Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed control systems with conventional linear active disturbance rejection control(CLADRC)strategy encounter issues regarding the coupling between dynamic response and disturbance suppression and have poor performance in suppressing complex nonlinear disturbances.In order to address these issues,this paper proposes an improved two-degree-of-freedom LADRC(TDOF-LADRC)strategy,which can enhance the disturbance rejection performance of the system while decoupling entirely the system's dynamic and anti-disturbance performance to boost the system robustness and simplify controller parameter tuning.PMSM models that consider total disturbances are developed to design the TDOF-LADRC speed controller accurately.Moreover,to evaluate the control performance of the TDOF-LADRC strategy,its stability is proven,and the influence of each controller parameter on the system control performance is analyzed.Based on it,a comparison is made between the disturbance observation ability and anti-disturbance performance of TDOF-LADRC and CLADRC to prove the superiority of TDOF-LADRC in rejecting disturbances.Finally,experiments are performed on a 750 W PMSM experimental platform,and the results demonstrate that the proposed TDOF-LADRC exhibits the properties of two degrees of freedom and improves the disturbance rejection performance of the PMSM system. 展开更多

Finite element analysis (FEA) of magnetic field is conducted to accurately calculate major motor parameters. Equivalent electrical circuit is used to predict the drive's steady-state characteristics, and a phase variable model is applied to predict the dynamic performance. This paper reports that the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) degrades due to chaos when its systemic parameters fall into a certain area. To control the undesirable chaos in PMSM, a nonlinear controller, which is simple and easy to be constructed, is presented to achieve finite-time chaos control based on the finite-time stability theory. Computer simulation results show that the proposed controller is very effective. The obtained results may help to maintain the industrial servo driven system's security operation. 展开更多

A full-order sliding mode control based on a fuzzy extended state observer is proposed to control the uncertain chaos in the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Through a simple coordinate transformation, the chaotic PMSM model is transformed into the Brunovsky canonical form, which is more suitable for the controller design. Based on the fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy extended state observer is developed to estimate the unknown states and uncertainties, and the restriction that all the system states should be completely measurable is avoided. Thereafter, a full-order sliding mode controller is designed to ensure the convergence of all system states without any chattering problem. In the design of the motor used for electric vehicles(EVS),vibration and noise problems are often ignored,which reduce the reliability and service life of the motor.In this paper,an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)with high power density is taken as an example,and its electromagnetic vibration and noise problem is investigated and optimized.Firstly,the factors that generate the electromagnetic force harmonic of IPMSM are analyzed by theoretical derivation.Furthermore,the mode and electromagnetic harmonic distribution of the motor are calculated and analyzed by establishing the electromagnetic-structure-sound coupling simulation model.Then,by combining finite element method(FEM)with modern optimization algorithm,an electromagnetic vibration and noise performance optimization method is proposed in the electromagnetic design stage of the motor.Finally,an IPMSM is optimized by this method for electromagnetic vibration and noise performance.The results of comparison between before and after optimization prove the feasibility of the method. 展开更多

A high-performance digital servo system built on the platform of a field programmable gate array (FPGA),a fully digitized hardware design scheme of a direct torque control (DTC) and a low speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is proposed. The DTC strategy of PMSM is described with Verilog hardware description language and is employed on-chip FPGA in accordance with the electronic design automation design methodology. Due to large torque ripples in low speed PMSM,the hysteresis controller in a conventional PMSM DTC was replaced by a fuzzy controller. This FPGA scheme integrates the direct torque controller strategy,the time speed measurement algorithm,the fuzzy regulating technique and the space vector pulse width modulation principle. Experimental results indicate the fuzzy controller can provide a controllable speed at 20 r min-1 and torque at 330 N m with satisfactory dynamic and static performance. Furthermore,the results show that this new control strategy decreases the torque ripple drastically and enhances control performance. 展开更多

A fuzzy sliding-mode control (FSMC) scheme based on T-S fuzzy models was proposed for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system to solve the speed tracking problem. A T-S fuzzy model was firstly formed to represent the nonlinear system of PMSM. For converting the tracking control into a stabilization problem, a new control design was proposed to define the internal desired states. Then, the FSMC controller for PMSM system with parameter variation and load disturbance was designed based on the fuzzy model. The performance of the proposed controller was verified by experimental results on PMSM system. The results show that the FSMC scheme can drive the dynamics of PMSM into a designated sliding surface in finite time and guarantee the property of asymptotical stability. The information of upper bound of modeling errors as well as perturbations is not required when using the FSMC controller. 展开更多

With the increasing requirement for the mechanical vibration and acoustic noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive system,the demand for cogging torque reduction of PMSM has been considerably increased.To solve the problem of oversized cogging torque of axial flux PMSM,a rotor topology with hybrid permanent magnet is proposed to weaken the cogging torque.Firstly,the expression of the cogging torque of the axial flux motor is derived,and the influence of the pole-arc ratio of the permanent magnet on the cogging torque is analyzed.Secondly,the rotor structure with hybrid permanent magnet is adopted to reduce the cogging torque.According to the analytical analysis,the constraints of the size and pole-arc ratio between the hybrid permanent magnets are obtained,and the two permanent magnets related to the minimum cogging torque are determined.And the analysis results are verified by the finite element simulation.Furthermore,the motor performance with and without the hybrid permanent magnet is compared with each other.Finally,the cogging torque is significantly reduced by adopting a rotor structure with hybrid permanent magnets. 展开更多

近年来新能源汽车进入快速发展阶段,永磁同步电机的性能越来越受重视。根据某款新能源汽车整车性能指标,设计了一台36槽8极永磁体“V”极内置式永磁同步电机。使用Motor-CAD软件进行建模并采用参数优化方法,以降低齿槽转矩和提升效率为... 近年来新能源汽车进入快速发展阶段,永磁同步电机的性能越来越受重视。根据某款新能源汽车整车性能指标,设计了一台36槽8极永磁体“V”极内置式永磁同步电机。使用Motor-CAD软件进行建模并采用参数优化方法,以降低齿槽转矩和提升效率为优化目标,对电机的永磁体厚度、气隙和定子槽深进行优化分析及改进。优化结果表明,当永磁体厚度为4.5 mm、气隙为0.98 mm、定子槽深为21.7 mm时,电机的齿槽转矩最小、效率最大。此时电机最高效率达97.34%,超过当前市场上常见电机的效率区间,电机的MAP图表明此时运行性能最优。选取新欧洲驾驶循环工况(NEDC)进行了仿真分析,验证了所提出的永磁同步电机优化设计方案的合理性,为该类电机在新能源汽车领域应用提供了相应的理论依据。 展开更多

Clearance-fit(side-fit)spline joints are a key component in a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in electric submersible pumping wells.The nonuniform spline clearance affects the output performance of a PMSM.A concept for energy conservation is optimized in this study to improve the modeling accuracy of electromagnetic torque.However,most existing computation models are one-way model with a magneto-mechanical simulation.In this study,a more accurate two-way coupling method is presented for simulating the electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics of PMSM.Additionally,importance should be attached to this two-way magneto-mechanical coupling methodology in an actual simulation.The coupled power,electrical and magnetic energy,and electromagnetic torque equations are solved iteratively until convergence for PMSMs with a segmented rotor and a non-segmented rotor.The optimal electromagnetic torque is obtained for different rotor configurations with the change of temperatures and rotational speeds.The results show that the output performance and electromagnetic torque of the PMSM are seriously affected by the effects of two-way magneto-mechanical coupling and nonuniform spline clearance.The proposed two-way coupling model gives more reasonable predictions than other one-way models do,because the power transfer between the electrical and magnetic energy can be modeled more accurately.The self-centralizing performance of clearance-fit splines and the sensitivity to the radial clearance magnitude lead to the reduction of the electromagnetic torque for the PMSM.Additionally,the electromagnetic torques decrease with the enhanced rotor temperatures and rotational speeds.The best rotor temperature and rotational speed are chosen through a comparison of the experimental results,and then the optimal electromagnetic torque is provided to ensure the output performance of the PMSM in electric submersible pumping wells. 展开更多

基于双级PNN的直驱永磁同步电机匝间短路故障诊断方法

目的早期故障的精准定位对于预防电机系统故障恶化和制定故障后运行维护策略至关重要。针对多支路并联直驱永磁同步电机(MB-DDPMSM)匝间短路故障诊断问题,方法提出一种基于双级PNN的匝间短路故障检测与短路线圈自动定位的新方法。首先,... 目的早期故障的精准定位对于预防电机系统故障恶化和制定故障后运行维护策略至关重要。针对多支路并联直驱永磁同步电机(MB-DDPMSM)匝间短路故障诊断问题,方法提出一种基于双级PNN的匝间短路故障检测与短路线圈自动定位的新方法。首先,根据MBDDPMSM特殊的结构特点,选择支路差值电流(BDC)作为故障支路定位特征信号,支路电流残差(BRC)作为短路线圈定位特征信号;其次,建立MB-DDPMSM匝间短路故障状态的有限元模型,利用MB-DDPMSM有限元模型分析短路线圈位置对特征信号的影响规律,并建立BDC与故障支路位置的映射关系以及BRC与短路线圈位置的映射关系,为了消除故障程度对特征信号的影响并增强故障特征,对提取的BDC幅值进行L2范数归一化处理,得到故障支路定位特征向量,对提取的BRC幅值进行Z-Score标准化处理,得到短路线圈定位特征向量;最后,建立基于双级PNN的故障诊断模型,利用第一级PNN实现匝间短路故障检测与故障支路定位,利用第二级PNN实现短路线圈自动定位。结果仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的方法能及时检测出电机早期匝间短路故障并实现短路线圈精准定位,识别正确率达100%。结论基于双级PNN的匝间短路故障诊断模型具有建模简单、收敛速度快、故障诊断精准度高等优势。 展开更多

内置U型永磁电机电磁优化及振动噪声抑制

为提高内置U型永磁同步电机电磁性能及抑制电机低频振动噪声,提出一种U一型磁极结构并结合Halbach充磁方式、转子开槽的电机拓扑。首先,推导电机相关电磁性能表达式,分析定转子间气隙径向磁通密度、径向电磁力密度的低频振动和噪声波动... 为提高内置U型永磁同步电机电磁性能及抑制电机低频振动噪声,提出一种U一型磁极结构并结合Halbach充磁方式、转子开槽的电机拓扑。首先,推导电机相关电磁性能表达式,分析定转子间气隙径向磁通密度、径向电磁力密度的低频振动和噪声波动构成。其次,采用解析法与有限元法得到气隙径向电磁力时空分布,利用参数敏感度分析法、参数扫描法和响应面法对所选转子拓扑参数进行多目标优化并得到最优参数解。最后,将U一磁极结构空载反电动势、径向磁通密度、齿槽转矩、输出转矩、转矩脉动、径向电磁力密度、振动加速度和声压级与4种U型磁极结构进行对比分析;并结合电磁场、机械场和声场对U一型电机结构进行验证。结果表明,通过在U型磁极结构上增设一型磁极、改变充磁方式、dq轴开槽调制气隙磁场正弦度,使得电机齿槽转矩降低91.3%,空载反电动势提高53 V,输出转矩提高39.6%,气隙中径向电磁力波的各阶次谐波幅值均有所下降,各频率下定子总成振动加速度降低明显,电机周身声压级最大值处下降9 dB,下降率为10.1%。 展开更多

为降低共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机三矢量级联模型预测电流控制开关频率和控制系统对电机参数依赖性,提出一种基于变步长自适应线性神经网络(Adaline)可调参数改进级联模型预测电流控制策略。首先,针对共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机... 为降低共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机三矢量级联模型预测电流控制开关频率和控制系统对电机参数依赖性,提出一种基于变步长自适应线性神经网络(Adaline)可调参数改进级联模型预测电流控制策略。首先,针对共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机三矢量级联模型预测电流控制造成开关频率高的原因进行分析,剔除高开关频率和高共模电压的电压矢量,优化备选电压矢量范围,对剩余电压矢量根据其对q轴电流作用效果分组组合寻优和分配作用时间;基于变步长自适应线性神经网络改进PI控制器,使得改进PI控制器兼顾快速性与超调;然后,分析共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机模型预测控制参数变化特性,构建系统变步长自适应线性神经网络参数辨识模型,对电机参数分步辨识,形成参数可调节级联模型预测控制;最后,对所提策略和三矢量级联模型预测电流控制进行稳态和动态半实物测试对比。结果表明:所提策略对转矩脉动、零轴电流、总谐波畸变率、开关频率、调速超调都具有很好的抑制效果,避免了传统模型预测控制的多目标代价函数中权重系数整定和参数辨识模型构建欠秩问题,对系统的控制性能有明显的提升作用。研究结果为进一步将共母线开绕组永磁同步牵引电机传动系统应用于机车牵引提供参考。 展开更多
