL). The results show that there was a significant Logistic curve between the plant height,the stem diameter of Arabica coffee and growth days. Compared with CDI,ADI had no significant effects on leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,instantaneous water use efficiency and biomass accumulation above ground of Arabica coffee,while FDI decreased significantly,ADI and FDI increased irrigation water use efficiency by 50. 59% and 32. 85%,respectively. Compared with NH,with the reduction of N application rate,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,biomass accumulation above ground and irrigation water use efficiency decreased by 6. 81%-12. 30%,13. 70%-22. 69%,9. 61%-16. 67% and 9. 78%-15. 64%,respectively. Compared with CDINH,ADINHdecreased net photosynthesis rate and the stomatal conductance not significantly,other treatments decreased by 9. 16%-19. 22%,14. 49%-32. 91%,and decreased biomass accumulation above ground by 8. 26%-27. 34% except ADINH,and increased irrigation water use efficiency by 16. 46%-60. 95% except CDINMand CDINL. Therefore,alternate drip irrigation under high N level( ADINH) is the best water and nitrogen coupling mode of young Arabica coffee tree for water efficiency. 展开更多
