The multifunctional integration system(MFIS)is based on a common hardware platform that controls and regulates the system’s configurable parameters through software to meet dif-ferent operational requirements.Dwell scheduling is a key for the system to realize multifunction and maximize the resource uti-lization.In this paper,an adaptive dwell scheduling optimization model for MFIS which considers the aperture partition and joint radar communication(JRC)waveform is established.To solve the formulated optimization problem,JRC scheduling condi-tions are proposed,including time overlapping condition,beam direction condition and aperture condition.Meanwhile,an effec-tive mechanism to dynamically occupy and release the aperture resource is introduced,where the time-pointer will slide to the earliest ending time of all currently scheduled tasks so that the occupied aperture resource can be released timely.Based on them,an adaptive dwell scheduling algorithm for MFIS with aperture partition and JRC waveform is put forward.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has better com-prehensive scheduling performance than up-to-date algorithms in all considered metrics. 展开更多

The space partitioning algorithm based on the rounding and addressing operations has been proved to be an efficient space partitioning algorithm with the potential for real-time calculation.An improvement on this kind of space partitioning algorithms for solving complex 3D models is presented.Numerical examples show that the efficiency of the improved algorithm is better than that of the original method.When the size of most target elements is smaller than the size of spatial grids,the efficiency of the improved method can be more than four times of that of the original method.An adaptive method of space partitioning based on the improved algorithm is developed by taking the surface element density or the curvature as the threshold for deep partitioning and conducting the deep partitioning using the octree method.A computer program implementation for applying the method in some typical applications is discussed,and the performance in terms of the efficiency,reliability,and resource use is evaluated.Application testing shows that the results of the adaptive spacing partitioning are more convenient for the follow-up use than that of the basic uniform space partitioning.Furthermore,when it is used to calculate the electromagnetic scattering of complex targets by the ray tracing(RT)method,the adaptive space partitioning algorithm can reduce the calculation time of the RT process by more than 40%compared with the uniform space segmentation algorithm. 展开更多

The novel detection scheme is based on the orthogonal projection technique. Both the case of known covariance matrix structure and the case of unknown covariance matrix structure are con-sidered. For the former case, the closed-form statistical pro-perty of the novel detectors is derived. When the covariance matrix is unknown, the corresponding detectors have higher probabilities of detection (PDs) than their natural competitors. The size of bubbles created in the flotation process is of great importance to the efficiency of the mineral separation achieved.Meanwhile,it is believed that frother transport between phases is perhaps the most important reason for the interactive nature of the phenomena occurring in the bulk and froth phases in flotation,as frother adsorbed in the surface of rising bubbles is removed from the bulk phase and then released into the froth as a fraction of the bubbles burst.This causes the increased concentration in the froth compared to the bulk concentration,named as frother partitioning.Partitioning reflects the adsorption of frother on bubbles and how to influence bubble size is not known.There currently exists no such a topic aiming to link these two key parameters.To fill this vacancy,the correspondence between bubble size and frother partitioning was examined.Bubble size was measured by sampling-for-imaging(SFI)technique.Using total organic carbon(TOC)analysis to measure the frother partitioning between froth and bulk phases was determined.Measurements have shown,with no exceptions including four different frothers,higher frother concentration is in the bulk than in the froth.The results also show strong partitioning giving an increase in bubble size which implies there is a compelling relationship between these two,represented by CFroth/CBulk and D32.The CFroth/CBulkand D32 curves show similar exponential decay relationships as a function of added frother in the system,strongly suggesting that the frother concentration gradient between the bulk solution and the bubble interface is the driving force contributing to bubble size reduction. 展开更多

In order to indicate the performances of a large-scale communication network with domain partition and interconnection today, a kind of reliability index weighed by normalized capacity is defined. Based on the route rules of network with domain partition and interconnection, the interconnection indexes among the nodes within the domain and among the domains are given from several aspects. It is expatiated on that the index can thoroughly represent the effect on the reliability index of the objective factor and the subjective measures of the designer, which obeys the route rules of a network with domain partition and interconnection. It is discussed that the defined index is rational and compatible with the traditional index. 展开更多

Ground-based interferometric synthetic aperture radar(GB-InSAR)can take deformation measurement with a high accuracy.Partition of the GB-InSAR deformation map benefits analyzing the deformation state of the monitoring scene better.Existing partition methods rely on labelled datasets or single deformation feature,and they cannot be effectively utilized in GBInSAR applications.This paper proposes an improved partition method of the GB-InSAR deformation map based on dynamic time warping(DTW)and k-means.The DTW similarities between a reference point and all the measurement points are calculated based on their time-series deformations.Then the DTW similarity and cumulative deformation are taken as two partition features.With the k-means algorithm and the score based on multi evaluation indexes,a deformation map can be partitioned into an appropriate number of classes.Experimental datasets of West Copper Mine are processed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,whose measurement points are divided into seven classes with a score of 0.3151. 展开更多

Many classical clustering algorithms do good jobs on their prerequisite but do not scale well when being applied to deal with very large data sets(VLDS).In this work,a novel division and partition clustering method(DP) was proposed to solve the problem.DP cut the source data set into data blocks,and extracted the eigenvector for each data block to form the local feature set.The local feature set was used in the second round of the characteristics polymerization process for the source data to find the global eigenvector.Ultimately according to the global eigenvector,the data set was assigned by criterion of minimum distance.The experimental results show that it is more robust than the conventional clusterings.Characteristics of not sensitive to data dimensions,distribution and number of nature clustering make it have a wide range of applications in clustering VLDS. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to develop a quantitative structure–property relationship(QSPR) model based on the enhanced replacement method(ERM) and support vector machine(SVM) to predict the blood-to-brain barrier partitioning behavior(log BB) of various drugs and organic compounds. Different molecular descriptors were calculated using a dragon package to represent the molecular structures of the compounds studied. The enhanced replacement method(ERM) was used to select the variables and construct the SVM model. The correlation coefficient, R^2, between experimental results and predicted log BB was 0.878 and 0.986, respectively. The results obtained demonstrated that, for all compounds, the log BB values estimated by SVM agreed with the experimental data, demonstrating that SVM is an effective method for model development, and can be used as a powerful chemometric tool in QSPR studies. 展开更多

Background:Photosynthate partitioning and within-plant boll distribution play an important role in yield formation of cotton;however,if and how they interact to mediate yield remains unclear.The objective of this study was to investigate the genotypic variance in photosynthate partitioning and within-plant boll distribution,with a focus on their interactions with regard to yield and yield components.A field experiment was conducted in the Yellow River region in China in 2017 and 2018 using a randomized complete block design with three replicates.Photosynthate partitioning of three commercial cultivars(DP 99 B,Lumianyan 21 and Jimian 169),varying in yield potential,to different organs(including bolls)at early flowering,peak flowering,and peak boll-setting stages,as well as withinplant boll distribution at harvest,and their effects on yield formation were examined.Results:Lint yield of Jimian 169 was the highest,followed by Lumianyan 21 and DP 99 B.Similar differences were observed in the number of inner bolls and boll weight among the three cultivars.J169 partitioned significantly more photosynthate to the fruit and fiber than Lumianyan 21 and DP 99 B and allocated over 80%of assimilates to the inner bolls.Additionally,Lumianyan 21 allocated a higher proportion of photosynthate to bolls and fiber,with12.5%–17.6%more assimilates observed in the inner bolls,than DP 99 B.Conclusions:Genotypic variance in lint yield can be attributed to differences in the number of inner bolls and boll weight,which are affected by photosynthate partitioning.Therefore,the partitioning of photosynthate to fiber and inner bolls can be used as an important reference for cotton breeding and cultivation. 展开更多

To enhance the accuracy of intuitionistic fuzzy time series forecasting model, this paper analyses the influence of universe of discourse partition and compares with relevant literature. Traditional models usually partition the global universe of discourse, which is not appropriate for all objectives. For example, the universe of the secular trend model is continuously variational. In addition, most forecasting methods rely on prior information, i.e., fuzzy relationship groups (FRG). Numerous relationship groups lead to the explosive growth of relationship library in a linear model and increase the computational complexity. To overcome problems above and ascertain an appropriate order, an intuitionistic fuzzy time series forecasting model based on order decision and adaptive partition algorithm is proposed. By forecasting the vector operator matrix, the proposed model can adjust partitions and intervals adaptively. The proposed model is tested on student enrollments of Alabama dataset, typical seasonal dataset Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index (TAIEX) and a secular trend dataset of total retail sales for social consumer goods in China. Experimental results illustrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method for different patterns of dataset. 展开更多

A partition solution implemented by a cold air curtain for two asymmetric discrete heat sources in a twodimensional rectangular enclosure was numerically studied. Main attentions were focused on the effects of Reynolds number, Grashof number, separation distance between heat sources, and buoyancy ratio. It is found that the airflow and heat transfer are not only determined by governing parameters, but also affected by boundary conditions. It is also found that nearly symmetry of flow structure corresponds to nearly thermal partition, and the symmetry can be enhanced when Reynolds number, separation distance and buoyancy ratio increase. In addition, it is observed that there is a minimum Reynolds number for obtaining nearly thermal partition, which increases when Grashof number increases. 展开更多

The effects of projectile/target impedance matching and projectile shape on energy,momentum transfer and projectile melting during collisions are investigated by numerical simulation.By comparing the computation results with the experimental results,the correctness of the calculation and the statistical method of momentum transfer coefficient is verified.Different shapes of aluminum,copper and heavy tungsten alloy projectiles striking aluminum,basalt,and pumice target for impacts up to 10 km/s are simulated.The influence mechanism of the shape of the projectile and projectile/target density on the momentum transfer was obtained.With an increase in projectile density and length-diameter ratio,the energy transfer time between the projectile and targets is prolonged.The projectile decelerates slowly,resulting in a larger cratering depth.The energy consumed by the projectile in the excavation stage increased,resulting in lower mass-velocity of ejecta and momentum transfer coefficient.The numerical simulation results demonstrated that for different projectile/target combinations,the higher the wave impedance of the projectile,the higher the initial phase transition velocity and the smaller the mass of phase transition.The results can provide theoretical guidance for kinetic impactor design and material selection. 展开更多

Towards higher impact velocities,ballistic events are increasingly determined by the material temperatures.Related effects might range from moderate thermal softening to full phase transition.In particular,it is of great interest to quantify the conditions for incipient or full melting of metals during impact interactions,which result in a transition from still strength-affected to hydrodynamic material behavior.In this work,we investigate to which extent the respective melting thresholds are also dependent on the initial,and generally elevated,temperatures of projectiles and targets before impact.This is studied through the application of a model developed recently by the authors to characterize the transition regime between high-velocity and hypervelocity impact,for which the melting thresholds of materials were used as the defining quantities.The obtained results are expected to be of general interest for ballistic application cases where projectiles or targets are preheated.Such conditions might result,for example,from aerodynamic forces acting onto a projectile during atmospheric flight,explosive shapedcharge-jet formation or armor exposure to environmental conditions.The performed analyses also broaden the scientific understanding of the relevance of temperature in penetration events,generally known since the 1960s,but often not considered thoroughly in impact studies. 展开更多

As a dynamic projection to latent structures(PLS)method with a good output prediction ability,dynamic inner PLS(DiPLS)is widely used in the prediction of key performance indi-cators.However,due to the oblique decomposition of the input space by DiPLS,there are false alarms in the actual industrial process during fault detection.To address the above problems,a dynamic modeling method based on autoregressive-dynamic inner total PLS(AR-DiTPLS)is proposed.The method first uses the regression relation matrix to decompose the input space orthogonally,which reduces useless information for the predic-tion output in the quality-related dynamic subspace.Then,a vector autoregressive model(VAR)is constructed for the predic-tion score to separate dynamic information and static informa-tion.Based on the VAR model,appropriate statistical indicators are further constructed for online monitoring,which reduces the occurrence of false alarms.The effectiveness of the method is verified by a Tennessee-Eastman industrial simulation process and a three-phase flow system. 展开更多

超光谱图像作为一种三维图像,其海量的数据导致在有限带宽信道上传输和存储非常困难,必须对它进行有效的压缩编码.提出了一种基于非对称三维小波变换(3D wavelet transform,简称3DWT)和三维集合块分裂的超光谱遥感图像压缩方法.因为大... 超光谱图像作为一种三维图像,其海量的数据导致在有限带宽信道上传输和存储非常困难,必须对它进行有效的压缩编码.提出了一种基于非对称三维小波变换(3D wavelet transform,简称3DWT)和三维集合块分裂的超光谱遥感图像压缩方法.因为大多数超光谱图像在各个方向上具有非对称的统计特性,所以利用非对称三维小波变换去除图像的谱间和空间冗余.与传统的对称三维小波变换相比,非对称的三维小波变换能够更有效地去除相邻谱段间的冗余.提出了一种改进的3DSPECK(3D set partitioning embedded block)算法——非对称三维集合分裂块算法(asymmetric transform 3DSPECK,简称AT-3DSPECK),并被用于编码变换后的系数.根据变换系数的能量分布特点,三维零块分裂和三维octave子带分裂方法被有效地结合在所提出的AT-3DSPECK算法中.为了优化率失真和加速编码速度,也给出了一种零块优化排序的快速算法.实验测试表明:AT-3DSPECK算法的平均PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio)分别比AT-3DSPIHT(asymmetric transform 3D set partitioning in hierarchical trees)和3DSPECK算法高0.4dB和1.4dB.此外,AT-3DSPECK还具有比零树算法更快的编码速度. 展开更多
