The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the r...The hydraulic roll-bending device was studied, which was widely used in modem cold rolling mills to regulate the strip flatness. The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the reversing cold rolling process were established, and the deformation model of roll stack system of the 6-high 1 250 mm high crown (HC) reversing cold rolling mill was built by slit beam method. The simulation results show that, the quadratic component of strip crown decreases nearly linearly with the increase of the work roll bending force, when the shifting value of intermediate roll is determined by the rolling process. From the first pass to the fifth pass of reversing rolling process, the crown controllability of bending force is gradually weakened. Base on analyzing the relationship among the main factors associated with roll-bending force in reversing multi-pass rolling, such as strip width and rolling force, a preset mathematic model of bending force is developed by genetic algorithm. The simulation data demonstrate that the relative deviation of flatness criterions in each rolling pass is improved significantly and the mean relative deviation of all five passes is decreased from 25.1% to 1.7%. The model can keep good shape in multi-pass reversing cold rolling process with the high prediction accuracy and can be used to guide the production process.展开更多

It is difficult to obtain a good model of a nonlinear system, especially when the nonlinearity is high. Neural networks have the ability to "learn"the characteristics of a system through nonlinear mapping to represent nonlinear functions as well as their inverse functions. This paper presents a model algorithm control method using neural networks for nonlinear time delay systems. Two neural networks are used in the control scheme. One neural network is trained as the model of the nonlinear time delay system, and the other one produces the control inputs. The neural networks are combined with the model algorithm control method to control the nonlinear time delay systems. Three examples are used to illustrate the proposed control method. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has a good control performance for nonlinear time delay systems.展开更多

The atmospheric refraction error correction method of the Longley-Rice channel model has been improved. The improved method makes use of the vertical section information sufficiently and maps the distance between the receiver and transmitter to the radio wave propagation distance, It can exactly reflect the infection of propagation distance for the radio wave propagation loss. It is predicted to be more close to the experimental results by simulation in comparison with the measured data. The effectiveness of improved methods is proved by simulation.展开更多

With the change of working points, multiple local models are built, which realize the exact modeling for the global system. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ri...Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ring's position is asymmetrical.All of these cause that the ring's dimensions cannot be measured directly.Through analyzing the relationships among the dimensions of ring blanks,the positions of rolls and the ring's inner and outer diameter,the soft measurement model of ring's dimensions is established based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN).A mass of data samples are obtained from VHRR finite element(FE) simulations to train and test the soft measurement NN model,and the model's structure parameters are deduced and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the soft measurement system of ring's dimensions is established and validated by the VHRR experiments.The ring's dimensions were measured artificially and calculated by the soft measurement NN model.The results show that the calculation values of GA-RBFNN model are close to the artificial measurement data.In addition,the calculation accuracy of GA-RBFNN model is higher than that of RBFNN model.The research results suggest that the soft measurement NN model has high precision and flexibility.The research can provide practical methods and theoretical guidance for the accurate measurement of VHRR process.展开更多
We introduce the artificial fish swarm algorithm for heading motion model identification and control parameter optimization problems for the“Ocean Rambler”unmanned wave glider(UWG).First,under certain assumptions,th...We introduce the artificial fish swarm algorithm for heading motion model identification and control parameter optimization problems for the“Ocean Rambler”unmanned wave glider(UWG).First,under certain assumptions,the rigid-flexible multi-body system of the UWG was simplified as a rigid system composed of“thruster+float body”,based on which a planar motion model of the UWG was established.Second,we obtained the model parameters using an empirical method combined with parameter identification,which means that some parameters were estimated by the empirical method.In view of the specificity and importance of the heading control,heading model parameters were identified through the artificial fish swarm algorithm based on tank test data,so that we could take full advantage of the limited trial data to factually describe the dynamic characteristics of the system.Based on the established heading motion model,parameters of the heading S-surface controller were optimized using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.Heading motion comparison and maritime control experiments of the“Ocean Rambler”UWG were completed.Tank test results show high precision of heading motion prediction including heading angle and yawing angular velocity.The UWG shows good control performance in tank tests and sea trials.The efficiency of the proposed method is verified.展开更多

To address the probl...Satisfactory results cannot be obtained when three-dimensional (3D) targets with complex maneuvering characteristics are tracked by the commonly used two-dimensional coordinated turn (2DCT) model. To address the problem of 3D target tracking with strong maneuverability, on the basis of the modified three-dimensional variable turn (3DVT) model, an adaptive tracking algorithm is proposed by combining with the cubature Kalman filter (CKF) in this paper. Through ideology of real-time identification, the parameters of the model are changed to adjust the state transition matrix and the state noise covariance matrix. Therefore, states of the target are matched in real-time to achieve the purpose of adaptive tracking. Finally, four simulations are analyzed in different settings by the Monte Carlo method. All results show that the proposed algorithm can update parameters of the model and identify motion characteristics in real-time when targets tracking also has a better tracking accuracy.展开更多
In order to resolve the coordination and optimization of the power network planning effectively, on the basis of introducing the concept of power intelligence center (PIC), the key factor power flow, line investment a...In order to resolve the coordination and optimization of the power network planning effectively, on the basis of introducing the concept of power intelligence center (PIC), the key factor power flow, line investment and load that impact generation sector, transmission sector and dispatching center in PIC were analyzed and a multi-objective coordination optimal model for new power intelligence center (NPIC) was established. To ensure the reliability and coordination of power grid and reduce investment cost, two aspects were optimized. The evolutionary algorithm was introduced to solve optimal power flow problem and the fitness function was improved to ensure the minimum cost of power generation. The gray particle swarm optimization (GPSO) algorithm was used to forecast load accurately, which can ensure the network with high reliability. On this basis, the multi-objective coordination optimal model which was more practical and in line with the need of the electricity market was proposed, then the coordination model was effectively solved through the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the corresponding algorithm was obtained. The optimization of IEEE30 node system shows that the evolutionary algorithm can effectively solve the problem of optimal power flow. The average load forecasting of GPSO is 26.97 MW, which has an error of 0.34 MW compared with the actual load. The algorithm has higher forecasting accuracy. The multi-objective coordination optimal model for NPIC can effectively process the coordination and optimization problem of power network.展开更多
To determine structure and parameters of a rheological constitutive model for rocks,a new method based on differential evolution(DE) algorithm combined with FLAC3D(a numerical code for geotechnical engineering) was pr...To determine structure and parameters of a rheological constitutive model for rocks,a new method based on differential evolution(DE) algorithm combined with FLAC3D(a numerical code for geotechnical engineering) was proposed for identification of the global optimum coupled of model structure and its parameters.At first,stochastic coupled mode was initialized,the difference in displacement between the numerical value and in-situ measurements was regarded as fitness value to evaluate quality of the coupled mode.Then the coupled-mode was updated continually using DE rule until the optimal parameters were found.Thus,coupled-mode was identified adaptively during back analysis process.The results of applications to Jinping tunnels in China show that the method is feasible and efficient for identifying the coupled-mode of constitutive structure and its parameters.The method overcomes the limitation of the traditional method and improves significantly precision and speed of displacement back analysis process.展开更多

Using expectation-maximization(EM) algorithm, parameter estimation and model selection procedures are given. It avoids the shortcomings brought by other methods such as BP algorithm, when the number of parameters is large, BP algorithm is still difficult to apply directly without fine tuning and subjective tinkering. 文摘Gaussian process(GP)has fewer parameters,simple model and output of probabilistic sense,when compared with the methods such as support vector machines.Selection of the hyper-parameters is critical to the performance of Gaussian process model.However,the common-used algorithm has the disadvantages of difficult determination of iteration steps,over-dependence of optimization effect on initial values,and easily falling into local optimum.To solve this problem,a method combining the Gaussian process with memetic algorithm was proposed.Based on this method,memetic algorithm was used to search the optimal hyper parameters of Gaussian process regression(GPR)model in the training process and form MA-GPR algorithms,and then the model was used to predict and test the results.When used in the marine long-range precision strike system(LPSS)battle effectiveness evaluation,the proposed MA-GPR model significantly improved the prediction accuracy,compared with the conjugate gradient method and the genetic algorithm optimization process.

文摘Improved traditional ant colony algorithms,a data routing model used to the data remote exchange on WAN was presented.In the model,random heuristic factors were introduced to realize multi-path search.The updating model of pheromone could adjust the pheromone concentration on the optimal path according to path load dynamically to make the system keep load balance.The simulation results show that the improved model has a higher performance on convergence and load balance.

文摘Since the joint probabilistic data association(JPDA)algorithm results in calculation explosion with the increasing number of targets,a multi-target tracking algorithm based on Gaussian mixture model(GMM)clustering is proposed.The algorithm is used to cluster the measurements,and the association matrix between measurements and tracks is constructed by the posterior probability.Compared with the traditional data association algorithm,this algorithm has better tracking performance and less computational complexity.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

文摘Vertical hot ring rolling(VHRR) process has the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and being susceptible to disturbance.Furthermore,the ring's growth is quite fast within a short time,and the rolled ring's position is asymmetrical.All of these cause that the ring's dimensions cannot be measured directly.Through analyzing the relationships among the dimensions of ring blanks,the positions of rolls and the ring's inner and outer diameter,the soft measurement model of ring's dimensions is established based on the radial basis function neural network(RBFNN).A mass of data samples are obtained from VHRR finite element(FE) simulations to train and test the soft measurement NN model,and the model's structure parameters are deduced and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the soft measurement system of ring's dimensions is established and validated by the VHRR experiments.The ring's dimensions were measured artificially and calculated by the soft measurement NN model.The results show that the calculation values of GA-RBFNN model are close to the artificial measurement data.In addition,the calculation accuracy of GA-RBFNN model is higher than that of RBFNN model.The research results suggest that the soft measurement NN model has high precision and flexibility.The research can provide practical methods and theoretical guidance for the accurate measurement of VHRR process.

文摘We introduce the artificial fish swarm algorithm for heading motion model identification and control parameter optimization problems for the“Ocean Rambler”unmanned wave glider(UWG).First,under certain assumptions,the rigid-flexible multi-body system of the UWG was simplified as a rigid system composed of“thruster+float body”,based on which a planar motion model of the UWG was established.Second,we obtained the model parameters using an empirical method combined with parameter identification,which means that some parameters were estimated by the empirical method.In view of the specificity and importance of the heading control,heading model parameters were identified through the artificial fish swarm algorithm based on tank test data,so that we could take full advantage of the limited trial data to factually describe the dynamic characteristics of the system.Based on the established heading motion model,parameters of the heading S-surface controller were optimized using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.Heading motion comparison and maritime control experiments of the“Ocean Rambler”UWG were completed.Tank test results show high precision of heading motion prediction including heading angle and yawing angular velocity.The UWG shows good control performance in tank tests and sea trials.The efficiency of the proposed method is verified.

文摘Satisfactory results cannot be obtained when three-dimensional (3D) targets with complex maneuvering characteristics are tracked by the commonly used two-dimensional coordinated turn (2DCT) model. To address the problem of 3D target tracking with strong maneuverability, on the basis of the modified three-dimensional variable turn (3DVT) model, an adaptive tracking algorithm is proposed by combining with the cubature Kalman filter (CKF) in this paper. Through ideology of real-time identification, the parameters of the model are changed to adjust the state transition matrix and the state noise covariance matrix. Therefore, states of the target are matched in real-time to achieve the purpose of adaptive tracking. Finally, four simulations are analyzed in different settings by the Monte Carlo method. All results show that the proposed algorithm can update parameters of the model and identify motion characteristics in real-time when targets tracking also has a better tracking accuracy.

文摘In order to resolve the coordination and optimization of the power network planning effectively, on the basis of introducing the concept of power intelligence center (PIC), the key factor power flow, line investment and load that impact generation sector, transmission sector and dispatching center in PIC were analyzed and a multi-objective coordination optimal model for new power intelligence center (NPIC) was established. To ensure the reliability and coordination of power grid and reduce investment cost, two aspects were optimized. The evolutionary algorithm was introduced to solve optimal power flow problem and the fitness function was improved to ensure the minimum cost of power generation. The gray particle swarm optimization (GPSO) algorithm was used to forecast load accurately, which can ensure the network with high reliability. On this basis, the multi-objective coordination optimal model which was more practical and in line with the need of the electricity market was proposed, then the coordination model was effectively solved through the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the corresponding algorithm was obtained. The optimization of IEEE30 node system shows that the evolutionary algorithm can effectively solve the problem of optimal power flow. The average load forecasting of GPSO is 26.97 MW, which has an error of 0.34 MW compared with the actual load. The algorithm has higher forecasting accuracy. The multi-objective coordination optimal model for NPIC can effectively process the coordination and optimization problem of power network.

文摘To determine structure and parameters of a rheological constitutive model for rocks,a new method based on differential evolution(DE) algorithm combined with FLAC3D(a numerical code for geotechnical engineering) was proposed for identification of the global optimum coupled of model structure and its parameters.At first,stochastic coupled mode was initialized,the difference in displacement between the numerical value and in-situ measurements was regarded as fitness value to evaluate quality of the coupled mode.Then the coupled-mode was updated continually using DE rule until the optimal parameters were found.Thus,coupled-mode was identified adaptively during back analysis process.The results of applications to Jinping tunnels in China show that the method is feasible and efficient for identifying the coupled-mode of constitutive structure and its parameters.The method overcomes the limitation of the traditional method and improves significantly precision and speed of displacement back analysis process.
文摘A fuzzy modeling method for complex systems is studied. The notation of general stochastic neural network (GSNN) is presented and a new modeling method is given based on the combination of the modified Takagi and Sugeno's (MTS) fuzzy model and one-order GSNN. Using expectation-maximization(EM) algorithm, parameter estimation and model selection procedures are given. It avoids the shortcomings brought by other methods such as BP algorithm, when the number of parameters is large, BP algorithm is still difficult to apply directly without fine tuning and subjective tinkering. Finally, the simulated example demonstrates the effectiveness.
